Prophecy Update: The Devil is a Liar 4/17/20
The group “Seawind” sang a song in the 1970’s called “The devil is a liar.” One of the ways they described Satan in the song went like this, “he promises you all the kingdoms of gold but leaves you standing alone in the cold, he’ll trick and deceive you, entice and leave you, see…. the devils going to do a number on you yeah.” Jesus spoke of Satan’s nature in an argument with some who objected to His teaching, Jesus said:
John 8:44, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”
In this prophecy update I want to do a survey over the last few months and show you how deception reigns in the media. In order to do that I am surveying magazines that I read. Beginning in December: National Review: Dec.31st edition, cover story said, “This is CNN, Hysterical, obsessive, self-important, and biased.” There were no articles on China or the virus. The Week: “Putin’s Gloating: How Russian disinformation about Ukraine is deepening the US partisan divide.” Many of the stories in both magazines are about impeaching the president. There is this gem from the Washington Post, “The case against Trump is clear the Constitution specifically lists bribery as an impeachable offense.” Commentary Magazine: They told the story concerning the National Basketball Association and the government of China. The Houston Rockets general manager tweeted his support for the pro-democracy protestors in Hong Kong. “Soon after the NBA’s official Chinese broadcast partner, a company called Tencent announced that it would suspend all business with the Rockets. There followed Chinese boycott campaigns and endorsement retractions aimed at punishing the team.” As you can guess, the NBA bowed to the communist pressure and issued apology after apology. Imagine; an American sports team supporting communism over capitalism?
The Washington Examiner had this doozy from Nancy Pelosi in December, “all roads lead to Putin.” Not one article about the virus, but an overwhelming number of articles on why impeaching the President would be in the best interest of the country. January started with a bang. The Washington Times has an article called, ‘Barr: No repeats of single sourced Crossfire Hurricane.’ Crossfire Hurricane was the FBI and Obama directed probe in which they began spying on the Trump campaign in July 2016. The criminal probe into Trump was a hoax. This article, regarding China should open your eyes to the deception and lying coming from China by Bill Gertz, “Prosecutions of Huawei proceed after trade deal.” The US government is moving ahead with its pursuit of criminal charges against China’s Huawei Technologies despite the temporary truce in the trade war between Washington and Beijing.” This tech firm operates like all Chinese companies; they steal and use every dirty trick to attack the USA. Still no article on the virus. By the way, T-Mobile was awarded 4.8 million dollars in damages for Huawei theft.
Jan 14: The Washington Examiner front cover: “America Versus Iran, What’s next in the shadow War?” Not one story on the virus. Jan.21st Washington Examiner, front cover: “Obama’s Biden Betrayal.” Still no story on the virus. Jan.27th National Review front cover: “The Missing Babies: Americas Fertility Crises.” Still nothing on the virus. On to February!
Decision Magazine had this front-page headline to start the month off: “Confronting the Lies that Deceive a Nation.” That is a great way to start February! The article highlights the lies of mainstream media. World Magazine also started the month off with a doozy: “The Gospel According to Pete.” The article is about how a gay man is running for president and he is claiming to be a Christian. Buttigieg is quoted as saying, “those who affirm the Biblical teaching that homosexuality is sinful have a quarrel with my creator.” World pointed out the lies of the devil being pushed by the media regarding Buttigieg. The Feb. 4th, 11th, and 18th editions of the Washington Examiner had nothing about the virus. The Feb. 10th and 24th of National Review had nothing on the virus. Really? The Feb.24th edition though the cover story was: “Wayward Shepherd on Pope Francis’s erroneous path.” This article is worth reading because it does a great job showing how antichristian the Vatican has become. February ended with no articles on the virus in three more of the magazines I read. Great article in the 2/15 edition of World worth reading called “The Rising Evil of Anti-Semitism.”
March: Finally, the first mention of the virus from the Washington Times on March 2nd. Headline, “Politics of an Outbreak.” It is interesting to me that the coronavirus breaks into the news as the Obama Administration feels the heat over the illegal spying on the Trump Administration. In the March 2nd edition of the Washington Times, this headline appeared: “Page Says FBI abuses go beyond what Horowitz report uncovered.” As I write this today, indictments are being prepared for the major players in that illegal operation. More on that later. In addition, there was an article on Chinese tech deals. States that made a deal with the Chinese are vulnerable to tracking, hacking, stealing, and abuse by the communists and their faulty equipment. Here is a quote: “Leading Chinese technology companies have sold equipment to state governments in the US that can be used by Beijing to obtain sensitive information, according to a security analysis made public” As we are in the midst of dealing with the virus, more evidence surfaces that the Chinese lied about the virus. The father of lies has worked through the Chinese government. Communist governments have an obligation to lie because they live for their father the devil. They are deceived into thinking that their atheism means they do not have a god. They have a god called Satan, the Dragon!
In the March 3rd edition of the Washington Examiner, this article appeared: “China’s Political Warfare Strategy Takes Hit with Coronavirus. Beijing’s response to the crises undermines its credibility and proves the Chinese Communist Party is a global threat.” Just as the Communist regime made the NBA back off supporting Hong Kong, China has accused the USA of racism. Just saying the virus came from China will bring a firestorm from the liberal press. The official line from the Chinese is that the virus originated from the USA. Decision Magazine ran a story how Franklin Graham has been disinvited from speaking in Great Britain because he hates everyone. Really? The LBGT lobby has successfully scared everyone into dropping Graham from preaching the gospel. What a day we live in; Pray for Britain. The March 17th edition of the Washington Examiner had five articles on the coronavirus. The March 14th edition of World had this article: “Infectious Anger, as the coronavirus spreads in China, so does the fury at the government.”
This is how God was working thru the virus in Wuhan, “with the local government completely overwhelmed by the coronavirus, Wuhan churches have stepped up to provide aid to the desperate. Those whom Christians have helped are grateful and some want to learn more about the faith.” As Satan lies to people, God tells the truth and the Gospel is spreading! In the March 23rd edition of National Review, here is the headline: “Plagues and Panics, Ancient and Modern, the world’s reaction to the coronavirus is disproportionate to the threat.” Here in lies the problem with this virus and its aftermath. It is very hard to sort out truth from lies. Satan loves this tool; it is called confusion!
I read five more magazines in March and the bottom line is that the virus took over the press. God was going to have His witness though. Newsmax had this as their cover story in April: “The True Believers Trump and His Evangelicals.” Although the majority of the articles were about the virus, this article about Christian support for Trump was amazing. Here is one quote: “President unwavering support and commitment to defend the State of Israel is a key reason for his rock solid evangelical support.” The amazing thing is all of the prayer for the president. God hears and responds. That gives me hope.
Over the last three months, there have been speeches by Trump Administration officials about the Chinese and their attacks on the USA. In addition, there have been speeches about the court cases regarding Operation Crossfire Hurricane. Today, this came out!
“Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell declassified a slew of footnotes from Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse.”
Two things are happening simultaneously. The Justice department is investigating a pedophile ring at the same time they are bringing charges against the people who ran Operation Crossfire Hurricane. The two are related. Why? Because the same people who ran Operation Crossfire Hurricane are connected to the pedophile ring of Jeffrey Epstein!
“A new documentary, Out of the Shadows, exposes the origins of false narratives in Hollywood. It points to the documents in the post World War II-era verifying the CIA’s Operation Paperclip and Nazi programming, and later to the Satanist cult of the PizzaGate exposed by Wikileaks and to Jeffrey Epstein’s network of pedophiles involvement in Hollywood.” The Jeffrey Epstein story includes many prominent people participating in his pedophile ring. Some of those people are being investigated for attacking Trump.

It was clear even before yesterday’s additional declassifications that the “Obama Administration Spied on the Trump Campaign Big Time.” But now we know that in addition to the electronic surveillance of Trump campaign associate Carter Page, the FBI conducted “physical searches targeting Carter Page,” which could include “physical premises or personal property,” and that the FISA court authorized “overseas surveillance” of Page.
“The declassifications also revealed extensive contacts between Steele and Eurasian oligarchs—something that concerned the FBI’s Transnational Organized Crime Intelligence Unit. The footnote further added “that Steele’s contact with 5 Russian oligarchs in a short period of time was unusual and recommended that a validation review be completed on Steele because of this activity.” That Steele had such close connections with five Russian oligarchs also raises questions concerning whether the oligarchs were feeding Steele disinformation on behalf of Putin. The three footnotes declassified last week revealed that “the Crossfire Hurricane team had received reporting ‘indicating the potential for Russian disinformation influencing Steele’s election reporting.’”
These revelations have people like former FBI director James Comey and CIA Director John Brennan running for the hills. The feds were said to be “scrutinizing” the phone and email records of Brennan in order to “assess” his involvement in what the New York Times still refuses to admit was a failed coup d’etat against the duly elected president of the United States. Brennan voted for the Communist candidate for president in 1976, back when the Soviet Union actually posed a real threat to the United States. This guy is an anti-American and the small-timers always rat out the boss. That’s the true mark of a thug — snitching on one’s fellow criminals. US Attorney John Durham is in charge of breaking up this Red sedition ring and has hid the witnesses so they don’t kill them like they did Jeffrey Epstein!
The devil is a liar, he hates children and the Jeffrey Epstein’s of the world are workers for Satan. The Federalist reported in July 2019 about the Epstein arrest: “The swamp gets swampier as links to Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire accused of sex trafficking underage girls, and Washington heavyweights.” These rich people are scared because President Trump is determined to put in jail all of the people who were involved with the false Russian collusion farce and the pedophile ring. The coronavirus shutdown has given the feds the room to advance both cases. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people! Pray that our nation heals from these evil sins!
