Prophecy Update: Wars and Rumors of Wars 7/10/20
The last few weeks have seen many nations attacking each other and threatening greater conflict. China and India went to blows and over 80 people killed. China is an existential threat to the United States and the western democracies. Conflict exists between China and many other nations including Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea, and Vietnam.
China has a wish, to dominate the world! The problem is that several other nations want to dominate the world. This update will focus on China and the rumors of war that surround all things Chinese. Here are two Bible verses that focus on God’s view of the world. God determined that war and rumors of war would dominate human history until the end.
“even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.” Daniel 9:26c
“You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.” Matthew 24:6-7
These verses point out the biblical truth that wars will come. Why do wars come? They come from sinful human beings that reject God and His ways. Half of the nations of the world share the totalitarian vision of the communist Chinese. The 20th century saw two World Wars; we are ready for the next one.
The World at War in 2020 “May 8, 2020 marked 75 years since the end of the Second World War in Europe – VE Day. While the conflict which claimed millions of lives on European soil is firmly committed to the annals of history, conflict in the East of the continent is still a harsh reality in the present day. The Ukrainian crisis, ravaging the Donbass region of the country, has so far amassed a death toll around the 13 thousand mark. A large portion of the globe is engulfed in some form of conflict.” It is through this region that China is trying to gain a foothold with the One Belt, One Road initiative. This move by the Chinese is an attempt to use land mass as a way of dominating the world. Standing in her way is India!
India vs. China. “In the midst of the border standoff between the two countries, the government of India banned 59 Chinese apps, including the widely popular TikTok. The tension escalated manifold after 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a violent clash in Galwan Valley on June 15. The Chinese side also suffered casualties, but it is yet to give out the details.”
The Defense Post. “Despite shared economic opportunities, border disputes continue to haunt India and China’s relationship. After 60 years, the two countries are once again engaged in a bloody mini-war in the Himalayas. China-India tensions will persist because they are tethered to the ensuing US-China Cold War, which itself is a titanic battle over who will dominate the world – sea-power or land power. America rules the waves and sets the terms and conditions for the vast majority of global commerce. China, on the other hand, is busy building a land bridge across Eurasia, which would undermine US maritime dominance.”
In May of 2019 the Chinese government decided to decouple itself from the United States economically. They are hard at work instituting standards for technology that bypass the United States. The problem is that technology from China is used to control, manipulate, and steal information. The Belt and Road initiative goal is to enslave as many people that they can in the world. They hate Christianity, the Bill of Rights, Freedom, and especially freedom of speech. The United States still dominates shipping lanes on the sea. China is trying to shut down the shipping lanes in Southeast Asia.
Breaking Israel News reports the following: China Threatens to Blow up US Aircraft Carriers. “The US sent two carrier groups to the South China Sea in a show of force intended to intimidate China in its aggressive takeover of a disputed archipelago. China responded by boasting of its “wide selection of anti-aircraft carrier weapons”, claiming that the mega-warships operated “at the pleasure of the PLA [People’s Liberation Army]”. The response by the US Navy was short and to the point: “Not intimidated.” China was clearly displeased with the presence of two nuclear aircraft carriers and accompanying warships in their backyard. Global Times, a daily tabloid newspaper under the auspices of the Chinese Communist Party, tweeted a clear threat, mentioning two missiles claimed to be capable of sinking an aircraft carrier.”
US Paratroopers Stage Mock Raid on Guam “More than 400 US paratroopers parachuted onto Guam’s Andersen Air Force Base on Tuesday in what the Air Force said was the largest mock air raid there in recent memory. Meanwhile, in the nearby Philippine Sea, two US aircraft carriers are performing combat drills. Last week, the USS Nimitz and her sister ship, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, drilled in the waterway that separates Guam from Taiwan; this week, the Nimitz was joined by the USS Ronald Reagan, which sailed from Japan to take part in the drills.” China is winning the war with the United States because they are fighting a hot war in two areas: information warfare and economic warfare. Americans still believe that China is not at war with us and that is our weakness! The Trump Administration fought back in a big way last week.
FCC Designates Huawei, ZTE National Security Threats. “The U.S. has gradually moved to block Huawei from using American technology in its products and to remove Huawei equipment from U.S. telecom networks, mainly in rural areas, due to security risks. ”With this decision, we are sending a clear message: the U.S. Government, and this @FCC in particular, cannot and will not allow the Chinese Communist Party to exploit vulnerabilities in U.S. communications networks and compromise our critical communications infrastructure.” President Trump is the first president to recognize that we are at war and is doing something to stop the Chinese. TikTok May Lose Up To $6 Billion As Result Of India Ban; Users Urged To Delete App. “The ban in India has made headlines—the problems for TikTok, though, are much worse. This is likely just the start of a clampdown that has been months if not years in the making and which threatens to undermine the staggering success the platform has enjoyed, becoming one of the soaraway stars of the coronavirus lockdown. The broader Indian ban was welcomed by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who applauded the country’s “clean app” approach and claimed such apps serve as an extension of China’s “surveillance state.”
As many of you know, I have been writing and talking about war with China for many years. After I read Unrestricted Warfare: China’s Master Plan to Destroy America, I followed how the Chinese conducted the war against us. It is very discouraging to see how many politicians are bought and paid for by the communist Chinese. Governors, mayors, and business leaders participate with the Chinese and undermine the United States. In fact, since January, the President has been sending out administration officials to talk about war with China. Here is an example:
The Chinese Communist Party’s Ideology and Global Ambitions. Remarks delivered by National Security Advisor Robert C. O’Brien on June 24, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona. “The challenge the Chinese Communist Party poses to the United States and our allies is of critical importance to us right now. My remarks are the first of several speeches senior Administration officials will give on this matter over the next few weeks. You will soon hear from Secretary of State Pompeo, Attorney General Barr, and FBI Director Chris Wray on the subject.” Chris Wray’s speech was a declaration of war. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has already made several speeches about China. The most important one was in February. I can’t wait to hear what he has to say next. To say that the administration is in an all-out blitz is an understatement!
O’Brien went on to say, “America, under President Trump’s leadership, has finally awoken to the threat the Chinese Communist Party’s actions and the threat they pose to our very way of life. For decades, conventional wisdom in both U.S. political parties, the business community, academia, and media, has held that it was only a matter of time before China would become more liberal, first economically and, then, politically. The more we opened our markets to China, the thinking went, the more we invested capital in China, the more we trained PRC bureaucrats, scientists, engineers, and even military officers, the more China would become like us.” How could this happen: “The answer is simple: because we did not pay heed to the CCP’s ideology. Instead of listening to what CCP leaders were saying and reading what they wrote in their key documents, we closed our ears and our eyes. We believed what we wanted to believe—that the Party members were communist in name only.”

Here is another quote from the speech that I ask you to pray about. It tells us the true nature of what we face: “The Party General Secretary Xi Jinping sees himself as Josef Stalin’s successor. In fact, as the journalist and former Australian government official John Garnaut has noted, the Chinese Communist Party is the last “ruling communist party that never split with Stalin, with the partial exception of North Korea.” This means that China under Xi Jinping will not stop until he has enslaved everyone on earth!
Now China is picking a fight with Russia. The TFIPost.com writes about this.
This is our land,’ China now claims Russia’s Vladivostok as part of its territory. “China doesn’t want friends. It doesn’t want peaceful borders either. The only thing that China wants is territory- more and more of it. An expansionist China is already claiming maritime territory and islands within the territorial waters and Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) of other countries in the South China Sea and Japanese islands in the East China Sea. Chinese internet users, including diplomats and officials, claim that Vladivostok used to be a part of China. They claim it was Qing’s Manchurian homeland but was annexed by the Russian empire in 1860 after China was defeated by the British and the French during the Second Opium war.”
It is very clear to anyone who has eyes to see that God is moving the nations to war. War serves God’s goals in two ways. Either freeing people or judging nations! In this case, judging nations is at hand. Another book regarding China and wars and rumors of war was published last year.
Stealth War – How China Took Over While American’s Elite Slept by General Robert Spalding. He writes,
“Flying quietly below the radar, the CCP has been acquiring technology without paying a cent toward developing it, carefully taking control of the world’s shipping businesses, infiltrating our corporations and science laboratories, and using American investor dollars to float the cost of its own factories and companies— and then, adding insult to injury, insisting that that money stay in China. Perhaps nothing threatens the CCP more than the Constitution of the United States. China’s president, Xi Jinping, has stated as much, and CCP documents that I will share make clear that fundamental American concepts—the rights of free speech and freedom of religion—are threats to the authoritarian power of the CCP, which believes that these liberties must never be allowed to take root in China and must never be the rights of Chinese citizens. Spalding’s concern isn’t merely that America could lose its position on the world stage. More urgently, the Chinese Communist Party has a fundamental loathing of the legal protections America grants its people and seeks to create a world without those rights.”
China opposes the rights that Americans possess because they are rooted in the Judeo-Christian tradition. The Chinese communist party is committed to atheism. The communist Chinese worship communism as this article explains: Open Doors USA:
“The Chinese government wants to “sinicize” every religious ideology in the country—meaning, to make beliefs, including Christianity, fall in line with their interpretation of Communism. The government even banned the online sale of Bibles in 2018. Religion is banned from the public sphere, and teachers and medical staff have been pressured to sign documents saying they have no religious faith. In some areas, elderly people have been told that their pensions will be cut if they don’t renounce their Christian faith. Christians are suffering not only due to the introduction of new laws but also the stricter implementation of already existing ones.”
The Lord will not put up with this very long. This article from christianpersecutionnews is horrifying. It explains the lengths the Communist Party is willing to go to persecute those they hate:
“WASHINGTON, D.C.—Two stories originating from the concentration camps in Xinjiang province, China, shocked the world this week. China has again tightened its squeeze of a vulnerable ethnic population by enforcing pregnancy checks and forced sterilization on hundreds of thousands of Uyghur women to reduce the ethnic and religious minority’s birth rates. An Associated Press investigation reveals, “The state regularly subjects minority women to pregnancy checks, and forces intrauterine devices, sterilization and even abortion on hundreds of thousands, the interviews and data show.”
Is Christian persecution on the way in America? Look at California for the answer. The Chinese Communist Party has invested billions of dollars into overseas propaganda operations to great effect in California. Governor Newsome advocates the Chinese view over the Constitution of the United States of America. The BL.com reports, “Gov. Gavin Newsom has decided to ignore the Trump administration’s advice to ease social distancing measures and will further tighten CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus restrictions by ordering Golden State residents to wear a face mask when in “high-risk situations.” The Governor also has attacked the church mimicking his communist overlords. He told the churches they cannot sing—seriously? The rocks will cry out!! I watched several churches in California this last Sunday sing and told the governor that they would rather obey God! OneNewsNow.com writes about this:
Take note: Believers won’t be muted by guv’s order. “When he’s going to say you can’t sing, at that point we draw the line,” the pastor tells OneNewsNow, “because singing is a command from God – and Caesar cannot tell us in what way and in what manner we obey God and it is, however, in Newsom’s political DNA to issue such repressive restrictions.”
The communists among us know that Christians are protected. The greatest document for government, outside of the Bible, is the Declaration of Independence which inspired the Bill of Rights and Constitution. These documents protect Christians. Americans and Christians have been under the leadership of these documents for 244 years. They afford us protections that very few nations possess. Communists know that they have to destroy the Constitution and replace it. The Chinese Communist Party is in an all-out effort to influence governors to abandon the Constitution. It is happening in several states. Please pray with us against this evil. Thank God that the American Administration is fighting back.
