Prophecy Update: Gog Magog and Nuclear power? 11/8/19

Following the ramp up to the Gog Magog War is an adventure. Part of the adventure has been the multiplication of events. They seem to be piling up one upon the other. In the 1970’s and 80’s the information and events were slow. I remember waiting each week for the Zola Levitt show to get crumbs. The years between 1970 and 2000 were crumbs and then—things began to speed up. Russia began to make inroads in their relationship with Iran that up to that point were unforeseen. Unforeseen that is if you did not know prophecy. All of us who know prophecy were waiting for some proof that Russia and Iran would become allies. That relationship came to be built on nuclear power.

The Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant began construction in 1975 but was stopped by the Ayatollah in 1979 when he gained control of the country. At that point, there seemed to be no hope of a relationship between Russia and Iran. “Then a contract for finishing the plant was signed between Iran and the Russian Ministry for Atomic Energy in 1995, with Russia’s Atomstroyexport named as the main contractor. The work was delayed several years by technical and financial challenges as well as by political pressure from the West. After construction was again in danger of being stopped in 2007, a renewed agreement was reached in which the Iranians promised to compensate for rising costs and inflation after completion of the plant. Delivery of nuclear fuel started the same year.” This is very important because the relationship between Iran and Russia was now financial, political, and militarily.

Since 2007 Iran has had the ability to produce the important elements to putting a nuclear bomb together. This nation is fixated on destroying Israel. “In August 2013, the head of Russian nuclear regulator Rosatom said that the state company would soon sign documents transferring operational control of the Bushehr nuclear power plant to Iran, and on 23 September 2013, operational control was transferred. In November 2014 Iran and Russia signed an agreement to build two new nuclear reactors at the Bushehr site, with an option of six more at other sites later. Construction formally started on 14 March 2017.” Remember that Russia and Iran entered Syria to support the Assad regime in 2015. Fast forward to today:

Russia’s Nuclear Power Exports Are Booming May 9, 2019 Moscow Times:
“Rosatom has been using nuclear power plants as a way of cementing ties with its fellow emerging markets. Russia’s state-owned agency Rosatom is on a tear. The company operates 35 nuclear power stations in Russia that produce 28 gigawatts (GW) of power, and it is actively exporting its nuclear technology to countries around the world. In recent years Rosatom has completed the construction of six nuclear power reactors in India, Iran and China and it has another nine reactors under construction in Turkey, Belarus, India, Bangladesh and China. Part of Rosatom’s appeal is not only Russia’s lower prices and state-of-the-art technology, but the fact that company usually provides most of the financing for the typically $10 billion price tag. Last year the Russian firm said it had an order book worth $134 billion and contracts to build 22 nuclear reactors in nine countries over the next decade, including Belarus, Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Finland, Hungary, Egypt and Iran. The size of the order book puts nuclear power station exports on a par with Russia’s booming arms export business.” This is how Russia is engaged with Iran, it is building a second nuclear power plant in Bushehr and will be done by next year. What about Fordow?

Fordow is a secret nuclear plant made by the Iranians and used to hide their building of a nuclear bomb. Fordow was built originally to make weapon- grade uranium for 1-2 nuclear weapons per year.(info stolen by Israelis in 2018 revealed this to the world) It was found out in 2009 and since then Iran has lied about the plant. No one is allowed in this plant. Here is a report this week about Fordow:

“President Hassan Rouhani announced Tuesday that Iran will start injecting uranium gas into centrifuges, further unraveling a nuclear deal with world powers and effectively advancing the country’s ability to make a nuclear bomb. The centrifuges previously spun empty under the terms of the 2015 nuclear agreement that President Donald Trump withdrew from more than a year ago. Rouhani unveiled the move during live remarks on Iranian state TV. He said Iran would inject uranium gas into 1,044 centrifuges at its Fordow nuclear facility. While the development is significant because it enables Iran to more quickly enrich uranium to the higher levels needed to produce a nuclear weapon.” Iran has not stopped its desire or work to make a nuke and nuke Israel. “Instead of shutting down a hardened underground facility associated with its nuclear weapons ambitions, the mullahocracy has relentlessly continued work there. Since the bunker at Fordow is off-limits to our spies and international inspectors, we can only speculate as to what that work entails. My bet is there’s a full-scale nuclear bomb-building operation hidden there.” This is the pressure being put on Israel currently and it is happening at the same time that God is working to give all of Israel’s land back to Israel. The simultaneous timing of these two events is from the sovereign God. By the way, Russia is helping all of the nuclear progress of Fordow!

Likud MK pushes PM on West Bank annexation:
“Sharren Heskel’s bill, if implemented, would bring the Jordan Valley territory under full Israeli sovereignty, permit Palestinians living in area to apply for Israeli citizenship within decade, provided they meet certain criteria.” This is an ongoing story that is happening at the same time that Israel is without a government. As Israel strives to get a government, people are pushing for annexing Judea and Samaria. This the Bible says will happen. Bible prophecy is coming to pass in our time. Israel needs to do this to have a security buffer. Consider that Israel is only 9 miles wide between Tel Aviv and the West Bank. The enemies of Israel want to crush Israel and so it is in their interest to keep Israel from gaining complete sovereignty over Judea Samaria.

Here is the problem for Israel. Lebanon is only 80 miles from Jerusalem and there rockets can hit Jerusalem. The Syrian B-302 and Zelzal-2 rockets have been upgraded and made smart bombs by Iran. Hezbollah boasted this week that they can reign down missiles on Tel Aviv for six straight months. This is part of Iran’s strategy. Israel has the need to eliminate the threat from Lebanon which became even more urgent this week when Lebanons government collapsed. Tel Aviv is only 70 miles from Lebanon and within striking distance. Gaza is even closer, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv are 40 miles from the rockets of Hamas. From the north and south, the missiles of Israel’s enemies are so close; it is in the interest of Israel to have a buffer zone to the east. If the enemies of Israel can place their missiles in Ramallah, that is only 15 miles from Jerusalem.

Iran has ballistic missiles that can carry a nuclear or chemical warhead a distance of 1500 miles. That is far enough to hit into southern Europe and they are getting better missiles coming online as I write this. This is a threat to Europe and Israel. This week here are the headlines:

“Israel is bracing itself for war with Iranian proxies, as Tehran escalates its provocations. But what will the United States do if conflict comes? The senior ministers of the Israeli government met twice last week to discuss the possibility of open war with Iran. They were mindful of the Iranian plan for a drone attack from Syria in August, aborted at the last minute by an Israeli air strike, as well as Iran’s need to deflect attention from the mass protests against Hezbollah’s rule in Lebanon. The ministers also reviewed the recent attack by Iranian drones and cruise missiles on two Saudi oil installations, reportedly concluding that a similar assault could be mounted against Israel from Iraq.”
Here is the problem for Israel: no one responded with force to the aggressive behavior of Iran. Iran has been emboldened by the passivity of Europe, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the USA.

I have been asking where is Putin the last few months? He is waiting in the wings and working behind the scenes to curse Israel. One way Israel can really upset Russia is to attack the nuclear power plants in Iran. Destroy those power plants and Russia and Israel will be in direct conflict. If Israel fights Iran by concentrating only on Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon, she cannot eliminate the threat Iran poses to her! Consider this scenario: Iran is working now through proxies to increase chaos in Israel. Increased attacks in the West Bank, Gaza, and on the Lebanese border would keep the IDF preoccupied. Iran has been increasing its military footprint in Syria and Lebanon as we speak. As the Iranian military grows in Syria and Lebanon, the IDF can be bogged down by greater attacks from Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, ISIS, and Fatah. This is what Iran is doing presently, soon we will see these attacks increased. The Bible teaches us that the upcoming war comes from the north and that is where the armies are. Turkey, Russia, and Iran are there and Russia will soon be the power that pushes them into war with Israel. What may cause that war—could it be an attack on nuclear power plants in Iran? The hook in the jaw could be very broad including energy supplies of gas, oil, and nuclear power. Maybe the specific hook could be an attack on Iran? Just a thought. Watch and pray with me this week.
