Prophecy Update: Israel Attacked Again? 11/15/2023  

‘Alas! for that day is great, there is none like it; And it is the time of Jacob’s distress, but he will be saved from it.”  

Jeremiah 30:7 

The ongoing war in Israel with Hamas is a continuation of the global war against Jews started by Satan many years ago. Two specific groups have been used of Satan to try to destroy Israel in the last 100 years; Naziism and Islam. Naziism is important for us to pay attention to because they were successful in convincing churches to embrace their antisemitism. This is an example of the apostasy God predicted. On January 30, 1933, Adolph Hitler was elected Chancellor of Germany. He immediately began attacking the Jews. It was so well received because the churches of Germany had a history of antisemitism.  

“During the Weimar Republic from 1919 onwards, 70 to 80 percent of Protestant pastors had allied themselves with the anti-Judaic German National People’s Party, and their hostile anti-Judaism had permeated the Protestant press, with its millions of readers, even before the Nazis were voted into power. Although at the highest levels of the German Catholic Church there was private dissent from aspects of Nazi doctrine, the Catholic Church as an institution remained thoroughly and publicly anti-Semitic.” (Future Israel, Barry Horner, pg.34.)  

During WW2, the United States had a wave of antisemitism in the churches. In the Catholic Church they had a priest named Charles Coughlin who had a huge following: 

“Throughout the 1930s, Coughlin was one of the most influential men in the United States. A new post office was constructed in Royal Oak just to process the letters that he received each week—80,000 on average. Furthermore, the audience of his weekly radio broadcasts was in the tens of millions, foreshadowing modern talk radio and televangelism. Based on his speeches, writings, and associations, however, he appears to have had significant antisemitic sentiment throughout his career. In the days and weeks after Kristallnacht, Coughlin defended the state-sponsored violence of the Nazi regime. He argued that Kristallnacht was justified as retaliation for Jewish persecution of Christians.” https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/  

When I was in graduate school, I took a class on Church history that used the book by David Rausch called, “Why Christians Should Never Forget the Holocaust.” It was a great class that highlighted the compromise in the church through the ages that led to the holocaust. At the heart of the antisemitic behavior lies the teaching of replacement theology.  

“Replacement theology “is the view that the church is the new or true Israel that has permanently replaced or superseded Israel as the people of God.” (Thomas Ice) Barry Horner said, “The big three in replacement theology are Augustinian, Catholic, and Reformed doctrines that emphasize Jewish identity, nationality, territory, are all absorbed into the Chruch, God has eliminated it, therefore no promises to Israel.” Unfortunately, replacement theology has led to much antisemitic behavior. Both Islam and false Christianity used Nazi doctrine to attack Jews: 

 “Soldiers Find Arabic Copy Of Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’ Inside Children’s Room In Gaza: The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) found an Arabic copy of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” — in a children’s room at a home inside Gaza — as its forces continue to root out Hamas terrorists inside the territory. President Isaac Herzog first revealed the discovered book during an interview with the BBC and showed that terrorists had written various notes in Arabic and highlighted passages in the book.”  

I learned in my class that the Islamic world made Mein Kampf the number one best seller list in the Arab world. It still is a best seller.  

“During World War II, Hitler met with the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, who Palestinians see as one of the fathers of Palestinian nationalism, on November 28, 1941, at the Reich Chancellory in Berlin. During the meeting, al-Husseini conveyed to Hitler that he was “admired by the entire Arab world” because “of the sympathy which he had always shown for the Arab and especially the Palestinian cause,” according to an official German record of the meeting. He told Hitler that the Arabs were natural friends with Nazi Germany because they both hated Jews.” https://www.dailywire.com/  

The Muslim world still hates the Jews, and they wish to drive them from the promised land. The Rair Foundation had an article highlighting the teaching of Islam and the particular goals that they have as a religion. Some of the groups that teach Islamic doctrine are clear that Islam teaches world conquest as the goal and Jihad is the way. Hizb-ut-Tahrir, the self-declared “Party of Liberation,” is an example of one international organization that is in 40 nations, including the United States. This particular group calls for the global caliphate to be established over the whole world, the destruction of all nations not bowing to Islam. In response to U.S. President Donald Trump recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital: “The very knife with which you cut Palestine is a criminal, infidel, hypocritical knife, and it will be turned against you and will cut your bodies and behead you. This knife will sever your heads from your bodies, just like you severed East Jerusalem from West Jerusalem.” 

3) March 2016 

Ismail al-Wahwah-“Before Allah [pledge] to restore the caliphate, to raise the banner, to restore the Sharia, to unite the Islamic nation and to lead the armies of jihad that will conquer Europe and America so that the word of Allah will reign supreme.”

In response to the Charlie Hebdo attack in France and “pressure” from the West against Islam: “Woe, time and again, to all those who point the finger at any pressure when it gets a blast from the Muslims, regardless of size. Iran is the major leader of the war on Israel. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard is larger than the regular army in Iran. They fuel the war against Israel. They have convinced many in the world to follow their lead, including Harvard and Yale. Many colleges are rife with antisemitism, much like WW2! They are inspiring the world to destroy Israel.

He is Musa Abu Marzouk, an engineer educated in the United States, who became a key leader of Hamas. If the terror group had a Secretary of State, it would be Marzouk. He met with the deputy foreign ministers of Russia and Iran. Their stated purpose was to discuss Hamas’s continuing war with Israel. Israel’s necessary ground incursion [currently taking place] in Gaza will also provoke some level of escalation. Will Hezbollah — with its 100,000 troops and as many as 200,000 missiles — fully enter the fray from the north? Might Iran move directly against Israel, the United States, or both? For years, the Iranians have been practicing and planning assaults against US aircraft carriers. The answer is yes, yes, and yes. The time has come for the wars the Bible has predicted to come to fruition. Iran has worked on this plan to destroy Israel for many years and now they are putting it into action. Unfortunately, Iran wanted Hamas to fight all the way to the West Bank and they failed. God is once again protecting His land.  

“Israel spared the worst: Americans confirm Hamas target was West Bank: Hamas’s plans for the October 7 massacre in southern Israel far exceeded what it ultimately “succeeded” when hundreds of gunmen crossed from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory to sow terror and death, the Washington Post reveals. More than 12 current and former intelligence and security officials from four Western and Middle Eastern countries studied the evidence collected and concluded that Hamas was planning “a blow of historic proportions” to Israel. https://warnews247.gr/  

“The Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah increased attacks on Israel on November 13, launching an anti-tank missile and firing mortars. Hezbollah has been escalating its threats to Israel for several days. On November 12, seven Israeli soldiers were injured after mortar shells struck their location near Manara in northern Israel. The soldiers were evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said. An anti-tank missile fired from Lebanon at the community of Dovev killed one and injured four civilians. “Hezbollah is increasing its threats to Israel and the United States as Iranian-backed proxies in Syria and Iraq also increase their attacks. Iran is not deterred and is encouraging Hezbollah and other terrorist groups to escalate toward a regional war. Daily attacks by Hezbollah are now causing more injuries and risk dragging Lebanon into a wider war.”   https://www.fdd.org/  

This war will grow stronger and more Islamic groups will attack Israel over the next few weeks. Iran planned it and Turkey desires to finish it.  

“The former lawmaker of Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party, Metin Kulunk, and Turkish lawyers Mucahit Birinci and Burak Bekiroglu have sent a petition to the Istanbul Prosecutor’s Office asking it to file a lawsuit against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the International Criminal Court, the Anadolu news agency reported. The petition said that Netanyahu “has committed crimes such as war, genocide and a crime against humanity in full view of the world.” It also said that “Netanyahu does not hesitate to use weapons prohibited by international law in what could constitute crimes.” https://tass.com/  

Ecclesiastes says; “there is a time for peace and there is a time for war.” We are in the time for war, and could this be the impetus to usher in the false peace deal of Anti-Christ? Iran started the war through Hamas, to torpedo and stop the peace talks between Israel and Saudi Arabia. God promises that Israel will prevail in the war, He will give the land back to His people Israel, and God will lead many in Israel to Himself. The promise of a revival in Israel is Scripture! Romans 11 says that all Israel will be saved! That day is heading towards us like a freight train. Pray that God will lead many to Himself before the Rapture!
