Prophecy Update: November 8, 2018
In light of the midterm elections, I want to talk about Jerusalem. The battle for the hearts and minds of the Americans can be described as a battle between two opposing forces. On the one side is the group that holds to the Judeo Christian ethic as the worldview of America. On the other side is the secular humanist who has an anti-God, anti-Revelation view of history and ethics.
The Democratic party platform has eliminated God from America. March 15, 2017 the New York Post had this article:
“Democrats Still Haven’t Faced Their God Problem. And over the last couple of decades, as its base became more educated, less religious and more urban, this problem has only grown. And the divide has seemingly sapped Democrats’ ability to communicate to religious Americans. Especially if those people of faith are white, according to Brad Chism, a longtime and respected Democratic strategist based in Mississippi. “And that problem extends to the national media, who by and large are mostly Democrats, meaning you have these powerful forces who do not understand more than half of the people in this country,” he said.
Over the last few decades the Democratic party has pushed Christians out of the party. The article went on to say:
“Democrats were hugely successful across the country by solidifying their base. In the process, they have pushed away religious voters not simply by ignoring them but by actively repelling them with accusations of bigotry and backwardness.”
Earlier this year this divide between Democrats and Christians/Jews exploded over the embassy move to Jerusalem. Consider this article from May:
How the embassy move widens the partisan divide over Israel: Tellingly, not a single Democratic member of Congress attended. In America, popular support for Israel appears to be rising among Republicans, but is falling rapidly among Democrats. That decline is also found among younger American Jews, and even among younger American evangelicals. Since coming into office, Trump has sided more openly with Israel on a number of occasions. Most recently, he announced the U.S. was withdrawing from the Iran deal and seeking to reimpose sanctions on Iran. Trump’s move was welcomed by Netanyahu, but was met with criticism from the Democratic leadership and from European allies.
This Monday, the United States of America took another step in supporting Israel by taking the next step in sanctions against Iran. If Democrats were in charge, Israel would be in a lot of trouble right now. Why did God put the Republicans in charge? Because the table was not set for the future wars coming in the Middle East. God has been protecting Israel while it prepares for these wars and with Americas help, they are ready to fight. If Democrats were in office, none of these things would have been possible.
First, if the Democrats were in charge, the Iran deal would still be in place and Iran would be getting millions of dollars from the US to help them with their march to war with Israel.
Second, if the Democrats were in charge the embassy would have never moved and there would never have been a declaration that Jerusalem was the eternal capital of Israel.
Third, behind these events are spiritual battles. It is the Lord who establishes kings and brings Kings down. Now that the House of Representatives has been taken from the Republicans there are two groups who are really happy: Those who wish to destroy evangelical support for Israel, and those who wish to destroy Israel.
The Republican Party has a group that want the same things that the Democrats want. They want the evangelical vote but nothing of what evangelicals believe. They want abortion, globalism, and socialism. The ethics of the Republican establishment are driven by secular humanism. So the war within the Republican Party has been going on for many years. It is now at an all-time high. With the Democrats winning the House, these Republicans will side with the Democrats for socialism and anti-God, antisemitism, anti-ethical positions.
What can we expect from the events of the election this week? Consider this article from today, Wed.11/7/18:
“Trump’s free ride from Congress just ended: Democrats have won control of the House of Representatives, according to calls by multiple media outlets — which means their days of standing by just helplessly watching President Donald Trump are gone.
The party’s House majority will allow them to launch subpoena-powered investigations into the president’s finances, Russian interference, administration ethics scandals, and so much more — and to halt the conservative legislative agenda in its tracks. They could even demand Trump’s long-concealed tax returns.”
I believe that Donald Trump is a man who will fight. He will not allow the Democrats to impeach him. He will start a war that we have never seen before. He is not like the Bush’s who will help the Democrats to take down the president. This is a spiritual war and this man Trump is the perfect tip of the spear to bring the Americans to their knees. The ariticle went on to say:
“Yet Trump is Trump, and he loves confrontation. Meanwhile, Democrats distrust the president and dearly hope to usher him out of office as soon as possible. On some matters like funding the government and raising the debt ceiling, though, they will have to figure out a way to work together — though getting there may not be easy. The most imminent consequence of a Democratic House takeover is that there will be investigations galore. Democrats now have the power to make Trump’s life hell.”
I’d say so!! The Democrats have advocated violence against Republicans and the president. They also have hatred in their hearts towards Christians and Jews. The Hill had this to say: “If Dems win the House, expect ‘worst of times’ to follow: We are a nation simultaneously embracing the idea of American exceptionalism and resurrecting the ideas of our Founding Fathers, while at the same time embracing the kind of socialist ideas that once caused half of Europe to fall behind what Winston Churchill described as an Iron Curtain.”
This quote perfectly describes the problem in America. We are a divided nation and the anger is overflowing from one side. The leftists want blood to run in the streets just like they did in the Soviet Union, China, Vietnam, and a whole host of other communist nations. The Soros group funds the violence and news outlets cover up the sins of the socialists. Did you see any major news outlets report that the Kavanaugh accuser lied and admitted it? No you won’t because they have an agenda and it is to destroy the constitution and the American way of life. Why? Because it is spiritual warfare!! Do you think that Satan is upset at all of the missionary funding that comes out of the USA? Do you think Satan is upset that the most pro-Israel nation on the earth is once again supporting Israel fully? Do you think Satan wants to destroy evangelical churches who stand firm in all of the Bible, the 66 books of the Bible being the verbally inspired Word of God, inerrant, without error, and proud of it? Satan has a willing population to do his bidding and it is the progressive left! Pray that God will save some of them from their losing strategy, being on the losing team. Team Satan will lose in the end!
The President tweeted this: “If the Democrats think they are going to waste Taxpayer Money investigating us at the House level, then we will likewise be forced to consider investigating them for all of the leaks of Classified Information, and much else, at the Senate level. Two can play that game!”
Back to Jerusalem: God is very clear that the whole world will be against what He is doing in Jerusalem. America is in a good place supporting Israel the way we should. With the Democrats in control of the house, their motto will be ‘make America evil again.’ Pro-abortion, pro-Palestinian, Pro-communist/socialism, and pro-humanist ideology will now be pushed from the House. All of this will have an impact on Israel. The international pressure on the Democrats in the House will be unrelenting from those who wish to push the two state solution. They will push an agenda that will work in the Anti-Christ favor for the false peace deal coming in the future. This had to happen—unfortunately it is happening on our watch. What do you think will be the Lords response if the Democrats are successful pushing their agenda?
I believe with all of my heart that the prophecies of Ezekiel are going to be fulfilled in our life time. The world hates God and His move to bring Jews back to the Land and settle them in all of the land of Israel. The world is lined up to oppose this and that is why they hate Trump. He is the most supportive of the settlement movement in Israel. He proved it with the move of the embassy. Satan will now work to destroy that movement. Mahmoud Abbas is extremely happy today for the election results. He has an ally in Nancy Pelosi. His war can now proceed. But the result of the war will be destruction of the Palestinian Authority. It is the Psalm 83 war that is getting ready to commence.
Psalm 83 says, A Song, a Psalm of Asaph. O God, do not remain quiet; Do not be silent and, O God, do not be still for behold, your enemies make an uproar, and those who hate You have exalted themselves. They make shrewd plans against Your people, and conspire together against Your treasured ones. They have said, “Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, That the name of Israel be remembered no more.” Vs. 18 says, that they may know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, Are the Most High over all the earth.
When God fights this war with these nations, all of the world will see that God alone is responsible for bringing His people back. I cannot wait to see it happen!! I love our Lord and all that He does. This war will lead to the Gog-Magog war and hopefully we will be raptured out of here soon! Are you looking for the blessed hope?
