Prophecy Update: July 26 is the Ninth of Av! 7/26/2023
The Ninth of Av! This day commemorates the catastrophes for Israel. The list is heartbreaking and tomorrow is the Ninth of Av. (July 26) This day is not a holiday but a day of mourning. The first catastrophe happened in Numbers 13-14 when the 12 spies went into Israel to spy out the land. When the spies came out, only two of them gave a good report, the other ten said we are not able to fight against the inhabitants of the land. They said there were giants in the land. God judged them and made them march around for 40 years.
The Temple was destroyed on the Ninth of Av, not once but twice. First the Babylonians and then the Romans in 70 AD. The Jews were expelled from England in 1290 on the Ninth of Av. They were expelled from Spain in 1492 on the Ninth of Av. Both World Wars started on the Ninth of Av. In Hebrew the Ninth of Av is called Tisha B’Av.
“Tisha B’Av, one of two “full-day” fasts in the Jewish year (the other occurs at Yom Kippur), is the culmination of a three-week period of mourning called “The Three Weeks” in English or Bein HaMitzarim (literally, “between narrow straits”) in Hebrew. “Judah has gone into exile under affliction And under harsh servitude; She dwells among the nations, But she has found no rest; All her pursuers have overtaken her In the midst of distress.”

“The three weeks of mourning begins with the fast of Shivah Asar B’Tammuz (meaning the 17th day of the Hebrew month, Tammuz), which was instituted to mark the breach of the Jerusalem walls during the Babylonian siege in 586 BCE. According to tradition, it also marks a number of other tragedies that befell the Jewish people after that day, including the halting of daily temple sacrifices and the burning of the Torah after the Babylonian invasion, and the erection of idols in the Temple during the Roman occupation. It is also considered the day on which Moses broke the first set of tablets containing the Ten Commandments after coming down Mt. Why am I bringing this up now? Israel is in the throes of a coup. Ehud Barak and his cronies hate Benjamin Netanyahu and anyone who wants Israel to take possession of Judea and Samaria. They are using the judicial branch of Israel and especially the Supreme Court to force evil decisions on the State of Israel. The land of Israel and the prophecies regarding Israel getting her land is at the heart of this dispute! Here is how one American Synagogue talked about the Knesset decision today.

The problem with what the Rabbi is saying is that the ‘Reasonable Doctrine’ is the leftist doctrine. It is a way for the court to stop any decision the left doesn’t like. This is why the people voted in large numbers to throw out the last government and put Netanyahu back in. He ran on overturning the Reasonable Doctrine and then the Knesset voted 64 to 0 to overturn the doctrine. This was a big win for good government. The left always tries to use the courts to get their way because they cannot win at the ballot box. They also do not talk about the huge numbers of people who are protesting for the overturn of the doctrine. The American media will not show you the over 100,000 people marching in Jerusalem supporting the overturn of the evil doctrine. Legislating from the bench was halted in Israel and I wish we would do that in America!

The enemies of Israel are salivating over the attack of the leftist Israeli’s over the Jews who believe that Israel should take possession of Judea and Samaria. Netanyahu’s coalition party is determined to take possession of the land and Satan is scared once again that God will fulfill prophecy! Joe OBiden got into the act by condemning Israel for the vote.

The left lies constantly about this bill and here is a response from people with a level head: “Judge Alex Stein, who “commented that this feature of the judiciary allows the judge to step into the shoes of the executive branch.” “The new reasonability has definitely harmed the ability of the executive branch to manage their steps,” added Rothman, “thereby harming the principle of the separation of powers.” He noted that this created “an acute democratic deficit since the court gave itself the power to extend this authority to appointments in the executive branch, something with no equal in the world. After the vote, people were ecstatic that they have fixed a wrong. Imagine if anytime a president signed a bill or hired someone in the government that the court had a right to stop it! The Supreme Court of Israel was known to attack any appointment by Netanyahu and kick them out of the government. They did not like anyone he appointed so they attacked them all and this made the executive branch useless. Imagine we passed a law in congress and the Supremes did not like it. They would rule that it was wrong and they would disallow the law. The Supremes of Israel became the totalitarian rulers of Israel and the left loved it. Now the left is losing some power and the leftists in America are besides themselves!
This is important because it is happening the day before Ninth of Av. It should be a day of mourning for Israel because so many in Israel hate the truth and love every evil they can think of! The Lord raised up some Jews who are standing in the gap for the nation. They are falling in line with what God said He would do for His nation. This is encouraging as I see the left throw a fit like a spoiled brat. It reminds me of the response of the news outlets when Trump won the presidency…they could not stop crying and threatening etc. President Biden In the meantime curses Israel every chance he can get. When I first read about this despicable behavior by the president and his woke politics, I prayed that God would protect Israel from this anti-Semitic behavior. President Obama gave 150 billion dollars to Iran to set up the Gog Magog prophecy and now Joe Obiden is adding fuel to the fire. Notice how the leader of Iran is giddy about the prospects of bringing Israel to her knees. Joe Obiden and his anti-Semitic crowd are also giddy to bring Israel to her knees. The hatred shown by our political class towards Pro Israel and Pro One State solution people rises to the level war. Iran promises war and God predicts war, it is sad that the United States government under Joe Obiden agrees with the Iranians of bringing Israel to her knees. Obiden also is pushing a coup in Israel through Ehud Barak!
