The spirit of the Antichrist is strong in the world today. The question for many Christians has been “if we are in the end times is the antichrist here?”
All prophecy has development stages. We know that the whole world will get the mark of the beast. The technology to see this happen did not develop until the late 20th century. The Gog Magog prophecy tells us about nations that will amass on the northern border of Israel. This coalition of nations did not come together in history until the last five years. The promise of scripture is that the temple will be built and now all of the conditions are ready to rebuild. All of these things are signs to us that we are in the end times.
If all of these things are coming to pass, what about the antichrist? What are the conditions that need to exist that precedes his rise? What events have to take place for his arrival? As I have considered these things, the conditions exist for his rise.
A one-world government will rise when the antichrist comes to power. The world leaders have made their sentiments known. They hate nationalism! One of the strongest proponents of globalism and a one-world government is the Pope. George Neumayr said of this pope: “this is the Pope they have been waiting for.” His message supports Marxists and Marxism, shockingly unlike the statements issued during the Papacies of John Paul and Benedict. “His program of promoting left wing politics while downplaying and undermining doctrine on faith and morals is the ecclesiastical equivalent of Barack Obama.” Pope Francis grew up a fascist and socialist in Argentina. He loves liberation theology, which mixes Marxism and Christianity. John Paul tried to eradicate the liberation theology guys from the Catholic Church and Francis has rehabilitated and reinstated them.
A former seminary official who was interviewed for a book called The Political Pope: How Pope Francis Is Delighting the Liberal Left and Abandoning Conservatives by George Neumayr, stated that the Pope said, “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?” Pope Francis not only pushes immorality, he champions open borders. His push for open borders has led him to push for unity in religious matters, economic matters, and political matters.
Jonathan Byrd reported, “Today I present to you a post from Fr. Jerome entitled: Why Pope Francis is A False Prophet. Fr. Jerome is a pseudonym. Due to the times in which we live, this has become necessary. After Jesus resurrection our Lord said, “Go and make disciples of all nations” Mat.28:19—to the contrary, Pope Francis said, ‘It is not right to convince someone of your faith.’ This means Pope Francis is now directly opposing Jesus Christ, and it is time for me to speak up.”
Catholics have been writing the past few years on all of the false statements coming from the Pope. Fr. Jerome said of this: “What is different from all other Popes is how much he speaks error. The magnitude is stunning both in quality and quantity. Quantitatively, Pope Francis speaks so frequently against the Bible and Tradition that even traditional websites have stopped making lists. Qualitatively, it is remarkable that theological error has finally made it into an apostolic exhortation”
One of the scary things Pope Francis said comes from Jesus at 12 years old. Fr. Jerome said, “Regarding the young Jesus being in the Temple, he said in his 2016 Epiphany homily in Italian: ‘instead of returning home with his family, he stayed in Jerusalem in the Temple provoking great suffering to Mary and Joseph, who were unable to find him. For this little escapade Jesus probably had to ask forgiveness of his parents.” I believe that anyone who says Jesus has to ask forgiveness is blasphemy. Fr. Jerome said, “How are people so blind to the fact that for a Pope to say that the Son of God probably had to ask forgiveness is a clear denial of the Divinity of Jesus Christ?”
The religious and political ground has been set for the rise of anti-Christ. Pope Francis s not the only one who is causing Christians to observe that anti-Christ may be on the scene. Emmanuel Macron is causing many Christians to question his rise to power. Since the antichrist arises from Europe, he has certainly caught the attention of many. The reason he garners this attention is because the he was received. The Economist magazine introduced him to the world on the cover of their magazine. They pictured Macron walking on water. His metroic rise to power has made people question who he is?
When Macron had his acceptance speech he said that he would rule lie a Roman god, namely Jupiter. This is in homage to the pagan gods of Rome, Jupiter being the king of all other gods. He is called ‘Europe’s Savior.’ His first name means ‘God with us.’ His full name is Emmanuel Jean (gift of God) Michel (who is like God) Frederic (peaceful ruler) Macron (the mark). His last name is particularly revealing since the antichrist will cause people to put a mark on their right hand or forehead. The antichrist will be from Roman descent according to Daniel 9:26 and will rise from the Roman Empire. Both of his parents are from Roman ancestry. Haaretz reported on Macron and said, “When he takes the stage at rallies you can feel Macron’s Messianic dimensions—the audiences near sensual ecstasy, his followers blind faith, his speech writers evangelical messages. People yearn to get a picture with him, speak with him, touch him.”
The Financial Times reported, quoting a source who has known Macron well for years. “Macron is always charming, especially with his enemies and those hostile to him. During the election Macron took particular pleasure in always trying to meet his opponents, even the most hostile, face to face. He did this, so the source says, because he was and is so confident of his own charm and ability to win people over.“
The antichrist will be a globalist. Macron and many more people today in politics are globalists. Eventually, the whole world will be ruled by a one-world government and one dictator. Revelation 6 tells us about this one world government. Rev.6:2 says, “And I looked and behold, a white horse and its rider had a bow and a crown was given to him and he came out conquering and to conquer.” Someday antichrist will rise and take over the world militarily. It is interesting that Macron has proposed that Europe bring together a ten nation coalition that can raise up an army. Macron called it a ‘real European Army’ and he thought they would need it to counter Russia and the USA!
What is even more interesting is his proposal to start a peace treaty for the Middle East if Trump’s plan does not come to fruition. This is a very interesting time for that because Trump has delayed his peace proposal again and the Palestinians have declared that they will not participate with the USA. Macron is advocating even this week that he is preparing to release his own peace deal for Israel and the Palestinians.
I do not believe that we can know who the antichrist will be because the Bible says that he will be revealed after the rapture.
2Thessalonians 2:3 says, “Let no one deceive you in any way. For the day of the Lord will not come unless the rebellion comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction.”
Amir Tsfarti said of Macron, “I believe that in Emmanuel Macron’s case I can very clearly say that we are watching a young West European leader who was groomed by the one world order gang for this powerful position. I am not talking about grooming him to be the antichrist, but definitely toward leadership of Europe.”
One day, one of these leaders who are groomed by the globalist elites will be the antichrist. Whether Macron becomes that, only time will tell. We will not find out who that is before Jesus comes back for us. In the Pope and Emmanuel Macron we see two globalists who mirror what it will be like under the antichrist and the false prophet. I have been following some of the catholic criticism of their own Pope and many have expressed that he will be the false prophet. These are not evangelical Christians or prophecy teachers. These are Catholic priests who are fearful of what is happening to their own church.
God has given us encouragement to work until He comes. It 2 Thess.2:1-2 it says, Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to Him (rapture) we ask you brothers not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed by a spirit or a spoken word or a letter seeming to be from us to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.”
The day of the Lord has not come and will not commence until after the rapture. So be encouraged and pray for the Lords return. Like Revelation says, come Lord Jesus come! Are you watching and praying? I hope this blog helps you to watch and pray!
