Prophecy Update: The Two Great Deceptions 12/5/19
The Lord is zeroing in on giving the land of Israel back to Israel. Benjamin Netanyahu met with President Trump (Monday) and brought up annexing Judea and Samaria. This is unprecedented because no president has ever agreed that this is a good thing to do. As God is working to give His land to His people, the world is rebelling against the Lord and His will. Do you remember the first time that God gave the land to His people? It was in Joshua 5 when Jesus showed up to let Joshua know that he was not alone. The Captain of the Hosts of the Lord stood before Joshua and told him that he was standing on holy ground. Joshua bowed and worshipped Jesus as the leader, who would go before him into the land to conquer the land. Yes, God would go before His people to fight for them. God sent the Ark of the Covenant before the people in the Jordan River. Likewise, God will deliver the land by going before them into Israel because it is His will. Why is this important at this time?
Jesus told us four times in Matthew 24 “see to it that no one misleads you” vs.4, 5, 11, and 24. Deception is so common today that it is hard to keep pace with all of the lies. The deception is part of the end times. Antichrist will come deceiving and Rev.13:14 says, “he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform” so signs from antichrist are meant to deceive the people. Today we have two great deceptions; the nations say that the land of Israel belongs to Palestinians and global climate change. These two endtimes deceptions are meant to prepare the world to follow the devil and his man, the antichrist.
I am concerned with the deception of the nations about Israel. The nations are saying that the land of Israel is not owned by the Jews. Ezekiel 36 summarizes this deception when it says in vs.2, “Thus says the Lord, because the enemy says of you, Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession.” This is what we here everyday. It is Wednesday Dec. 4th and the United Nations made five more resolutions against Israel. They are obsessed with the lie—that they have to kick Israel out of the land. But then there is America. Did you know that since the beginning of the USA, we have always been there for the Jews. It is not that anti-Semites have not risen in our land, but by and large they have not ruled the day. Michael Medved wrote a great article about this, here is the title of his article: I will make of you a Great Nation, The intertwining of the Jews and the American Experiment begins at the beginning. Commentary Magazine Nov.2019. I am going to give you some of the great quotes to show that God has been using the USA to help Israel take her land.
The Puritans and the Pilgrims saw themselves as New Testament Hebrews. They loved the Old Testament and many of them pleaded the promise of Gen.12 over what they were doing coming to a new land. “With this formulation in mind, many of the radical Protestant doers and dreamers who ultimately planted a new civilization in North America embraced the notion that their cosmic purpose involved the protection of the children of Abraham—an idea they expressed in sermons and scholarly treatises long before any actual Jews turned up in their struggling New World outpost.”
For instance, in 1648, Sir Edward Nicholas wrote an influential pamphlet that blamed Englands present problems on “the strict and cruel laws now in force against the most honorable nation of the world, the nation of Israel, of the Jews the chosen people of God.” Rhode Island accepted 30 Israeli families in 1652 as Roger Williams advocated that Jews should be protected by this country. Many of the Puritans learned Hebrew and believed that God would soon reestablish the state of Israel. Ezra Stiles 1727-95 spent 20 years as pastor of a church in Newport Rhode Island and wrote a sermon at the end of the American Revolution: The United States Elevated to Glory and Honour: “the role of the nation is to recover and gather the children of Israel from all the nations and the words of Moses will be literally fulfilled when the posterity of Abraham shall be nationally collected and become a very distinguished and glorious people.” Many in America saw that our role would be to help Israel become a nation again and protect them.
George Washington wrote a letter to the Jews and said, “May the children of the stock of Abraham who dwell in this land continue to merit and enjoy the good will of the other inhabitants; while every one shall sit in safety under his own vine and fig tree, and there shall be none to make him afraid. May the Father of all mercies scatter light and not darkness in our paths, and make us all in our several vocations useful here, and in his own due time and way everlastingly happy.” This is common talk in that day. God did bless the United States and use us to be a shelter for the Jews.
John Adams, the second President of the United States, wrote to a Jewish man named Mordecai Manuel Noah. “I could find it in my heart to wish that you had been at the head of a hundred thousand Israelites indeed as well disciplined as a French Army, marching with them into Judea and making a conquest of that country and restoring your nation to the dominion of it—For I really wish the Jews again in Judea an independent Nation.” The year was 1819!! Can you imagine any American politician saying the same thing today. Wait—there is!!!
200 years later we have a President who supports Israel taking Judea and Samaria. Benjamin Netanyahu said that within 6 months, they will annex Judea. It is incredible what has happened over the last two years, but people do not see it. God is on the move and America has leadership that is supporting the Jews to take all of their land. That is a God thing if ever there was a God thing!!
God is moving the circumstances in countries so that the Jews will have to leave and go to Israel. Europe is very unsafe for Jews at this time. The articles are numerous about antisemitism spreading across Europe. Here is a new one, an article about the rise of Islam in Europe that has caused several nations to outlaw circumcision.
‘Circumcision ban will end Jewish communities in Europe’—As you can imagine, if you outlaw circumcision, Jews will leave. God wants Jews to go home to their ancient homeland as He prophesied in the prophets. Many Jews are at home in their European countries where several generations of Jews have lived. It is hard to uproot and go to Israel. Some nations have made it unsafe for Jews. The rise of violent Islam is the cause of some of the attacks on Jews in Europe. The Wall Street Journal had this article last week: ‘Anti-Semitism Soars in Eastern Europe’ The BBC had this to say: Anti-Semitism pervades European life, says EU report – BBC .. Conditions are ripening so that Jews will soon leave Europe.
Another development is the anger that has grown in nations over the announcement by the USA over settling Judea and Samaria. Jordan for instance is willing to go to war over it, here is the headline:
Jordan army simulates battle with Israel in military exercise. As Israel takes the land, annexes it and settles it, there is room for the Jews of Europe to come home. Jordan will lose her land on the east side of the Jordan river because it is prophesied. As Moses led them he gave three tribes land on the east side of the Jordan and those tribes still need to get their land back!
Isaiah 11:12, 14 describes this and it says: “He will raise a signal for the nations and will assemble the banished of Israel and gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth….But they shall swoop down on the shoulder of the Philistines in the west and together they shall plunder the people of the east. They shall put out their hand against Edom and Moab and the Ammonites shall obey them.” Is this not a fantastic prophecy and it so fits what is going to happen in our day. The Gaza strip will be taken back, parts of Jordan will fall to Israel, and the Jordanians will obey Israel! Here is another reason the Jordanians are mad:
Jewish Population in Hebron to Double following Defense Minister’s Authorization. “Defense Minister Naftali Bennett ordered the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the Civil Administration of Judea and Samaria to inform the Hebron municipality of a plan for a new Jewish neighborhood in the historic Jewish market on Sunday. The new neighborhood will establish a continuous neighborhood that will connect the Tomb of the Patriarchs to the Avraham Avinu neighborhood. The plan is also expected to double the number of Jewish residents in the ancient city.” It is satanic to keep Jews out of Hebron. Hebron, the capital of Israel before they moved it to Jerusalem and the United Nations says it is Muslim, not Jewish. The world has a plan for Israel, get rid of the Jews and destroy Israel. God has other plans.
An interesting article from Breaking Israel News said that the USA and Israel have signed a military pact. The article said: “If true, this military pact would be a landmark. Though the U.S. provides Israel with significant military aid and the two countries participate in joint military maneuvers, the two countries have never cooperated militarily and there is no known pact between the two countries in which they promise to actively support each other in a military engagement.” As the ties between our two countries get closer and military alliances grow, it is becoming more and more apparent that Trump and Netanyahu have become the bane of the lefts existence. This is why the left is so rabid on ousting Netanyahu and Trump. They cannot stand the support for Israel and the attack on globalism.
What is globalism? It is the desire of people to have a one world government. At the UN in September of this year, President Trump said, “the future does not belong to the globalists, the future belongs to the patriots.” This was a shot across the bow of those wishing that the sovereignty of all nations will be destroyed and a one world government will form to rule everyone. In September the ‘Global Citizens Festival’ was held to celebrate that people are global citizens and not citizens of any country. This event brought together leaders to take action to create change. What is the change? America’s withdrawal from the Paris accords was cited as a “sin against globalism and thus against humanity itself.” They held signs that said, ‘a person cannot be illegal’ and ‘there is no such thing as an illegal person.’ Breaking down national borders is the main goal of these people. That is the change that they want! No national borders means no countries and therefore we are all one. Can you say kumbaya and peace peace when there is not peace! The UN asserts the right for all people to have food, clothing, heath care, medical care, social services, unemployment, child care, and free education. They assert the right to have absolute authority over every man woman and child in the world and demand that America cede power to them. They propose a program called Agenda 21 to transfer power of the state to the UN, they say, “It is simply not feasible for sovereignty to be exercised unilaterally by individual nation states.”
This is why Trump is such a threat to them. Obama said in his last year in office, “Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges.” Hillary Clinton would have continued this nonsense that we are global citizens and that is one reason she lost the election. The American people do not want to be under a foreign dictator, whether that be the UN Secretary General or some other global figure. We are Americans, it is government of the people and by the people of the United States. Citizenship comes with a price, you need to earn it in America. Thank God for America!
One of the cofounders of the Global Citizens Festival is Hugh Evans. In 2016 he gave a speech titled, “What does it mean to be a citizen of the world.” He said they are people who, “identify first and foremost not as a member of a state, a tribe, a nation, but as a member of the human race.” This is an attack on Jesus and every godly person in the world. God says in Revelation 7:9 “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands”
It is a testimony to the greatness of our God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that He created nations and languages for our good. He is the God of the nations and Jesus will rule the nations with a rod of iron one day. He is the Messiah who is Jewish, who is coming back to set up shop and rule from Jerusalem! Every nation, tribe, and tongue will come to Israel because salvation is of the Jews. They will bring the wealth of the nations to Israel and Israel will be the head not the tail. Revelation 13 tells us that the beast is going to rise. It has ten horns and seven heads with ten diadems and blasphemous names on its heads. So we know that the one world government of Satan is coming, but low his doom is sure. Israel will rise and all of the godly and saved will come and conquer Satan and his lackeys the antichrist and the false prophet. In that day we are told in Isaiah 2:2-3, “Now it will come about that In the last days The mountain of the house of the LORD Will be established as the chief of the mountains, And will be raised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it.
