Prophecy Update
This week is critical to the freedom of the republic. The Communist left is making a play for dominance over the American government. Unfortunately, the evangelical church, attacked with the idea of ‘social justice’ blindly compromises the faith, accepting the communist presupposition that all people need to have the same amount of money, property, goods, and gifts to be fair. The ‘social justice’ movement seeks to remove the biblical worldview, teaching that personal private ownership of land, property, and goods is evil. The Bible teaches personal responsibility, personal property rights, and capitalism.
Communism, Fascism, and Socialism
Communism, Fascism, and Socialism are three sides of the same coin. They unite under the idea that government is your god. Each of these movements eliminate the biblical view of life. The biblical view of life, made in the image of God, means all people have the created rights of freedom and liberty! These three movements teach that babies are blank slates and culture frames them! The Bible teaches that each individual is responsible to God independently. The three atheist movements teach that the state gives you meaning and personal responsibility is to the government. Their motto is, “you will own nothing and you will be happy.” This article reveals what we are facing.
“US passing through socialism on way to communism. Americans are at a critical point of choosing between communism and the freedoms of a representative federal democracy that has made us the most prosperous, generous, strongest, freest and, yes, fairest nation on Earth. For years, we’ve been on a slow steady path toward the same communist society as China, Russia, North Korea, Cuba and other repressive regimes have. Many in academia, media and politics have worked to indoctrinate our young people and others with the idea that socialism is compassionate and makes everyone’s outcome in life equal through legislation. As Lenin once stated, “The goal of socialism is communism.” Socialism inevitably leads to communism. People are continually stripped of their rights until all that remains is a tyrannical, totalitarian regime with total control over the people.” galvnews.com
One thing is for certain, communist regimes cannot have differing opinions. Censorship is the hallmark of communist dictatorships. Since the election on Nov.3rd 2020, big tech giants, google, facebook, youtube, and twitter have all engaged in censoring Christians and conservative thought. If you still believe in the Constitution of the United States, you will be censored. Here is an article about that.
“Foreign leaders are now condemning US regime for brutal censorship of American citizens. Despite Angela Merkel’s difficult relationship with President Trump, the German Chancellor made it clear that she is outraged over the decision by Twitter, Facebook, and Google to collectively banish the president from the Internet in the final week of his term. But Merkel’s statement, which attracted much attention in the U.S., was far from the only statement by a world leader recognizing the enormous power grab made by Big Tech, and the need to reverse that power grab with new regulations, new laws, or even entirely new online platforms. Leaders from all over the world joined in to express the same sentiments, and Revolver has compiled many of them into a list below. But keep in mind: No doubt even more leaders are thinking the same thing, and have only stayed quiet to avoid irritating the incoming BidenHarris Administration.” naturalnews.com Frank Gaffney put it like this,
“My old boss, Ronald Reagan, warned that every generation faces an existential threat to freedom. Unfortunately, we face a number of them. If our enemies prevail, Reagan believed, “We will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was like to live in the United States when men were free. For example, will we enjoy in the future, as we have in the past, freedoms of speech, religion and peaceable assembly? Will the press be free or effectively instruments of state propaganda? Will our elections be honestly conducted? Will officials compromised by hostile powers be barred from government service? centerforsecuritypolicy.org
“Forced from Obama Admin for Praising Mao, Anita Dunn to Return to White House. President-elect Joe Biden will tap Anita Dunn, an Obama-administration alumna who praised Chinese communist leader Mao Zedong’s political philosophy, for senior White House adviser, Axios reported Friday. Dunn’s last stint in the White House ended after just seven months, when she resigned after former Fox News anchor Glenn Beck aired a clip of the then-communications director saying Mao was one of her “favorite political philosophers.” freebeacon.com
History Lesson
Benito Mussolini switched sides, from socialism to fascism. This historical case makes clear the similarities of these movements.
“The economics of Italian Fascism is often ignored or trivialized because so much of it is found in today’s world economies. Consider some of the components of fascist economics: central planning, heavy state subsidies, protectionism (high tariffs), steep levels of nationalization, rampant cronyism, large deficits, high government spending, bank and industry bailouts, overlapping bureaucracy, massive social welfare programs, crushing national debt, bouts of inflation and “a highly regulated, multiclass, integrated national economic structure. Mussolini followed Lenin’s example and proceeded to establish a state-driven economic model in Italy. In essence, Mussolini’s fascism was simply an imitation of Lenin’s “third way,” which combined market-based mechanisms and socialism—similar to Red China’s “market socialism.” econlib.org
Many books written on this subject make clear that the bottom line is these systems make government god.
“In The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics, Sheldon Richman succinctly states: “As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer.” He contends that socialism seeks to abolish capitalism outright, while fascism gives the appearance of a market-based economy, even though it relies heavily on the central planning of all economic activities.” econlib.org
As these quotes make clear, all of these systems need people to be productive to prosper. The communist leader Lenin needed capitalist principles to make money. Why? God has weaved into creation certain economic laws that rule productivity. When these laws are violated, production fails or falls short. China learned this lesson and so they use capitalism as a tool even as they preach the glory of atheistic communism. These governments preach slavery to the state as the way forward to prosperity when God says freedom is the way. God has given the world a gift, it is called personal property rights. When violated, it brings poverty. Venezuela went from the richest nation in South America to the poorest, all because of communism. Now our own communists in the USA want to do the same thing to us.
Capitalism in the Bible
As I read the Bible, two things are very clear: God wants freedom for all people and God wants economic production. Here is an article about this subject:
“Bible and Money: Why God Supports Free Market Capitalism.
1) Free market capitalism requires the voluntary exchange of goods and services. Therefore, Freedom is the fuel for the system. Someone must freely choose to buy your product forcing you to put their needs ahead of your own by setting a price and quality that THEY will want to buy.
“and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
2 Cor 3:17
From the theology of the Garden of Eden to the Exodus from Egypt, freedom is the recurring theme of the Bible. Wherever true followers of Christ have taken seriously the message of the Scripture, they have pushed for more freedom for everyone.
2) The free market system is built on Biblical ideals: property rights, reward and incentive that are scattered throughout the Biblical narratives.” beliefnet.com
“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.”
1 Timothy 5:8
“She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard. She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong. She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp does not go out at night.”
Proverbs 31:16-18
Each of these verses show the importance of freedom and capitalism.
“He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor.”
1 Corinthians 3:8
“The free market always produces more prosperity throughout history. Socialism, communism, and increasing degrees of government interventionism always lead to poverty and loss of liberty. Romania equated peace with their communist dictator Niklai Ceausescu. Signs such as “Ceausescu Is Peace.” He kept that peace alright. His secret police terrorized the country. Everybody was under surveillance. People were starved until they had to steal to survive. They stole corn from large government owned farms. They planted and raised the corn, but they couldn’t have any of it. The government sold the corn, probably to Russia, and Ceausescu would pocket the money.” beliefnet.com
Throughout history and especially in America, every time socialism is tried it fails. The result is a loss of liberty in all of the states that are socialist/communist. States like New York, California, and Washington. A loss of prosperity for the people in these states, as the government confiscates property, rights, and incentive. Did you see how many people are leaving those states! Socialism/communism leads to the loss of generosity as the government intervenes in everyone’s business. Now the Democratic party and most Republicans want to bring the crises to the whole country!!
“The landowner said: Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with what is my own? Or are you envious because I am generous?”
Matt. 20:15
“With these words, our Lord demonstrated that Christianity supports a free enterprise economic system. Our Lord here assumed the rights of private property as expounded in God’s Law. It was Karl Marx who called this “Capitalism.” That system guarantees the ownership and free control of property (i.e. “capital”) by the private individual. “Socialism,” he taught, is the opposite: the collective ownership and control of all property by the state. In Socialism, the state abolishes private property and, thus, owns or controls all land, houses, factories, and industries. Each individual, thus, is totally enslaved to a state which plays God. In Bible-based Capitalism, the individual can do what he wants with his property, within the constraints of God’s good and kind Law, because it is given him by God!
No Compromise Possible Between Capitalism and Socialism
In Western countries, there is a pragmatic “mix” between these two systems. It won’t work in the long run. Marx realized that any compromise between these two always leads to gradual enslavement to a state that replaces God, family and Church (1). Of course, he deceived us! He called slavery “freedom”! He didn’t say that there are only two real alternatives: 1) the Creator is Owner and Ruler of all things. Man then finds freedom and blessing in obedience to His commandments; or 2) the state (i.e. the “people”) rules by owning everything and making all laws (2).”gospeldefenceleague.org
Galatians 5:1 tells us that it was for freedom that Christ set us free. That freedom is both spiritual and civil. When the Lord tells us to stand firm, He means to stand firm for all of the liberties we have in Jesus. I will write on this next week. Blessings!
