Prophecy Update: Treason in America                     

When the Bible speaks about wars and rumors of war, treason is not far behind. Treason is at the heart of the American experience in 2021! Our country is full of traitors! The constitution of the United States, a document founded on Biblical truth, supporting the Godly admonition that our rights come from God, casted aside like a piece of trash. Any nation that rejects the God of our fathers will suffer horrible consequences.

CS Lewis, in his wonderful book “The Abolition of Man” reasoned that a nation or people who reject Gods general revelation ends up in anarchy. This quote is part of the apologetic of Christian worldview absolute truth: All governments are obligated by God to recognize Him as the only sovereign of the universe!

This update will focus on America’s treasonous behavior with China and Hamas.

There are countless articles on mayors, governors, companies, all in bed with the Chinese. Even pro sports leagues, like the NBA, are essentially fronts for the Communist Chinese government! There are too many to cover in this article so here are some examples.

During the Trump Administration, there was a concerted effort to fight back against the espionage in America and limit Chinese influence. When Pompeo spoke in early 2020, I thought that more moves were coming to arrest those who work for the Chinese. Our own State department worked against the Trump administration to protect the Chinese influence campaign!

“US companies riddled with members of Chinese Communist Party: As we try to come to terms with the extent of Chinese influence over the Biden family, a leaked database of registered members of the Chinese Communist Party has exposed a mass infiltration of American companies — with serious national security implications.

Boeing, Qualcomm and Pfizer are just three US companies that have employed dozens of CCP members in their Chinese facilities, the database reveals. As well, three female employees of the US consulate in Shanghai have been identified in the list of 1.95 million party members that was leaked to an international group of legislators, the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, which includes Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Bob Menendez (D-NJ).” nypost.com 

America is so compromised that China is now talking openly how they will invade Taiwan. They know that under the Biden Administration there will be no push back from sleepy Joe. Our own military is compromised with the China lie!

The military leadership under Joe Biden itself mocks honor, tradition, and virtue, effectively accomplishing what C.S. Lewis said was happening to Britain in the 1950’s.  General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, just testified before a house panel and defended critical race theory, I wept at the cowardice and lack of love for the country. Appeasement always leads to war. Taiwan needs to prepare for war and that without a strong American military, it has been hollowed out!

Many watchman on the wall are warning of war in the Pacific and war in the Middle East. If you thought that our love affair with the Chinese was bad, it is even worse with Hamas. Joe Biden chose some of the most hateful, anti-Semitic people to be in his administration. One person is Hady Amr.

The globalist goal is to destroy the nationalism of Israel and the United States of America. The way they attack Israel, is to destroy Zionism, to destroy Israel as the nation state of Jews, and to push Iran to be the power broker of the Middle East. The Biden Administration is working hard to push Hamas to become part of the Palestinian Authority, make them move into the West Bank, and then support them when they destroy the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.

First, the sends the clear message that the Biden administration supports the division of Israel’s capital. Second, by sending Amr specifically to Jerusalem, the administration is making clear that it intends to legitimize and work with Hamas.” carolineglick.com 

The Biden Administration is trying to force Israel to accept more Arabs into Israel, pushing illegal immigration of those who want to destroy the Jewish state. Since the Oslo Accords, the Palestinian Authority was designated: no longer an enemy to Israel. The State of Israel accepted this falsity and now they are being pushed to accept Hamas. The PA pushes its people to marry women from Iran and other nations so that they can bring them into Israel. This is the way they can keep Jews out of the land. These Muslims practice the horror of polygamy. America supports this and pushes this on Israel.

The Jordan Valley is the dream of the Palestinians to keep Jews out of Judea and Samaria. The Biden Administration supports this dream, a greater Palestine for Arabs. This is prophesied by God in Ezekiel and Jeremiah. God said that they would not accept Jews back into their land.

‘Therefore all who devour you will be devoured;

“And all your adversaries, every one of them, will go into captivity; And those who plunder you will be for plunder, And all who prey upon you I will give for prey. For I will restore you to health And I will heal you of your wounds,’ declares the LORD, Because they have called you an outcast, saying: It is Zion; no one cares for her.”

Jeremiah 30:16-17

“Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, “Thus says the Lord GOD, ‘Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and in My wrath because you have endured the insults of the nations.’ Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, ‘I have sworn that surely the nations which are around you will themselves endure their insults.”

Ezekiel 36:6-7

It is clear from these passages that God will act against the USA and the Arab countries pushing Israel out of her land. War is so close in the Middle East. Israel and Iran attack each other almost every day.

The culture wars in America have pushed Olympians to refuse to stand for the flag, athletes who protest the flag, and mayors who trash the United States as a racist, evil government. The greatest democracy on earth, with more freedom, the freest country that the world has ever known, that provides opportunity like no other country in world history, our own president says that there is something inherently evil about America. They are wrong! America is still the greatest country in the world if we would only turn back to the Lord our God! There is a level of degeneration, believing lies are truth, believing the communist lie and not biblical truth is ominous for America.  Will America shake off this evil? I believe with all my heart that we will. I pray for it—hope for it—and I have to believe that God will send us a revival.

Pray for us to rally. If God does not send the rapture of the church, the rally of true patriotic Americans who pray will see God move. Pray for God to move the hearts of Americans to love our neighbors and God with all of our hearts!

Prophecy Update: Watchman on the Wall

For almost thirty years I have been praying some specific scriptures as a watchman on the wall. Almost every night I pray for Jerusalem that God will establish Jerusalem and make it a praise on the earth. I know that the ultimate answer to that prayer is coming at the second coming of Jesus, so why pray it? I pray it because God is actively at work in the world, making Jerusalem a central point of contention for all of the nations.

God uses Jerusalem and the return of the Jews to the land to measure the spiritual temperature of the nations. Every individual and every nation is obligated by God in the last days to support what He is doing. The prophetic scriptures teach us that the world will rebel at what God is doing. Nations will oppose establishing Jerusalem as the eternal capital city of Israel. The world will oppose Israel being reestablished as the ancient homeland of the Jewish people. The church will apostatize by rejecting what God is doing with Jerusalem and the Jews. This keeps me up at night!

I am on edge because what has happened since May 14, 2018! When the United States government declared that Jerusalem was the eternal capital of Israel and we moved our embassy there, that was a red letter day. My thoughts were, game on. I knew that Satan would attack with all he had to stop this move.

Satan responded to Gods move by doubling down on the European Union, moving them to initiate the antichrist system. He used a virus to move the world to the final kingdom on earth! He practiced the mark of the beast when he moved his minions to demand masks. When I walked into my local supermarket, I was confronted with you cannot buy food unless you have a mask on. That is exactly what the mark of the beast will accomplish! Israel also passed a new law in 2018 that is prophecy defining!

“Israel’s hugely controversial “nation-state” law, explained: Israel passed a controversial new “nation-state law” last week that’s sparking both celebration and fierce debate over the very nature of Israel itself. The law does three big things:

It states that “the right to exercise national self-determination” in Israel is “unique to the Jewish people.”

It establishes “Jewish settlement as a national value” and mandates that the state “will labor to encourage and promote its establishment and development.” vox.com

As a watchman on the wall, all I can say is “this means war”!! Satan is seeing God move to reestablish the nation of Israel as prophecy declares, he wants to stop it in a bad way. He will fail. As the United States seeks to undermine all that has happened since 2018, this is causing Israel to move to war with her neighbors! What is a watchman?

Some in the church have been called as watchmen. The “definition: צָפָה tsâphâh, tsaw-faw’; properly, to lean forward, i.e. to peer into the distance; by implication, to observe, await:—behold, spy, look up (well), wait for, (keep the) watch(-man).” blueletterbible.org

“Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the LORD guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain.”

Psalm 127:1

Of the 20 times the word ‘watchman’ appears in the scriptures, the first 10 describe watchmen at their job. Watchmen look for animals eating the crops, thieves coming to take their food, and foreign armies coming to attack. In Psalm 127 God gives us a commentary on the work of the watchman. As we watch, we put our hope and faith in the Lord. If the Lord guards the city, why should we set watchmen up on the wall? God describes His reasoning for the watchman in Ezekiel 33.

“But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman’s hand.’ Now as for you, son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel; so you will hear a message from My mouth and give them warning from Me.”

Ezekiel 33:6-7

The Lord sets up watchmen to warn the people of the coming judgment of God. The scriptures teach us that as we get closer and closer to the rapture of the church, God will send out His servants to warn the world of the coming Tribulation period. God promised the world that He would send out His servants to warn the world before the coming disaster. He sent Noah before the flood, Jeremiah before the Babylonian invasion, and Jesus Himself warned of the coming Roman destruction of Jerusalem. God described this of His prophet Ezekiel.

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me”

Ezekiel 3:17

My own personal calling as a watchman came in the early 90’s when the Lord impressed on me to pray Isaiah 62:1-7.

“On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; All day and all night they will never keep silent. You who remind the LORD, take no rest for yourselves; And give Him no rest until He establishes And makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

Isaiah 62:6-7

Note how important Jerusalem is to this passage. Watchmen pray for Jerusalem and what God is going to do with regard to that city. At the end of the seven year Tribulation period, Jesus will come back and His feet will touch down in Jerusalem, on the Mount of Olives! He is coming back to the city that He set up for the coming Kingdom. Jerusalem is key to all end time prophecy. Jerusalem will be at the center of attention during the Tribulation period. Jesus will send Elijah and Moses to the city to preach. Antichrist will desecrate the Temple. Jesus will then gather all nations to come and fight at Jerusalem. It is not vain for me to pray for Jerusalem because I know that Jesus will sit and rule the whole world from that place!

At this time, Jerusalem is under assault! When we see Jerusalem in the condition it is today, the rapture of the church is right around the corner. We do not have that much more time to warn the world of the coming judgment!

“Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.” Matt.24:42

The basic law of 2018 is anathema to the globalist agenda. They are committed to nations without borders and a global government that does not recognize individual nations. Satan is moving fast to establish his final antichrist kingdom.

“According to the Bible, Jerusalem will be a cup of trembling and a burdensome stone for the world at the end of the age. In 1967, 80,000 or more troops from several Arab nations moved 1,000 or more tanks and heavy weapons close to Israel’s borders in preparation for an attack.

On June 5, 1967, Israel launched a pre-emptive strike, defeated the Arab nations, captured East Jerusalem, and reunited the city. Jews call the reunification of Jerusalem “Jerusalem Day.”

They celebrate “Jerusalem Day” and their sovereignty over the city by singing, dancing, and waving the Israeli flag in a parade through the center of the city. Under the direction of Iran, the terrorist group Hamas located in Gaza called the celebration offensive and threatened violence if the Jews did not cancel it.

Jerusalem Day fell on May 10, 2021; the Jews did not cancel the parade, but it was interrupted by sirens at the Wailing Wall because Hamas was firing rockets at Jerusalem (during the recent May 11-day war). The May 11-day war ended; the parade was rescheduled for June 15, 2021; Hamas threatened violence again; the Jews still did not cancel it, but they revised the route to keep the parade just outside the city.”  raptureready.com 

The tension has just increased since that day. The temperature for war has been rising since May 14, 2018. When Israel installed a new government, Israel was weakened to the point that they will invite war. Appeasement always invites war. This new government is so divided, so confused, that it will invite the aggression that leads to larger conflicts. From the left to the right politically, everyone is predicting that we will be at war very soon. We push Israel towards war so we will be at war. It is Gods way!

Israel acts like a protectorate, seeking American approval on all military moves instead of an ally, sovereign as a nation. Biden is pushing Israel and threatening them as the Democrats keep signaling; Israel will be cut off financially by the Democrats! The new government in Israel pushes a narrative, that Netanyahu acted against the United States and they will not. I can smell how Israel will go along with the Antichrist peace deal. It is coming very soon!

Netanyahu made clear under the Obama administration that Israel would act unilaterally to protect themselves. Obama leaked what Israel was planning, acting as an enemy not an ally. Netanyahu did not have to do that under the Trump Administration. But now, under Biden, no military planning or attacks Israel plans will be secret under Biden. The godless administration does not understand this truth of God…

“He rules by His might forever; His eyes keep watch on the nations; Let not the rebellious exalt themselves.”

As America grows towards the antichrist system, Israel compromises its security. Eventually, Israel will sign a peace deal with the evil empire. Israel is being forced into a position that they are going to have to look to the God of our fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It is sad that it will take the Tribulation period to make that happen. This is what the scriptures teach, we are bound as watchman to speak and preach it!

The basic law of 2018 and the right of return is under attack in Israel. This new government; infiltrated by anti-Semitic/anti-Israel people dedicated to tearing down Israel. Just as America is infiltrated by Islamists like Omar Ilhan, AOC, Rashib Talib, and other anti-Israel people, embraced by Biden, are all dedicated to the destruction of Israel and the United States! Watchman are prayers, please pray about the times that we live, that God would awaken people to their need!

Prophecy Update: Love for Zion                    

The new government in Israel is in bed with those who do not want Israel to be a nation. Leftist who want the favor of the UN and the Biden Administration dominates this coalition. The leftist Jews and Arabs who are in the Israeli government want Jerusalem divided, a Palestinian state, and Iran to have more power in the Middle East.  The scriptures are clear that God has a different agenda.

“Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, And they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, And make gardens and eat their fruit. I will also plant them on their land, And they will not again be rooted out from their land

Which I have given them, Says the LORD your God.”

Amos 9:14-15

Under Donald Trump, Israel saw the opportunity to make peace with several Arab nations and make economic deals with many European nations. The Trump Administration was the most pro-Israel government in history!  The Biden Administration hates Trump so much that they refuse to use the term Abraham Accords. Antony Blinken, the Secretary of State said that the Golan Heights was Syrian territory. Blinken and Biden are against the peace deals. They also are attacking Saudi Arabia diplomatically over their relationship with Israel. Now that Netanyahu is out of office, the full court press will be on Israel to give away their land and declare a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. A most egregious crime in my estimation is when Blinken demanded that Arab nations put pressure on Israel not to attack Hamas, as rockets rained down on Israel.

Notice how the Times of Israel characterizes the flag march; as a right wing nationalist march. If there is one thing the left hates, anyone who claims that they live in a nation! Nationalism is contrary to the globalist agenda and they have to snuff out any nationalist belief. Especially in Israel! Israel is a Jewish nation, God made it that way. If you want to live in Israel, you must submit to the God ordained mandate. This was true in Ruth’s day.

“But Ruth said, Do not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.”

Ruth 1:16

Ruth has the right attitude. God will not give up the land of Israel. It is His land and He has the right to give it to His people Israel. This He did in Genesis at the very beginning. Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and Fatah of the Palestinian Authority need to adopt the same attitude as Ruth or war is coming and they will lose everything!

“The LORD appeared to Abram and said, To your descendants I will give this land. So he built an altar there to the LORD who had appeared to him.”

Genesis 12:7

“I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.”

Genesis 17:8

These two promises of God are very clear. The land of Israel belongs to the Jews forever! This promise the prophets of Israel continued to restate for the future. Satan is deceiving the nations to make war on Israel to prevent them from owning their land. He will fail! The globalist agenda includes stopping the Jewish nation from being Jewish!

Unfortunately, the rise of the antichrist matches the work of the nations. The rapture must be right around the corner. The nations of the world are in full blown deception. A major problem before the globalists concerns China, Russia, and the Muslim nations. The globalists want to use global climate change to demand that nations use alternative forms of power. Russia, Islamic nations, and China will not follow the climate laws. This is setting up the last days wars. It will center on Israel because they will be blamed for everything!

Closely linked to the problems in Israel are the problems with the rise of globalism. Russia and China do not follow the plan. That is why at the G-7 meetings, the top economic nations of the world are planning to crush the dollar and make the IMF the global currency leader.

We live in the most interesting times in all of history. The run up to the tribulation period includes the rise of a global government. As the Bible confirms, that endeavor will be rife with conflict. Thus, the need for a powerful leader who can force obedience under the threat of death. The Bible is clear that it will come in with war and false peace deals. This is our current reality! The Biden administration is baiting Russia into war.

Putin warned the west over and over that if they move to put Ukraine in NATO he will go to war. The western nations are anxious to go to war with Russia! They will fail because the Bible teaches us that Russia leads the Gog Magog invasion, God will destroy Russia.

At the time that the Russian and Chinese are moving troops into the Pacific theater, the USA is preparing a forward military position in Hawaii.

When war commences with Russia and China, the USA will experience a civil war. This will be initiated by our enemies who live among us, sleeper cells that have been moving in for decades.

Biden is even now encouraging these groups to stir up trouble! That brings me back to Israel, as we have done to Israel shall be done to us. Biden encouraged attacks on civilians in Israel, it will happen here! Judea and Samaria will be won back to Israel, much to the dismay of the left. Here is how the war will start—

Prophecy Update: Pacifism and Israel                       

Peace in the world is impossible. The ideologies of many groups are conflicting in ways that can only lead to war. Communism, represented by China, North Korea, and Venezuela is in direct conflict with Japan, Australia, and Taiwan. Islamic Jihadism represented by Iran, Turkey, and the Muslim Brotherhood is in direct conflict with Israel. The European Union represents globalism. Globalism is in conflict with many nations.  We live in a divided world. I compare our conditions with those of 1938. “September 30 Munich Pact signed by British and French prime ministers Neville Chamberlain and Edouard Daladier sign the Munich Pact with Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. The agreement averted the outbreak of war but gave Czechoslovakia away to German conquest.” history.com 

The free world represented by Britain and France appeased Hitler because they refused to open their eyes to the truth about Hitler and the intentions of Germany. We are doing the same thing with China and Turkey. Appeasement is the failure of liberal democracies through the incompetence of leaders who cry peace, peace, when there is no peace. When Chamberlain told the crowds that the Munich agreement meant that they would never go to war again, he was dreaming of something born from the false prophets of old. The big newsreel companies were complicit with the appeasement politicians. Just as the media giants today are in bed with the Biden Administration and the Democrats.

The big difference between now and then is the reemergence of the nation of Israel. Israel is at the center of everything today regarding world peace. The globalists are the foundation for bringing in the antichrist. He will make a peace treaty with the world regarding Israel. Globalism will win the day over all of the nations and there ideologies because God said the last kingdom on earth will be the globalist revived Roman Empire! Just as Chamberlain compromised with Hitler, so Israel will compromise their security by following Biden. Biden has a government in Israel that will not oppose him in the appeasement with Iran. Israel faces an existential threat under a government without Netanyahu. The Left in Israel wants peace so bad that they don’t mind going back to Obama’s policy regarding Iran.

Israel is committing the sin of Isaiah 31:1

“Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help And rely on horses, And trust in chariots because they are many And in horsemen because they are very strong, But they do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the LORD!”

There is a civil war on several levels in Israel. The new coalition put together by the Yamina party in Israel is reaching a goal to throw Benjamin Netanyahu out of government. The coalition consists of three parties on the left, one party in the middle, and three parties on the right. The total number of seats in those seven parties is 58 seats and that falls 3 short of the goal. To reach the goal, they compromised to add the Raam party, a Muslim party that has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood is dedicated to the destruction of Israel!
The new coalition called themselves the change coalition. I remember that Barack Obama ran on change is coming! Here is a breakdown of the coalition:

Basic Law from 2018: “Defines Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people.[16] The Nation-State Law also asserts that the Jewish people have the unique claim to national self-determination in the State of Israel, defines Hebrew as the official language of the state, and gives Arabic a special status in the state. This new coalition wants to legalize marijuana, give Arabs rights to build on Jewish land, and promote same sex marriage. The parties on the right are Yamina, New Hope, and Yisrael Betanyahu. These parties will see a wholesale defection because of these issues. I do not see this new coalition lasting. Israel is turning left and getting ready for the antichrist! All of these goals of the new coalition are against the Lord! Naftali Bennett is also against the two state solution. I see this coalition bringing chaos to Israel. Israel by the Basic Law is a homeland for Jews. This the world is fighting against and now so is the Israeli government!

The nations are lining up against Israel. In a bizarre twist, North Korea felt that it had to come out and criticize Israel. Criticizing Israel for killing children while North Korea has been killing its own people for many years. The reason that they felt the need to do this is because of Bible prophecy. Satan moves nations to hate Israel because the Bible tells us that all of the nations of the world will line up against the Lord and His people Israel. We also see the Gog Magog alignment of nations coming together.

Russia and Iran are coming closer and closer. The Russian footprint in Syria has grown more powerful since 2015. Now, Iran and Russia are doing everything they can to push America out of the Middle East. This is what the Bible predicts.

When Russia makes her move to attack Israel, the world will shrug and ask questions. America under this president will not fight against Russia for Israel. Our government decided it is more important to support Iran than Israel. An illustration will help you. If President Roosevelt in 1942 told Winston Churchill from Britain that we were going to give 250 billon dollars to Germany, but don’t worry we still are for you. What do you think the Brits would have said? What would the press say? Today’s press would have supported it!

Israel war with Iran continues with attacks on the sea and on Iran territory. With a new government coming in, will the attacks stop? Will Israel become passive like Britain in the 1930’s?

Coalition Chairman Miki Zohar (Likud) responded to Orbach’s decision, tweeting: “Bennett’s opportunism defeated ideology.” chairman of the right-wing Religious Zionist Party, Bezalel Smotrich, attacked him for his change of heart.

The tension with a failed government has enticed the enemies of Israel to attack. Arabs are turning on Jews inside the borders of the country. Iran is growing in confidence that they can take Israel with Russian help. I heard Amir Tsfarti say that he is really worried for Israel. This new government is going to bring a false peace and Antichrist is being set up to take over.

Prophecy Update:

This current battle in Israel may lead to the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. So many times in the past Israel was outnumbered when approaching a war. The numbers were not in their favor. Then, miraculously, God intervened! The Egyptians, Philistines, and Assyrians all experienced the power of God in war with Israel. In the last 70 years, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and Russia all witnessed God intervening in war with Israel. Three wars that saw the hand of God operating in amazing ways: 1948, 1967, and 1973. The enemies of God found out that they could not beat Israel in war.

Psalm 83 intrigues me because it is such a powerful picture of our day. There is a flow and structural argument to the Psalms and Psalm 83 shows up at the end of the section authored by Asaph the prophet. Generally, if a text is about the end times, it will have a phrase similar to ‘in that day’ or ‘that day.’ We do not find that in Psalm 83 but we do find a scenario that has never taken place in history. For this reason the Psalm looks forward to a day when 10 nations come together to wipe Israel off the map. The motivation for the attack is given in vs. 4 and it can still be heard in our day.

“They have said, “Come, and let’s wipe them out as a nation, So that the name of Israel will no longer be remembered.”

Psalm 83:4

This attitude is on display among the Arab/Muslim nations since 1947. One thing that Satan is so upset about is Israel coming back to her land. Imagine how Satan feels. He did his best to wipe out the Jews in the holocaust (1933-1945), then a few short three years later Israel becomes a nation (1948). When God fulfills prophecy, Satan knows he is in for a fight. Most of the nations of the world oppose Israel being in the land.

Most of the conflicts between Israel and other nations was limited to one nation or sometimes three nations. When Joshua took the land, they fought seven nations. The Old Testament does not reveal a conflict regarding Israel fighting ten nations as is the case in Psalm 83. A coalition of ten nations band together and plan the complete extermination of Israel. This has not happened in history or anywhere in the Bible. The passage is unique in this sense. These ten nations are on the border of Israel and they are determined to wipe out Israel. It does not fit either Armageddon or the Gog Magog war of Ezekiel 38-39. It does fit the conditions we find ourselves in since 1947 and especially after 1967.

Psalm 83 is an imprecatory Psalm meaning that it is a prayer for the destruction of the enemies coming to wipe Israel off the map. An important point to make for all believers is that the enemies of Israel and Christians are also the enemies of God Himself! This is explicit in vss.2+3.

“For behold, Your enemies make an uproar, And those who hate You have exalted themselves. They make shrewd plans against Your people, And conspire together against Your treasured ones.”

Psalm 83:2-3

Why do they hate God so much? God made a covenant with Abraham for the land. All of the land of Israel is for Israel and not for the other nations. This conflict continues until this day. The fact that God had chosen Israel to be the means to bring the Good News to the world has caused a conflict with Satan. If Satan can convince people that the covenant making God is not the covenant keeping God then he will win a great victory. The land also is the most strategic in all of the earth. Israel sits at the crossroads of three continents. It is a threat to Satan to allow Israel to have the land because that signals the final restoration/redemption and return of Jesus! Satan inspires these ten nations to unite in opposition to God and Israel.  

The ten nations make an alliance against God to wipe out Israel. We are witnessing that today. Hamas united with Fatah, Hezbollah, Syria, and Jordan to wipe Israel off the earth. The other five nations are making statements that can only be described as support for the war against Israel. (Jordan includes 3 of the nations)

After the 1967 war the Islamic nations came together to pronounce the “three no’s”: “no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with Israel.” The current war is a direct result of this attitude among the Islamic nations. After the three wars in 1948-49, 67, and 73, the Muslims began a terror campaign against Israel. They lust for the day they can destroy and throw Israel into the sea. After each war, Israel compromised with the world by giving her land away in a land for peace deal. The land for peace deal has never worked! A review of the Hamas charter shows that they are dedicated to wiping out Israel for the sake of Islam. Islamic doctrine includes the teaching that once Islamic land is lost to the infidel, war is the only answer to get the land back. Palestine was part of the Islamic Ottoman Empire, they want it back.

As of this morning, Tuesday, May 18, 2021, Jordan, Lebanon, and Fatah have entered the fight to help destroy Israel. Hamas already dropped 3,500 bombs on Israel. The anti-Israel rhetoric is off the charts! Iran and Turkey pay proxy groups to attack Israel. The Muslim world is pushing the world to unite against Israel.  Consider this press release from the Organization of Islamic Countries. Their statement uses the phrase ‘occupying authority’ in every point made!

“Resolution Adopted by The Virtual Open-Ended Extraordinary Meeting of The OIC Executive Committee at The Level of Foreign Ministers to Discuss The Aggression by Israel, The Occupying Power, in The Palestinian Territories, in Particular, Al-Quds Al-Shareef (East Jerusalem) Condemns in the strongest terms the barbaric attacks launched by Israel, the occupying authority, against the Palestinian people and their land and holy sites. Reiterates its rejection and condemnation of the ongoing Israeli settlement colonisation of occupied Palestinian land, including East Jerusalem and the establishment of racial segregation system there, in particular through the building of settlements. .oic-oci.org     

The view of the 57 states has not changed since 1947, their problem is that they have failed at kicking Israel out. They will continue to fail because God put Israel in the land and God will keep them as the apple of His eye. It is disheartening to see how the Biden Administration handles the conflict.

When the Administration went all in financially with Iran, Hamas, and the Palestinian Authority, the war started. Many of these Islamic nations and Jihadi groups hate each other. They live by the motto, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Although Hamas and Fatah hate each other, they both want the same thing. One thing that unites them is the hatred and desire to destroy Israel. As the whole world is against Israel, I hope that this war does not end until Jesus gives the Gaza Strip back to Israel and releases all of Judea and Samaria to Israel!

The main stream media is committed to the destruction of Israel. They constantly take the side of those fighting Israel. The settlements are always called illegal settlements. Jews who live in Judea and Samaria are described as breaking UN resolutions and violating international law. Amir Tsfarti reported that the voice of Hamas (reporter) was killed by Israel. He also reported that the Associated Press building was being used as a terror base for Hamas. Israel blew it up, good for them. The AP lied to the world saying that they did not know that Hamas was using the building. The press has criticized Israel over that attack! Things are heating up:  

“Pakistani MP calls for use of nuclear weapons against Israel.” Did we make atomic bombs to show them in a museum? We don’t need missiles, atomic bombs or a huge army if they can’t be used to liberate Palestine,” says Maulana Chitrali. On Tuesday, Pakistani MP Maulana Chitrali said on camera that his country should launch a “jihad” (holy war) against Israel.” israelhayom.com   

As the Islamic world heats up, they will be surprised when God delivers Israel and gives the land back to Jews! The scriptures tell us that God will judge the people in these nations threatening and killing Jews!

“For Gaza will be abandoned, And Ashkelon will become a desolation; The inhabitants of Ashdod will be driven out at noon, And Ekron will be uprooted. Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast,

The nation of the Cherethites! The word of the LORD is against you, Canaan, land of the Philistines; And I will eliminate you So that there will be no inhabitant.”

Zephaniah 2:4-5

“This is what the Lord GOD says: Because the Philistines have acted in revenge, and have taken vengeance with malice in their souls to destroy with everlasting hostility, therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “Behold, I am going to reach out with My hand against the Philistines and eliminate the Cherethites; and I will destroy the remnant of the seacoast.

Ezekiel 25:15-16

We learn from these passages that God is going to fulfill the prayer of Psalm 83. These verses teach that the Philistine coast, called the Gaza Strip, is going to be wiped out and the land will be given to Judah the rightful owner of the land. In these same passages, God describes how Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Saudi Arabia will all lose the land they stole from Israel! God will fulfill Psalm 83 and it might happen very soon! God is fighting for Israel!

It is Friday afternoon; we are still monitoring what is happening in Israel. Unfortunately, Israel is going along with the fiction that there is a cease-fire. Hamas is planning to kill everyone in Israel. Why call a cease-fire when you have them on the ropes. Once again, Israel proves that God is the one who will do it eventually. They listen to the world and not God. The left who believe that they can make peace with the Palestinian Authority dominates Israel. These leaders are determined to kick every Jew out of Judea and Samaria. The biblical oriented Orthodox Jews are the minority. They believe that God called them to settle all of the land of Israel. There greatest supporters of Israel in the world are evangelical Christians.

The tectonic change in the Jewish world, which reveals a shift in support from Israel to “Palestine,” has been evident for quite a while now, particularly through the progressive crowd associated with JStreet, most of whom are either Reform or secular Jews. One last point, Turkey has announced that they will not rest until they take Jerusalem from Israel. God will fulfill His Word, that we can be sure about. This conflict will not end this summer, more fighting is in the cards. Stay prayed up and keep looking up! Maranatha.

Prophecy Update: The Battle for Jerusalem                          5/13/2021

Jerusalem is the capital city of Israel and will be forever. This is the reality in spite of the world’s rejection of the claim. God made specific promises regarding Jerusalem; prophetically fulfilled in David and Solomon’s day. God prophesied through Moses that Jerusalem would be chosen as the eternal capital city of Israel and the world.

“You will bring them and plant them in the mountain of Your inheritance, The place, O Lord, which You have made for Your dwelling, The sanctuary, O Lord, which Your hands have established.”

Exodus 15:17

This prophecy is clearly speaking of Jerusalem and of the Temple. God clearly kept promising one-day King David would establish Jerusalem.  The Temple is also clearly in view and was built by Solomon. The world has been trying to destroy Jerusalem from the time God established the ancient city. After Ezra led the people back to Jerusalem and built the temple, God spoke of the next temple.

“And I responded the second time and said to him, What are the two olive branches which are beside the two golden pipes, which empty the golden oil from themselves? So he answered me, saying, Do you not know what these are? And I said, No, my lord. Then he said, “These are the two anointed ones, who are standing by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Zechariah 4:12-14

God took this verse and explained to us that Elijah and Moses will be the two anointed ones who stand before the temple, rebuilt in Jerusalem during the Tribulation.

“And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.”

Revelation 11:3-4

 After the two witnesses are killed and raptured, antichrist will rule for 3.5 years and Jesus will come and put him down! One day, Jesus will come and fight the nations over Jerusalem.

“And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.”

Zechariah 12:9

The battle over Jerusalem will extend into the Tribulation Period. Since that is true, we will see times when the world will utterly reject Israel claim that Jerusalem is their capital city. The Bible makes clear that this battle will continue until Jesus comes back. That is why this week is so important. Hamas and Iran launched a plan to kill and maim Jews in Jerusalem so that they could take the city back from Israel. Part of their confidence was boosted by the American administration.   

“Biden Administration Sides with Muslim Rioters in Jerusalem. Muslim rioters, incited by the Palestinian Authority and the Hamas terror organization, have been rioting on the Temple Mount and in other areas in Jerusalem in recent nights. US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan spoke by phone on Sunday evening with his Israeli counterpart Meir Ben-Shabbat to express “serious concerns about the situation in Jerusalem, including violent confrontations” at the Temple Mount during the last days of Ramadan. Jerusalem did not publish a readout of the conversation, but according to Israeli journalist Ariel Kahana, Ben-Shabbat rebuffed the Biden Administration’s intervention in Israel’s internal affairs and his apparent support for the Muslim rioters in Jerusalem. Israel celebrates the reunification of its capital and its victory in the 1967 Six-Day War on Jerusalem Day, marked this year on Monday, but has encountered significant violent Muslim resistance to the celebrations.” unitedwithisrael.org 

Tensions have been rising in Israel because of two things happening at the same time. First, both Israel and the Palestinian Authority had failed elections. Secondly, the Biden Administration has given the green light to Iran and her supporters to attack Israel. The Biden Administration put the most anti-Semitic people in government that we have ever had. The weakness of America supporting Israel has emboldened the enemies of Israel. Israel told the White House to shut up about Israel. When Biden gave millions of dollars to the PA for pay to slay, this encouraged the terrorism.

“IDF chief sends 3 additional battalions to Judea and Samaria in wake of escalation.  In the wake of the ongoing disturbances by Palestinian rioters in Jerusalem and the increased tension with Hamas, the Israel Defense Forces will increase its troop presence in Judea and Samaria. The decision to bolster the troops in the area was made by Kochavi following a meeting with senior commanders at the checkpoint where three terrorists tried to kill the Border Guard troops on Friday. The incident ended with two terrorists dead and the third wounded.” israelhayom.com 

Israel will always respond to the terrorism. As missiles fell on Jerusalem, the Biden Administration told Netanyahu to be careful about his response. What if missiles were falling on Washington D.C.? The American press corps has censored news out of Israel. They refuse to talk about the Jews who were attacked in Judea and Samaria because they side with the Palestinians!

“Netanyahu on Arab Riots: ‘Struggle is Now Being Waged for the Heart of Jerusalem’ “It is the struggle between intolerance and tolerance, between law-breaking violence and law and order,” the Israeli prime minister said. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday that the Arab rioting in Jerusalem is part of the organized Palestinian campaign to cancel Jewish presence in the city.” unitedwithisrael.org 

This is very serious, on the level of the war in 1948 or 1967. Israel needs to act with force or they will lose their capital city. I disagree with Netanyahu though. This is not being waged for the heart of Jerusalem, this is a war for the survival of Israel. The message out of Turkey for instance is fight for Jerusalem until every Jew is killed. Iran is begging people to kill the Jews and take the land. The world press is complicit. Israel is alone! Only God can save them now! Save them He will!

“Ignoring rocket fire, most foreign media focus on Israel’s airstrikes. The coverage of the clashes in Jerusalem and the rocket fire that followed has focused disproportionately on Israel’s actions, either on the airstrikes that occurred or the threatened evictions in Sheikh Jarrah and clashes in Al-Aqsa mosque. This may not be surprising, but it also has helped frame the current conflict as largely a product of Israel’s alleged aggression, as opposed to a cycle set in motion partly by Hamas.” jpost.com    

I was in Israel during August 2014 during the last war with Hamas. I watched CNN lie about what was happening. The world is in lockstep against Israel. Won’t they be surprised when Israel annexes all of Judea and Samaria as the Bible prophesies? Won’t they be surprised when Russia leads a coalition of nations against Israel and they lose?

“Last week, Hamas’ leaders announced their detailed plans to open a new campaign against Israel on May 9. May 9 was a conflation of three events: Jerusalem Day – Israel’s national holiday celebrating the unification of Jerusalem in 1967; Muslims marked the holiest day of the month of Ramadan, and Iran marked its own Jerusalem Day, whose purpose is to call for the destruction of Israel and end Jewish rule in Jerusalem. Hamas’ leaders put everything on the table. And events progressed precisely according to the plans the terror bosses set out in their public announcements. Despite that fact that everything was on the table, and despite the fact that only one side has been rioting, violently attacking and trying to lynch innocent civilians, Jake Sullivan, President Joe Biden’s national security adviser found it appropriate Sunday night to phone his Israeli counterpart Meir Ben-Shabbat and read him the riot act. In the course of their conversation, Sullivan parroted the libelous narrative being spewed by Hamas and the PA/Fatah which blames Israel and Israeli Jews for the premeditated violence that Arabs – instructed by Hamas and Fatah – are conducting against Israel and Israeli Jews.” israelhayom.com    

The Biden Administration has shown its true colors regarding Israel. They are working hand in hand with Iran to bring down Israel. For some strange reason, they believe that Iran can be a better friend to America than Israel. Cursing Israel is always a bad idea!

“Israel should thank Hamas for choosing to launch rockets at Israel’s capital at the height of Jerusalem Day. Maybe this onslaught will restore Israeli passion for the redemption of Zion and Jerusalem. Palestinian spokesmen in recent days have blamed the escalation in Jerusalem on Jewish settlers. They were assisted in their efforts by interviews with Israeli proponents of Jerusalem’s division, among them former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and IDF Maj. Gen. (res.) Gadi Shamni, who emphasized that the neighborhoods of “Issawiyya and Shuafat are not Jerusalem.” israelhayom.com   

Iran, Turkey, and Hamas used the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood as a reason to start the intifada. Israel is going to remove Arabs who stole Israeli land. This will be a test whether Israel will recognize Jerusalem as the eternal capital or will they give up part of Jerusalem to the Palestinians? God made a promise in Amos 9 that I think needs repeating:

“I will also restore the fortunes of My people Israel, And they will rebuild the desolated cities and live in them; They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, And make gardens and eat their fruit. I will also plant them on their land, And they will not be uprooted again from their land Which I have given them,” Says the LORD your God.”

Amos 9:14-15

“At the height of the siege on Jerusalem in 1948, before Israel declared independence, the man who would become Israel’s first prime minister, David Ben-Gurion, demanded a concentrated effort toward the battle for Jerusalem. Explaining the reasoning behind this decision, he said, “If the land has a soul, then Jerusalem is its soul, and the battle for Jerusalem is crucial, and not just militarily … That oath on the rivers of Babylon [“If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning …” (Psalms 137)] obligates us now as it did in those days, otherwise, we will not be worthy of the name people of Israel.”  israelhayom.com     

The secular leader of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, recognized that Jerusalem is special to every Jew in the world because God declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel. Jesus said that Jerusalem is the “city of the great King” and the Lord commands us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Israel is at war and let us pray for the land, the people, and that many will come to believe in the Jewish Messiah Jesus who alone can save them from their sins.

“After Arab rioters torched portions of the Israeli city of Lod on Monday, they continued threatening Jewish residents on Tuesday night. Israel’s Channel 20 interviewed eyewitnesses, including former Israeli lawmaker Amit Halevy, who called what he saw in Lod nothing short of “war.” unitedwithisrael.org   

The city of Lod is a suburb of Tel Aviv. This lets you know that the war is in the most populous area for Jews in the nation. I talked to a Major General from the IDF, responsible for counter terrorism in 2014 while in Israel. He said that Israel grows between wars and operations while her neighbors are stuck in 1948. We see that on display today, Hamas, Palestinian Authority, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Jihad all live in the fiction that they will drive every Jew out of the land. God has made promises to Israel and they are being fulfilled even as I write. This war will end in Israel gaining more sovereignty over her land, which will drive the UN and the Biden Administration crazy. The nation of Israel never completely took possession of the land God promised Abraham. The land God promised Israel is approximately 300,000 square miles. Remember that God promised Israel that her land would stretch to the Euphrates River.

The unconditional promise of land to Israel means that ownership of the land is not based on obedience. Obedience to God was the basis of staying in the land not owning the land. Ezekiel 36-37 and Jeremiah 30-33 teach that God owns the land and He gave it to Israel and only Israel. That truth is still in force today.

“For behold, days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah.’ The LORD says, ‘I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers, and they shall take possession of it.”

Jeremiah 30:3

“But as for you, mountains of Israel, you will grow your branches and bear fruit for My people Israel; for they are about to come.”

Ezekiel 36:8

Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Palestinian Authority, and Islamic Jihad all do not recognize Israel right to exist. This will be taken care of by the Lord at some point. War is ongoing in Israel at the moment, but eventually, God will fulfill His promises. Thank God that He fulfills His promises in our lives. Have a blessed weekend.

P.S. I want to say a word about Psalm 83. I see this current war in Israel as a possible fulfillment of Psalm 83. If we see God begin to drive Hamas, Fatah, and Hezbollah out of the land for good. You will know that the Lord is doing a great work. I don’t have room here to exegete Psalm 83 for you but suffice it to say that this prophecy has not been fulfilled yet. I am excited for what the Lord is doing. Pray for us while on vacation please.

Prophecy Update: Convergence of signs in Fig Tree Generation.

Fig Tree Generation

There are two key words in the Scriptures that help us to understand the days in which we live. The two words are ‘signs’ and ‘seasons.’ Signs precede the prophetic seasons. When driving on the highway you see signs telling you how far you have to go to reach your destination. When you arrive at the city, you are in the season, the geography that leads to your street and address. God works this way when He fulfills prophetic predictions. Jesus brings this up in the Gospels when He criticizes people for reading the weather signs but not analyzing the time in which they live.

“You hypocrites! You know how to analyze the appearance of the earth and the sky, but how is it that you do not know how to analyze this present time?”

Luke 12:56

Our passage points out the need for all Christians to recognize the time in which they live. We live in the fig tree generation. That means that we live in the last days because one of the great signs of the end times is the fig tree. In Matthew 24:32-36 God links together two words, generation and fig tree. When you link those two words together with the year 1948, we live in the time the fig tree (Israel) has begun to sprout it’s leaves!

“Now learn the parable from the fig tree: as soon as its branch has become tender and sprouts its leaves, you know that summer is near.”

Matthew 24:32

Sometimes fig trees are used as symbols or pictures of Israel like Jeremiah 24:1-10 and Hosea 9:10. The fig tree generation is the generation that will not pass until all things are fulfilled according to Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. According to Psalm 90, a generation can be 70 or 80 years. That would put us in the season of the rapture because we are 73 years from the start of the nation of Israel.

“The days of our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they be eighty years, yet is their labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”

Psalm 90:10

A generation can be anywhere from 30 years to 100 years according to the Bible. The word generation is used in a number of ways. Sometimes it defines the character of an age. Sometimes it defines a long age like Matthew 1:17 when it says there were fourteen generation from Abraham to David. That would be over a thousand years making each generation over 70 years. Sometimes a generation is the lifespan of the person. Adam lived 930 years and Moses lived 120 years making their own generation very long or longer than usual.

If we use Psalm 90:10 as a template, we are definitely in the season of the end time’s rapture of the church. In the year 2021 we will be 73 years old from the founding of the nation state of Israel on May 14^th of this year. If you add 7 years to this year, the time period of the Tribulation, then you come to 2028, 80 years from 1948. You can see how this can be a very important year! I want to examine the signs of the times and see if they lead to the season of the rapture as I am proposing. Do the signs lead us to such a belief? I can’t include everything so I will list several things in each era that are the most important. We will add more detail at a later date.

Signs of Fig Tree Generation

From 1947 to 1967 we see four distinct biblical signs.

1. The establishment of the nation of Israel, May 14^th 1948. This came on the heels of the November 1947 vote at the United Nations to partition the Promised Land into two states.

• The Benelux Union a union of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg became operative in 1948. This is the birth of the European Union and the first step towards world government. “The three countries therefore foreshadowed and provided the model for future European integration, such as the European Coal and Steel Community, the European Economic Community (EEC), and the European Community–European Union (EC–EU).”  en.wikipedia.org  Many other world organizations started in or near 1948. The World Council of Churches, UN Human Rights Declaration, Doomsday clock, General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs (GATT Treaty), World Trade Organization, and transistors to unite all banks together thru computers, (begun by Bell labs). It is interesting that a one-world globalism became so important at the same time Israel became a nation!

• The Arms race. At the end of WW2, Russia and the USA were the only nations with nuclear weapons. By 1967 that number grew to 6 nations and would grow very quickly after 1967. Weapons of mass destruction became a major part of military doctrine alongside the fear of another world war. The nations that could not make nukes started making biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction.

• Israel capturing Jerusalem in 1967. This is a major development in fulfilling Bible prophecy. The way they won the war patterned biblical prophecy. In six days they won a decisive victory and rested on the seventh. They disobeyed the Lord however in giving land back to their enemies. This sets up future conflicts the Scriptures detail. With Israel having sovereignty over her capital city, the world would now come against Israel claiming that Jerusalem is not Jewish. Zechariah predicted this 2500 years ago.

From 1967 to 1991 we see four distinct signs.

1. 1973 Yom Kippur War. Israel was attacked by Egypt and several Arab states that almost led to nuclear war. When Israel took the first blow in the war, they were very close to losing the nation and threatened the nations with the Sampson Option. The Samson Option represents the last line of defense for Israel. They will never again be the victims of a holocaust so they will use nukes if they have to. The USA and Soviet Union went to DefCon One and nuclear war looked very likely. Thank God it did not happen! The fall of America began in haste during that time with the passage of the Roe Vs. Wade abortion decision.

• Cry peace when there is no peace. Since 1967 there have been 8 peace treaties with Israel and the world. All of them have failed. 1967 – U.N. Security Council Resolution 242, 1978 – Camp David agreement, 1979 – Israeli-Egyptian peace treaty, 1991 – Madrid summit that failed, 1994 – Israel-Jordan agreement, 1993-1995 – Declaration of Principles/Oslo Accords, 2002-2003 – Bush Declaration/Arab peace initiative/Road Map, and 2020 Trumps Abraham Accords.

• Israel moved from a socialist country to a capitalist country in 1985 under the direction of Ronald Reagan. The President encouraged Prime Minister Menachem Begin to move away from socialism. This has fueled one of the most dramatic economic movements of the 20^th and 21^st centuries. This is also fulfilling Biblical prophecy Israel becoming one of the most prosperous nations in the world.

• In this period, the Gog Magog war could not happen because there was no way that Russia and Iran could unite. In 1979 Iran fell to Shiite Islamic fundamentalism under the Ayatollah Khomeini. In 1991, the Soviet Union fell apart, thus giving the first chance of a union to happen between Russia and Iran!

From 1991 to 2014 we see four distinct signs.

1. Russia began a relationship with Iran, building a nuclear power plant, sharing military hardware, and developing economic ties. This relationship will grow to a military conflict with Israel in the future fulfilling Ezekiel 38-39.

• September 11, 2001 the Islamic war came to the American shores. As the twin towers came down, many in America knew we were going to war. This would not be a war against a country, but against terrorism. This sets up the lawlessness we see among the nations today. Jesus said that the world would experience wars and rumors of wars, a war on terror intensifies this prophecy. It also began the process of judging America. Israel has learned that it cannot trust America. Bush and Obama stabbed Israel in the back.

• September 2005: Katrina and the land for peace fiction. America once again pushed Israel to give up land for peace when Pres. Bush convinced the Israelis to abandon the Gaza Strip. “Close to 10,000 Jews were expelled from their homes in the Gaza Strip and parts of northern Samaria. Katrina’s death toll is now expected to reach at least 10,000. America’s population ratio to Israel is about 50:1. Ten thousand Jews who lost their Gaza homes is the equivalent of about 500,000 Americans who are now reported to be displaced as result of Katrina.” jewschool.com  

• Election of Barack Obama, the most anti-Semitic president in our history. “Rubio: President Obama Cements Legacy as Most Anti-Israel U.S. President in History.”  rubio.senate.gov  That brings us to 2014. Things became very intense starting in 2014!

From 2014 to 2021: There are nine specific signs of the end times leading to the season of the rapture:

From 2014 to 2015 there were (1) four blood moons that God sent on four feast days to warn the world of the last days. During those two years, God would pattern the sins and judgment coming from Him after 2015. The USA abandoned the Middle East, opening the door for (2) Russia to move its military to Syria. Iran quickly followed Russia and now two major players of the Gog Magog prophecy are on the northern border of Israel. In August of 2014, Israel had a war with Hamas and the (3) USA did not support Israel in that war under Obama. This will mirror the Gog Magog war when all of the nations take a back seat when Russia attacks. (4) The passage of the JCPOA deal with Iran gave Iran 150 billion dollars and fueled the expansion of their military and missiles production for the Gog Magog prophecy.

In 2016 God showed the world that He is in charge. This will be a lesson for everyone to learn in the Tribulation period and something for all of us to remember. God is in charge of the rise and fall of leaders. (5) He placed Donald Trump in the Presidency, the most pro-Israel and pro-Christian president in our history. (6) Before Obama stepped away though, he had his last attack on Israel by abstaining from the UN vote to curse Israel on Dec.24, 2016.  President Obama aided and abetted radical, anti-Semitic forces at the U.N. and cemented his legacy as the most anti-Israel U.S. president in history. The date is 12/24/2016, the date that Jupiter entered the belly of Virgo and stayed there until Sept.23, 2017…nine months later. First time this has happened in history.

(7) This is called the Revelation 12 sign and “the odds are about 1 in a HUNDRED BILLION for it to happen. You see folks, in fact this is a VERY RARE alignment. It’s about the CONVERGENCE of all of the signs that have been given to us including the blood moons, the eclipse, the special dates and so on.” redmoonrapture.org God was basically telling the world that He is not done with Israel and that Obama, representing the antichrist system,  will not be able to destroy Israel.

(8) President Trump declared Jerusalem to be the eternal capital of Israel to the dismay of everyone in the world accept Christians and orthodox Jews. On May 14^th, 2018 the USA embassy was moved to Jerusalem and God was fulfilling Isaiah 62. The last sign actually mirrors what antichrist will do when he rises to power. In January of 2020, President Trump finally revealed his attempt to bring peace to the Middle East. This led to the Abraham accords. At the same time this was happening, the globalist launched the plannedemic to mirror the coming mark of the beast! I will talk more about this in the future, it is very important to understand that the rapture of the church is imminent. Get ready to meet the Lord in the air. The excitement is growing each day! Prophecy Update: Supernatural Stuff!

Supernatural World

God made a supernatural world that interacts with the natural world. Whether it is angels, demons, or the Holy Spirit, we are in the invisible world as much as we are in a natural world. When angels or demons materialize in the physical world, they are no less real as when they stay in the invisible world. It should not surprise you then to learn that alien abductions and UFO sightings are on the rise. Satan will deceive the whole world after the Rapture of the Church. Part of the deception may well be aliens (demons) supposedly from other planets.

“and lest you lift up your eyes to the sky, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of the sky, you are drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which the LORD your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole sky.”

Deuteronomy 4:19

The word ‘host’ in our text means armies. God is alerting us to the fact that when people indulge in idolatry, the worship will lead to demonic interference. Worshipping anything other than God will lead to the worship of Satan. The invisible world includes angels and demons. (Deuteronomy 17:3, Psalm 103:21) We all grew up in a culture looking to the skies! We went to the moon, outer space, and live life with satellites floating in the atmosphere. We sent probes out of our solar system and to Mars. Our astronauts have testified to seeing and interacting with aliens and UFO’s.

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons.”

The Catholic Church has a special division dedicated to finding and studying alien life and UFO’s.

“Pope’s astronomer says he would baptize an alien if it asked him. Guy Consolmagno, who is one of the pope’s astronomers, said he would be “delighted” if intelligent life was found among the stars.” theguardian.com

“Lucifer Instrument Helps Astronomers See Through Darkness to Most Distant Observable Objects. A new instrument with an evil-sounding name is helping scientists see how stars are born. Lucifer, which stands for (deep breath) “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research,” is a chilled instrument attached to a telescope in Arizona. And yes, it’s named for the Devil, whose name itself means “morning star. Lucifer is part of the Large Binocular Telescope, which happens to be right next to the Vatican Observatory on Mt. Graham in Safford. That’s right, the Vatican has an observatory in Arizona, manned by Jesuit astronomers. Now its next-door neighbor is named for the Devil.” popsci.com 

I read a book about the Mount Graham Observatory and the amount of time they studied unidentified flying objects. They assume that the aliens will make themselves known on earth at some point soon. What will amaze you is that there are now many people in the sciences, military, and governments preparing for Alien life forms to reveal themselves to us earthlings. This would be fiction if it were not for the seriousness for which the military and government are taking this.

It is not only the Catholics who are serious about this but also our own very government. The USA is preparing to reveal all of the material regarding UFO and alien life by June 2021.

Professional Elites Believe in UFO’s

Let me introduce you to Luis Elizondo. “Luis “Lue” Elizondo is the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (ATTIP), the secretive Pentagon unit that studied UFOs. As a senior counterintelligence officer for the Department of Defense, he operated throughout Afghanistan, the Middle East and Latin America.” history.com

In 2019 he produced a show on the History Channel called, “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation.” I watched both seasons of the show, took notes, and researched the stories revealed. There are serious people now propagating UFOLOGY is a reality. For instance, this professor from Harvard.

“Abraham “Avi” Loeb is an Israeli-American theoretical physicist who works on astrophysics and cosmology. Loeb is the Frank B. Baird Jr. Professor of Science at Harvard University. Christian pastors and teachers have been teaching about UFO’s for many years. They are clear that the UFO phenomenon is clearly demonic. Dr. Hugh Ross wrote a paper on it, here is an excerpt:

“Dr. Allen J. Hynek, a Physicist and Astronomer defined alien contact as 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd kind. Encounters of the 3rd kind are those where there is actual personal contact between a human

Dr. Hynek and Jacques Vallee are two non-believers who classified alien contact as demonic.  Dr. Hynek was part of Operation Blue Book, the secret UFO program that researched and debunked UFO sightings. Problem is that Dr. Hynek came to believe that it was really happening. If two unbelievers concluded that the whole phenomenon was demonic, why is it farfetched for Christians to believe that this might be the thing Satan uses to deceive the whole world when the Rapture takes place? I think we forget that angels and demons fight physical fights. This is true in both Daniel and Revealtion:

“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia. 20 Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come.” Daniel 10:13, 20

It is part of the Christian Worldview and any serious teacher of the Bible will tell you that the invisible world of Satan, demons, and God’s angels are working among human beings. Any teaching touching on the relationship between the visible and invisible world is important to us. That is why I am so interested in what will happen in the next month! What will the government reveal about UFO’s? What will they hide?

 Angels are going to fight in the future according to Revelation 12. Angels have fought in the past according to Daniel 10. What makes us think that demons cannot take on physical form when angels reveal themselves in human bodies? Do you remember when Balaam and his donkey met an angel with a drawn sword to kill Balaam? Angels can get very physical!

The Return of the Nephilim

“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.”

The Nephilim exist because physical contact between fallen angels and human woman. Alien abduction claims include breeding between aliens and humans. Pretty bizarre claims but those with a biblical knowledge of scripture know that it happens. Several stories regarding the Nephilim appear in Numbers 13, Book of Joshua, and David and Goliath, each showing up after the flood! What makes you think they won’t show up again?

In the latest “leak” of alien information (so-called soft confirmation), Haim Eshed, a retired Israeli general, stated in an interview with Yediot Aharonot that governments around the world know that aliens exist, but they have kept it a secret because “humanity isn’t ready.” He even insisted that Trump was “on the verge” of disclosing their existence.” wickedprepping.com 

The Nephilim are corrupted humans with variant DNA. Satan hates us because we are created in the image of God. The original DNA that God used to design us in His image changed into something not fully human. Only Noah and his family were left uncorrupted on the earth before the flood.

In the beginning, we kept the genetic modifications to non-human things like crops. Wheat, for example, was genetically modified to grow to a certain height to make harvesting easier. Scientists are now able to basically reprogram humans through genetic engineering. A little over ten years ago I debated a professor at Ashland University on this very subject. I thought he was nuts to teach the students that they can download their brains to the internet. Now it is a reality—they really are doing this and plan to have everyone vaccinated to make it happen. They can reprogram and genetically modify your cells through vaccines! The vaccines injected into us can have all kind of genetic modifications in them, this is what they intend to do with the COVID-19 vaccine. We can read what they are going to do but your not allowed to talk about it. How’s that for censorship! Stand firm for the faith this week. Prophecy Update: Antichrist and his government!               

God revealed an outline cataloguing the trend lines of the end times. Before the seven-year tribulation period, five trend lines will be prominent in the world before the rapture takes place.  Normally, prophecy teachers use Matthew 24 to teach about the birth pangs and relate them to the trend lines. That is a great study; I am going to use another passage of scripture that does the same thing. It is 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12.

This passage reveals five different actions describing conditions prior to the rapture of the Church. They are apostasy, lawlessness, activity of Satan, deception of wickedness, and a deluding influence from God. The seven-year tribulation period will commence with the signing of a peace treaty. Peace between Israel and the world is in view. Therefore, Israel needs to be at war! Is Israel at war today?  The temple of the Lord will be rebuilt by that time according to Revelation 11. Antichrist will come riding in on a white horse to save the day and the ultimate false peace will commence. Many other signs are in the making but I want to focus on these five from 2 Thess. 2.

Apostasy

Apostasy means falling away. The prophets teach us that Israel fell away from the truth of God and did not love the Lord. The Church will also fall away with increasing frequency and intensity, as we get closer to the rapture of the church.

God told Paul to tell us to look for the rise of false teachers and a falling away from the truth given us in the Word of God.

“Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction.”

2 Thess.2:3

America is included in the falling away of Western Culture; they rejected the Scriptures and the Judeo Christian worldview. Niall Ferguson wrote a fascinating book called, “Civilization: The West and the Rest.” In this book he detailed how the West, in five centuries came to dominate the world.

It was Ming China or Ottoman Turkey that had the look of world civilizations. How did the West overtake its Eastern rivals? And has the zenith of Western power now passed?” docuwiki.net 

Ferguson is not a Christian but detailed how Judeo/Christian thought came to fruition in western society. He summarized the ascension of the West calling them the six killer apps. “The ‘killer apps’ of the West’s success – competition, science, the property owning democracy, modern medicine, the consumer society and the Protestant work ethic – the real explanation of how, for five centuries, a clear minority of mankind managed to secure the majority of the earth’s resources.” en.wikipedia.org 

Ferguson’s book does not talk about the importance of the Christian worldview very much, but all six of the killer app’s came about because of Christianity. It was a Christianity rooted in all of the Bible, not just the New Testament. He explains that the protestant work ethic could rightly be called the protestant Word ethic. It was because the Word of God was central to life. He is right to point out that the West is failing because we have rejected these six views of life. He does not however, attribute the fall as apostasy.

My argument for the apostasy of the American government and the West in general goes back to 1215 and the writing of the Magna Carta. This document became the basis of all legal proceedings in the West. The ideas of government came from the Bible. The West has wrestled with this for nearly 800 years. Since 1930, we have been undercutting the biblical basis of government. Today, we have seen our enemies destroy Judeo/Christian thought, eliminating it from culture.

Enter Lex Rex: Law before King “A man commanding unjustly and ruling tyrannically has in that no power from God.” When Lex, Rex was written, the Reformation in England and Scotland was in crisis. The English Civil War had just begun after Charles I tried to impose popish rituals on the church and asserted his divine right as king to overrule parliament. Against these grandiose claims the Scottish pastor Samuel Rutherford wrote a book and changed western political philosophy forever as it led to the thinking that enabled the American revolution. In his very learned work, Rutherford shows from Scripture, classical authors, and scholastic theologians that the king is not above the law; and that when the king violates it flagrantly, the people are right to resist him, even to the point of war.” canonpress.com 

Unfortunately for America, since the 1930’s we have compromised our nation and the Lord by allowing antichristian thought to creep in and dominate the nation. Having presidents who hate the Bible and work against our Christian roots brings judgment from God! Our leaders have reversed Lex Rex, making themselves the law! The apostasy in government is also happening in the church. From Catholic to Protestant Christianity, we have seen a wholesale defection from the truth!

Stanley rightly emphasizes the resurrection as a core truth for the Christian life. But his rejection of the foundational place of God’s written Word corrupts his view of the Christian faith. In this series ‘Aftermath’, Stanley discredits what he labels, “a version of Christianity that relied on the Bible as the foundation of faith. Any Christian leader who questions the reliability and usefulness of God’s Word is either terribly confused or a false teacher.” g3min.org 

Lawlessness

“For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way.”

2 Thess.2:7

“The Death of Law and Order Is Destroying America. April 19, 2021, In Portland, where Antifa has rioted almost nightly for nearly a year, the mob set fire to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building Sunday night with agents inside. Why has this lawlessness been permitted to continue for nearly a year?” dailysignal.com 

I can tell you why such lawlessness prevails in America for one year. It is because of the rise of the antichrist system. It is prevalent in America because God is judging America and He needs to rearrange the nations to set up for the final kingdom coming on the earth. Whether it is congress, our courts, media, news, Hollywood, or intelligence organizations, lawless people now rule!

Activity of Satan

“That is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders.”

2 Thess.2:9

Satan is a liar and he infiltrates people’s minds and hearts. He is currently doing that to America. When our leaders defend mental illness, we are in a bad place. One current example is the battle over women’s sports.

“FL House Passes Bill to Ban Transgender ‘Females’ (Biological Males) From Girls’ Sports.”Athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls may not be open to students of the male sex,” reads the bill. That means no transgender “females,” who are biological males that “identify” as females. “ cnsnews.com 

Problem is that the NCAA has declared that they will not follow the law of the states that ban men from participating in women’s sports as a woman. Huh!!

Deception of Wickedness

“And with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.”

2 Thess.2:10

Jesus was very clear with us that Satan is always working to deceive people.

“See to it that no one misleads you.” Matthew 24:4

Jesus described for us in 2Thess.2 and Matt.24 false doctrines and false teachers who would come among the believers to confuse and contradict the truth.

“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” Matthew 24:5

Our passage tells us that many will not receive the love of the truth. This is a very important point. It is not just receiving the truth, but we must love the truth. Ralph Drollinger has a ministry on Capitol Hill and said this recently:

“It is becoming more commonly accepted in our society to shade the truth, sidestep, use qualifying words, narrowly defined meanings, or other devious methods to mask the true meaning of what is being said. We have become a culture that is more and more accepting of, or at least more tolerant and perhaps desensitized to, deception than were past generations. It’s become part of our norm.” capmin.org

How often do our politicians and media invoke the Word of God in a deceptive manner? Quoting God’s Word for the purpose of deception is no light matter with God. Drollinger said, “Too often lawmakers use the Scriptures out of context during committee hearings or floor debates in order to “make their point.” This is a very serious form of lying and deception.” capmin.org

One of the big lies circulating in America is about climate change. Politicians are convincing us that if you deal with climate change it will heal such things as racism. Here is an article with that claim:

Deluding influence from God

“For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false.”

2 Thess.2:11

God describes how He judges people by turning them over to their sins. This is a step up in judgment when God actively sends them delusions so they believe what is false. This has happened to America, especially when our government thinks it can get away with killing babies and using their little bodies to make money. Here is an article about that…

God has warned us that if we accept shedding the innocent blood of infants then we would face the wrath of God. Like the prophet Jeremiah, we need to keep praying and sharing the good news. Living during the time of judgment is a privilege from God, He has chosen us to stand for Him in a dying culture. We can say honestly to the world that God’s ways are great and lead to success. As we live a holy and righteous life in the abundance of God’s lovingkindness, we will shine as bright lights! Keep on shining the light this week!  

Prophecy Update: World War 3 and the Tribulation

“And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.”

World War Three Musings

Does it feel like to you that the China/Taiwan and Russia/Ukraine war threats are coordinated? Are China and Russia doing this to test to see if NATO and the USA can deal with a two front war?  

Many articles and books have been written about the possibility of World War 3 breaking out. When we read Revelation 6, the war described can certainly be termed a world war. Jesus told us that there would be wars! I am interested in this question; will WW3 occur before the Rapture and Tribulation? In my own research, I have read several books about WW3 occurring during the years the Soviet Union was actively pursuing expansion. Mostly between the years 1950 and 1990. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the motivation for WW3 shifted from communism to Jihadist Islam. That does not mean that Russia or communism is out of the picture though!

“When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.”

Revelation 6:3-4

The first book I read on WW3 was, The Third World War 1985 by General Sir John W. Hackett.

“Early in 1977 a retired NATO general called together six of his collegues–including an admiral, an airman, an economist and a diplomat–to write a dramatized game-plan for the next world war.” thriftbooks.com 

I remember thinking then that the Soviet Union could not win a war in the West because slave states almost never win against Free states historically. That was a major theme of the book. It was a great read by some experts in the military. Many are now asking, can WW3 start over the tensions from Russia, China, and Iran?

In 2016 an interesting article appeared in Business Insider that explored ten planned invasions that could have sparked WW3. I will only look at two of them.

“These 10 world-changing invasions were planned but never happened. The Soviet Invasion of Western Europe: The Eastern Bloc countries maintained a defensive posture for much of the Cold War. The UK alone planned to drop at least 40 nuclear weapons on Eastern Europe. The American Single Integrated Operation Plan, first created in 1960, called for raining thousands of nuclear strikes on Communist countries, even if they weren’t at war with the U.S. For the West, the destruction would be so absolute, it didn’t matter what came after. For the Russians and their allies, the war didn’t stop at the nuclear exchange. Nukes only shaped the conventional battlefield.” businessinsider.com 

As you can see, Business Insider reported on the plans General Hackett wrote about. The very scary scenario thankfully never came about. If you want to understand what motivates Vladimir Putin to make so many nukes, to want to have a buffer between Russia and Europe, then look no farther than American and British military doctrine from the 1960’s. America was ready to use nukes to stop a Soviet invasion. Russia still desires to take out Europe and that makes many people nervous!

Business Insider also wrote about Israel in the same article: “The Soviet Invasion of Israel: In the days of the Cold War, the Israeli-Arab conflict extended far beyond the borders of the contemporary Middle East. The Soviet Union was the patron of the Arab countries in those days, a counterweight to the U.S. support for Israel. The Soviets were not happy about the rapid Israeli advance in the Six Day War of 1967 and warned the U.S. that if they didn’t do something about it, the Soviet Union would. The Russians prepared an amphibious invasion of Israel on the Mediterranean coast, with full air support. Strategic bombers and nuclear-armed naval forces were already en route to the Middle East when the Soviet Premiere delivered his threat to Washington.” businessinsider.com 

In fact, after the 1973 war, Israel found a lot of Soviet military hardware stored in Syria and Lebanon. Since 1956, Israel came into direct military action against Soviet troops four times 1956, 1967, 1970, and 1973. Israel invaded Lebanon just because the Soviet Union placed so much military hardware there for a future invasion of Israel. Here is a story about 1970…..

On June 30, 1970, Israeli Phantom jets, considered the most advanced of their kind in the world, were downed for the first time by Egyptian anti-aircraft missiles. Three Israeli airmen were taken prisoner in Egypt and one was rescued by the Israeli army in an operation that could have come straight out of a Hollywood movie.”haaretz.com   

World War Three Fears

That brings me to the current conditions regarding the fear of WW3 between Russia and the USA. In 2016 Putin told the world that if Hilary Clinton won the presidency, America would go to war with Russia. It was his contention that Hilary Clinton wanted to start a war with Russia. Here is the article:

Worse, they were words originally directed at neo-Nazis. In Moscow, this was seen as comparing Putin to Hitler. Is it any wonder that our current President is itching for war with Russia? He has taken the same stance towards Russia as Hilary Clinton. This is coming at a time when America is no longer supporting Israel in her war with Iran. Biden, as Obama did before him, supports Iran over Israel. My question remains, can WW3 happen before the rapture and Tribulation?

I believe that it can for one important reason. America is not in bible prophecy. Somehow, America has to be out of the way for the rise of the final Empire of Antichrist. An interesting passage of scripture regarding another world war is in Zechariah 12.

“Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah.”

Zechariah 12:2

The cause of war in the last days will be Israel and the city of Jerusalem. There is no doubt that some of the current push for war is centered on the relationship between Russia, Iran, and Jerusalem.  Since America stands in the way of Russia and Iran regarding many of their wishes and desires, America faces the animosity and threats of war constantly. One day that war might become a reality. This is our current situation.

As far as Ukraine is concerned, Putin planned to take Kiev many years ago. He has spoken openly that Kiev is a Russian city and that it should not be the capital of Ukraine. Historically it has been Russian for over 400 years..and they want it back!!!

WW3 China, Iran, and Israel!

There seems to be coordination between Iran, Russia, and China to stir up trouble for the world. If all three attack at the same time, a world war will ensue. China is clearly provoking Taiwan to war at the same time Israel and Iran are attacking each other. On top of that is Russia!

As America deals with this reality, Israel has attacked Iran and Iran just attacked an Israeli ship off the coast of UAE. It is not a proxy war, it is direct war. Here are the two articles:
