Prophecy Update: Spokes of the wheel: Wars and rumors of wars!

Prophecy is like the spokes of the wheel and the hub is Israel. Some of the spokes include apostasy, world government, world economy, mark of the beast technology, revived Roman Empire, Wars and rumors of wars, and false Christ’s just to name a few. Today I am going to focus on the wars and rumors of war because Russia and China are making very provocative moves towards war.

“You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.” Matthew 24:6-7

Russia: The Bear

Seven years ago, Russia invaded Crimea and the world did nothing to stop it. Prior to that, Russia invaded Georgia (2008) and the world did nothing. With 25,000 troops poised on the border of Ukraine Russia has put the fear of war in the hearts of Europe. Some are calling this the Russian “Anschluss” repeating what Hitler did to Austria. Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy gave Putin one year to stop funding war in Ukraine, March 2020. At the end of the year, the deal was over and Ukraine was ready to fight.

From March 2020 to March 2021, it was clear that the Ukrainians were tired of being man handled by Russia. Zelenskiy has pushed and prodded Putin to end the war. Putin not only did not end the war, he increased the pressure on Ukraine. Putin wants Kiev as his own and eventually he will take all of Ukraine.

Russia is being prepared by God to fulfill the prophecy of Gog and Magog. Part of that preparation will include winning some regional wars. Russia is flush with confidence militarily because no one has had the guts to oppose them. When they entered Syria in 2015, the West did nothing. NATO is a tame cat that cannot fight Russia. Putin knows this and that is why he is free to take Ukraine when he wants to.

At this hour, Russian and Ukrainian military forces continue to rush toward the conflict zone, and to say that things are “tense” in the region would be a tremendous understatement.  When Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed Decree No. 117/2021 on March 24th, it was essentially a declaration of war against Russia.  Since that time, Russian forces have been massing along the borders in numbers that we have never seen before.  And of course Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky never would have signed Decree No. 117/2021 if he had not been given the green light to do so by the White House.

There is a local joke in Russia that there are no billionaires in Russia, only people working as billionaires. Oligarchs run the country and act as a sort of government by Mafia. Putin would be the Godfather. Since 2000, Putin has been restoring the glory of the Soviet Empire by opposing the west, undermining NATO, and taking charge in the Middle East. If Putin can control the Middle East, he can control the gas and oil exports to Europe. This is one of his major goals. Israel stands in the way. To get rid of Israel you have to get rid of the USA. How are they going to do that? They do it by eliminating American influence.

The regime also promotes the “compatriots doctrine” claims Russia must protect Orthodox Christians and Russian speakers in other countries. Russian influence has grown rapidly in Eastern and Southern Europe, Putin has demonstrated that he is the leader they want. They blame Israel; her influence in the USA exacerbates the problems in the Middle East. As Russia has eaten into American influence in Europe, America has pushed Europe to stand on their own two feet under President Trump. Since Biden has become President, he will try to show Europe they can trust him to defend them. No one in Ukraine trusts Joe Biden. The reason is that he secured a high-paid board membership position for his son, Hunter Biden, with a Ukrainian energy company named Burisma. He threatened and bribed the Ukrainians out of money and influence. In addition, America is in no position to go to war with Russia over Ukraine. This sets up Russia to attack Israel in the end.

I couldn’t help thinking that if Trump had said this, the press would have crucified him. With Biden, it said he was being tough, strong, etc. Blah Blah. The same people who wanted war with Russia in the Obama administration are now back in charge. They should be careful that they might get what they want.   

“Apr 6, 2021 Putin just signed a law allowing him two more terms as Russia’s leader, Military buildup in Arctic includes ‘Superweapon’ Poseidon Torpedo. Reports have indicated that the Russian military has continued with a massive military buildup in the Arctic including a “superweapon” Poseidon 2M39 torpedo that has been being tested on the seabed, according to a new report from CNN.” endtimeheadlines.org   

Russia believes and acts as if they can win a first strike nuclear attack against America because people who disdain nuclear weapons lead America.

Since God promises to curse those nations that curse Israel, America under Joe Biden is cursing Israel and will be punished. As we stab Israel in the back, how can we expect to survive? Imagine this scenario: what if America attempted an assassination of Putin and failed. Putin I believe would not hesitate to attack the USA!

If things are tense in Europe, they are even tenser in Asia. China is making war overtures against Japan and Taiwan…

China: The Dragon

America is in the hip pocket of China. China is making these overtures because they know that Biden will not stop them. He will talk a good game but in the end, they will amount to nothing.

The largest incursion of Chinese fighter jets entering Taiwan airspace happened last week. The response of the USA was silence. The reason is that the Americans are outmanned and outgunned in Southeast Asia.

Biden uses platitudes that say the world was stable before Trump, unstable under Trump, and now it is stable again because Trump is gone. Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) had a close relationship with a Chinese spy, Christine Fang.  This is while he was on the House Intelligence Committee. Hunter Biden was given a complete pass for siphoning money to his family from Chinese sources—some say it was close to a billion dollars. (They covered up the info on his laptop). Disney, NBA, MLB, Goldman Sacks, etc. have great business interests with China and have sold America down the river. Biden supports all of them. It is heartbreaking to see all of the universities that have attached themselves to China and welcome Chinese spies. It’s Orwellian to see the people who stand up for China against the USA. Bill Gates for instance, the third richest man in the world promotes China over America. Michael Bloomberg the 6^th richest man in the world makes billions from China. How are these people going to stand for any pushback against China? China has been telling Japan, Australia, South Korea, Philippines, and Taiwan that America cannot protect you so join us. They tell them that America is corrupt and that the new order of Chinese hegemony is a better option. Make a deal with us now so you are not destroyed.

Trump told these allies that America was a better system and that they could trust us to fight with them. That is over under Biden. China does not respect or fear America so they are ever more aggressive!

Prophecy Update: Prophecy Smorgasbord               

I was meditating on Jeremiah 7-9 the last few weeks and a thought hit me. One of the key verses to the section of scripture warns against trusting and boasting in wisdom, riches, and might.

“Thus says the LORD, “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the LORD.

Jeremiah 9:23-24

As I study the prophetic scriptures, it becomes clear that the last days leaders of nations trust in their own wisdom, power, and riches. The prophecy of Isaiah 47 regarding Babylon includes the condemnation of trusting in your own wisdom.

“You felt secure in your wickedness and said, No one sees me, your wisdom and your knowledge, they have deluded you; for you have said in your heart, I am, and there is no one besides me.’

Isaiah 47:10

This passage shows us the folly of the final kingdom. The kingdom of antichrist is a rebuilding of the tower of Babel. It is a move towards one-world government and a one-world economy. Those advocating global government are trusting in their own wisdom. The Pope recently said this:

“Pope calls for ‘new world order’ after coronavirus pandemic. Aligning with the call among globalist leaders for a “Great Reset” in response to the coronavirus pandemic, Pope Francis makes the case for a “new world order” in a book to be published Tuesday. The pope said justice can be healed “by building a new world order based on solidarity, studying innovative methods to eradicate bullying, poverty and corruption,” with “all working together, each for their own part, without delegating and passing the buck.” wnd.com 

This Pope pushes global governance as the solution to all of the world’s ills. He may not be the false prophet, but he is doing a great job auditioning for the job. He depends on his own wisdom when he advocates that a flood is coming because of global climate change. This is an outright rejection of the Word of God in Genesis 9 where God promised never to flood the whole earth!

The Pope, UN, EU, and all global organizations are in lock step trusting in their own wisdom. All of them promote global elites running the world as the solution to every problem we have! They not only use their own fleshly wisdom, but also plan to force everyone to do their will. If the year 2020 proved anything, it certainly proved that the global elite are forcing everyone to do their will!

God prophesied through Micah that when He brings Israel back into her land in the last days, the nations would resort to their own might. God will destroy the might of the nations as revealed to us in Revelation!

“Nations will see and be ashamed of all their might. They will put their hand on their mouth,

Their ears will be deaf.”

Micah 7:16

The scriptures are clear that both antichrist and the kings of the earth will use force to push their agenda. Psalm 2 gives us a picture of this scenario regarding the kings of the earth. Daniel 11 and Revelation 13 give this picture regarding antichrist. Already nations are moving into position militarily, matching what the Bible says. The next three articles illustrate what Jesus said about wars and rumors of wars.

“How China is replacing America as Asia’s military titan. Chinese leader Xi Jinping has refashioned the People’s Liberation Army into a force that’s rapidly closing the gap on U.S. firepower – and in some vital areas has surpassed it. American victory over China in a regional war is no longer assured. Xi’s speeches are peppered with references to his “Chinese dream,” where an ancient nation recovers from the humiliation of foreign invasion and retakes its rightful place as the dominant power in Asia.” reuters.com

 The United States faces a national security crisis because our hope is in the power of the military and not in God. We develop new weapons at the same time the military purges Christians. Christian Chaplains cannot pray in Jesus name, at the same time, all the names of the other gods are permissible. When the military dismisses Jesus, the nation has nothing but raw power to rely on. Both Russia and China are licking their chops at the weakness of America. The answer is not more military but more of God!

After studying and researching China and Russia military doctrine and advances, I am convinced that China is like Japan in the 1930’s. They are planning a Pearl Harbor attack that will take out our military strength so that they can both, dominate Southeast Asia and dominate America. Russia also is planning a strategic military attack on the USA meant to knock us out of Europe. China and Russia are cooperating and planning to attack America with the goal of diminishing any interference into their global goals. The days of America being the world’s policeman are over!

So much of the problems in the world are over wealth. The source of tension revolves around oil, gas, precious metals, and technology. Whoever controls these will control the wealth! The Gog Magog prophecy describes the invasion of Israel in economic terms. Nations usually fight over economic tensions. America has always trusted in her wealth and now the nation is swimming in debt. Here is what God says about it–

“Why should I fear in days of adversity, when the iniquity of my foes surrounds me, even those who trust in their wealth and boast in the abundance of their riches?”

Psalm 49:5-6

Psalm 49 is about the folly of trusting in riches. The central point of the Psalm is that there is not enough money in the world to redeem your soul. God purchases eternal life for us. To trust in riches leads to utter failure in this life and the next.

The wealthy of the world have put their hope in four things. These four things will help them rule the world. The four things: artificial intelligence, biometrics, transhumanism, and the internet of all things. The four technologies connect to four rich people who wish to dominate the world. The birth of artificial intelligence is part of the economic system coming on the earth. Antichrist will use artificial intelligence to bring in the conditions described in Revelation 13.

“And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.”

Revelation 13:16-17

Antichrist will present a type of future where technology will give you everything you need. He will feed your flesh and desires so that you will trust him for everything. He will use this technology to make everyone obey him. It has already started with mask mandates, vaccination, and restricting speech. Facebook already uses this technology to censor speech. Eventually this will be global control of people. Micromanaging the planet will be possible with A.I. Biometrics will connect the people to the Artificial Intelligence systems! Satan will eventually put something on the hand or forehead to control everyone.

How will they come to the point that they can make the Americans subject to all of this? They need to stop the free Christians who do not bow to anyone not named Jesus. They have come up with this satanic alliance called the Red Green alliance.

“The Red-Green Alliance belongs to a broader category of political warfare known as the “Crossover.” A Crossover takes place when political groups which ostensibly are hostile to each other form an alliance of convenience in order to achieve a political goal. The Red-Green Alliance is an alliance of Islamists and the progressive left, but such an ad hoc arrangement is part of a more comprehensive plan. Hating Jews is the glue that holds together the progressive–Islamist (or red–green) alliance, which now shares anti-Semitic attitudes with far-right racists and neo-nazis. Another plan that they have come up with involves the military and Project Maven. The rich and powerful of Google and other technology companies working with Google are building a super military run by artificial intelligence.

This system is like Skynet in the movie Terminator or Project Insight in Captain America: Winter Soldier. Hydra, the fascist organization trying to rule the world, compromised S.H.I.E.L.D.. Their operative named Alexander Pierce told Captain America: “Despite all diplomacy and the handshaking and the rhetoric, to build a better world sometimes means tearing the old one down.” Alexander Pierce is a bigshot at S.H.I.E.L.D., in charge of a defense project that has more than a hint of “Minority Report” to it. These movies are imitating exactly what is happening from the technology companies. You cannot escape terminator robots. Russia has a robot called Fedor—

The Bible teaches us that there is only one superpower in the last days. The revived Roman Empire will supersede all other nations as the lone superpower. This means that the United States needs to diminish as a power. We see that happening now. The sins of America have brought the discipline of the Lord. As we live in these last days, let us be all the more faithful to pray and share the faith with a lost and dying world.

Prophecy Update:

The biblical heartland filled with Jews making Aliyah.

In spite of all of the negative news regarding Israel, God is fulfilling His promises to bring back the Jews from all over the earth. This belief is rooted in the scriptures and is a God thing! We are seeing God do a miraculous work in our day. God will use the coronavirus and the confusion of our day to fulfill His promises to Israel.  

“But My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land which he entered, and his descendants shall take possession of it.”

Numbers 14:24

God said of Caleb that he had a different spirit. What kind of spirit did Caleb have? He had a post slave spirit. After four hundred years as slaves in Egypt, Caleb believed God’s promises and trusted what God did and said. He approached the Promised Land with a belief in his heart. His belief was rooted in the promises of God. God will give me the land!

Those who still had a slave mentality said they could not take the land. The ten spies represent the people who walk in the flesh, not believing the promises of God. Joshua and Caleb represent those who walk in the Spirit, believing the promises of God! In Israel, we still have the two spirits dominating the political landscape. On one side are those who say, build in Judea and Samaria and annex it as the land of Israel. On the other side are those like the ten spies, they say we cannot take the land. Here is a look at the biblical heartland:

“Area A comprises approximately 18% of the West Bank and is under Palestinian political and military control. It contains the major cities, and their environs, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarem, Qalqilya, Jericho and 80% of Hebron, with no (apart from Hebron) illegal Israeli settlements. Israeli citizens are not allowed to enter this area. However, since 2002 Israeli armed forces conduct regular raids, often at night, into area A.”

“Area B comprises approximately 22% of the West Bank and is under Palestinian civil law yet supposedly shares security responsibilities with Israel. In reality, Israel holds complete military control over this area, with limited cooperation from Palestinian police. This area covers the vast majority of Palestinian agricultural land with approximately 440 Palestinian villages and no illegal Israeli settlements. Areas A and B are often called the “islands” as they are separated by Israeli-only infrastructure and the illegal settlements in Area C.”

Area C comprises approximately 60% of the West Bank and is under almost complete Israeli control. This area contains all (apart from in Hebron) Israeli settlements and settler roads, with large buffer zones around them. God promised to give all of Judea and Samaria back to His people Israel. The enemies of Israel call the land ‘West Bank’ and God calls it His land.

“Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, “Surely in the fire of My jealousy I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, who appropriated My land for themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and with scorn of soul, to drive it out for a prey.”

Ezekiel 36:5

“I will gather all the nations And bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there On behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land.”

Joel 3:2

The international community says that Israel has no rights in Area A, B, and C! To them, Israel is occupying someone else’s land! The Obama Administration tried to kick the Jews out of their land and he failed. During the Obama Administration, Israel continued to expand the presence of Israel in the Biblical heartland by 100,000 people. The left in Israel are incensed at their own people and want to kick them out. They have the spirit of slavery. Consider the story of Shiloh…

Mike Huckabee and settler leaders, calling it Israel’s ‘first capital.’ Huckabee, a television host with a strong evangelical following, tweeted that “Shiloh is proof from 3000 yrs ago this land was home to Israel site of ancient Tabernacle.” apnews.com

Shiloh is just one of the places that the Obama administration objected. The failure of Obama to stop Jews from building in Judea and Samaria is a testimony of God’s Grace and plan!

Dividing the land of Israel was the reason that anti-Israel Obama and Clinton lost the election to Donald Trump. The four years of Donald Trump increased the possession of God’s land to the true owners of the land. Now that Trump is out of office, the Biden Administration will try to kick the Jews out of their land. Not happening!!

David Friedman’s hope that Israel would annex the land did not happen. God has set up a war in the Middle East so that Israel can possess all of her land as God predicted would happen.

Netanyahu had the chance to annex the land and failed. He now wants the chance to stay as Prime minister so that he can finish the job—he has lost his chance. I expect God has some fireworks in store in the next few weeks. Israel is holding elections on March 23rd for the fourth time in two years. What will be different this time around? Whatever happens, it will move the ball forward so that God can fulfill His promise. The West Bank will no longer exist, it will be called Israel!! God will take His land back. War is on the horizon!

In two months, the Biden team has brought chaos to the Middle East. He has convinced the Saudi’s that he wishes a regime change. Biden prefers the Iranians over the Saudi’s and the Saudi’s will not follow Biden in his two state fantasy. Saudi Arabia officially abandoned the two state solution.

The Biden administration is ideologically driven. It is the most radical administration in U.S. history. As far as the Middle East is concerned, they are driven to empower the PLO and Iran to dominate Israel. This administration has projected weakness and confusion. It removed the Houthis from the State Department’s list of foreign terror organizations at the same time it sent a B-52 over the Persian Gulf to scare Iran. It suspended arms sales to Saudi Arabia and were silent regarding the Houthis terrorist attack on Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. Don’t want to upset the Iranians I guess? It should be obvious to everyone but I will say it, you cannot support terrorism against our allies and be against it at the same time! This is exactly what the administration is doing.

The trouble has been made and now the shooting is about to begin. It started with Russia bombing northern Syria, Israel bombing east Damascus, and Iran bombing Americans in Iraq.

God moved the ball forward in giving His land back to Israel in the four years of Trump. Now He will finish the job…but it will not come about peacefully as the Bible predicts!

Prophecy Update: The Temple Times!

Temple Talk

In 2014 I stood at the southern end of the Temple Mount. Our guide was giving us a lecture about the history of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. I asked him if he had any thoughts about the rebuilding of the temple. His answer was what I expected; he said that there were three possibilities on top of the Temple Mount. That is when things got weird for me. I asked him, where is the Gihon Springs? He said, turn around, it is down the hill.

There is a theory that places the temple in the city of David.  The traditional Temple Mount contains the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. Both of these buildings are sacred to Islam. Building the temple on the Temple Mount will cause World War 3! It seems impossible to build the temple on the Temple Mount or in the City of David. Two imposing threats are equally a problem, Islam and Tradition!

The Bible teaches that the Temple was built by the Gihon Springs because it is the only source of water in Jerusalem. “The Gihon Spring is along the Kidron Valley near the ancient City of David. The name “Gihon” comes from the Hebrew gihu, meaning, “gushing forth.” It is one of the world’s largest intermittent springs and made life possible for ancient Jerusalem. While the water from the spring was used for irrigation in the Kidron, it was also central to temple worship.” yrm.org 

“Another biblical clue to the location of the temple is the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite. This threshing floor is found in 2Chronicles 3:1, “Then Solomon began to build the house of Yahweh at Jerusalem in mount Moriah, where Yahweh appeared unto David his father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.” Scripture records that Solomon built the Temple on Mount Moriah and over the threshing floor that David purchased from Ornan the Jebusite. The mention here of Mount Moriah and Zion is important. It shows that these locations are synonymous, as is also the City of David and Zion.” yrm.org 

The Bible is clear that the Temple was located within the parameters of the old city of David. All of the archeological digs happening in the old city are revealing more and more that the temple stood in the City of David! The Temple Mount Faithful and the Temple Institute are broadcasting that the temple will be built very soon!

Based on prophecies in the book of Daniel about sacrifices coming to a close at the end of this age of man and of an end-time abomination of desolation, Christians believe the Jews will build another temple in Jerusalem prior to the return of Jesus Christ to earth. In addition to these passages in Daniel, Jesus spoke of an end-time “abomination of desolation” that would stand “in the Holy place. Jesus saw this as a future event.

Demonic Temple

Zechariah 5 tells us of a time coming on the earth when a temple is built in the land of Shinar. This is in the fertile crescent at the place we call Babylon. A basket with a wicked woman is taken to Babylon in the end times. Babylon is the place where this temple will be built.

“Then he said to me, To build a temple for her in the land of Shinar; and when it is prepared, she will be set there on her own pedestal.”

Zechariah 5:11

The rise of the whore of Babylon will include a temple in Babylon. As Pope Francis heads to Ur of the Chaldeans, he is trying to bring together all of the religions of the world. God describes the end times as a time when a false religion will dominate the world.

The battle against Israel is fomenting to the point that the Palestinian Authority believes they can start destroying Jewish historical sights. One such sight is the altar of Joshua on Mount Ebal. Here is an article about that:

The problem in Israel is the same as in the United States. Many in the government and the Archaeological community do not believe in the Bible. They are true atheists and leftists who demean anyone who believes the Bible. This will lead Israel to accept the antichrist. In spite of this biblical prophecy will be fulfilled! The military is preparing as if the USA will not help or intervene on their behalf. This is what Obama did and this is what Biden is doing…if he can remember what he is doing! I think someone else is in charge in America—it is not Biden. The spirit of antichrist is alive and well in the USA. This spirit is leading to death and destruction. The USA will continue its decline based on internal moral decadence and economic shockwaves. Offending a Holy God will bring consequences that America is just now seeing as a reality. The birth pangs are getting closer and more intense.

Prophecy Update: For Such a Time as This!              

In this update, I would like to focus on the Feast of Purim. The Feast of Purim comes from the book of Esther. The book highlights the providence of God in protecting the Jews from the evil leader Haman. Haman is a type of antichrist. When God protected the nation of Israel during the time of Esther, God set a pattern of what He will do in subsequent generations. Here is an example from the Soviet Union.

Stalin was the atheistic leader of the Soviet Union, he did not believe in God or that God could deliver the Jews from his hand. Stalin found out that God is real and He is committed to defend His people and bring them back to the land of Israel. Stalin died in 1953 only five years after the reestablishment of the State of Israel in 1948. The desire to destroy Israel did not stop after the holocaust. We see today that antisemitism and the destruction of Israel is the desire of many groups and nations. These groups and nations should remember Purim.

Israel is attacked almost daily, but the nation is so well protected that the press barely reports how many times the IDF foils the plans of the Haman’s of our day. Threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthi’s and Iran are daily occurrences. Here is an example of Israel foiling an attack.

The new American administration dedicated itself to helping Iran gain strength so they can dominate Israel and drive her into the sea. Do not believe what the talking heads say, they promote the fiction that you can be for an Iranian peace plan and still protect Israel. Iran dedicated itself to destroying Israel and the proponents of the false peace plan ignore that fact.

False doctrine regarding the Old Testament compromised the churches response to today’s challenges. I use to trust certain denominations and organizations. Many of those groups are no longer trustworthy. They are compromised biblically, advocating for anti-Semitic, anti-Bible, and anti-evangelical positions. The pro-Israel, Zionist Christian position is the minority position among so-called evangelicals. When Israel finally attacks Iran, we will hear from many in the false church blaming the Jews. When Khamanei says he has no interest in a nuclear weapon, he is lying. He wrote a book about nuking Israel. This is why it is so dangerous for the Biden Administration to put their chips in with the Iranians.

John Kerry and Robert Malley committed a crime for which they will never be held accountable. We live in a lawless society that has one standard for Democrats and another for everyone else. History teaches us that the Purim promise will be repeated over and over again. God protects His promise to bring Israel back to the land. The World Council of Churches, National Council of Churches, United Nations, European Union, and Biden Administration all agree that Israel must leave her own land and capitol city. Look forward to the Biden Administration to push land for peace deals. That means others get the land and Israel gets war!

God will not be mocked, He will protect His church and Israel. All that the prophets have written will come true. We live in the most interesting times, I am glad for books like the book of Esther. It strengthens my faith to know that God does not stop working on behalf of His people!

Prophecy Update: National obligations before God                          2/18/2021

Do you know what these times demand? We are watching the shaking of nations. The Scriptures point to how nations are going to enter a time of great upheaval. We live in those times. Would you be ready for Jesus return at the rapture? In Matthew 25 God gave us a story to prepare us for these times. Ten virgins were preparing for the wedding feast. Five of them were wise and five were foolish. When the bridegroom appeared, the five wise ones went with the bridegroom and the five foolish virgins went to hell. Jesus said this:

“Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour.” Matthew 25:13

This update will focus on what is happening in the nations. We need to prepare for the coming of the Lord! The prophetic scriptures will be our guide.

Damascus

“The oracle concerning Damascus. Behold, Damascus is about to be removed from being a city

And will become a fallen ruin. “

Isaiah 17:1

Damascus has never been destroyed the way this passage describes. Damascus was attacked many times the last 10 years. Over half of the city looks like a bombed out city from World War Two. Here are several articles about this prophecy.

Alleged Israeli missile strike targets sites near Damascus. The strikes targeted the 1st Corps of the Syrian military south of Damascus, as well as other targets, according to initial reports.” jpost.com 

These three articles point out that Israel is constantly bombing in and around Damascus. Between the Syrians fighting each other and Israel bombing the Iranians, Damascus is closer and closer to being completely destroyed. In 2018 an interesting article appeared about how much of Damascus was destroyed.

The Love of many will grow cold

The murder rate in America has been rising the last few years. The Bible is very clear that the last days will be like the Days of Noah. The days of Noah were times of murder and death.

God requires that all nations obey His moral order. Nations do not have an option in obeying the moral order God created. Joshua warned people in his day:

“If you forsake the LORD and serve foreign gods, then He will turn and do you harm and consume you after He has done good to you.”

Has God done good to America? Did our government forsake the Lord? Evil people run our culture, they are a minority while the rest of us—the majority are still dedicated to good morals and family. Most Americans want freedom of speech, assembly, and religion. This cursed culture is called ‘cancel culture’ because they want to push the atheistic, leftist view of life. What happened to Gina Carano is an example of what happened in Mao’s China, Stalin’s Soviet Union, and Hitler’s Germany. Getting fired from a job because of political views shows just how far the country has fallen from the Judeo/Christian worldview that made America great.

All nations are obligated by God to acknowledge Him, seek Him, and enact laws that correspond to the moral order of the Universe. When we turn away from God, Joshua warned us what would happen!

God expects every nation to assist Him in bringing Israel back to her land. To curse Israel at the time He is fulfilling His word in Jeremiah 31 is to bring a curse on your own land. This is what Joe Biden has done to America!

The Biden Administration is following the pattern set for him by Barack Obama. The Obama Administration was the most anti-Semitic administration in our history. It will be worse under Biden because there are more anti-Semitic congressman in key positions. One such person is Ilhan Omar.

The Biden Administration is all in with Iran. They give cover for the anti-Semitic positions of many congressman, congresswoman, and senators. They also have decided that the Iranian vision for the Middle East should be the dominant position. Obama believed that Iran was better suited to lead the Middle East then Israel. Iran is Persian not Arab. The Arab nations will not follow the Iranians! The Arab nations that have joined the Abraham Accords have spoken loud and clear that the prefer Israel over Iran. Iran is spending heavily on missile development as their people starve.

As Biden snubs Israel, he showed during the Obama Administration that he did not want Israel as an ally! When he does talk to Israel, it will not be a friend talking. It will be an enemy of Israel. No one who supports Iran and her drive towards nuclear weapons is a friend of Israel. This is fulfilling bible prophecy.

Russia and China both support North Korea. The desire is to use North Korea to advance their more nefarious plans against the west and the United States in particular. One of the goals for North Korea is to move their nuclear program to Iran. This movement has been ongoing the last ten years. The Trump Administration slowed it down and not it is in full swing. Unfortunately for Israel is that this administration supports China and Iran in their quest for nukes.

This is only the beginning of the betrayal of Israel. This will lead to the Gog Magog war in the future. Iran feels emboldened by the Biden administration—God help us!

As the left pushes for anti-Christian and anti-Semitic policies, the world is heading towards a showdown. I believe that all true Christians should expect as little as possible from churches or governments in the present dispensation. We should expect great convulsions and changes in all things as we speed towards the final kingdom. Prophecy Update:                                           2/11/2021

Replacement Theology

The Bible predicts that the church is going to experience apostasy from within her ranks. This apostasy is manifested the most in the movement we call “Replacement Theology.” Satan has convinced people from within the Church, pastors, theologians, bishops, Popes, that Israel as a covenantal people do not exist anymore. God does not care for the Jews, He has abandoned them, and He does not have a plan to give them a land. Nothing could be further from the truth. In this update, I am going to explore how “Replacement Theology” leads to the holocaust and the rejection of Israel.  

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.”

 1 Tim.4:1

Replacement theology abolishes the Abrahamic Covenant, it is this Covenant that promises to Israel eternal ownership of the Promised land (Genesis 17:7-8) promises Israel to be the source of blessing and salvation for the world (John 4:22, Romans 9:1-5) and pronounces curses and blessings on how you treat this nation. (Genesis 12:1-3) According to Romans 11, but especially v. 28. “From the standpoint of the gospel they [the unbelieving Jews] are enemies for your [the Gentiles’] sake, but from the standpoint of God’s choice [the election, τὴν ἐκλογὴν, tēn ekloēn] they [unbelieving Jews] are beloved for the sake of the fathers.” Sorry to write some Greek in the verse, but it is very important. Here God makes an important distinction for all to see and understand. Israel is still in the plan of God! It is important to see that Israel is the elect nation that God is using in the world today. As God protects Israel and moves Jews back to the land of Israel, the world is to take note and see that God is at work! Here are some things that God says about Israel as the elect nation.

“But you, Israel, My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, Descendant of Abraham My friend, You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, And called from its remotest parts And said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you.”

Isaiah 41:8-9

“For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.” Deuteronomy 7:6

Replacement teachers deny that Israel is the elect, chosen nation by God. They are working politically and religiously against evangelicals who support Israel. Two of these groups are called Telos and Israel/Palestine Mission Network.

“Telos Group, a D.C.-based nonprofit trying to change how a new generation of American leaders and evangelicals—historically a key pro-Israel bloc based on their reading of the Bible—see the geopolitical quagmire. Christians United for Israel, the John Hagee-backed Zionist organization, isn’t a fan of Telos’ work. Shari Dollinger, CUFI’s co-executive director, told me in an email that CUFI does “not comment on the efforts of small anti-Israel groups,” though she nevertheless sent along several blog posts that accused Telos of promoting “Palestinian Propaganda.”politico.com 

“The Protestant church with the longest running and most well-funded anti-Zionist constituency is the Presbyterian church (PCUSA) in the US. In the last decade, its Israel/Palestine Mission Network (IPMN) has produced several increasingly anti-Zionist books designed to propel divestment resolutions in the church’s annual meeting. The most widely debated of these was 2014’s Zionism Unsettled: A Congregational Study Guide. mdpi.com 

God warned us that in the last days Satan would attempt to destroy Israel as well as the church. The Replacement Theology advocates are working hard to eliminate the pro-Israel teaching in the evangelical church. Some institutions that we once trusted as evangelical were infiltrated. For example, Wheaton College hired a virulent anti-Israel teacher.

His name is Gary Burge and he taught against Israel. “He wrote a book called “Whose Land? Whose Promise?: What Christians Are Not Being Told About Israel and the Palestinians.” (2003) Gary M. Burge (born 1952) is an American author and professor. He is a New Testament scholar at Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan.[1] He is also an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)” wikipedia.org 

Notice what church he is from? In 2017 he left Wheaton to teach at Calvin Theological Seminary, another Replacement Theology school. His book has been thoroughly reviewed by several people, one review said this:

“While this book is marred by numerous factual errors and sourcing problems, there are several other remarkable aspects of this book. He invokes passages in the New Testament to portray Israel’s existence as a violation of Christian theology. Whose Land? Whose Promise? is replete with abnormal  and unreasonable expectations of Israel. Rev. Dr. Burge minimizes the threats Israel faces and exaggerates the willingness of Israel’s adversaries to make peace. In other words, Rev. Dr. Burge protects his religious fantasies about the Jewish people and their state by distorting reality. When Israel responds to reality as it is, and not as Rev. Dr. Burge distorts it, he portrays it as a rogue state betraying the higher principles of Judaism. The irony about Whose Land? Whose Promise? – a book packaged as a warning to Christian Zionists (or more specifically, pre-millennial dispensationalists) – is that it affirms the notion that the Jewish people constitute a unique theological category and require special treatment and judgment – a primary tenet of Christian Zionism.”

Another man who has influenced the church for the evil of Replacement Theology is Stephen Sizer. Both of these men have done great damage to the church. Barry Horner speaks about them in his book “Future Israel.”

“Dr Burge objects to Christians developing their theology out of Genesis and Ezekiel and

doing Jewish theology. His statement should be disturbing to every Christian. Genesis and

Ezekiel, and the rest of what we call the Old Testament, constitute the Bible of Yeshua or

Jesus and his first followers. If we are not “doing Jewish theology”, as Burge puts it, then we

are certainly not doing theology as Jesus and his first followers did. Reverend Dr. Steven Sizer was until recently one of the most active Christian anti-Zionists.  He is an Anglican priest and has associated with terrorists and Holocaust deniers. He stands strongly opposed to the biblical Zionist view that the scriptures teach the restoration of Israel. Sizer’s position is that the New Testament “fulfills and annuls” the Old Testament.” static1.squarespace.com 

It blows my mind how many churches that claim to be evangelical actually follow the teaching of replacement theology. Satan is like a roaring lion and a deceptive snake that sneaks up on you. What is Satan’s strategy?

 “Part of Satan’s strategy has been to infect the Church with what was historically called Supersessionism. This is the idea that God has replaced the Jews with the Church. It’s only in the 20th Century that this concept came to be known as Replacement Theology. There are two basic kinds of Supersessionism. The first type is called “Economic Supersessionism.” I prefer to call it “Historical Supersessionism.” This is the more moderate form of the theology. It argues that it was God’s plan from the beginning for Israel’s role as the people of God to expire with the coming of the Messiah and the establishment of the Church. Or, to put it another way, it was God’s plan for the people of God to morph from an ethnic group into a universal group. The far more common type of Supersessionism, and the type that has characterized the Church almost from its beginning, is called Punitive Supersessionism. It emphasizes Israel’s disobedience to God and their subsequent justifiable punishment by God and their displacement as the people of God. To put it another way, “The Chosen People of Israel have been replaced by the Church because the nation acted wickedly and has forfeited the right to be the people of God.” pre-trib.org   

Hitler used this teaching from Martin Luther who advocated the persecution of the Jews because they did not receive Jesus. Hitler manipulated the Lutheran Church to embrace hatred of the Jews. Here is what he said:

“In 1924 at a Christian gathering in Berlin, Hitler spoke to thousands and received a standing ovation when he made the following proclamation: “I believe that today I am acting in accordance with the will of Almighty God as I announce the most important work that Christians could undertake — and that is to be against the Jews and get rid of them once and for all.” pre-trib.org 

It is hard for us to believe that the Catholic and Lutheran churches embraced the Nazi propaganda and condemned the Jews to the gas chambers. This is what happened and we cannot erase this sin from history. Replacement Theology, whatever form it takes, always leads to murder. This leads us to today and what we are facing. In 2002 another Replacement Theology push was made on the Evangelicals by Knox Seminary.

“Knox Seminary Document: A good example of the new form of anti-Semitism can be found in a document issued by James Kennedy’s Knox Theological Seminary in 2002. It was entitled, “An Open Letter to Evangelicals Concerning Israel.” It has since been endorsed by hundreds of theologians and pastors, including such luminaries a R. C. Sprōul. The document begins by denouncing those who teach that the Bible’s promises concerning the land of Israel are being fulfilled today “in a special region or ‘Holy Land,’ perpetually set apart by God for one ethnic group alone.” It then proceeds to proclaim that the promises made to Abraham “do not apply to any particular ethnic group, but to the Church of Jesus Christ, the true Israel” pre-trib.org

Both of these organizations represent over 400 denominations and churches. They push this narrative: Israel is occupying the Palestinian Territories (East Jerusalem, West Bank, and the Gaza Strip) The WCC has this on their website: “Seek #JusticeAndPeace in the Holy Land:

Half a century has passed since the six-day war when Israel occupied East Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and the Golan Heights. Despite stalled peace processes and the sufferings entailed by the occupation, people still hope for a better future.” oikoumene.org   

Amazing as it may sound, these two organizations say they represent 1 billion Christians from around the world. This is as sad as it gets! 

Iran and Replacement Theology

This brings me to Iran. When Iran attacks Israel, these churches will say nothing. When Israel attacks Iran, all bets are off. When it comes to antisemitism, Jews are in a no win situation.

Warning for America: Replacement Churches teach that the admonition of Genesis 12:3 no longer apply.

President Biden and his administration has brought a great curse on America. His favor towards the Palestinians and Iran is cursing Israel and therefore America is cursed! What are they rejecting?

Prophecy Update: Russia Rising

Where is Russia? The prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39 describes a future battle led by the Russians. The news talks about Iran constantly and their desire to destroy Israel. God said that Iran would follow the lead of Russia, not Russia following the lead of Iran. In this update, I would like to explore how God is putting the hook in the jaw of Russia to cause them to come against Israel.

Magog/Scythians

“Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal.”

Ezekiel 38:2-3

In order to understand this passage we have to go back to Ezekiel 36-37. God describes for us the time when He will bring Israel back into the land. Israel will possess all of her land while in a state of unbelief and then at some future point His Spirit will be poured out on His people. What is the event that will open the eyes of Israel that God is real and working to fulfill His promises to the Jews? Ezekiel 38-39 will be the first major event that begins the process of redemption. In the fifth century before Jesus, a Greek historian named Herodotus wrote of the Magogites calling them Scythians.  Josephus, the Jewish historian also linked Magog with the Scythians and said they lived north in the territory of Russia.

“Ancient Scythians The Greeks called them Skythians and the Romans called them Scythians. The Scythae were the barbarians (non-Greek and non-Roman), the people north of the Black Sea, on the outer edge of the civilized world. The Bible mentions them in Col 3:11. The country of the Scythae comprised a vast area in the eastern half of Northern Europe, and in Western and Central Asia. The Arabs call the Chinese wall Sud Yagog et Magog, that is, the mud wall, or rampart of Gog and Magog. Gog and Magog are mentioned in Revelation 20:8; and these, says Bishop Newton, “seem to have been formerly the general name of the northern nations of Europe and Asia, as the Scythians have been since, and the Tartars are at present.”biblehub.com  

The Gog Magog battle will result in the world recognizing that the LORD intervened for Israel. God will be fighting for Israel! These two passages describe this….

“It will come about on that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel, declares the Lord GOD, that My fury will mount up in My anger.”

Ezekiel 38:18

“My holy name I will make known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let My holy name be profaned anymore. And the nations will know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.”

Ezekiel 39:7

How will the Russians come down against Israel? God says that He will make them go down so that He can judge them. In Ezekiel 38 God describes this as a hook in their jaw. Chapter 39 gives further information:

“And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal; and I will turn you around, drive you on, take you up from the remotest parts of the north and bring you against the mountains of Israel.”

Persia/Iran

Russia does not dominate the news in the Middle East. Iran is in the news every day. God said that Persia would come with the Russians to attack Israel. Right now, at this very moment, Iran and Russia are prepositioned for this war. Both of their armies are camped in Syria to the north of Israel. Iran dominates the news because the Obama false peace deal was scuttled by the Trump Administration. Now that Trump is out of the way, the Iran deal is back on the table. This has Israel anticipating a war with Iran. Russia though is the nation they need to be concerned about! God is using Iran as a hook in the jaw!

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met Monday evening with the finance and defense ministers, their top staff, and the chief of staff to discuss the allocation of “at least” 3 billion shekels to prepare for a possible attack on Iran. One of the goals of the Obama administration was to assist Iran on becoming the dominate player in the Middle East. President Biden will continue that policy. This means that Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, and a host of other Arab countries cannot trust the United States anymore. The Abraham Accords proved to the world that the Sunni Muslim states would rather trust Israel rather than Iran! These are the exact conditions laid out in Ezekiel 38-39! The two main contributors to the Iranian bullying are Russia and China.

That is the understatement of the year!

We must deepen China-Russia comprehensive strategic cooperation … so as to build a Sino-Russian pillar for world peace and security and global strategic stability,” Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Friday. As China and Russia form their alliance, the United States becomes weaker and weaker. That America does not intervene in the battle has been the mystery surrounding the Gog Magog prophecy. Putin has threatened to nuke America many times in the last 5 years. These next three stories catalogue these threats in 2018, 19, 20. American weakness is a hook in the jaw!

Both Russia and the US are testing weapons previously banned under the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces treaty, often called INF. Russian bombers have also cruised into US airspace repeatedly, and the US recently sent its B-2 Spirit stealth bomber on a mission in the Arctic — right in Russia’s backyard.” businessinsider.com 

“RUSSIA’S nuclear forces will conduct more than one exercise every two days ALL year featuring an “unstoppable” 15,000mph missile that could wipe out Texas.” the-sun.com

Is Putin Gog

Putin is one of the most interesting dictators in history. Consider this article and pay attention to the biblical values that are added to the criminal enterprise of Putin.

“On Wednesday July 1^st, 2020, Putin became president for life. 206 constitutional amendments were packaged and included a critical mechanism that would allow Putin, whose term ends in 2024, to run for president again, potentially enabling the 67 year old leader to remain in power until 2036. Among the recent amendments approved was also the mention of ‘belief in God’ as core national value and a definition of marriage as a union between one man and one woman.” thelampstand.com. 

Putin runs an oligarchy, a small group of people whom he controls control the country. Several news outlets call him the richest man in the world. He uses Christianity as a tool to unite the country around the Russian Orthodox Church. He is smart enough to know that Christianity holds the key to uniting the Russian people. Unfortunately, the Christianity he espouses has a history of antisemitism. He said in 2014, “Christianity was a powerful spiritual unifying force in the creation of a Russian nation and Russian state. It was thanks to this spiritual unity that our forefathers for the first time and forever more saw themselves as a united nation.”  thelampstand.com. 

The Russian Orthodox Church teaches replacement theology and has a long history of persecuting the Jews. Here is an article about antisemitism in Russia—-

Russian Antisemitism is a hook in the jaw.   

There is no doubt that Russia like much of Europe harbors a hatred of Jews. That hatred will cause more Jews to make Aliyah, go home to Israel. The Bible predicted that this would happen and it is happening more each year. Something will cause Jews to leave America. Will it be a failed economic system, war, or outright antisemitism? Whatever the cause, America has to lose its superpower status for the final kingdom to rise and the Gog Magog prophecy to come to fruition.. Economics is the hook in the jaw!

Russia is envying the increasing riches of gas and oil in Israel. Israel is cutting into the European market, Russia will not stand by and watch as this happens. Turkey is already in a state of war with Greece over the gas pipelines being built from Israel. This is a major hook in the jaw.

Greece and Italy are benefitting from the East/Med pipeline. This is causing Rome to rise like the first Roman Empire—fulfilling the conditions for the revived Roman Empire of Daniel 2+7!

Prophecy Update: Unheeded Warnings

As the new president began his assault on biblical truth, many Christians were praying for the president. The prayers of the faithful are for blessing and mercy on our nation and its leaders. Yet, the nation has resorted to rebellion against the God of heaven, in law, culture, and religion. Immediately, the new government boasted that they fund abortions all over the world. They decried Trump and his supporters for stopping the funding of abortion. They quickly reinstituted a decree that all bathrooms should be open to anyone claiming a gender they were not born with. Israel was lambasted, attacked, and vilified. Here are several articles that highlight the rebellion towards the One True God who watches over America!

These first two examples show us that the new administration will not put up with a biblical worldview. The biblical worldview censored, attacked, and maligned in the mainstream media. The new administration will support all who call for the closing of churches and synagogues!

The FBI, Police, and military are full of people who believe that you deserve what you get if you stand against the Supreme Court decision regarding marriage. The Biblical view is no longer worthy of protection. Neither the FBI nor the police took seriously the threats against the church or its people. When Jesus said that “a country divided against itself cannot stand,” this is very true of the FBI and other police organizations. Think about the order coming down to the FBI to arrest pastors for teaching that marriage is only between one man and one woman. The conflict will erupt in the FBI itself because of the amount of people who share the biblical view. What will they do? This same conflict is now in police departments all over the nation.

Quickly, the anti-Semitic bias of this new administration revealed itself. Iran, China, Muslim Brotherhood, and Islamic Jihad are rejoicing that Biden is president. They just saw their chances of destroying Israel go up by a factor of a thousand. Unfortunately, for Biden and his anti-Semitic friends, they will see the God of Israel strike and strike hard!

When will the vaccine become the mark of the beast? At the midpoint of the tribulation, that is when the mark of the beast is instituted for the world. The vaccine mimics what will happen in the tribulation period. Taking the vaccine now is not taking the mark of the beast because it is not connected to antichrist. The Christians will not be here for the mark of the beast because of the rapture. Biden is convinced that he has to make the vaccine mandatory for everyone in the nation. This is the ramp up to what it will be like for people in the Tribulation Period. This is nothing to what that will be!

Inauguration

After reading the first inaugural speech by George Washington, I can’t help reflect on the inaugural ceremony of Joe Biden. Washington confessed his weaknesses and sins in leading the country. He made very clear that he needed the Lord and the nation needed to follow the Lord or we would fail. Here is an important quote from his speech:

“Since we ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven, can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained: And since the preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the destiny of the Republican model of Government, are justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked, on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people.” archives.gov    

Jonathan Cahn pointed out recently that America has done exactly what Washington warned us not to do. No nation can survive when they spit in God’s face, when they tell Him to leave the country, when they counter every one of His laws with evil laws, when they disregard the eternal rules of order and right, when they kill their own children. Israel killed its thousands of children, America its tens of millions, and China its hundreds of millions. Can anyone seriously think that the God of heaven will not judge us and quickly? Ruth Graham said in the 1970’s, “if God doesn’t judge America it will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.” I say, if God does not judge America in 2021, He will have to apologize to Israel for the Babylonian captivity. We have sinned to a greater degree than Israel ever thought possible!

Our nations capital was filled with 25,000 troops for the inauguration, and a crowd of less than 150. What a testimony of a nation divided against itself! Taking an oath is a serious thing to God. They did not call for everyone to go to church and pray like they did in 1789. Here are some quotes about that:

“An oath is an appeal to God, the Searcher of Hearts, for the truth of what we say and always expresses or supposes an imprecation [calling down] of His judgment upon us if we prevaricate [lie]. An oath, therefore, implies a belief in God and His Providence and indeed is an act of worship. . . . “The Constitution enjoins an oath upon all the officers of the United States. This is a direct appeal to that God Who is the avenger of perjury. Such an appeal to Him is a full acknowledgment of His being and providence. OLIVER WOLCOTT, SIGNER OF THE DECLARATION.” wallbuilders.com   

Is it any wonder then that a God so filled with holiness, who sits on a throne of righteousness, could wait any longer to judge America for its rebellion. If you thought the first civil war was bad, wait until you see this one. As the prophet Zephaniah warned us:

“Near is the great day of the LORD, Near and coming very quickly; Listen, the day of the LORD! In it the warrior cries out bitterly. A day of wrath is that day, A day of trouble and distress, A day of destruction and desolation, A day of darkness and gloom, A day of clouds and thick darkness.” Zephaniah 1:14-15

Civil War

The nation is in the throes of a civil war. At present, the civil war manifests itself in the media, riots, and threats. One side is bought into the relativistic, secular humanistic worldview. One side is bought into the constitutional, biblical worldview. These two cannot exist in a state of peace in the same geographical location. You cannot have two nations in one, similar to Israel being in Egypt.

“The trigger for the military to move against Biden (you won’t like this). Although Trump reportedly signed the documents to turn over control to the military under a limited scenario of emergency powers, the military did not want to move against Biden on Inauguration Day out of fear that a nationwide civil war would commence immediately thereafter. As I’ve learned, the civil war scenario is a concern to the military because it would destabilize the United States and make the country increasingly vulnerable to attacks for foreign aggressors (namely China). The fact that they did not take action before Jan.20^th is evidence of the sovereignty of God over our nation. God has given a choice to America, repent or fall—the nation chose to fall. The people with the power to restore the nation to covenantal faithfulness to the constitution, the oath keepers, failed to act. In so doing, they brought a civil war that will be manifested in anarchy. Francis Schaeffer predicted this in the early 1970’s. Why is that? This next article gives us the clue.

Truth is whatever CNN, ABC, and the Democrats say it is. Deception is the word that I would use to describe 2020 and demonic is the word I would say describes the beginning of 2021. William Shirer is the author of the “Rise and Fall of the Third Reich” 1959. In his chapter called, Life in the Third Reich, he explains what happened to the Jews since 1933. “In the first year of the Third Reich 1933, Jews were excluded from public office, civil service, journalism, radio, farming, teaching, theater, films; in 1934 they were kicked out of the stock exchanges, and though the ban on their practicing the professions of law and medicine or engaging in business did not come legally until 1938 they were in practice removed from these fields by time the first four years period of Nazi rule had come to an end.” (The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, William Shirer, pg. 233)

This is the woke culture that was pushed in 2020. Woke culture means to push out all people who disagree with Black Lives Matter and Antifa. They mean to take your jobs, ban you from buying and selling, close your church, and persecute you. This has just begun—20020 was the first shot. It is the same pattern that happened in Germany. The attack is coming to Jews also and my question for everyone is, will you protect the Jews from them?

The two-state solution, largely seen as a staple of foreign policy by U.S. administrations prior to President Donald Trump’s, has been lambasted by many critics as being an abject failure that does not take into account facts on the ground. In 2018, Trump closed the Palestinian mission in Washington, expelling the Palestinian Ambassador to the U.S., Hussam Zomlot. Zomlot last week hailed the end of Trump’s presidency and celebrated “standing tall against the bully.” breitbart.com   

Biden invited the people back into Washington who preach ‘Kill the Jew’! This is appalling. Before President Trump, the United States of America gave the Palestinian Authority money to pay terrorists to kill Jews.(the reason given was the PA could use the money anyway they deemed appropriate) Under President Trump, he stopped that practice and signed the Taylor Force Act—to stop the PA from paying families of terrorists, rewarding them for killing Jews. Biden is committed to continue this practice but he will couch it in diplomatic terms meant to deceive. The bottom line is that the USA will again give out tax dollars to those who kill Jews. God help us!

Prophecy Update

This week is critical to the freedom of the republic. The Communist left is making a play for dominance over the American government. Unfortunately, the evangelical church, attacked with the idea of ‘social justice’ blindly compromises the faith, accepting the communist presupposition that all people need to have the same amount of money, property, goods, and gifts to be fair.  The ‘social justice’ movement seeks to remove the biblical worldview, teaching that personal private ownership of land, property, and goods is evil.  The Bible teaches personal responsibility, personal property rights, and capitalism.

Communism, Fascism, and Socialism

Communism, Fascism, and Socialism are three sides of the same coin. They unite under the idea that government is your god. Each of these movements eliminate the biblical view of life. The biblical view of life, made in the image of God, means all people have the created rights of freedom and liberty! These three movements teach that babies are blank slates and culture frames them! The Bible teaches that each individual is responsible to God independently. The three atheist movements teach that the state gives you meaning and personal responsibility is to the government. Their motto is, “you will own nothing and you will be happy.” This article reveals what we are facing.

One thing is for certain, communist regimes cannot have differing opinions. Censorship is the hallmark of communist dictatorships. Since the election on Nov.3^rd 2020, big tech giants, google, facebook, youtube, and twitter have all engaged in censoring Christians and conservative thought. If you still believe in the Constitution of the United States, you will be censored. Here is an article about that.

History Lesson

Benito Mussolini switched sides, from socialism to fascism. This historical case makes clear the similarities of these movements.

Mussolini followed Lenin’s example and proceeded to establish a state-driven economic model in Italy. Many books written on this subject make clear that the bottom line is these systems make government god.

As these quotes make clear, all of these systems need people to be productive to prosper. The communist leader Lenin needed capitalist principles to make money. Why? God has weaved into creation certain economic laws that rule productivity. When these laws are violated, production fails or falls short. China learned this lesson and so they use capitalism as a tool even as they preach the glory of atheistic communism. These governments preach slavery to the state as the way forward to prosperity when God says freedom is the way. God has given the world a gift, it is called personal property rights. When violated, it brings poverty. Venezuela went from the richest nation in South America to the poorest, all because of communism. Now our own communists in the USA want to do the same thing to us.

Capitalism in the Bible

As I read the Bible, two things are very clear: God wants freedom for all people and God wants economic production. Here is an article about this subject:

From the theology of the Garden of Eden to the Exodus from Egypt, freedom is the recurring theme of the Bible.  Wherever true followers of Christ have taken seriously the message of the Scripture, they have pushed for more freedom for everyone.

“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.”

“She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard. She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong. She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp does not go out at night.” 

Proverbs 31:16-18

Each of these verses show the importance of freedom and capitalism.

“He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor.”

 1 Corinthians 3:8

“The free market always produces more prosperity throughout history. Socialism, communism, and increasing degrees of government interventionism always lead to poverty and loss of liberty. Romania equated peace with their communist dictator Niklai Ceausescu. Signs such as “Ceausescu Is Peace.” He kept that peace alright. His secret police terrorized the country. Everybody was under surveillance. People were starved until they had to steal to survive. They stole corn from large government owned farms. They planted and raised the corn, but they couldn’t have any of it. The government sold the corn, probably to Russia, and Ceausescu would pocket the money.” beliefnet.com 

Throughout history and especially in America, every time socialism is tried it fails. The result is a loss of liberty in all of the states that are socialist/communist. States like New York, California, and Washington.  A loss of prosperity for the people in these states, as the government confiscates property, rights, and incentive.  Did you see how many people are leaving those states! Socialism/communism leads to the loss of generosity as the government intervenes in everyone’s business. Now the Democratic party and most Republicans want to bring the crises to the whole country!!

“The landowner said: Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with what is my own? Or are you envious because I am generous?”

Matt. 20:15

“With these words, our Lord demonstrated that Christianity supports a free enterprise economic system. Our Lord here assumed the rights of private property as expounded in God’s Law. It was Karl Marx who called this “Capitalism.” That system guarantees the ownership and free control of property (i.e. “capital”) by the private individual. “Socialism,” he taught, is the opposite: the collective ownership and control of all property by the state. In Socialism, the state abolishes private property and, thus, owns or controls all land, houses, factories, and industries. Each individual, thus, is totally enslaved to a state which plays God. In Bible-based Capitalism, the individual can do what he wants with his property, within the constraints of God’s good and kind Law, because it is given him by God!

No Compromise Possible Between Capitalism and Socialism

In Western countries, there is a pragmatic “mix” between these two systems. It won’t work in the long run. Marx realized that any compromise between these two always leads to gradual enslavement to a state that replaces God, family and Church (1). Of course, he deceived us! He called slavery “freedom”! He didn’t say that there are only two real alternatives: 1) the Creator is Owner and Ruler of all things. Man then finds freedom and blessing in obedience to His commandments; or 2) the state (i.e. the “people”) rules by owning everything and making all laws (2).”gospeldefenceleague.org 

Galatians 5:1 tells us that it was for freedom that Christ set us free. That freedom is both spiritual and civil. When the Lord tells us to stand firm, He means to stand firm for all of the liberties we have in Jesus. I will write on this next week. Blessings!
