Prophecy Update: Wars and Rumors of War: Israel              7/16/20

The Bible is very clear. God always intended to bring Israel back to her land in the end times. History teaches us that some churches and most governments oppose Jews. This update will focus on the biblical teaching regarding the reestablishment of Israel, those who oppose it, and the current threat to Israel. I will contrast teaching from Bible teachers who either eliminate Israel from the text or celebrate God’s plan for Israel.

First up is John Calvin and C.H. Spurgeon and their view of Jeremiah 32:41.  

“I will rejoice over them to do them good and will faithfully plant them in this land with all My heart and with all My soul.” Jeremiah 32:41

The Lord promised to bring Israel back to the Promised Land and plant them there. Notice how Calvin allegorized the text while Spurgeon taught it as spoken to us clearly by God.

John Calvin:  “When Christians explain this passage and the like, they leave out the liberation of the people from Babylonish exile, as though these prophecies did not belong at all to that time; in this they are mistaken. And the Jews, who reject Christ, stop in that earthly deliverance. But the Prophets, as I have said, begin with the return of the people, but they set Christ also in the middle, that the faithful might know that that return was but a slight taste of the full grace, which was alone to be expected from Christ; for it was then, indeed, that God really planted his people.”

Spurgeon: “We cannot help looking for the restoration of the scattered Israelites to the land which God has given to them by a covenant of salt.”

Calvin never looked for the restoration of the Jews because he did not believe that God would ever do that. He read the New Testament back into the Old Testament until the promises of God towards His nation Israel were eliminated. Spurgeon, on the other hand, exulted in the national seed of Abraham and all of the promises that would someday be fulfilled.  Calvin: “Calvin taught that there would be no land given to Jews fulfilling the divine promise. Like Augustine, Calvin taught that the Christian church had become the new spiritual Israel, the amalgam of Jew and Gentile, whereby past ethnic identity had become null and void.”

The current crisis in Israel reveals once again the split among Christian churches. Churches that think like Calvin oppose Israel being in the land. Churches that read the Scriptures like Spurgeon celebrate sovereign covenantal grace covering Israel through the promises of God. Those promises include:

“Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, when the plowman will overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; when the mountains will drip sweet wine and all the hills will be dissolved. Also, I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, and they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; they will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, and make gardens and eat their fruit. I will also plant them on their land, and they will not again be rooted out from their land which I have given them, Says the LORD your God.” Amos 9:13-15

“For behold, days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah. The LORD says, I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers and they shall possess it.” Jeremiah 30:3

“But you, O mountains of Israel, you will put forth your branches and bear your fruit for My people Israel; for they will soon come.” Ezekiel 36:8

Horatius Bonar believed in the Scriptures and the importance of Israel. In 1847 he wrote eloquently of the importance of Israel to the end times.  

Bonar. “I am one of those who believe in Israel’s restoration and conversion; who receive it as a future certainty, that all Israel shall be gathered, and that all Israel shall be saved. As I believe in Israel’s present degradation, so do I believe in Israel’s coming glory and preeminence. I believe that God’s purpose regarding our world can only be understood by understanding God’s purpose as to Israel. I believe that all human calculations as to the earth’s future, whether political or scientific, or philosophical or religious, must be failures, if not taking for their data or basis God’s great purpose regarding the latter-day standing of Israel.”

Notice the phrase: ‘God’s purpose regarding our world can only be understood by understanding God’s purpose as to Israel.’ It cannot be overstated that the world is on a collision course with Israel. All of Scripture testifies that the nations will unite in opposition of Israel. This is the case today!

Israel annexation plan. “The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights warned Israel on Monday not to proceed along the “dangerous path” of annexing a swathe of occupied Palestinian territory, urging the Government to listen to its own former senior officials along with the “multitude of voices around the world.””

European ministers seek to stop Israel annexation. “Foreign ministers from 11 European countries have demanded the EU quickly provide them with a list of possible actions to stop Israel annexing large parts of the occupied West Bank. “The possible annexation by Israel of parts of the occupied Palestinian territory remains a matter of grave concern for the EU and its member states,” the letter said.”

There are threatening letters promising legal action against Israel and then there are threats of war. Recently Jordan, Turkey, and the Palestinian Authority threatened to go to war over annexation.

How Jordan responded to Israeli’s annexation plans. “Israel is considering annexation of parts of the West Bank, potentially reversing decades of its own policy that called for a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. The discussion over annexation—which was ramped up after US

President Donald Trump rolled out a peace plan in January—has been overshadowed by the coronavirus pandemic and instability in Israel’s unity government. Missing from much of the discussion is Israel’s neighbor to the East, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Jordan is home to millions of Palestinians, mostly descendants of refugees, and asserts itself as a protector of the Muslim and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, giving it unique say over status quo issues in Jerusalem and concerns about threats to Palestinian rights. On July 7, Jordan, Egypt, France and Germany issued a historic joint statement opposing Israel’s annexation plans. This could lead to conflict and also strain Israel-Jordan relations, which are rooted in a 1994 peace agreement that the United States helped broker. Israel has appeared to climb down from maximalist annexation plans and will forego annexing the Jordan valley, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claims any annexation will advance peace. The Palestinian Authority has condemned Israel’s plans and Jordanian media is paying close attention to Washington’s next moves.”

Most Jordanians see annexation as a declaration of war. “In May, King Abdullah II of Jordan had warned in an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel that annexation of the West Bank would lead to a “massive conflict” with his kingdom.”

Turkey is increasingly becoming a threat to Israel. “Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that Ankara will “liberate” Al-Aqsa. The rising chorus of anti-Israel statements from Turkey, particularly when it comes to the toxic blending of religious and extreme nationalist rhetoric from the ruling party, is becoming an increasing threat to Israel and regional stability. After Turkey announced that it would turn the museum of Hagia Sophia back into a mosque, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Ankara would next “liberate” Al-Aqsa. In recent months, Turkey’s religious affairs ministry and other voices in the government have repeatedly pushed a message claiming they want to “unite the Islamic community” against the State of Israel. For both Iran and Turkey’s current leaders, the rise in religious extremism points toward a desire to mobilize the region against Israel.”

Ankara condemns burning of Turkish flag in Jerusalem. “A group of nine Israelis on Monday burned the Turkish flag in front of Turkey’s Consulate in the occupied east Jerusalem to protest Turkey’s decision to turn Istanbul’s iconic Hagia Sophia back into a mosque. We strongly condemn the burning of our flag during a demonstration held near the Consulate General of Turkey in Jerusalem on July 13, 2020,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. “No one has the right to desecrate our glorious flag. We demand the perpetrators of this heinous act be brought to justice as soon as possible and held accountable,” the statement added.”

Long time rivals unite against Israel. “Jibril Rajoub, senior official from the Palestinian ruling Fatah faction said last week that they will work together with Hamas to achieve an independent Palestinian state and foil Israel-American “conspiracies” against the Palestinians. “We will lead our battle together under the flag of Palestine to achieve an independent sovereign Palestinian state on the 1967 borders and solving the issue of the refugees on the basis of international resolutions,” Rajoub said. Arouri said that Hamas would resort to “all forms of struggle and resistance against the annexation plan” and that Israel should not “disregard the Palestinian determination” to oppose the annexation at all costs, according to YNet News.

Tracking churches response to annexation. “The Lutheran World Federation with World Council of Churches (WCC), the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) and the Action by Churches Together (ACT) Alliance issued a statement on 29 June calling for an end to the occupation and for a resumption of dialogue to build lasting peace between Palestinians and Israelis.  (June 29, 2020)

Churches and charities oppose annexation. “Church leaders from the United Reformed Church (URC), Church of Scotland, Quakers in Britain, Methodist Church, Church of England and Catholic Church have called on the UK government to help deter annexation of the West Bank.”

Three wars are imminent. These wars are related in Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, and Ezekiel 38-39.

Psalm 83 describes for us a continuous war with the neighbors of Israel. These neighbors have an everlasting hatred of Jews. Since 1948 they have planned, purposed, and executed wars against Israel.

Ezekiel 35:5-6 describes God’s attitude towards these people:

“Because you have had everlasting enmity and have delivered the sons of Israel to the power of the sword at the time of their calamity, at the time of the punishment of the end, therefore as I live,” declares the Lord GOD, I will give you over to bloodshed, and bloodshed will pursue you; since you have not hated bloodshed, therefore bloodshed will pursue you.”

The Arab world has shed innocent Jewish blood and they have not repented. God is very clear that He hates the shedding of innocent blood. The Arab states now exist in a state of war with Israel.  They fund terrorist organizations.  They sanction the murder of Jewish families. The Lord will punish their murderous ways.

Isaiah 17 describes the conflict with Syria in the destruction of Damascus. The war with Syria is ongoing, almost daily some fighting occurs between Israel and Iran in Syria. Forces are gathering even now as Russia, Turkey, and Iran seek for ways to stop Israel and steal her land and resources. This will lead to the Gog Magog war of Ezekiel 38-39. After Israel defeats Fatah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad, Israel will face the combined forces of many nations led by Russia, Turkey, and Iran. God will deliver Israel in another great demonstration to the world that He alone is God and that He alone can save people. The Egyptians will also see the judgment of God for their part in hating on Israel. Isaiah 19 describes for us a time when God will judge Israel severely for her idolatry!

My final thoughts about Israel:

America is connected to Israel in many ways. The world wants to bring down America for the sin of supporting Israel, treating Jews with respect and love, and protecting the Jewish state. America is at the center of Satan’s desire to destroy. America has protected Jews and Christians, sent out countless missionaries, and prayed for the worldwide fulfillment of the Great Commission. Satan mistakenly believes if he can bring down America that he can destroy Israel.  This will NOT happen! God will show Himself mighty when He establishes Israel and saves her by the blood of the Lamb! God promises that all of Israel will be saved. Pray for America that we would repent and turn to the Lord as a nation. Pray for Israel that she turns to the Lord in the time of the tribulation, the time of Jacob’s trouble. What a great time to be alive!

Prophecy Update: Wars and Rumors of Wars           7/10/20

The last few weeks have seen many nations attacking each other and threatening greater conflict. China and India went to blows and over 80 people killed. China is an existential threat to the United States and the western democracies. Conflict exists between China and many other nations including Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea, and Vietnam.

China has a wish, to dominate the world! The problem is that several other nations want to dominate the world. This update will focus on China and the rumors of war that surround all things Chinese. Here are two Bible verses that focus on God’s view of the world. God determined that war and rumors of war would dominate human history until the end.

“even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.” Daniel 9:26c

“You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.” Matthew 24:6-7

These verses point out the biblical truth that wars will come.  Why do wars come?  They come from sinful human beings that reject God and His ways. Half of the nations of the world share the totalitarian vision of the communist Chinese. The 20^th century saw two World Wars; we are ready for the next one.

The World at War in 2020 “May 8, 2020 marked 75 years since the end of the Second World War in Europe – VE Day. While the conflict which claimed millions of lives on European soil is firmly committed to the annals of history, conflict in the East of the continent is still a harsh reality in the present day. The Ukrainian crisis, ravaging the Donbass region of the country, has so far amassed a death toll around the 13 thousand mark. A large portion of the globe is engulfed in some form of conflict.” It is through this region that China is trying to gain a foothold with the One Belt, One Road initiative. This move by the Chinese is an attempt to use land mass as a way of dominating the world. Standing in her way is India!

India vs. China. “In the midst of the border standoff between the two countries, the government of India banned 59 Chinese apps, including the widely popular TikTok. The tension escalated manifold after 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a violent clash in Galwan Valley on June 15. The Chinese side also suffered casualties, but it is yet to give out the details.”

The Defense Post. “Despite shared economic opportunities, border disputes continue to haunt India and China’s relationship. After 60 years, the two countries are once again engaged in a bloody mini-war in the Himalayas. China-India tensions will persist because they are tethered to the ensuing US-China Cold War, which itself is a titanic battle over who will dominate the world – sea-power or land power. America rules the waves and sets the terms and conditions for the vast majority of global commerce. China, on the other hand, is busy building a land bridge across Eurasia, which would undermine US maritime dominance.”

In May of 2019 the Chinese government decided to decouple itself from the United States economically. They are hard at work instituting standards for technology that bypass the United States. The problem is that technology from China is used to control, manipulate, and steal information.  The Belt and Road initiative goal is to enslave as many people that they can in the world. They hate Christianity, the Bill of Rights, Freedom, and especially freedom of speech. The United States still dominates shipping lanes on the sea. China is trying to shut down the shipping lanes in Southeast Asia.

Breaking Israel News reports the following:  China Threatens to Blow up US Aircraft Carriers. “The US sent two carrier groups to the South China Sea in a show of force intended to intimidate China in its aggressive takeover of a disputed archipelago. China responded by boasting of its “wide selection of anti-aircraft carrier weapons”, claiming that the mega-warships operated “at the pleasure of the PLA [People’s Liberation Army]”. The response by the US Navy was short and to the point: “Not intimidated.” China was clearly displeased with the presence of two nuclear aircraft carriers and accompanying warships in their backyard. Global Times, a daily tabloid newspaper under the auspices of the Chinese Communist Party, tweeted a clear threat, mentioning two missiles claimed to be capable of sinking an aircraft carrier.”

US Paratroopers Stage Mock Raid on Guam  “More than 400 US paratroopers parachuted onto Guam’s Andersen Air Force Base on Tuesday in what the Air Force said was the largest mock air raid there in recent memory. Meanwhile, in the nearby Philippine Sea, two US aircraft carriers are performing combat drills. Last week, the USS Nimitz and her sister ship, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, drilled in the waterway that separates Guam from Taiwan; this week, the Nimitz was joined by the USS Ronald Reagan, which sailed from Japan to take part in the drills.” China is winning the war with the United States because they are fighting a hot war in two areas: information warfare and economic warfare. Americans still believe that China is not at war with us and that is our weakness! The Trump Administration fought back in a big way last week.

FCC Designates Huawei, ZTE National Security Threats.  “The U.S. has gradually moved to block Huawei from using American technology in its products and to remove Huawei equipment from U.S. telecom networks, mainly in rural areas, due to security risks. ”With this decision, we are sending a clear message: the U.S. Government, and this @FCC  in particular, cannot and will not allow the Chinese Communist Party to exploit vulnerabilities in U.S. communications networks and compromise our critical communications infrastructure.” President Trump is the first president to recognize that we are at war and is doing something to stop the Chinese. What happened in India last week may happen here! Here is an article about that:

TikTok May Lose Up To $6 Billion As Result Of India Ban; Users Urged To Delete App.  “The ban in India has made headlines—the problems for TikTok, though, are much worse. This is likely just the start of a clampdown that has been months if not years in the making and which threatens to undermine the staggering success the platform has enjoyed, becoming one of the soaraway stars of the coronavirus lockdown. The broader Indian ban was welcomed by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who applauded the country’s “clean app” approach and claimed such apps serve as an extension of China’s “surveillance state.”

As many of you know, I have been writing and talking about war with China for many years. After I read Unrestricted Warfare: China’s Master Plan to Destroy America, I  followed how the Chinese  conducted the war against us. It is very discouraging to see how many politicians are bought and paid for by the communist Chinese. Governors, mayors, and business leaders participate with the Chinese and undermine the United States. In fact, since January, the President has been sending out administration officials to talk about war with China. Here is an example:

The Chinese Communist Party’s Ideology and Global Ambitions.  Remarks delivered by National Security Advisor Robert C. O’Brien on June 24, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona. “The challenge the Chinese Communist Party poses to the United States and our allies is of critical importance to us right now. My remarks are the first of several speeches senior Administration officials will give on this matter over the next few weeks. You will soon hear from Secretary of State Pompeo, Attorney General Barr, and FBI Director Chris Wray on the subject.” Chris Wray’s speech was a declaration of war.  Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has already made several speeches about China.  The most important one was in February. I can’t wait to hear what he has to say next. To say that the administration is in an all-out blitz is an understatement!

O’Brien went on to say,  “America, under President Trump’s leadership, has finally awoken to the threat the Chinese Communist Party’s actions and the threat they pose to our very way of life. For decades, conventional wisdom in both U.S. political parties, the business community, academia, and media, has held that it was only a matter of time before China would become more liberal, first economically and, then, politically. The more we opened our markets to China, the thinking went, the more we invested capital in China, the more we trained PRC bureaucrats, scientists, engineers, and even military officers, the more China would become like us.” How could this happen: “The answer is simple: because we did not pay heed to the CCP’s ideology. Instead of listening to what CCP leaders were saying and reading what they wrote in their key documents, we closed our ears and our eyes. We believed what we wanted to believe—that the Party members were communist in name only.”

This speech is so important that I wish all of you to read it.  You can find it on the hyperlink. 

Here is another quote from the speech that I ask you to pray about. It tells us the true nature of what we face: “The Party General Secretary Xi Jinping sees himself as Josef Stalin’s successor. In fact, as the journalist and former Australian government official John Garnaut has noted, the Chinese Communist Party is the last “ruling communist party that never split with Stalin, with the partial exception of North Korea.” This means that China under Xi Jinping will not stop until he has enslaved everyone on earth!

Now China is picking a fight with Russia. The TFIPost.com writes about this.

This is our land,’ China now claims Russia’s Vladivostok as part of its territory.  “China doesn’t want friends. It doesn’t want peaceful borders either. The only thing that China wants is territory- more and more of it. An expansionist China is already claiming maritime territory and islands within the territorial waters and Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) of other countries in the South China Sea and Japanese islands in the East China Sea. Chinese internet users, including diplomats and officials, claim that Vladivostok used to be a part of China. They claim it was Qing’s Manchurian homeland but was annexed by the Russian empire in 1860 after China was defeated by the British and the French during the Second Opium war.”

It is very clear to anyone who has eyes to see that God is moving the nations to war. War serves God’s goals in two ways. Either freeing people or judging nations! In this case, judging nations is at hand. Another book regarding China and wars and rumors of war was published last year.

Stealth War – How China Took Over While American’s Elite Slept by General Robert Spalding.  He writes,

“Flying quietly below the radar, the CCP has been acquiring technology without paying a cent toward developing it, carefully taking control of the world’s shipping businesses, infiltrating our corporations and science laboratories, and using American investor dollars to float the cost of its own factories and companies— and then, adding in­sult to injury, insisting that that money stay in China. Perhaps nothing threatens the CCP more than the Con­stitution of the United States. China’s president, Xi Jinping, has stated as much, and CCP documents that I will share make clear that fundamental American concepts—the rights of free speech and freedom of religion—are threats to the authoritarian power of the CCP, which believes that these liberties must never be allowed to take root in China and must never be the rights of Chinese citizens. Spalding’s concern isn’t merely that America could lose its position on the world stage. More urgently, the Chinese Communist Party has a fundamental loathing of the legal protections America grants its people and seeks to create a world without those rights.”

China opposes the rights that Americans possess because they are rooted in the Judeo-Christian tradition. The Chinese communist party is committed to atheism. The communist Chinese worship communism as this article explains:  Open Doors USA:

“The Chinese government wants to “sinicize” every religious ideology in the country—meaning, to make beliefs, including Christianity, fall in line with their interpretation of Communism. The government even banned the online sale of Bibles in 2018. Religion is banned from the public sphere, and teachers and medical staff have been pressured to sign documents saying they have no religious faith. In some areas, elderly people have been told that their pensions will be cut if they don’t renounce their Christian faith. Christians are suffering not only due to the introduction of new laws but also the stricter implementation of already existing ones.”

The Lord will not put up with this very long. This article from christianpersecutionnews is horrifying. It explains the lengths the Communist Party is willing to go to persecute those they hate:

“WASHINGTON, D.C.—Two stories originating from the concentration camps in Xinjiang province, China, shocked the world this week. China has again tightened its squeeze of a vulnerable ethnic population by enforcing pregnancy checks and forced sterilization on hundreds of thousands of Uyghur women to reduce the ethnic and religious minority’s birth rates. An Associated Press investigation reveals, “The state regularly subjects minority women to pregnancy checks, and forces intrauterine devices, sterilization and even abortion on hundreds of thousands, the interviews and data show.”

Is Christian persecution on the way in America? Look at California for the answer. The Chinese Communist Party has invested billions of dollars into overseas propaganda operations to great effect in California. Governor Newsome advocates the Chinese view over the Constitution of the United States of America. The BL.com reports, “Gov. Gavin Newsom has decided to ignore the Trump administration’s advice to ease social distancing measures and will further tighten CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus restrictions by ordering Golden State residents to wear a face mask when in “high-risk situations.” The Governor also has attacked the church mimicking his communist overlords. He told the churches they cannot sing—seriously? The rocks will cry out!! I watched several churches in California this last Sunday sing and told the governor that they would rather obey God!  OneNewsNow.com writes about this:

Take note: Believers won’t be muted by guv’s order.  “When he’s going to say you can’t sing, at that point we draw the line,” the pastor tells OneNewsNow, “because singing is a command from God – and Caesar cannot tell us in what way and in what manner we obey God and it is, however, in Newsom’s political DNA to issue such repressive restrictions.”

The communists among us know that Christians are protected. The greatest document for government, outside of the Bible, is the Declaration of Independence which inspired the Bill of Rights and Constitution.  These documents protect Christians.  Americans and Christians have been under the leadership of these documents for 244 years. They afford us protections that very few nations possess. Communists know that they have to destroy the Constitution and replace it. The Chinese Communist Party is in an all-out effort to influence governors to abandon the Constitution. It is happening in several states. Please pray with us against this evil. Thank God that the American Administration is fighting back.

`Prophecy Update: The Rapture of the Church       June 25, 2020               

It is my heart’s desire to encourage you this week. As the world is experiencing upheaval, Christians have a sure hope. As we engage the world, sharing our faith, occupying until He comes, faith needs to triumph over despair. The LORD gave me Psalm 27:1 to plead before Him during this time of crises.

“The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The LORD is the defense of my life, whom shall I dread?”  

Fearing a virus or the riots or people who are tearing our nation apart, is unbecoming for born- again Christians. God wants us to ask ourselves two very important questions: Whom shall I fear? Whom shall I dread? Jesus commanded us to fear not! The natural thing to do is to be afraid.

The Spirit-filled response is to plead the strength and promises of God and act in faith. Acting in faith is action; action neutralizes fear. In light of this truth, I want to talk about the rapture of the church.  The design and intent of the rapture teaching causes Christians to comfort one another. We find this truth in 1Thessalonians 4:13-18,

“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.”

The promise of God is that one day Jesus will descend from heaven and we will meet Him in the air to be with Him forever. This comforting message is for all believers. Imagine the trumpet sounding and your body transformed instantly, supernaturally. The experience of flying through the air to meet Jesus and all of those who died in Christ will solve every problem that you currently endure.

Why is it called the rapture? The term ‘caught up’ comes from the Greek word ‘harpadzo.’ This word means ‘to seize” or “carry off by force’.  When the Bible was translated into Latin, the Latin translation used the word ‘rapiemor’ to describe ‘harpadzo’.  We get the English words ‘rapt’ and ‘rapture’ from the Latin word ‘rapio’. ‘Rapiemor’ is the past participle of ‘rapio’ and describes the way God will take us to Himself.  First Corinthians 15:51, “Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed.”

Who will be resurrected at the time of the rapture? The text states that ‘those fallen asleep in Jesus’ are those who are raised first. The ones who have fallen asleep (died) in Jesus are the church, the body of Christ, also called the bride of Christ. The church was put in the game by Jesus to carry out the Great Commission and spread the good news of the Gospel. When the church finishes the job, God will remove the church and put the nation of Israel back in the game. When those who are alive experience being forcefully changed, translated into their new bodies, the final seven-year tribulation period can proceed.

The pattern looks like this:

1. God removes His people before the tribulation  
2. He calls people to live through the tribulation
3. Those left behind are judged by God.

The flood of Genesis 5-8 fits this same pattern:

1. God raptured Enoch
2. Then eight people went through the tribulation of God flooding the whole world
3. God judged those left behind. The rest of the living perished.

This first judgment fits the pattern of Revelation. Enoch was the first one raptured (Genesis 5:24, Hebrews 11:5). Hebrews 11:5 describes this to us:

“By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; AND HE WAS NOT FOUND BECAUSE GOD TOOK HIM UP; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God.”

Enoch did not see death because God supernaturally translated him from earth to heaven. He was the first, but there was a second. Elijah, likewise, was raptured in 2 Kings 2:11. Elijah had the privilege of being picked up by a flaming chariot with flaming horses. The words used by God to describe the rapture ‘went up by a whirlwind to heaven’ is the Hebrew word ‘ca`ar’ and means a storm. It is interesting that both 1Thessalonians 4 and 2Kings 2 describe the event with violent terms! Supernaturally, God will do a phenomenal work, which only He can do!

Phillip also experienced a rapture in Acts 8:39:

“When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing.”

Phillip was forcefully removed, disappeared, and strangely found himself in another city. God used the strength of His power to remove Phillip and put him where He needed him!

John experienced a rapture when he found himself taken to heaven in Revelation 4:1:

“After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.”

There are two things alike comparing Rev.4:1 with 1 Thess.4:13-18: the sound of a trumpet and the going up. This is a picture of the rapture because John and the church find themselves in heaven. Revelation 4:5 describes what John sees:

“Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”

Notice how John sees seven lamps. The seven lamps are the seven churches of Revelation 2-3! Where is the church? In heaven!

Why does God remove the church before the tribulation? This is the most important part of the rapture. God removes the church because of Israel. To understand the rapture of the church, one must understand the importance of Israel. God is using the tribulation period to confront Israel over Jesus the Messiah. God says that this is the time of Jacob’s trouble. (Jeremiah 30:7) It is clear in Daniel 12:1 that God is warning and preparing His people Israel for the tribulation:

“Now at that time Michael, the great prince who stands guard over the sons of your people, will arise. And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; and at that time your people, everyone who is found written in the book, will be rescued.”

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling. Behold, your house is being left to you desolate! For I say to you, from now on you will not see Me until you say, ‘BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!’” Matthew 23:37-39

This passage agrees with all of the prophets. A time will come when God will confront Israel over receiving the Messiah. Jesus is teaching that Israel will be set aside until the end times. When Israel becomes a nation, God will initiate a process of awakening in His people that will lead to the Messiah. Here are some verses about that:

“I will go away and return to My place Until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face; In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.” Hosea 5:15

“I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.” Zechariah 12:10

In both of these verses, it is clear that Messiah Jesus is the one whom they are talking about. Jesus left them in 32 AD and He will not come back until they earnestly seek Him. Two witnesses, Elijah and Moses will be preaching to the Jews at the temple in Jerusalem (Revelation 11:1-12). God will save 144,000 Jews from the 12 tribes to preach and lead a multitude of people back to the Lord. In the midst of the tribulation, God will open the eyes of the blind and redeem Israel. They will see Jesus and look on Him who they pierced. It will be a day of mourning over their messiah Jesus, the son of Abraham, the son of David! All of the promises yet fulfilled concerning Israel, and there are substantial amounts of verses that are still unfulfilled, will be fulfilled during the tribulation period.  

• Daniel 9:24-27 records the most important prophecy regarding the history of Israel. There are 490 years (70×7) found in verse 24.
• The 490 years breaks down into three divisions:
  • 49 years (‘seven sevens’)  verse 25.
  • 434 years (62×7) verses 25-26.
  • Seven years (“one `seven’) verse 27.

What happens during the 49 years? Ezra and others go back to Israel to rebuild Jerusalem. The time spans from the Persian Artaxerxes’ decree to rebuild Jerusalem (ca. 445 B.C.; Neh. 2:1-8), to the Messiah’s last week on earth, April 6^th 32AD. This date is according to the calculations from the book: The Coming Prince by Sir Robert Anderson. Here is an amazing quote from the book:

“The statement of St. Luke is explicit and unequivocal, that our Lord’s public ministry began in the fifteenth year of Tiberius Caesar. It is equally clear that it began shortly before the Passover, The date of it can thus be fixed as between August A.D. 28 and April A.D. 29. The Passover of the crucifixion therefore was in A.D. 32, when Christ was betrayed on the night of the Paschal Supper, and put to death on the day of the Paschal Feast. If then the foregoing conclusions be well founded. we should expect to find that the period intervening between the edict of Artaxerxes and the Passion was 483 prophetic years. And accuracy as absolute as the nature of the case permits is no more than men are here entitled to demand. There can be no loose reckoning in a Divine chronology; and if God has; deigned to mark on human calendars the fulfillment of His purposes as foretold in prophecy, the strictest: scrutiny shall fail to detect miscalculation or mistake.” The examination of the prophecy shows that God is very accurate to the time of the first coming of our Lord. God is accurate and the book makes this claim:

“The Julian date of that 10th Nisan was Sunday the 6th April, A.D. 32. What then was the length of the period intervening between the issuing of the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and the public advent of “Messiah the Prince,” – between the 14th March, B.C. 445, and the 6th April, A.D. 32? THE INTERVAL CONTAINED EXACTLY AND TO THE VERY DAY 173, 880 DAYS, OR SEVEN TIMES SIXTY-NINE PROPHETIC YEARS OF 360 DAYS, the first sixty-nine weeks of Gabriel’s prophecy.”

The last seven years of the prophecy is described for us in 2Thess.2:1-12 and Revelation 6-19.      Before the antichrist rises, the church will leave in the rapture of the church. While in heaven, the church will be preparing for the return with Jesus. It includes the judgment of believers for how they served the Lord in this life. It includes the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. It also includes coming back with Jesus to set up the kingdom of God on the earth.  We have a lot to look forward too!! Prophecy Update: World Government and the Ten Toes                  6/19/2020

I have always been fascinated by the prophecy of Daniel 2. God describes world history using a statue. When King Nebuchadnezzar was sleeping, the Lord showed him what would take place in the future. Daniel 2:31 describes the dream like this:

“You, O king, were looking and behold, there was a single great statue; that statue, which was large and of extraordinary splendor, was standing in front of you, and its appearance was awesome.”

When King Nebuchadnezzar woke up, he demanded his advisors tell him the dream and the interpretation. This demand assured the king that the interpretation would be supernatural and from a god. The advisors were stunned and said:

“There is not a man on earth who could declare the matter for the king, inasmuch as no great king or ruler has ever asked anything like this of any magician, conjurer or Chaldean.” Daniel 2:10

God engineered the circumstances so He could choose Daniel to give the king what he wanted. If someone could tell you what you dreamt last night and interpret the dream, would you be impressed? Daniel responded to the king:

“However, there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will take place in the latter days. This was your dream and the visions in your mind while on your bed.” Daniel 2:28

Today, I want to focus on one part of the statue. The legs and feet of the statue represent the Roman Empire. The two legs of the statue describe the eastern and western branches of the Roman Empire.  Today, we are living in the times of the ankles, right before the rise of the ten toes. The ten toes represent the final empire on planet earth. The empire of the ten toes lasts seven years and then Jesus will set up a kingdom that will never fail. Daniel describes this in 2:44,

 “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.”

The Prominence of the “Eastern Leg” in Bible Prophecy

English archaeologist and classical historicist Warrick Ball, in his well researched and scholarly book, ROME IN THE EAST (2016), writes,

“From its inception in 27 BC to its final collapse in May 1453, Rome was the longest-lived empire in history, with 164 emperors (including sole empresses) from Augustus to Constantine…In short, it was the world’s most successful empire.”  (Pre-Tribe Research Center)  The fall of Constantinople to the Muslims in 1453 was a tragedy for Russia. The reason has to do with the Roman Empire that this next article will explain.

The Byzantine History of Putin’s Russian Empire. In Vancouver in 2010 and in Sochi in 2014, however, Russia’s Olympic hockey jerseys prominently featured a two-headed eagle exactly where Canada’s jerseys highlighted the maple leaf. This two-headed eagle is not a modern invention. It is “Byzantine.” (TheConversation.com)

“The eagle was, if we travel 1,800 years back in time, the imperial symbol of the Byzantine Empire. It is still at the core of Orthodox Christianity — Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian — throughout the world.” So why would Russian athletes want to wear Byzantine eagles on the crests of their uniforms? Simply put: Moscow wants to be the third Rome. When Constantinople was conquered after 11 centuries as the Roman capital, by Ottoman Turks under the leadership of Mehmed II in 1453, Russia had become a central part of the Byzantine alliance. The Russian tsar — a derivative of the Latin Caesar, or imperial ruler — assumed, or presumed, the role of the imperial head of the Roman empire.”

Fast forward to 1918. The first World War is winding down and the Czar of Russia (Caesar) and the Kaiser (Caesar) of Germany were falling. One is falling to communism and the other to the combined armies of the western branch of the Roman Empire. Byzantium matters. The Eastern branch of the Roman Empire is rising in Russia today and will attack Israel! It matters if we want to associate Russia today with imperial Russia at its zenith. It matters if we are going to see a one-world government rise.

The Western branch of the Roman Empire, led by the United States in 1918, tried to establish the New World Order through the League of Nations. It is important to notice that the 20^th century was by and large the attempt to bring in the One World government of the Ten Toes.

Let’s take a brief look at the historical developments of the two legs of the Roman Empire.

The Last Act. “The chief mark of Rome was its resolute will to conquer. Will Durant, in his remarkable volumes, The History of Civilization, tells us that the Roman senate sometimes deliberately began wars in order to acquire further wealth for Rome or to quiet unrest among the plebeians and slaves at home. The Roman legions became synonymous with peace so that men boasted of what they called the Pax Romana, a peace of conquest by military might which kept everything stable and quiet throughout the Empire. Rome would stamp its image upon the entire Western world. The Roman Empire was soon divided into two portions, corresponding to the two legs of iron of this image. One division was in the West, centered in Rome; the other was in the East, with Constantinople its capital, and became the Byzantine Empire which colonized toward the north, into Russia, and into the east, to Persia, Iran and Iraq, and spread Byzantine culture all through the area.”

“In the West the empire centered on Rome. It first mastered the whole of the Mediterranean area and Western Europe and even after the fall of Rome itself continued to dominate as the kingdoms of Europe, the monarchies of France, of Germany, Spain, Great Britain and Portugal. These, in turn, began to reach into the western hemisphere after Christopher Columbus discovered the New World. The interesting thing now is that every single nation of this western hemisphere was begun by one of the nations of the Roman Empire. So we have the whole of the Western world as an extension of this mighty fourth kingdom which Daniel saw was to dominate the earth. It is stamped with the Roman image from that day to this. It is still Roman, and only recently has ceased to colonize, and thus dominate, major parts of the earth. Vast military power is characteristic of the fourth kingdom throughout its duration.” (Ray Stedman Authentic Christianity)

Since 1918, the world began a process that will eventually bring in the ten toes, the final ungodly world government. Ray Stedman continued to say about the Roman Empire,

“The legs were made of solid iron, but Daniel saw that the feet of the image were made of mingled iron and clay. What is the symbolism of this? The clay is obviously the opposite of iron. Iron symbolized an imperialistic attitude or form of government, the power and might of imperialism seeking to dominate and to rule by brute force and strength. Clay, on the other hand, is weak, pliable, easily molded. Most Bible scholars are right in identifying this as the principle of democracy.”

When President Woodrow Wilson wrote 14 points to build the ‘League of Nations’ called the ‘Treaty of Versailles’ the United States voted against joining the newly formed One World government. The League of Nations was plagued by failure after failure. The most blaring failure manifested itself in the rise of Nazi Germany and World War II.

The League of Nations (1919-1946). “Born with the will of the victors of the First World War to avoid a repeat of a devastating war, the League of Nations objective was to maintain universal peace within the framework of the fundamental principles of the Pact accepted by its Members: to develop cooperation among nations and to guarantee them peace and security.” (UNOG Library Registry, Records and Archive Unit)

This should alert you to the end time prophecy of 1 Thessalonians 5:3, “While they are saying, “Peace and safety!” then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape.”

The League of Nations failed and spawned a new organization: The United Nations.

By every measure, the United Nations is a dismal failure. The failure of the United Nations is leading to a new global government that will be led by the Antichrist. Here are a few articles that illustrate the need for the final government on earth.

It’s Time for the ‘Great Reset’ of Capitalism. “Covid-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. To achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts to working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a “Great Reset” of capitalism.” (Private Equity News)

The Rise of Strategic Corruption. “Countries have found ways to transform graft into a weapon on the international stage. Graft is nothing new; it may be the second-oldest profession. What is new, however, is the transformation of corruption into an instrument of national strategy. In recent years, a number of countries—China and Russia, in particular—have found ways to take the kind of corruption that was previously a mere feature of their own political systems and transform it into a weapon on the global stage. Countries have done this before, but never on the scale seen today.” (ForeignAffairs.com)

The Great Reset. “There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative. The Covid-19 crisis, and the political, economic and social disruptions it has caused, is fundamentally changing the traditional context for decision-making. The inconsistencies, inadequacies and contradictions of multiple systems –from health and financial to energy and education – are more exposed than ever amidst a global context of concern for lives, livelihoods and the planet. Drawing from the vision and vast expertise of the leaders engaged across the Forum’s communities, the Great Reset initiative has a set of dimensions to build a new social contract that honours the dignity of every human being.” (World Economic Forum)

The time is ripe for world government to rise. The nature of the Roman Empire necessitates colonizing the whole world into Satan’s final kingdom.  That which the globalists desired from the turn of the 20^th century is right before them. Who is standing in their way? — Christians and Israel! They see God giving all of the land back to Israel, so they are in full panic. Here is an article from the UN website that describes their panic:

Rights experts call for global opposition to Israel’s annexation plans. “Nearly 50 independent human rights experts are calling for the international community to oppose Israel’s plan to annex significant parts of the occupied Palestinian West Bank beginning as early as next month.” (UN News)

Zechariah 12:1-2, describes perfectly the day in which we live.

“The burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Thus declares the LORD who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him,

“Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah.”

Notice that this is the burden of the Lord. God Himself wants Israel to rise so He can bring 144,000 Jewish evangelists to the world. God Himself wants to bring the two witnesses to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple. God Himself wants to bring His church home for the marriage supper of the Lamb. God Himself want to play out the final seven-year tribulation so that He can usher in His final kingdom! God Himself wrote Daniel 2, 7, and 9, telling us of the final seven-year kingdom and it ends in victory for us.

Prophecy Update: Dividing Israel Leads to Gaining Israel                  6/11/20

God has made clear in His Word that the end times will include war over the land of Israel. This has certainly been the case since 1948.

In today’s update, I want to tackle the thorny problem America has been to all of the enemies of Israel. In the Muslim world, the United States is referred to as the “great Satan” and Israel is the “little Satan”.  This is common talk and belief in the Middle East. If the United States did not protect Israel, the enemies believe that they could conquer Israel in a matter of days.

Islamic nations are divided over what to do about Israel. Turkey and Iran are very clear on their desire to destroy Israel.  The leaders Egypt and Saudi Arabia have strangely changed course over Israel.  They want to be pro-Israel.  However, the citizens in the street think differently. On the streets of the major capitals of the Islamic nations, the people want blood! They want Israel destroyed.  |They say, “Come let us wipe them out as a nation, that the name of Israel will be remembered no more!” The United States has to be out of the way so that God can get great glory when He saves Israel!

Several passages of scripture teach that Israel will be alone.  Joel 3:1-3 says,

“For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land, and have cast lots for my people, and have traded a boy for a prostitute, and have sold a girl for wine and have drunk it.”

Notice how God says that one day all nations will be judged for how they treated Israel.

While Jews are in America, here is a great warning:

“and the remnant of Jacob shall be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, like a lion among the beasts of the forest, like a young lion among the flocks of sheep, which, when it goes through, treads down and tears in pieces, and there is none to deliver.”  Micah 5:8

Listen up New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Cleveland, God may soon make His people Israel into a lion in the streets of American cities. The judgment of God is coming for these anti-Semitic people and cities! The heat is turning up for Israel and the United States simultaneously. As for the tensions in the Middle East, God has thrown the enemies of Israel into turmoil.

‘Saudis, Palestinians Clash On Twitter Over Status Of Palestinian Cause, Normalization With Israel.’ “The tension between Saudis and Palestinians was evident mainly on Twitter, where Saudi and Palestinian users traded insults and accusations. Many Saudis tweeted under the hashtag #PalestineIsNotMyCause and #TheZionistEnemy[is our]Brother, accusing the Palestinians of ingratitude towards Saudi Arabia and stating that it’s time they took responsibility for their own fate.” As the Saudis and others in the Middle East feud, the UN, EU, and New World Order side with the Palestinians.

Despite Israeli strikes, Iranian forces massing on Syrian border. “Tens of thousands of Iranian-linked militiamen have been integrated into Syrian army – with many of them now stationed near Israeli border. Multiple drones reportedly belonging to the Israeli Air Force (IAF) carried out a new series of airstrikes against Iranian-backed militias in the area of Deir Ez-Zur in eastern Syria over the weekend. The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that a total of 8 airstrikes targeted the Afghan Liwa Fatemiyoun militia which was transferred to Syria on orders of Qassem Soleimani, the assassinated commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.”

“According to Iranian analyst Mostafa Najafi, a staggering 53,000 Iranian-backed militia members have merged into the army of dictator Bashar al-Assad and are still present along the border with Israel wearing Syrian army uniforms.” Israel is preparing for war and the New World Order is hoping that Israel will be destroyed.

Iran prepares to confront Israel in Syria via Hezbollah. “Iran may be preparing for conflict with Israel in Syria and no longer will accept Israeli airstrikes on its warehouses without a response, a report over the weekend suggested. Veteran journalist Elijah Magnier wrote on the website Medium about whether the “great Middle Eastern war will begin in the Levant” and cited Syria as a potential flashpoint.”

ICC Prosecutor: Israel war crimes probe can go on despite Oslo Accords. Not only are armies massing on Israel border but the New World Order minions at the International Criminal Court are making their play to curse Israel. Several news organizations made clear that the UN and EU oppose President Donald Trump’s stand on Iran. They want the Iran deal to go forward without any preconditions. Weakening and attacking Israel is the never-ending position taken by the UN and EU.   

“I have heard the taunting of Moab and the revilings of the sons of Ammon, with which they have taunted My people and become arrogant against their territory. “Therefore, as I live,” declares the LORD of hosts, The God of Israel, Surely Moab will be like Sodom and the sons of Ammon like Gomorrah—A place possessed by nettles and salt pits, and a perpetual desolation. The remnant of My people will plunder them and the remainder of My nation will inherit them.”  Zephaniah 2:8-9

Moab and Ammon are in Jordan. Jordan is threatening war with Israel.

“The oracle concerning Damascus. “Behold, Damascus is about to be removed from being a city and will become a fallen ruin.” Isaiah 17:1

These two passages show us that God is going to do some destroying of His own. The next few stories paint how dire the situation is in the Middle East:

Syrian currency collapse throws country into uncertainty.   “The Syrian regime thought it was finally out of the woods in its almost decade-long civil war. But the regime is gutted and weak. It has no finances and is fighting internally with family feuds within the Assad ruling clan. This means it is like a house of cards: very fragile. Russia can’t save the regime from everything. This illustrates that even when the conflict seems to be winding down – and Russia, Iran and Turkey increasingly work to partition Syria and drive the US out – unforeseen new crises emerge.”

US wants Gantz to agree to annexation this summer.  “Foreign Ministry concerned Germany will downgrade ties over annexation; Jordanian Ambassador: Is a one-state solution what you want? The US wants Alternate Prime Minister Benny Gantz to agree to extend Israeli law to parts of the West Bank before it gives Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a green light to move forward with it, and it would have to take place this summer, The Jerusalem Post has learned.”

UAE Daily Reports On Iran’s Military Headquarters In Damascus, Including A Control Room Monitoring Iran’s Drones, Among Them Drones Watching U.S. Base.  “A report in the English-language UAE daily The National provides information about the Glass House, a building near the Damascus international airport that serves as the command and control headquarters of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) in Syria. This is the hub from which the IRGC’s Quds Force has orchestrated Iran’s military efforts in the country.”

This Glass House serves as an object lesson on how God works. Israel could have taken this building out many times. We know that in the future Russia, Iran, Turkey, Syria, and several other nations will attack Israel from the Syrian Golan Heights. The timing is in the Lord’s hands. A report written in November of 2019 had this to say: “The report notes that, in November 2019, an Israeli airstrike damaged the top two floors of the Glass House, but did not destroy the building completely. This restraint will disappear when it is time to destroy Damascus as promised from the LORD in Isaiah 17. The article went on to explain who worked in the building. “According to the report, the building houses the commands of the various pro-Iranian militias in Syria (Iranian, Afghan, Iraqi, Lebanese, Palestinian and Pakistani), and is the venue for meetings between their top brass. It also contains a well-equipped hospital which treats militiamen wounded in action, extensive intelligence departments, and a control room monitoring live feed from Iran’s fleet of drones in Syria, including drones deployed above a U.S. airbase in the northeast of the country.”

The Glass House needs to be destroyed and quick. Here is why I say this. The article makes clear what this place means: “Security around the site is predictably tight. One Fatimiyoun fighter who has attended several meetings described being search four times on their way in – guns and cell phones are strictly prohibited. ‘The Glass Building is one of the most important places in Syria and Damascus,’ they told The National through an encrypted messaging application.” Iran is not content to just attack Israel, they want to attack the United States.

The Iranians and her allies are counting on the collapse of the United States. They have put their hope in the Democratic Party to destroy her from within. As America deals with the current eruption of lawlessness, Israel plans to take more of her land!

Trump’s Plan Inspires Israelis to Expand Israel to Inside PA Controlled Regions of Judea-Samaria.  “Car windshields throughout Judea and Samaria were plastered with flyers calling for a strategy against Trump’s Deal of the Century. The organization behind the movement, ‘It’s All Ours’ is distributing leaflets with the title ‘Take the struggle to the streets against the division of our land. But at the end of the letter, the message featured a call to action including protesting, building and to double the size of the Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria with no differentiation between areas A, B and C. Area A is currently controlled by the Palestinian Authority and according to the law, Israelis are not even allowed to enter that area let alone settle it. A call for Jewish Israelis to build new towns in that jurisdiction is unprecedented and is likely to enrage the violently anti-semitic Palestinian Authority.”

The political situation is volatile, but God is in control. It is His plan that I want you to focus on. God is going to give His land back to His people Israel; this will be the catalyst for the rise of Antichrist. Prophecy Update: The American Hour                       6/4/2020

“If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” Psalm 11:3

David is lamenting the rise of wicked people who wish harm to the righteous. It is a fitting Psalm for the day in which we live. God gives the answer to the righteous in the Bible. His answer is to pursue Him, longing for righteousness. Do you long for a righteous church? Do you yearn for a culture that exalts righteousness and rejects evil? This weekend saw an explosion of violence in America. The Lord gives us a truth that I hope the church will heed.

“The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked, and the one who loves violence His soul hates.” Psalm 11:5

The LORD has tested the righteous in our country. God commands that we are with each other and the church has obeyed the state in staying away from each other. Simple acts of love, hugging each other, holding hands while praying are being avoided.  State and church officials have told the sheep of Jesus to separate!  I believe that Acts 4:29-31 gives us the prayer for this day.

“And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Your bond-servants may speak Your word with all confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Your holy servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.”

God’s answer is to pray, speak His WORD with boldness, and trust that the Holy Spirit will move! In Peter’s day, God was judging Israel and He removed His hand of protection from the nation. It is the same today in America; God has removed His hand of protection from the country. The church is in the same place as the early chapters of Acts. In China, the church sent her members out to lay hands on the sick with coronavirus to pray for their healing. Wow! That is a church alive and healthy. That is a church acting in faith, not fear. The power of prayer, the WORD, and the Holy Spirit, infects the Chinese church. This infection spreads truth, life, salvation, and hope.

In the outbreak of protests and violence, there is no social distancing.  Did any governors, doctors, mayors, or politicians condemn these people for not social distancing? The answer is NO! No one is acting in fear over the lack of social distancing for protestors, no one is threatening to arrest them for not social distancing, no one is saying they are spreading some virus.

Many years ago I read, “The American Hour” by Os Guinness. Written in 1989, it explores the crises of cultural authority in the United States. Guinness insights were tremendous in 1989 and even more important now.  Guinness writes,

“First, the character and strength of a culture resides in the power of its beliefs, ideals, and traditions to exert a double influence in society, disciplining as well as inspiring and empowering renunciations as well as release. Second is that this cultural authority is strongest when it is unconscious, unquestioned, and covers the whole of social life, addressing ordinary citizens no less than leaders, the concerns of private life as much as public life. Third in the cluster is that the deepest source and agency of this cultural authority lies in its faiths. Fourth is that a crisis of cultural authority occurs when a cultures faiths lose their inner compelling power, either because a rival faith challenges them or because in changing circumstances, they fail to command a continuing assent from their own adherents. Fifth is that such a crises does not occur suddenly or through any single event but as a long and profound shift in the foundations of a culture. Sixth is that the eventual decline or death of a culture is a stage beyond the crises of cultural authority.”  (page 28-29)

Christians believe that cultural authority comes from the Word of God. God has given us direction on how to conduct ourselves as a nation. Blessed is the nation whose Lord is the God of the Bible! Exalting unrighteousness in a nation will lead to judgment. We see the judgment of God in our nation and Psalm 11:3 gives us one of those judgments — the foundations are destroyed. Businesses destroyed by quarantine and violence reflect how the hand of God is against the nation. God is testing the righteous! Here are some articles about what is happening:

“Trump vows to use military if governors don’t deploy National Guard to stop riots.” World Net Daily “I am mobilizing all federal resources, civilian and military to stop the rioting and looting, to end the destruction and arson, and to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans, including your Second Amendment rights. POTUS said he has strongly recommended that every United States governor deploy the National Guard “in sufficient numbers that we dominate the streets,” warning that if the state or city does not take action, Trump will deploy the United States military and “quickly solve the problem for them.”

The riots are spreading across the United States. It was an interesting weekend. We had NASA blasting off a rocket with two astronauts. I haven’t seen that in a long time. Imagine how our nation used to take pride in accomplishments like this, not anymore. The virus gave way to a wave of lawlessness across the nation. Destroyers hijacked legitimate protests. Here is how one article saw it:

“These RIOTS are the attempted communist uprising against America, and all those who are complicit in the treason must be arrested and prosecuted.” Natural News “Our sources are now confirming that a guard station outside the White House was torched last night by “rioters.” They’re really communist-led terrorist cells who are probing the White House as part of a sophisticated operation to overrun the property and attempt to assassinate President Trump. We are also learning that the tech giants — Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, YouTube, etc. — are all-in with the Antifa terrorists, and some platforms are allowing Antifa terror cells to use their online messaging to coordinate acts of terrorism on U.S. soil.”

I have been studying for years how our nation changed. A fundamental shift in American thinking happened in the 1930’s. We moved from a biblical view of life to a humanist view. The results of that shift caused a nation adrift in relativism. I memorized Os Guinness’s observation in 1991, “’Just say NO’ is America’s most urgently needed slogan at the very moment in our history when ‘Why Not?’ is America’s most unanswerable question.”

Ruth Graham, wife of Billy Graham said when I was in college, “If God does not judge America, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.” 

In 2016, Ben Carson had this to say during the election cycle: 

“Want to understand Hillary Clinton? Read Saul Alinsky.” Washington Examiner. “When Ben Carson, in his speech at the Republican National Convention, drew attention to Hillary Clinton’s tribute to the radical community organizer Saul Alinsky (1909-72), no eyebrows ascended. Hillary Clinton is like countless others who have adopted a Marxist/Leninist philosophy to life and politics. Marxist/Leninist thought invaded the church through the Liberation Theology movement.

God, God as creator, man as creation, sin entering the world and a need for redemption in Jesus Christ. If you can take and flip that entire thing on its head, and cut away the moral underpinning that you were so carefully saying, then in fact you will destroy the institutions of society that God has established and that were the corners of our nation.”

The churches of America have been duped.  Many do not teach the Bible. This has caused a crisis and God is judging America for it. Here is what was said on Fox News this week:

“Tucker Carlson: Our leaders have dithered and lied about the riots as the nation goes up in flames.” Fox News “The nation went up in flames this weekend. No one in charge stood up to save America. Our leaders dithered. They cowered. They openly sided with the destroyers. In many cases, they egged them on. This is how nations collapse. When no one in authority keeps

the order, and when someone in our professional class encourage violence, American citizens are forced to defend themselves. They have no choice. No one else is going to defend them — they know that now. The worst people in our society have taken control. They did nothing to build this country. Now, they are tearing it down. They are rushing us toward mass suicide.”

The big cities are where the terrorists strike most, what happens when they target small towns?

Guns, Police & Fear: How Antifa is Changing the Face of America. Clarion Project “Reports on the ground indicate that intelligence given to President Trump – that Antifa has used the unrest over the killing of Geroge Floyd by a policeman to instigate a violent insurrection – is correct. Antifa is an extremist movement that demands nothing less than the destruction of America and its democratic system of government.”

The article lists 10 things they want to accomplish. Here are four of them:

“Liberation by any means necessary. We will destroy state, military, police, military corporations, and all those who run the American plantation. Those who are oppressed will determine revolutionary justice. There will be no government, no person or group will have power over another.” 

This is a truly frightening vision for America, they are serious! Here is another thing to keep in mind:

‘America has Officially Entered a Civil War it won’t Recover from’ Hidden Rabbis Warn. Breaking Israel News. “Rabbi Weingarten noted that as the time to implement the Peace Plan, it becomes clear that Israel will be forced to divide the land in direct contravention of Biblical law. “And now, the American government wants Israel to walk away from the land that God told us to protect, the land that we finally returned to after 2,000 years,” Rabb Weingarten said. “God forbid, if the US forces us to do that, will there be another measure for measure teaching them what it means to leave their land? I can’t imagine it but who could have imagined the coronavirus and then these riots?”

When I read the Peace Plan, it was clear to me that it would lead to Israel gaining all of the land of Judea and Samaria. The Peace Plan makes it impossible for the Palestinians to accept – they would have to give up terrorism, teaching children that Israel stole the land, terror from Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic Jihad. I thought then, and I think now, that the Arabs and Muslims will never agree to what is in the deal. God said that He would give the land to His people the Jews. That will happen. Let us pray that America does not sin another sin against God and divide the land of Israel for the sake of a false peace with a people bent on killing Jews!

Back to our verse in Psalm 11:5, “The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked.” As righteous people, please pray and seek the Lord this week.  Join me in praying for the peace of Jerusalem and the revival of America. Prophecy Update: Annexing the Land                        5/29/20

Jeremiah 30:3, “For behold, days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah. The LORD says, I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers and they shall possess it.” Israel is the center piece of prophecy. In todays update I am going to focus on Israel. The annexing the land of Israel is the main controversy with the world.

This article from Israel National News, “Dear Europe – the Israelis are not your Jews.” talks about annexation. As Israel moves to annex her land, land that God says is His and He wills to give it to His people Israel, the European Union objects. The EU’s objections are testimony to their arrogance and antisemitism. Here are some quotes from the article:

“Amid the flurry of denunciations against Israel, for even thinking about going ahead with sovereignty for parts of Judea and Samaria, most telling is this remark from Josep Borrell, EU’s High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, as follows: “We strongly urge Israel to refrain from any unilateral decision that would lead to the annexation of any occupied Palestinian territory, and would be, as such, contrary to international law.”

The French and the Germans condemn Israel and even the Democratic Party–are you shocked? Here is the quote:

“Then leave it to our Democrats to take sides. The wrong one. From the Senate, 19 of them “warn” Israel that it had better think twice when it comes to sovereignty.”

This quote from the above article sums up what God is doing in the world regarding Israel at this point: “Turning to that quip “occupied Palestinian territory,” it tells you everything you need to know about what they’ve all been thinking over these past 72 years…and it is not only about “the West Bank” but rather about the entire country. To them, all of it belongs to the Arabs, or to anyone…anyone except the Jews.” Satan is trying his best to remove the Jews from the land and God will not be denied. All of the nations of the world will be in league with Satan at some point in the Tribulation period, until then the USA needs to be strong for Israel!

I am so tired of hearing the lie of the world that Israel is an occupying power and needs to be punished for even thinking about declaring sovereignty. The Bible says that the world would be in an uproar over Israel. As Benjamin Netanyahu moves to annex land, which is already their’s by right of return, every nation of the world will weigh in. As expected, the UN, EU, Russia, China, and every Muslim nation will condemn Israel for annexing their own land.

This is such a big deal that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, an organization that represents 57 Islamic nations had this article on their website: “Secretary General Holds Consultations with Palestinian FM to Convene Executive Committee’s Extraordinary Ministerial Meeting to Discuss Situation in Palestine.” Muslim response. “The two sides emphasized the need to intensify efforts at all levels to prevent Israeli’s colonial-settlement expansion policy and annexation plans, which are considered illegal under international law.” Of the 57 nations, these six will be involved in the Gog Magog Prophecy: Iran, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, and Libya.

Not to be outdone is Erdogan of Turkey. Erdogan fashions himself the leader of the Muslim world, he has weighed in on the annexation issue. Erdogan: “We won’t allow Palestinian lands to be offered to anyone else.” Turkey “I would like to reiterate that Al Quds Al-Sharif, the holy site of three religions and our first Kiblah, is a red line for all Muslims worldwide,” Erdogan said. Erdogan does not want Jews living anywhere in Israel because according to him, it is all Islamic land. Erdogan is committed to fighting a war to rid the land of Israel from Jews.

My question is, why annex what you already own? This is the topic of this article: “Israel’s Daunting Decision on Drawing Permanent Borders.” our land. Here is a great quote summing up the real issue:

Since the Babylonian Empire, the land of Israel has been under occupation by other nations. The occupiers tried to settle that land and were unsuccessful. All Gentile nations who occupied the land failed to settle it because God cursed the land. The land of Israel plays by a different set of rules than other nations. When Jews live in the land, it will flourish, when they leave it is desolate. Leviticus 26:32 says, “I will make the land desolate so that your enemies who settle in it shall be appalled over it.” This is the history of the land.

The previously cited article continues with this,

“72 years ago last week, three events took place almost simultaneously: The British departed Palestine, Israelis declared independence, and the armies of Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq—themselves European creations carved from the defeated Ottoman empire and caliphate— attempted to erase the re-born Jewish state from the map. In 1948, after Britain’s departure, Jordan used military force to seize Judea and Samaria, on the west bank of the Jordan River. Jordan proceeded to “cleanse” these territories of their Jewish inhabitants, and rename them.”

The Palestinian Authority claims that they need all of Judea and Samaria for their future Arab State. It is a fiction. The two-state solution is perpetrated by the New World Order. The Palestinian Authority has never wanted a two-state solution, they want a holocaust. Mahmoud Abbas is their leader and he is a piece of work!

Abbas’s empty, worn-out threats. The Jerusalem News Service writes, war in israel.

“Tuesday evening, Palestinian Authority and PLO chairman Mahmoud Abbas announced that the P.A. is renouncing the peace deals it signed with Israel along with its agreements with the United States. After the Israeli media and the leftist former generals wailed and sounded dire warnings about what will befall the country if the government doesn’t abandon all of its plans, the Palestinians made clear that this week too, he didn’t mean it. Palestinians have systematically and continuously breached every single substantive commitment they made to Israel. Most notably, the Palestinians agreed to fight terror. Instead, for the past 27 years the Palestinian Authority under both Arafat and Abbas has incited, financed and directed terrorism against Israel.”

I have never seen a communist nation or the Palestinian Authority ever keep one agreement they ever signed. They have continued to kill Jews and Americans. Mahmoud Abbas studied in Moscow and learned well under the KGB. As the Soviets supported the Palestinian cause, they showed that their antisemitism was strong and active. Soviet Document Suggests Mahmoud Abbas was a KGB Spy in the 1980s. The New York Times reports, abbas a communist.

According to a newly discovered Soviet document, Mr. Abbas may have once worked for the K.G.B., too. His doctoral dissertation was “The Other Side: The Secret Relationship Between Nazism and Zionism”, a conspiracy theory about the Holocaust.”

If you ever wonder why there has never been peace in the Middle East, it is because most of the leaders from the Palestinian side are beholden to Soviet doctrine of disinformation. I read a book by a Soviet defector from Romania. The book is called Disinformation — The following quote is from Part 1: Strategic deception to undermine the Church, the West, and America as revealed by Romanian defector Ion Mihai Pacepa (2013) soviet influence.

“Disinformation is a revealing exposé of evil Soviet history as well as a treatise on the use of propaganda and disinformation in contemporary international relations and national politics.”

Mahmoud Abbas has one desire, destroy Israel and the church. This is something ignored by peacemakers, diplomats from America who are blind. God told us that blindness plagues people who are in rebellion to Him. Do not be deceived, the Chinese, Russians, Islamic organizations, and leftist groups in America use the techniques taught by the Soviets. The Democratic Party uses these practices on Americans. They are executed in the coronavirus deception.

The war against the churches is growing in several states. This Sunday is going to be a test. Will California arrest people going to church? Will Christians act in faith and go to church even if they know they are going to be arrested?

The United Nations has a great enemy in the United States. That enemy is the evangelical church. They see us as the bane of their existence. We stand in their way. They want a global government and we want American sovereignty! Governors of states that cooperate with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are the harshest on the churches.

“HAPPYTALISM is A New Economic System, Socio-Political Philosophy, And Human Development Paradigm Which Places The Primacy Of Happiness, Well-being, and Freedom At The Center Of Human Development And All Life.” I am waiting for the white paper they are working on so I will have to wait to comment on their economic system. When it comes, we will talk more about the global economic system that anticipates the rise of antichrist.

The New World Order talks a good game when it comes to ethics. Their ethics are rooted in secular humanism. This has allowed them to say it is right and good to kill babies through abortion, infanticide, and euthanize the elderly. This is what they are currently doing in Europe.

Marcus de Brún, appointed by the Irish Ministry of Health to the Medical Council, also explained: “Confining Covid-negative residents within Covid-positive Nursing Homes, is tantamount to state sanctioned Euthanasia. Living in a nursing home is not a diagnosis. By itself it can never be a medical basis for deciding whether to live or die”.

It not only happened in Europe, but also in New York. “Cuomo Under Fire for Response to Covid-19 at Nursing Homes” nursing home deaths.

“State health officials, he added, also directed nursing homes to accept Covid-19 patients, even after the AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine came out against the policy and other states followed suit.”

I do not understand a policy that sends people who have the virus to nursing homes. The elderly are the most susceptible to the virus and sending infected people to be around older adults was a recipe for disaster. Many articles condemn the governor of New York of negligence.

Prophecy Update: Birth Pangs since 2014                  5/22/2020

Many are asking about the signs of the times. God has called us to understand the times in which we live.

The prophet Daniel told us that Israel would fulfill a prophecy in 490 years. After 483 years, Messiah Jesus showed up and the clock stopped. Today there are seven years left to the prophecy. We call those seven years the tribulation period and this period is for Israel to accomplish a goal on the earth. Right before tribulation period, God will remove the Church in a resurrection called the rapture. I believe all of the signs of the times are pointing to the rapture happening very soon. The birth pangs that Jesus warned us about are what bring in the final seven-year countdown. The birth pangs are getting more intense and that is our clue that the rapture is very close! A key verse for understanding the signs of the times is:

 Luke 24:25, “There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves.

2014-2015 The four blood moons, a warning from God that something major was going to take place in regards to Israel. The blood moons are caused by eclipses of the moon which result in the moon appearing blood red. Four occurring in a row are called “astronomical tetrads.” The four blood moons happened on Passover and Feast of Tabernacles two years straight in this time period. When blood moons happened in years past, something significant happened regarding Israel. I was interested to learn that there were four blood moons in 1967-68 on Passover and Feast of Tabernacles. This is significant because God caused Israel to win the Six-Day War. That war resulted in Israel capturing Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. This is direct biblical prophecy fulfilled. The specific prophecy is, “Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.” (Luke 21:24) I have read many accounts of the Six Day War and all of the accounts describe miracles. Israel did not think they could win the war. A joke was going around Israel, “Last one here, turn out the lights.” The world thought the war was going to be a holocaust. A documentary called, Against All Odds, Israel Survives recounts the amazing miracles. In it, “Michael Greenspan, a seasoned journalist, presents eyewitness accounts and commentary by high-ranking government officials, generals, soldiers, historians and foreign leaders telling the remarkable stories of Israel’s miraculous victories.”

To understand our times, you must understand what God did in 1967. He initiated the process by which Israel will rebuild the Temple and possess, settle, and rule all of the land of Israel.  Israel captured her capital city in 1967. The controversy over Israel’s victory in 1967 has repercussions for the world even to this day. The UN, EU, and entire Muslim world call it an illegal occupation! Consider this article by Bernard Avishai June 24, 2015. “Did Obama ‘Abandon Israel?'”  “From the moment President Obama took office, Netanyahu’s envoy saw him as promoting “an agenda of championing the Palestinian cause and achieving a nuclear accord with Iran.” Since his election, Barack Obama pushed the idea that Israel must go back to pre-1967 borders. He wanted to make sure that Israel could not have Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem. In a speech from Ramallah, President Obama said, “I’ve returned to the West Bank because the United States is deeply committed to the creation of an independent and sovereign state of Palestine. The Palestinian people deserve an end to occupation and the daily indignities that come with it.” Notice the date; it was 2013. God was moving the ball forward in His plan. The blood moons the next year signaled that God was setting up conflict to fulfill Biblical prophecy.

In 2014-2015, the Russians and Iranians entered Syria. The preliminary steps to the Gog Magog invasion were beginning. Ezekiel 38 & 39 record this prophecy. Hamas started a war with Israel. The Obama administration passed the JCPOA. “The JCPOA is part of resolution 2231 voted by every member of the UN Security Council, with the following timetable…20 July 2015: Resolution vote…Adoption Day: October 2015…Implementation Day: 16 January 2016…the JCPOA came into effect.” Resolution 2231 The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is a plan to curse Israel. Obama gave the Iranians 150 billion dollars. What did Iran do with the 150 billion dollars? They spent it on arms and terrorists.  Also of great significance, on June 30, 2015 the Bethlehem star showed up again.  Last time it appeared was 2000 years ago! This is signaling the coming of Messiah. In those two years, the pressure on Israel from the New World Order, led by Barack Obama, was tremendous. Obama helped the Iranians take control of the Middle East, so much so, that the Saudi’s turned to Israel for help. This is mind blowing!

2016-2017   2016 was a pivotal year for Israel. It was an election year in the USA and one candidate was making waves concerning Israel. Donald Trump said that he would declare Jerusalem the eternal capital of Israel, against the will of the UN, Barack Obama, Russians, Chinese, European Union, etc.! Trump signaled that the Palestinian Authority was a failure and not a partner for peace. This upset the New World Order in ways I can not imagine. This was an eruption of political warfare. Could God be moving the super power USA to do what has not been done since Cyrus King of Persia did in 535 B. C.?

Ezra 1:1-2 says, “Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he sent a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying: Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, ‘The LORD, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.”

 Hearing what Donald Trump said about Israel upset President Obama. On October 27, 2016, Charles Krauthammer wrote this commentary, Is Obama Preparing a Parting Shot at Israel?

“Last week, the U.N.’s premier cultural agency, UNESCO, approved a resolution viciously condemning Israel (referred to as “the Occupying Power”) for various alleged trespasses and violations of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Except that the resolution never uses that term for Judaism’s holiest shrine. It refers to and treats it as an exclusively Muslim site, a deliberate attempt to eradicate its connection — let alone its centrality — to the Jewish people and Jewish history. This UNESCO resolution is merely the surreal extreme of the worldwide campaign to delegitimize Israel. There have been indications for months that President Obama might go to the U.N. and unveil his own final status parameters of a two-state solution. These would then be enshrined in a new Security Council resolution that could officially recognize a Palestinian state on the territory Israel came into possession of during the 1967 Six-Day War.”  Obama was to have his revenge on Israel.

On December 23, 2016, the UN passed Resolution 2334 designed to cut off Israel from her settlements and Jerusalem. This is from the UN document:

“Condemning all measures aimed at altering the demographic composition, character and status of the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, including, inter alia, the construction and expansion of settlements, transfer of Israeli settlers, confiscation of land, demolition of homes and displacement of Palestinian civilians, in violation of international humanitarian law and relevant resolutions, Expressing grave concern that continuing Israeli settlement activities are dangerously imperilling the viability of the two-State solution based on the 1967 lines.”  

Shockingly, the United States did not veto this resolution.  This is another curse on Israel from the United States.

2016 saw another eruption against the New World Order. Brexit and the election of Donald Trump sent the globalists into a tailspin. The reason that this is important is because of Jerusalem. Trump said in March of 2016 that he believes that Jerusalem is the eternal, undivided, capital of Israel. This sent the UN into a frenzy. To top it off, he said he would move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. In 2016-17, the globalists launched illegal surveillance of both Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump. The goal was to destroy their administrations and stop them from blessing Israel. In December of 2017, President Trump withdrew the United States from the UN Global Impact on Migration, repealed the Obama Care mandate, officially recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, and brought Christmas back to the White House.  This sent the globalist, leftist, anti-Semitic elements of the United States, EU, and UN into a rage. Why is this important? Because it had been 50 years (a Jubilee) since the recapture of Jerusalem and 70 years from when the UN declared that Israel could become a nation: Coincidence?  I don’t think so!

The Great American Eclipse happened on August 21, 2017.   The eclipse began in the northwest and crossed the Cascadia, Yellowstone, and Madrid earthquake zones crossing over the United States and exiting over Florida.  In seven years,  on April 8, 2024, another solar eclipse will begin in the northeast and make an X over the United States, right over the Madrid fault where the Mississippi and Ohio rivers meet. Ominous for sure!

On May 14, 2018, the United States moved their embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. CNN, speaking for the New World Order had this to say, “If the United States moved the embassy to Jerusalem, it would mean that the US effectively recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. That would overturn 70 years of international consensus, and, many argue, would effectively signal the end of moves to achieve peace between Israelis and Palestinians.” Israel saw it differently, as did many Christians. They saw it as prophecy being fulfilled. Israel minted a coin with Cyrus king of Persia and Trump next to each other. “Rabbi Mordechai Persoff of the Israeli group, which also holds activities in the US, said that Trump, like Cyrus, made a “big declaration that Jerusalem is the capital of the holy people.” Times of Israel

If you take the world’s temperature over what Trump is doing concerning Israel, they have a fever of 105! Turkey vows war with Israel, raising an army of 1 million Muslims to destroy Israel. Iran is on the march in Syria, attacking Israel. Since 2018, Israel has bombed Iranian military in Syria to keep them weak. Israel opposes the bases Iran is building in Syria and vows to destroy them. The United Nations condemned Israel 21 times in 2018; only six other condemnations were issued to other nations – a whopping 80% condemnations to one nation! Since 2016, the UN directed administrators to compile a list of businesses operating in Judea and Samaria so they can expose them as being against the two state solution. In February 2020, the UN listed American companies claiming they are supporting Israel and breaking international law. UN list  The UN and the New World Order are desperate to punish the USA for supporting Israel. Who do you think is the greatest enemy of the New World Order concerning Israel? Christians!

I found this article on ProphecyNewsWatch, Solar Minimum, about the sun. It is very interesting as it gives evidence on how a famine could break out on the earth. The coronavirus is being used by the New World Order to control people. God, in the meantime, has sent locust plagues, pestilences, and famines to the earth to get people to repent. The solar minimum is controlled by God as another attempt to get us to repent.

“Sadly, most mainstream news outlets are largely ignoring this story, but at least a few are covering it.  The following comes from Forbes… While we on Earth suffer from coronavirus, our star–the Sun–is having a lockdown all of its own. Spaceweather.com reports that already there have been 100 days in 2020 when our Sun has displayed zero sunspots. Here is what the New York Post is saying… Our sun has gone into lockdown, which could cause freezing weather, earthquakes and famine, scientists say. NASA scientists fear that we could potentially be facing “a repeat of the Dalton Minimum”…which happened between 1790 and 1830 — leading to periods of brutal cold, crop loss, famine and powerful volcanic eruptions.”  The article went on to say, “Of course this would be an exceptionally bad time for such a cataclysmic climate shift, because African Swine Fever has already wiped out approximately one-fourth of all the pigs in the world, colossal armies of locusts the size of major cities are systematically wiping out crops across much of Africa, the Middle East and Asia, and fear of COVID-19 is greatly disrupting global food supply chains.”

 I am praying that we will see a revival in America. God has been moving in several nations, sending revival.

It is Friday morning and I read that churches are opening in California in defiance of the governor’s orders. Attorney Robert Tyler expects as many as 3,000 churches across California could have in-person services on May 31. Gov. Newsom said, “more than 1,200 pastors have signed a “declaration of essentiality” that announces their plan to reopen on May 31 while observing physical distancing and other precautions. The U.S. Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division told Newsom in a letter that his stay-at-home order discriminates against churches and places an “unfair burden” on them.” Things are heating up across the USA as more states are threatening churches/Christians for exercising their first amendment rights. It is clear that some governors are antichristian. The Chrisian Post article said, “We have 50 real-world government examples of liberty or tyranny – 50 real-time experiments in whether state governments moved towards liberty (as in Texas and South Dakota) or absolute control (as in California, Michigan, and New York). Nowhere can this contrast be better seen than in how the state authorities deal with churches versus how they deal with abortion, ordering churches closed while deeming Planned Parenthood and other abortionists “essential services.” Here are some examples of antichristian behavior:

• The mayor of Kansas City, Missouri, was demanding that churches hand over a list of anyone who attended any of their services. When Mat Staver and Liberty Counsel threatened to sue, the city backed down.

• The governor of Illinois postulated that church services may need to be banned for a year.

• Overzealous administrators have sought to ban churches even from holding “drive-in” church services, which follow the mandates to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.”

The list of attacks on Christians could go on for a few pages, but my update is already pretty long. Pray with me that the churches open up as a demonstration of faith that our God is bigger than some virus, bigger than any government, bigger than Satan! Prophecy Update: God’s Judgment: Unelected Authorities 5/14/20

I am speaking and writing on the Prophets Isaiah, Hosea, Amos, Micah, Jonah, and Nahum. All of these prophets are primarily dealing with the Assyrian crises. God brought the nation of Assyria to destroy Israel and scatter them. These prophets are contemporaries of each other or overlap in some distinct ways. The question that God answers is, why destroy the nation He built for His own glory and plan?

Hosea gives us a great answer in 11:2-3, “The more they called them, the more they went from them; they kept sacrificing to the Baals and burning incense to idols. Yet it is I who taught Ephraim to walk, I took them in My arms; but they did not know that I healed them.” Levites and prophets kept teaching Israel to repent and walk with the living God—they refused by turning to false gods. They were blind to the fact that God is the one who holds their lives in His hands. I have a question for you, has America turned to false gods and rejected His kind disposition towards our land?

 Each prophet gave a similar message, Amos said this: 2:6, Thus says the LORD, “For three transgressions of Israel and for four I will not revoke its punishment, because they sell the righteous for money and the needy for a pair of sandals.” This is an important verse because it explains how God gets to the decision to send a final judgment. A final judgment can completely destroy a country or city like Sodom and Gomorrah, or it could severely damage that country. Egypt had a final judgment, but still existed as a nation, although weak and poor. God told Amos to give us a formula of judgment: three transgressions, you are still in the range of reconciliation, four is a step too far! I have a question for you, is America at three or four?

Isaiah is my favorite prophet, he is the most comprehensive of the prophets. He said, 1:2, Listen, O heavens, and hear, O earth; for the LORD speaks, “sons I have reared and brought up, but they have revolted against Me.” The word revolt means to rebel, transgress. It is a terrible thing to see Gods people revolt against the One who saved them. I have a question for you, has America revolted against God?

 It is clear from God that He is sending Assyria to destroy His nation Israel, Isaiah 5:26 prophesies, “He will also lift up a standard to the distant nation, and will whistle for it from the ends of the earth; and behold, it will come with speed swiftly.” Assyria did come quickly, and God testified about it in 2 Kings 17:6-8, “In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and carried Israel away into exile to Assyria, and settled them in Halah and Habor, on the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes. Now this came about because the sons of Israel had sinned against the LORD their God, who had brought them up from the land of Egypt from under the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and they had feared other gods and walked in the customs of the nations whom the LORD had driven out before the sons of Israel, and in the customs of the kings of Israel which they had introduced.”

I have a question for you, is America walking in the ways of the false gods of the earth? If we are at risk of the judgment of God, how would that take place? If God already began the judgment, what are some of the evidences? I want to focus this update on the clear evidence of the judgment of God over our nation, the loss of biblically mandated authority!

God has established authorities on earth designed to advance our rights and privileges under His truth and guidance. Once these authorities are breached, the nation is under the judgment of God. Unelected bureaucrats rule America.  Unelected people who exercise more authority then elected officials. This plague on our nation has existed for some time and it is getting worse!

Isaiah warns us not to disregard what God has said about the future.  Isaiah 44:7, Who is like Me? Let him proclaim and declare it; yes, let him recount it to Me in order, from the time that I established the ancient nation, And let them declare to them the things that are coming and the events that are going to take place.” God has declared that America is going to be judged for her rebellion, revolting, and serving of false gods.

But today, the laws that actually affect people and businesses are seldom written by Congress; instead they are created by administrative agencies through a process of “informal rulemaking,” a process whose chief virtue is that it’s easy for the rulers to engage in, and hard for the ruled to observe or influence.”

Here are some of the evidences that I am talking about: “The Social Security Administration has purchased 800,000 rounds of ammunition for their 270 special agents, which amounts to almost 3,000 rounds per agent.” The Social Security Administration is about giving money to people who retired or are disabled. Why do they need a gun? The Environmental Protection Agency has stockpiled 600 guns and 367,000 rounds. The Smithsonian Institution has spent more than $462,000 on guns, ammunition and military-style equipment since 2006. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which owns 1,300 guns and 1 million rounds, says its agents participate in undercover work and surveillance and execute arrest and search warrants. Organizations that have no need for guns have guns and agents who can be used to shoot you, arrest you, or harass you. Health and Human services has a police wing. That is what makes this next story so terrifying–

Welcome To The New Economy: ‘Contact Tracer’ and ‘Disease Investigator’-May 13, 2020 on Prophecy News Watch. For those who may have lost their jobs during the lockdown, it appears a whole new sector of jobs is opening up across the country. Cities and states are seeking “contact tracers” and “disease investigators” to track down anyone who may have COVID-19 or anyone who may have come in contact with people diagnosed with COVID-19.

Ventura County, California officials claimed they would remove people suffering from COVID from their homes if there was only one bathroom, a claim they’ve since walked back after public outrage ensued. New York State will hire and train a team of staff working remotely to support the NYS Department of Health (NYSDOH) and Local Health Departments (LHDs) to perform COVID-19 contact tracing in communities across NYS. Are they going to carry guns?

How did a system designed to provide government of, by, and for the people devolve into a system in which bureaucrats unaccountable to voters (though exquisitely accountable to political players and special interests) produce masses of law that was never voted on by an elected official? Simple: on purpose.

Breaking virus lockdown rules, suing officials, threatening staff, raging on Twitter. 12 May 2020. “What was really behind Tesla CEO’s reopening of factory while daring cops to arrest him? On Monday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk dared the authorities in Alameda, where his factory is based, to arrest him for breaking coronavirus lockdown edicts by restarting production in the California county. We’re still waiting for the cuffs to come out.”

The concern I have with San Diego is we have an unelected county health official issuing orders and our elected officials are in lock step with those orders.” Can these people give you the vaccine against your will? That is where this is heading!

DOD AND HHS AWARD $138 MILLION CONTRACT TO APIJECT SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE PREFILLED COVID-19 VACCINE SYRINGES WITH RFID MICROCHIP TRACKING SYSTEM. Bill Gates is not a member of the Congress or the Senate, and holds no office in the Executive branch of our government, but his people are firmly embedded at the highest levels to carry out his scheme to vaccinate and chip the whole world. Embeds like CDC director Tony Fauci, who for years sat on the board of Gates’ ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan‘ group. Bill Gates has his minions all through our government, the United Nations, the European Union and even in the Vatican. Logistically speaking, he has us surrounded. The Global Vaccine Action Plan has been planned for years. On the World Health Organization website I found this article about it. “Global Vaccine Action Plan 2011-2020: The Global Vaccine Action Plan (GVAP) ― endorsed by the 194 Member States of the World Health Assembly in May 2012 ― is a framework to prevent millions of deaths by 2020 through more equitable access to existing vaccines for people in all communities.” The second objective of the program says: “Individuals and communities understand the value of vaccines and demand immunization as both their right and responsibility.” They say to save lives but it us exactly the opposite. Bill Gates is committed to reducing human beings on the earth and wants to ‘demand’ vaccines to everyone on earth!  

Rep. Bobby Rush introduced a new bill that is designed to monitor everyone! Do you hear the footsteps of Satan and the antichrist? He even used the number 666:

“ACCORDING TO H.R. 6666’S TEXT: THE TAXPAYER FUNDS WILL BE USED TO “TRACE AND MONITOR THE CONTACTS OF INFECTED INDIVIDUALS, AND TO SUPPORT THE QUARANTINE OF SUCH CONTACTS, THROUGH MOBILE HEALTH UNITS AND, AS NECESSARY … AT CITIZENS’ RESIDENCES.”

The breakdown of our society has come since the 1970’s. The switch from the Christian worldview to the Humanistic worldview since that time has spurred on Gods judgment. In the 1970’s we experienced both the rise of abortion and effects of throwing prayer and the Bible out of public schools. Francis Schaeffer said, “But it is not only that man must start from himself in the areas of knowledge and learning, but any value system must come arbitrarily from man himself from arbitrary choice. More frightening still, is the fact that any basis of law is arbitrary merely certain people making decisions on what is good for society at any given moment.”   People who make arbitrary laws to fit their humanistic worldview, void of God and many times void of ethics have run our nation. This is what we see happening with the push to vaccinate everyone.

I conclude that God is judging our nation, all of the signs are there. God has pulled back His hand of protection individually and corporately. Each of us is impacted by the virus disaster. My local paper had an editorial from the Dallas Morning News that pertains to this problem: “Coronavirus’s next victim? Our Mental Health.” Wed.5/13/2020.   

“Devastating job losses and the virus’s lethal toll have led to increased anxiety, depression, addiction, and other psychological trauma….. The nation is on the cusp of a spiraling mental health crises, experts say. Here’s a glimpse at how serious this is now and how serious it could become. The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute predicts that in Texas alone a 5% point annual increase in the unemployment rate could result in 300 additional lives lost to suicide each year and additional 425 lives lost to drug overdose.”

As a Christian, I weep for people who have no peace in their soul which Jesus could give them every minute. Jesus said, ‘My peace do I give to you not as the world gives, do not let your heart be troubled, believe in God also believe in Me, in this world you will have trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world.’  Walk in the peace of Jesus!
