Prophecy Update: Friday Jan.26, 2018

Two things are concerning me this week. First, is the move by the world to condemn Israel over the status of Jerusalem? Second, is the move by Turkey into Syria to attack the Kurds and Americans who are supporting them?

“Key European body to vote on condemning Trump’s Jerusalem recognition: The leading European human rights assembly on Tuesday was set to discuss a resolution that would condemn the American decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, and call for an increased European role in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, an Israeli official told the Times of Israel.”

EU promises to back Abbas’ demand for Jerusalem: One day the antichrist will rise and make a false peace deal, much like Abbas is asking the EU and the UN to do. This move by Abbas is setting up a conflict between the EU and the United States.

“EU foreign affairs chief ‘reassures’ Abbas that EU committed to establishing Palestinian state – with Jerusalem as its capital. On Monday, PA chairman Abbas met with European Union Foreign Affairs High Representative Federica Mogherini in the EU capital in Brussels, in a bid by the PA leader to win recognition for Palestinian statehood from the 28-member European body. During his meeting with Mogherini, Abbas urged the EU to back his plans for Palestinian statehood, and efforts to make eastern Jerusalem the capital of the new state. Abbas also hinted at his desire for renewed negotiations – led by the EU.”

I cannot understand how Abbas thinks that Israel will ever enter into negotiations with someone who vows the destruction of the state of Israel. The actions of Donald Trump have exposed Abbas as a fraud and a liar. He has lied for many years regarding peace with Israel. When Israel offered up east Jerusalem and 90% of the West Bank to the Palestinians they turned it down.
Israel has a history of offering peace to Palestinians and then being rejected. “Israelis voted in Labor’s Ehud Barak to the premiership in 1999 specifically because he promised to make peace with the Palestinians; in 2000, he met with then-PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat at Camp David and offered the Palestinians 92% of the West Bank, all of the Gaza Strip, and eastern Jerusalem as its capital. Israel even proposed that a maximum of 100,000 refugees would be allowed to return to Israel on the basis of humanitarian considerations or family reunification, and an international fund would be created to compensate the Palestinians. Arafat rejected the offer. In 2005, Israel withdrew from the Gaza Strip, only for that territory to be taken over by Hamas in a Palestinian civil war in 2007. Since then, Hamas has started war after war with Israel and vow to destroy all Jews in the world. In fact, a senior Al-Qaeda leader has called on Muslims “everywhere” to rise up and kill Jews and Americans in response to US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. In 2008, then-Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert offered Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas 93.7% of the West Bank; the remaining 6.3% would be made up with land swaps. He also offered to take in 5,000 refugees over five years; an international committee to oversee Jerusalem’s holy sites; and an international fund consisting of billions of dollars, administered by Norwegians, to compensate Palestinian refugees. They said no again! The Palestinians have never recognized Israel as a Jewish state!” Therefore they will never agree to a peace deal!

The Palestinian government is committed to the destruction of Israel. “It is a tripartite unity government under the control of the terrorist group Hamas, the terrorist group Fatah, and the terrorist group Islamic Jihad. Not one of these groups recognizes Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. All teach, fund, and promote terrorism against Jews. Every concession by Israel has been met with violence.” I cannot see how Abbas ever gets what he wants without war. The Bible is very clear though, no war with Israel will succeed.

The EU voted on Abbas recommendation and here is what happened:
“In agreeing that the EU should be more prominently represented in the peace process, the union’s foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, nevertheless stated that “no effort will ever bring the two sides to the table if the international multilateral framework does not include the United States. In other words, no Trump, no deal.” This will infuriate the Palestinians who have the ear of the UN and the EU but they have not secured the destruction of Israel from these groups. All they have left is war.

While Abbas was in Europe cursing Israel, Vice President Pence was in Israel blessing Israel! In a speech to the Knesset, Pence said this: “We stand with Israel, because we believe in right over wrong, in good over evil, and in liberty over tyranny,” Pence said in his address. “The people of the US have always held a special affection and admiration for the People of the Book.” “The USA is proud to stand with Israel and her people, as allies and cherished friends. And so we will pray for the peace of Jerusalem, that those who love you be secure, that there be peace within your walls and security in your citadels.” Read more at https://www.breakingisraelnews.com Thank God that we support the nation of Israel, this will cause the enemies of Israel to hate America even more.

Three of those enemies are Turkey, Iran, and Russia. These three nations have made it clear that they stand against Israel and America over two issues, the status of Jerusalem and the Iran deal. Further complicating the relationship is the move by Turkey to threaten America with war because of our support of the Kurds in northern Syria. This headline from the BBC says it all: Syria offensive: Turkey warns US over Kurdish militia group. Turkey is incensed by American support for the YPG Kurdish group that Turkey calls a terrorist group. The Turks invaded the Afrin area of Syria to drive out the YPG. The YPG are well funded by the USA and have American made arms. The biggest problem facing the Turks is that Syria does not want Turkey invading, Russia has moved anti-missile batteries into Afrin and America warned Turkey not to do it. Russia loves this because it further weakens NATO. AS everything goes in Syria, it is confusing and many people are going to die.
Russia is moving massive forces toward the Middle East. The Bible states that Turkey and Russia will invade Israel in the future so Turkey has really put themselves in a pickle. They claim that they are allies of NATO, America, and Russia. You cannot be all of them at the same time. They will have to choose someday soon and they will side with whoever attacks Israel—that means Russia will be their ally! We have the largest concentration of Russian forces in Syria in history, just north of Israel. With Turkey coming into Syria, there is reason for concern. The conflict in Syria the past 7 years serves to set the table for the eventual invasion of Israel.
The Kurds are supported by Israel and the USA. When the Americans declared on Dec.22nd to set up a security zone with the Kurds in Syria it brought a lot of bad blood between Turkey and the USA. Erdogan of Turkey opposed Trump on the Jerusalem announcement and threatened war with Israel over Jerusalem. Now Erdogan is threatening war with the USA—wow! This guy has an inflated ego or he is very deceived. On Jan.13th the Pentagon announced that there will be a force of 30,000 soldiers enforcing the security zone in Syria. Turkey said that America lied to them and they oppose any American presence on the border of Turkey, especially with Kurds. Turkey has been warring with the Kurds for over 100 years. Turkey attacked Afrin because there are less American forces there, they are mostly in the northeast part of Syria. Turkey says they will kill all of the Kurds—ethnic cleansing. The rift between Turkey and the USA is huge!
The prophecy regarding Damascus in Isaiah 17 can be fulfilled because there is so much fire power in Syria. The armies include, Russia, Iran, Turkey, America, Syrian army, Hezbollah, and even Chinese forces are there! With the Israeli army attacking Damascus every month to prevent weapons getting into the hands of her enemies, Damascus is going to fall soon.
In Revelation 12:17 it says, “So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.” Satan is clearly making war on Israel and her children, Christians. The USA passed legislation to protect Christians: Trump refocused the priority of the refugee program from receiving Muslims from Muslim countries to receiving Christians who are being persecuted in Muslim countries.” As Trump supports Israel and Christians, he will receive the greatest hatred from Satan! For instance consider this headline: “Atheist Organization Targets White House Bible Study. The Freedom From Religion Foundation and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington is suing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development over information about a weekly cabinet bible study.”
One more verse that I think bears on today. It is the 70th year anniversary of Israel on May 14th and at the end of 70 years will God rebuild the Temple? I think it is highly likely. God is opposing the nations who resist His will over Jerusalem, He will force them to rebuild His house! Zech.1:14-16, “I am exceedingly jealous for Jerusalem and Zion, I am very angry with the nations who are at ease—I will return to Jerusalem with compassion, My House Will Be Built In It.” The most logical step after declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel is to rebuild the Temple. Go God! In Israel today they had this headline: “Rabbis urge Trump, Putin to Help rebuild the Temple.” Of the Quartet (since 2002) trying to bring peace to the Middle east, UN, EU, USA, and Russia—it is only the USA that supports Israel and the status of Jerusalem. God will judge the nations who stand against His wishes—war is coming. The super blood moon on Jan.31 may be a harbinger of war coming. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

I am teaching a five week course at church on the Old Testament. The course is designed to help our people understand the Old Testament. Because the OT is the least read among Christians, they misunderstand those of us who teach prophecy. The Bible is one book more than it is 66 books. Recently author Bill Koenig said, “We are living in the most significant and important time in Bible-prophecy history – with the least amount of interest in the Church.” I think that the interest in the church is lacking for two important reasons: One, Christians have an inadequate view of the OT and two, many in the church think that prophecy is unimportant.

The most important prophetic event of the 20th century was the reestablishment of the nation Israel. It is the key to understanding what God is doing on the earth at this moment. Israel is at the heart of the OT and the promises regarding her future are the center of prophecy. Why is this so? Because God determined to save the world thru Israel. For two thousand years we in the church have been doing our job outlined for us in Matt.28:18-20 and Acts 1:8. Israel’s Messiah Jesus has sent us out to fulfill the Abrahamic Covenant when God promised to use the descendants of Abraham to bless the Gentile world. The One person who would come from Abraham and David was tasked with fulfilling the sacrificial law so that we could have our sins forgiven (Romans 8:1-4). Jesus did for us what we could not do for ourselves and has blessed the Gentile nations with salvation. Jesus said that salvation is from the Jews (John 4:22). He did it by applying the New Covenant to Gentiles outlined for us in Jer.31 and several other places. It is those same passages that promise that God will use the New Covenant for the nation Israel!

“Koenig told the founder of Olive Tree Ministries over the weekend that still only a small percentage of church-goers understand the biblical significance behind the events that the Trump administration has ushered in, such as recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and possibly approaching the peace deal as described in Daniel 9:27. The fact that Jerusalem is God’s time-clock, the nations that we know to watch, the leaders that we know to watch; We are so blessed that we fully understand it,” said Koenig, “The Bible is playing out right before our eyes. The Jewish prophets of the [Bible] spoke of these days. And we are honored and privileged and blessed to be living in this day.”
There was an interesting give and take between a pastor and a reporter over the Trump decision to move the embassy to Jerusalem. Recently, Cardoza-Moore (who represents the World Council of Independent Christian Churches at the UN and is president of the Evangelical organization Proclaiming Justice to the Nations) spoke with a French paper about an interview with a pastor of a mega-church in Houston. The journalist said that the pastor condemned President Donald Trump’s decision on Jerusalem. “[The pastor] stated, ‘for Christians to take an ancient book and apply their own interpretation is a stretch.’ I said to the reporter, ‘Excuse me, sir, did that ancient book to which that pastor was referring happen to be the Bible?’ And the reporter laughed. I said, ‘that pastor needs to get his Bible off the shelf, dust it off and start reading from the beginning again.’”

The pastor is tasked with teaching the Bible, but many mega churches have made the decision that the Bible is an impediment to reaching people for their churches. What an apostate church and pastor! Oh yeah, that was also prophesied, we would have an apostate church in the end times.

Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority made a speech this weekend that was defiant of Trump and the Saudi’s. The Times of Israel reported, Bitter Abbas to Trump: We reject your peace ‘deal of the century’! “We told Trump we will not accept his project, the ‘deal of the century,’ which has become the ‘slap of the century,’” said Abbas, expressing Palestinian anger over the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. “But we will slap back.” Abbas also said he “completely rejects” any attempt to change Ramallah’s policy of paying salaries to Palestinian security prisoners in Israeli jails and to the families of terrorists who died killing Israelis.”
You don’t need any more of a reason to cut off funds to the Palestinians than this. They pay their people to go kill Jews and then pay their families until death as a reward. Why should Americans pay for people to kill Jews? “The US Congress recently passed legislation that would see a vast portion of US financial aid to the Palestinians frozen until the payments to terrorist’s families cease.” In December, a number of reports said that when Abbas had visited Saudi Arabia in September, the Saudis informed him of the outlines of a peace plan being drawn up by the Trump administration.

“Among the elements of the Saudi proposal outlined in the reports was the establishment of the capital of a future Palestinian state in Abu Dis, a suburb of Jerusalem in the West Bank, east of Israel’s security barrier.” Abbas has totally rejected this and demands that all of Jerusalem is his and is Muslim! This is the battle today and Abbas made the blunder of admitting what he really believes. He said, “Jerusalem is Mecca. Jerusalem is Mecca,” Abbas declared, comparing Jerusalem to Islam’s holiest site. This is stunning but it is Biblical prophecy!

When God said that Jerusalem would become a burdensome stone for all of the nations, He was speaking about today. This is where we find the nations! Consider this headline about Turkey: Erdogan to meet pope for talks said to focus on Jerusalem (Times of Israel Jan.16th) “The Turkish leader and head of the Roman Catholic Church both strongly opposed the move announced by US President Donald Trump at the end of last year.” The Bible is clear that the moves regarding Jerusalem by God Himself will lead to war. I think many wars will take place before the Great War Armageddon! This move by Israel and the USA is leading to war and possibly the building of the next temple.
Tensions between the US and Turkey are at an all-time high! As Erdogan seeks to be the leader of the Muslim world and protect Jerusalem from Jews, God has upped the pressure on them. The USA has planned a 30,000 strong force in Syria as the US backs the Kurdish fighters. The US is calling it a border force to defend territory held by US backed Kurdish led fighters in Northern Syria. According to Reuters, Erdogan said “we will strangle US backed force in Syria before it is born.” Both Russia and Syria also expressed dismay at the decision. The Kurdish people live in Syria, Iraq, and Iran and they want independence so they can start a new nation called Kurdistan. Turkey has been fighting the Kurds for many years because they live in southern Turkey and oppose Erdogan. Some say that there are 40 million Kurds. Saddam Hussien used chemical weapons on the Kurds, one of the many ways he attacked the Kurds. The Kurds consider themselves as descendant from the Medes from Iran.
“The US is supplying N. Syrian Kurds with man-portable air defense weapons MANPADs to counter Turkish war threats. Tensions around northern Syria hit a new high on Tuesday, Jan. 16, when Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan threatened his army would invade the Kurdish region of Afrin – and then Kurdish-held Manbij – both of which abut on the Turkish border.” Unfortunately, this battle between the Kurds and Turkey has been going on for 100 years.

An interesting event happened last weekend: Hawaii was scared to death by a false report of an incoming ballistic missile. Then it happened again in Japan on Tuesday. For this to happen in Hawaii does not make sense because there are five fail safe tests before a false report could be sent. Saying it was one guy who pushed the wrong button is asking us to believe something that would be very hard to pull off. My first thought was that this false test was testing to see how we would react. In Japan they faced a similar false report that a missile was launched by North Korea at Japan. Then the government said, oops mistake. Is this a coincidence? People who write on this type of thing call them false flags. As I listened to interviews with people from Hawaii and how they reacted, there was a lot of fear. On TV the warning said, “Emergency Alert Ballistic Missile Threat Inbound to Hawaii. Seek immediate shelter. This is not a drill.” One dad said he grabbed his son, the sirens went off on the military bases but not for the civilians. He immediately got in his truck to drive away from Pearl Harbor and get behind the mountain. His son was crying and he told his son to be his little helper. The radio newscaster said, this is Trumps fault. The dad said, what is the guy talking about, how about cry out to God for protection he said. The next day the headline in the Hawaii newspaper was, “False Alarm Adds to Real Alarm about Trump’s Nuclear Risk.” (Sunday Review Editorial) Listening to the alarm recorded by some people was surreal. We live in very interesting times, people have a lot of fear. Jesus told us to fear not because He was with us.
There is a plan—God is working out His plan for the end times. I believe that the Lord wants Christians to long for His coming and pray for the people who will be left behind. The rapture of the church is going to happen so Gods plan for the earth can be accomplished! The Epicenter, Jerusalem is rumbling and God is asking us to prepare. Prepare your heart and meditate on Psalm 123:1-2, “To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens! Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to the LORD our God, Until He is gracious to us.”

Ezekiel 38-39 records the future war between Israel and the coalition of forces comprised of Russia, Iran and a host of others. We live in a unique day when the smallest details of Bible prophecy are beginning to take shape. The promises God made regarding Jerusalem are filled with tension and lead to wars like the war of Ezekiel 38-39 and Zech.12. Today, the tension over Jerusalem has the world in turmoil. A false peace deal will come from antichrist in the aftermath of war. The Ezekiel war is tied to what is happening with Jerusalem. What are the evidences that these prophecies are in play today?

Israel is surrounded by enemies who communicate what the Bible says they would say in the end times. Groups such as Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Fatah, ISIS, and Al Nusra pronounce the same thing regarding Israel. They say, “Come let us wipe them out as a nation that the name of Israel will be remembered no more.” (Psalm 83:4) The groups funded by Iran are carrying out the wishes of the leaders of Iran who want Israel destroyed. The Arab nations were united on several occasions to wipe out Israel, 1948, 1956, 1967, 1973. Since 1973 they changed tactics and started using terrorism instead of State sponsored wars. The Islamic world however is divided into two groups vying for control. On one side, the Shiite Muslims are led by the Iranians and the Sunni Muslims are led by different groups such as the Wahhabi in Saudi Arabia, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, or by a man such as Erdogan in Turkey. All are in agreement about the eventual destruction of Israel, but all are not in agreement over the timing and severity of that destruction.

The Saudis are fighting a proxy war with the Iranians and want the Israelis to help them. The division between Muslims is raging in the Middle East. God does have a habit of causing His enemies to fight among themselves. It is a tragic story of death and destruction as every day hundreds die as Shiite Muslims and Sunni Muslims kill each other. As they kill each other, Israel prepares for war and tries to prevent it by launching raids into Gaza and Syria preventing these Jihadi groups from getting more sophisticated weapons. General Oliver North had a report on Fox and said, “because ISIS is falling Iran is reestablishing a land route that goes from Iran to Lebanon (thru Syria) and is in the Becca valley to support Hezbollah. This is a clear line of logistic support providing weapons and convoys and we need to help the Israelis deal with it.” Because the heat is turning up on the northern border of Israel, the USA gave a green light to Israel to take out the number one General of Iran, the head of the Al Quds Force Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

The words Al-Quds mean the city of Jerusalem literally meaning the “Holy One.” So lets get this straight, the name of the army from Iran is the Jerusalem Force? Yes, that’s right folks, the Iranians believe that they need an army to liberate Jerusalem from the Jews and drive them into the sea. Their leader the Ayatollah Khamenei wrote a book on how he would destroy Israel and kill all Jews. Doesn’t that sound like another nut case named Hitler? The major players in the Ezekiel war are Iran and Russia and Iran calls its army the Jerusalem Force! So you see the two prophecies are related. In fact, three miles from Israel is the 313 Battalion from Iran. This is significant because 313 is the number of fighters who Muslims believe will arrive with the Muslim savior, the Mahdi to kill all of us Christians and Jews. This Battalion 313 is named after an Islamic prophecy, this is a religious war.

As the Iranians have fought and won these battles in Iraq and Syria, they call the army the army of the Messiah, meaning the Muslim messiah. They are recruiting people to join their Shiite army to help them kill all of the Jews. They are very excited because they have beat the Sunni army called ISIS, they are confident that they can now fight against Israel. This confidence is part of the details of the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy.

As a Christian I believe that God chose Jerusalem as His eternal capital! 2 Chronicles 6:5-6 says, “Since the day that I brought my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city in all the tribes of Israel in which to build a house, that my name might be there, and I chose no man as prince over my people Israel; but I have chosen Jerusalem that my name may be there and I have chosen David to be over my people Israel.” The world has rejected this truth and Satan is attacking the very idea that God has chosen Jerusalem. This is why armies are coming against Israel.

The Jerusalem Post reported, “The political-security cabinet has met many times in recent weeks and discussed Iran’s presence in Syria and Lebanon, and especially how Israel should deal with the changes taking place on the border with Syria. A recent ceasefire agreement between the U.S., Russia, and Jordan left Iranian-backed militias just three miles from the Israeli border. Israel has promised in recent weeks that they would strike any Iranian military presence within 40 miles of the border.” The likelihood of direct military conflict between Israel and Iran is a matter of days away. Iran is there to stop Israel and America from declaring and moving on Jerusalem being the capital. One Christian commentator said, “As far as God is concerned, Jerusalem has been the eternal, undivided capital since the reign of David,” said Laurie Cardoza-Moore, whose television program, Focus on Israel, is aimed primarily at evangelical Christians like herself who see the Bible as “true and historically accurate.” God, she said, “established the boundaries of all the nations, and he chose the city of Jerusalem for himself.”

The increase in tension was felt this week in other ways. From Israel Today on Jan.7th, Trump Follows Through on Threat, Slashes Aid to Palestinians: “For decades, Middle East despots and warlords were conditioned to shrug off American pressure, knowing full well that the White House didn’t have the guts to follow through. Well, those days are done under Trump, and the Palestinians just learned that lesson the hard way. Last Thursday, Trump tweeted that he was questioning the usefulness of massive American financial aid to the Palestinian Authority when it continues to incite against Israel and won’t come to the negotiating table. Just days later, it was revealed that Trump had significantly slashed US contributions to UNRWA, the special UN body set up to cater solely to so-called Palestinian “refugees.” Three Western diplomats confirmed to Israel’s Channel 10 News over the weekend that Trump had frozen $125 million in annual aid to UNRWA, about one-third of the annual US contribution. The sources added that Trump could increase the cut to $180 million if the Palestinian Authority fails to get the message and rejoin the peace process.”

This is having a negative effect on the Palestinians as they see it as another reason to attack Israel and America, as if they needed another one. Peace deals have never worked with them and they never will! They are not interested in peace, they are only interested in destroying Israel! This comes on the heels of the US withdrawing from the Iranian Nuke deal!

The Times of Israel had this report on Jan.8th, “Iran warns world to prepare for US nuke deal withdrawal, Tehran says Washington will face ‘appropriate and heavy response’ if Trump administration walks away from 2015 accord. “The international community must be prepared for the US possibly pulling out of the JCPOA,” said deputy foreign minister Abbas Araghchi, using the technical name for the nuclear deal.” I always saw the deal as a step towards war, giving Iran an advantage against Israel. Pray for the president as he has a big decision regarding this deal in the next few weeks.

The tension raised in the last few weeks has also hit the USA. Mosques are being taken to task for sermons advocating violence against Jews. Algemeiner Report had an article that included this: Imam Abdullah Khadra of Raleigh, NC cited a well-known hadith (a maxim attributed to the Prophet Muhammad) which holds that “at the End of Time, we will fight those Jews until the rocks and the trees will speak: ‘Oh Muslim, this is a Jew behind me’.” The Syrian-born Khadra’s sermon was brought to light by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which has recently uncovered examples of similarly provocative sermons delivered on the same Friday in New Jersey and Houston, Texas. “It is not acceptable to the Muslim world that Jews, or Israel, have any control of Jerusalem, and many Muslims do not accept that there is really a religious connection between Jews and Jerusalem, because they believe that it belongs to Muslims.” What this Imam said is the general consensus among Muslims it is covered up by our press and denied by most of our politicians.
As I am putting the final touches on this update, this came across the news: US President Donald Trump signed a waiver on Friday keeping the Iran nuclear deal alive, at least for now, saying this would be the last time unless Congress and European countries heed his call to strengthen the deal. “Today, I am waiving the application of certain nuclear sanctions, but only in order to secure our European allies’ agreement to fix the terrible flaws of the Iran nuclear deal,” Trump said in a statement. “This is a last chance.” The President is keeping the Iran deal alive for now, putting pressure on congress and the Europeans to put something else together or he will cut the deal. This will embolden Iran and they will see it as a green light—when it is a warning to back off. Pray for revival and that Christians in the Middle East will be protected. A revival is happening in Iran, many are coming to Christ. The reports are so thrilling—God is in control! Let me leave you with this verse as a prayer: Psalm 119:17, “Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.” Pray that God will cause you to have power so that you can live and keep His Word this week!

Prophecy Update: January 5, 2018

Did the election of Donald Trump delay the judgment of God on America? Has the nation repented of the 4 I sins (immorality, idolatry, killing Innocents, and Israel) to delay judgment? Have we passed the point of no return?

I want to explore these questions in this update. The first question is warranted because so many born again Christians supported the president. In an article from July 27th 2017 asked, ‘HOW CAN CHRISTIANS SUPPORT DONALD TRUMP?’ IS THE WRONG QUESTION. By Zach Hunt. The answer of this writer from “Ministry Matters” casts a shadow over what divides Christians in America. He said, “On November 8, 2016, eighty-one percent of white evangelical Americans who cast their ballot for President of the United States voted for Donald Trump, an unrepentent, thrice-divorced, self-professed sexual predator and gambling mogul with a penchant for pathological lying who ran a campaign of unbridled hate, fear mongering, bigotry, racism…and more lying. Some may argue (and indeed many have) that white evangelical support for Donald Trump stems at least in part from the never-ending culture wars. With his promises of everything from anti-abortion Supreme Court justices to forcing Target to say “Merry Christmas” during the holidays, Trump stands as a conquering hero, if not a new Messiah, in the eyes of some who believe Christianity is under attack in the United States.” The writer of this article is from the so called evangelical left—pro socialistic if not communist. He wrote an article called, If Donald Trump has been raised up by God, then Jesus isn’t our Savior, He’s the enemy. Obviously, does not believe in the sovereignty of God!
The Gospel Coalition, an evangelical group said of this issue: “While almost all evangelicals would describe themselves as “born-again,” not all who identify as a born-again Christian would say they are evangelical. For example, some Mormons even consider themselves to be “born again Christians,” yet no evangelicals (that I’ve ever known) would consider Mormonism a branch of evangelicalism.” The problem in the church is that many who claim to be Born Again, are not even Christians. The evangelical church has been identified as left and right. The problem with that observation is that it does not zero in on what a Christian believes.
A true Christian is one who believes in absolute truth and the Bible as the sole authority of our lives. Christians are those who have been changed with a new nature from God through Jesus and in the power of the Holy Spirit. The many articles that I read do not make these distinctions.
In his new book, Choosing Donald Trump: God, Anger, Hope, and Why Christian Conservatives Supported Him, Stephen Mansfield seeks to answer that question. “They did it mainly because they felt traumatized in the wake of the Obama years and terrified by the possibility of a Hillary Clinton presidency. You have to realize that, if you were a religious conservative in America, coming out of the Obama years you felt like the administration had bombarded your faith. There was a strident LGBT agenda, a strident pro-choice agenda, lawsuits against—for instance—the Green family of Hobby Lobby for not wanting to fund abortifacients in their employee insurance, and even small orders of nuns were sued.* In the culture of conservative evangelicalism, there was a feeling that there had been a war declared upon their tradition. And Clinton would be more of the same.”

I really resonate with what this author says. Most of my friends at the University, including some strong Christians did not vote for Trump. The reason was Trumps sins. The reason I voted for him was because he promised to oppose two of the 4I sins, killing innocents and cursing Israel. I also perceived that God was raising him up to complete prophecy. President Trump has delivered on the prolife stance that he took and acted on. He nominated a pro-life Supreme Court judge Neil Gorsuch, he signed legislation that allows states to remove Title X funding of Planned Parenthood, the Justice Department announced that it is formally investigating the abortion group for selling fetal tissue, and he reinstated the Mexico City policy which denies US aid to any international group that funds or promotes abortion. He also stood for Israel like no other President in my life! He declared Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and has attacked the lies of the Palestinians and the UN. Nikki Haley is the best representative at the UN as she consistently stands against the anti-Semitism of the UN! Donald Trump is the only President who went and prayed at the Wailing Wall, and actually declared it part of Israel.

Have these actions delayed the judgment of God? I do not think so. Here is my reasoning. The nation has not repented but has actually attacked the President over his support of the unborn and Israel. The State department is full of anti-Israel people and they hate what the President has done. They refuse to change their anti-Jerusalem stance. WASHINGTON – “After United States President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel last week, US consular services planned no change to their protocol listing Jerusalem as unaffiliated with any country in American passports. A State Department official told reporters on Friday that while the US recognizes the Israeli capital, the decision would not spell any changes to consular practices or visa issuances, and does not necessarily mean that Jerusalem is seen as being within the Jewish state. A 2015 Supreme Court case ruled against Jerusalem-born Americans petitioning to list Israel in their passports, claiming that only the president – not Congress – had the power to make such a recognition, and noting that consecutive presidents had chosen not to do so.” The State department has been and still is very anti-Israel!

My second question is, has the nation repented? The answer is no. Our nation is divided against itself. The Supreme Court has not overturned the pro immorality decisions and the schools are still teaching pro immorality views. The press still paints this as a culture war when it is not. It is a truth war. Christians do not fight these battles because of culture, we fight them because there is a right and wrong way of living life before God. The Ten Commandments are still in effect by God—those laws are still the best rules for any nation on the earth! The curse of Numbers 35:33-34 is in effect in America. “So you shall not pollute the land in which you are; for blood pollutes the land and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it. ‘You shall not defile the land in which you live, in the midst of which I dwell; for I the LORD am dwelling in the midst of the sons of Israel.’” Planned Parenthood boasted a few days ago that they performed 321,384 murders of babies this year. That is a lot of shedding of blood. God still judges nations over the shedding of innocent blood and America is no exception.
America is unlike any other nation. We were founded on Christian truth and we have run away from it in law and culture. We live in the end times and we are witnessing history marching towards what the Bible predicted rapidly. The Bible is clear that all nations will come against Jerusalem and yet, our leader has stood up for Jerusalem and the truth. Will the nation? So far, I do not see it happening. I see some Christians rejoicing at the decision regarding Jerusalem but most do not care. Most of the news outlets are against what the president did and hate what he did at the UN. You know who was happy—Israel. This should be a huge sign to the world but it is not. This leads me to my third question, have we passed the point of no return.
My answer is yes. Here is my reasoning. The prophecies concerning Israel, the nations, and the Gog-Magog prophecy are being systematically moved towards their fulfillment. Many minute details can be cited. Here are a few—The nations of the world united against the Jerusalem decision. Iran, Turkey, and Russia are united in the Syrian war on the border of Israel. Israel is bombing and attacking every week in Gaza and Syria because of some provocation. (bombed Gaza last night) Hezbollah in Lebanon is preparing to attack Israel. Israel is prepared for this war and has moved many assets to confront this threat. The world is committed to a two state solution and God is committed to a one state solution! Iran is committed to the destruction of Israel and the USA and is now blaming them for the uprisings in the country. The distress of nations is at an all-time high—North Korea declares they are going to nuke the USA, Japan, and South Korea. China moves a massive amount of troops to the North Korean border. Putin told Assad of Syria that Russia will defend Syrian sovereignty including Syrian Golan Heights. An American General said, prepare for war! There were 9 earthquakes this week over 5.0 and 12 volcano eruptions! The UN’s Guterres issues a year end red-alert for the world divided! He said that 2018 will be the worst humanitarian crises since World War 2. Here is a sign that went up in Ramallah at a shoe store: “To all British and American Citizens: Before entering this store you should offer your apologies and hold responsibility for the Balfour’s Declaration (1917) and Trumps dirty decision (2017) which has caused all the pain and suffering for the Palestinians since its declaration till this very moment.”
The Palestinians and the Arab League made it a goal in 2017 to make the western nations apologize for the Balfour Declaration and what they got was the Trump Declaration. God once again has intervened in human history to move history closer to what He said would happen. One day Jesus will sit on a throne in Jerusalem and all of the nations of the earth will stream to Him! Is.2:1-4 In fact Zech.14:9 tells us about Jesus sitting on His throne in Jerusalem, “And the LORD will be king over all the earth; in that day the LORD will be the only one, and His name the only one.”
Pray that revival will happen before the rapture of the church! We are running out of time!
It is clear in several scriptures that for a nation to repent, it has to uphold righteous laws. In Israel, they had the righteous laws and disobeyed them. In the Gentile nations, they made unrighteous laws that supported child sacrifice, idolatry, and immorality. Our nation has passed laws that support these sins and have not changed those laws. The Supreme Court has upheld that we have the right to kill children in the womb, to commit adultery and a host of other immoral sins, and the right to defy the creator God. The Supreme Court ruled that anyone born in Jerusalem is not born in Israel. That is a slap at God, every Christian, every Jew, and the truth of the Word of God. They have set themselves up as the arbiters of truth and put themselves in the place of God. They have been deceived by Satan. The congress on the other hand passed the Jerusalem Act in 1995 stating that the embassy should be moved to the capital of Israel. Every President since then has set himself up against the Lord and refused to obey the law by delaying it. When President Trump made the right decision to obey the law and move the embassy, we started in the right direction. The Supremes and the State Department refuse to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. We are a nation divided and we come under the judgment of Jesus who said, “a nation divided against itself cannot stand.” Please pray, pray for repentance and the moving of the Holy Spirit. Pray for the third great awakening!

Prophecy Update: Dec.29, 2017

The decision to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel is fraught with two dangers. One, it will lead to war and two, it will lead to a false peace agreement. When President Trump made the declaration on Dec.6th it righted many wrongs.

A short history lesson is in order. On Nov.29th 1947, the UN passed UN Res. 181 which was the original partition plan creating two states, Israel and an Arab state. That resolution declared that Jerusalem would remain an international city. When David Ben Gurion (first leader of Israel) declared Israel a nation on May 14th 1948 it was attacked by the Arab states that rejected the UN resolution 181. They did not want Israel to exist and so they attacked her to drive the Jews into the sea. When Israel won that war, David Ben Gurion declared Jerusalem to be the ‘eternal capital’ of Israel. Israel believed that Jordan was the occupying power and needed to be driven out. Jordan held on to Jerusalem until 1967. Jews were not allowed to pray at the Western Wall, not allowed to return to the Jewish quarter, not allowed to go to Mount Scopus. Hebrew University and Hadassa Hospital are on Mount Scopus and no Jews were allowed to go there, so hateful was the Jordanian administration toward Jews. The Jordanians destroyed synagogues, schools, cemeteries, and the UN did nothing, not a whisper, not a single resolution condemning the Jordanians.

Israel drove out the Jordanians in the Six Day War of June 1967. Jerusalem houses the Knesset, legislative, judicial, presidential, and administrative offices of the government of Israel. Since Arab states and the UN reject that Jerusalem is Jewish, the Israeli government passed the “Basic Jerusalem Law” which declared a unified Jerusalem as Israel’s eternal and indivisible capital. That law passed in 1980 and ever since the international community has declared it illegal. The UN responded to Israel with a resolution declaring that Israel annexation of East Jerusalem a violation of international law. In fact, the UN has passed six resolutions declaring the unification of Jerusalem under the government of Israel illegal and null and void. The USA responded to the UN anti-Semitism by passing the Jerusalem Act in 1995 requiring the US to move its embassy to Jerusalem. Unfortunately, the US has not made good on that law until now.

The problem that the world has with Israel is that Jews believe that Jerusalem is Jewish and their eternal capital. Ever since the Romans drove out the Jews in 70AD, the Jews have said, next year in Jerusalem. Israel will not accept a divided city and Arabs will not accept Jews in Jerusalem or Palestine for that matter. It is very strange indeed that any peace deal can come while the Arab states still have as their official law that all of Palestine belongs to the Muslims, no Jews allowed.

In 2009 the UN passed a resolution that said, “any actions taken by Israel, the occupying power, to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration on the Holy City Jerusalem are illegal and therefore null and void and have no validity whatsoever and calls upon Israel to cease all such illegal and unilateral measures.” So when you hear in the news that our President did something that is against international law, this is what they are referring to. The reason that they would be wrong is that these UN resolutions are not legally binding. All of the UN resolutions by the general assembly, stating that Jerusalem is not Jewish, is not Israel’s capital city are not legally binding!

That brings us to December 23rd 2016 and the resolution declaring that all of Israel’s holy sites are occupied territory and flagrant violation of international law. Our UN representative Samantha Powers said of the resolution: “First, because they underscore the United States’ deep and long-standing commitment to achieving a comprehensive and lasting peace between the Israelis and Palestinians. That has been the policy of every administration, Republican and Democrat, since before President Reagan and all the way through to the present day. Second, because President Reagan’s words highlight the United States’ long-standing position that Israeli settlement activity in territories occupied in 1967 undermines Israel’s security, harms the viability of a negotiated two-state outcome, and erodes prospects for peace and stability in the region. Today, the Security Council reaffirmed its established consensus that settlements have no legal validity. It is because this forum too often continues to be biased against Israel; because there are important issues that are not sufficiently addressed in this resolution; and because the United States does not agree with every word in this text, that the United States did not vote in favor of the resolution. But it is because this resolution reflects the facts on the ground – and is consistent with U.S. policy across Republican and Democratic administration throughout the history of the State of Israel – that the United States did not veto it.”

The amount of deception in Powers speech reflects the power of anti-Semitism and racism towards Jews at the UN. Satan has a grip on the nations and has convinced them of two lies. The first lie is that the Arab states want a two state solution which they do not. The Arab states want the Jews out of the land, they do not want the 1947 decision to exist. The second lie is that Jews have no rights to the land of Israel. This I have been writing about for years, God has a controversy with the nations. When He decided to bring the Jews back to His land which He gave to Jews, the world reacted by denying the Jews access to the land.

President Trump on Dec.6th of 2017 sent shock waves across the world—he said that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, it is reality, get over it. He is the first president to pray at the Western Wall and the first one to declare that the Western Wall is part of Israel. This was in defiance of what the UN said on Dec.23rd 2016. The whole world is up in arms still to this day because the world and Satan cannot abide that God’s plan is coming true.

Jerusalem is the capital of Israel because it is God’s eternal city where the king will come and rule the whole world. Zechariah 14: 9-10, And the LORD will be king over all the earth; in that day the LORD will be the only one, and His name the only one. All the land will be changed into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem; but Jerusalem will rise and remain on its site from Benjamin’s Gate as far as the place of the First Gate to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s wine presses.” Notice that the King of Israel will be the king of the whole world in that day. All of the nations will come against Jerusalem in that day and they will lose the war, again!

That brings us to the peace deal. The Bible teaches that there is a false peace deal coming. It is a peace deal about the land of Israel and Jerusalem. President Trump has said that part of his motivation to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel is because everything they have tried for peace in the past has failed. He can make the ultimate deal bringing peace between the Palestinians and the Jews. It is not going to happen. Pres. Trump said to Mahmoud Abbas in May, “I want to support you in being the Palestinian leader who signs his name to the final and most important peace agreement that brings safety, stability, and prosperity to both peoples and to the region.” Abbas said in response to the decision of Trump on Jerusalem, “The US also ignored that east Jerusalem is an integral part of the occupied state of Palestine, an occupied city where church property and future is being threatened by the occupier and groups of Zionist fundamentalists,” he wrote. Abbas stressed that the Palestinians will reject the peace plan being drawn up by a team led by Trump senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner that is expected to be issued soon. “It is because of the US decision to support illegality and the blatant violations of our rights that we will not accept the US as the mediator in the peace process, nor are we going to accept any plan from the US side.”

The problem is very simple, Israel has a right to all of her land, including all of the West Bank, the West Bank is Israeli land and the Palestinians are occupiers. God is about to give the land back to His people Israel, so war is coming. It is biblical prophecy and we are at the day of reckoning. God will not endure the insults of the nations any longer over His work to bring His people back to His land.

Palestinian Factions Call for ‘Liberation Army’ Over Jerusalem (Breitbart headline)
“Representatives of various Palestinian factions are calling for the establishment of a national “army” of liberation. The joint call came during a special conference held in Gaza under the rallying cry “Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Palestine” attended by delegates like Mahmoud al-Aloul, the deputy chair of Fatah, the movement led by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, as well as a representative of the umbrella organization of clerics from the Muslim world and others like former Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki. Others called for the abandonment of the path of negotiations and for Arab countries to put aside normalization and create a national army that would fight for the “liberation” of Jerusalem and Palestine.”

The Arab Nations are calling for war, Iran has entered the mix and called for the destruction of Israel. It is the same message that appeared in 1947 and will appear until the day God puts an end to it at Armageddon. I will end with a few verses from the Bible:
Joel 2:18, Then the LORD will be zealous for His land And will have pity on His people.
Joel 3:1-2, For behold, in those days and at that time, When I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations And bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there On behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land.
Psalm 122:6, Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you.
Isaiah 62:1, For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet,
Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, And her salvation like a torch that is burning.

Prophecy Update: Friday December 15, 2017

Jerusalem is the capital of Israel as well as the whole world. This fact is established by God almighty Himself. The world, directed by Satan, is in full denial of this reality. The Scriptures are clear about the importance of this city: 2 Chronicles 6:6 says, But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel. Ps.46:4 says, “There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.” It is clear that God made Jerusalem His dwelling place and that He means to rule from this city. He does not want it renamed, nor does He want it divided. Ps.46:5 says, “God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” It is clear from scripture then that God chose Jerusalem, dwelt there, and promises that it will not be moved!

The response from world leaders has been nothing but absolute hysteria! They are in full blown melt down because President Trump declared that America accepts the reality of Jerusalem being the capital of Israel. Two leaders in particular are the picture of what is wrong with the world. The first leader is Mahmoud Abbas who is the leader of the Palestinian Authority. “Abbas stated Wednesday that the Palestinians would refuse any future US involvement in the peace process and threatened that there will be “no peace or stability” in the region until Jerusalem is recognized as the Palestinian capital.” (breakingisraelnews)
Most Bible and prophecy teachers have been preaching for 40 years that Muslim spokesmen, of several Islamic groups, intentionally mislead the West. These spokesmen first tell the west what they want to hear, ask for money, then go home and say the exact opposite to their constituents. “The root word “taqiyya” means to protect against or conceal. The principle of al-Taqiyya is the Islamic justification for lying and deceiving. Al-Taqiyya is drawn explicitly from the words of Muhammad, and from the examples he and his successors set. Situations or purposes for which Islamic scholars collectively judge it to be permissible to lie include the following: to reconcile arguments, to settle family disputes, to settle arguments specifically with wives or women, to safeguard one’s “innocent” life (i.e., not for criminals on trial), to protect the lives of other Muslims, to defend one’s honor, to succeed in jihad or combat, and to spread the practice of Islam. Many years ago I came to understand that Yassir Arafat would come to the United States and cry peace but would go home and tell his people that he was practicing “taqiyya” so they could eventually wipe out Israel. The maps produced in Arabic nations do not include Israel. All of the land of Israel is claimed to be Palestinian land and that includes Jerusalem. Jerusalem has truly become the stone around their necks that will hurt them. Mahmoud Abbas has continued the practice and has never wanted peace with Israel, he wants them destroyed.
President Trump told the truth when he responded to Abbas yesterday,
“The White House criticized Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday for his comments against U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, saying that such rhetoric has “prevented peace for decades.”(breakingisraelnews)

The next leader is Erdogan of Turkey. He is trying his best to lead the world against Trump and any recognition of Jerusalem. The Times of Israel has this headline: Erdogan: ‘Zionist’ Trump has taken himself out of peace role. Turkish leader says Jerusalem is a ‘red line,’ calls for Muslim leaders to find new mediator for peace process.” What is very interesting to me is that the new leader that Erdogan will get for peace is the antichrist. He does not realize it, but the Muslim response to the Jerusalem Proclamation is setting up the rise of antichrist! Erdogan also made this statement that shocked me— “The real proprietor of these lands is Palestine. Mr. Trump wants all this to be Israel. This is the product of an evangelist and Zionist mentality,” he said at the close of an emergency Muslim summit, adding that there can no longer be “any question” of the United States being a mediator in the Israel-Palestinian conflict.” The 57-member Organization of Islamic Cooperation was very clear that they want the UN to rule in the affairs of peace with Israel. That’s right, the same UN that always hates on Israel.

This development anticipates the rise of antichrist because of the conditions that need to exist for him to enter the scene. When antichrist arises the world has to be in turmoil, a peace treaty with Israel will be needed, the world is crying for a new leader, and the antichristian, anti-Semitic behavior of the world will be at an all time high! These are the exact conditions we find ourselves in at the moment. The world is fed up with the evangelist and Zionist mentality! I believe the Bible teaches that antichrist will come out of Europe. Europe is a hot bed of anti-Semitism! Caroline Glick wrote this on Monday, “Europe is the epicenter of the political war against Israel. Europe fights Israel on the streets of Europe. Europe fights Israel in the corridors of power in Brussels, other Western European capitals and the UN. Europe fights Israel in Israel itself. In the days that have passed since US President Donald Trump’s dramatic announcement that the US recognizes that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital and is beginning to take concrete steps to move its embassy to the city, Europe’s war against Israel has again become impossible to deny or ignore. Europe’s response to Trump’s announcement has been extreme, violent and more outspoken than the response of the Arab world. Thousands of protesters assembled in London and Paris, in Berlin and Stockholm. They burned Israeli flags and called for the annihilation of Israel and the murder of Jews.”
It is a lot like the days of the 1940’s when the world denied the holocaust was happening. When President Roosevelt ignored the evidence of concentration camps and did nothing to stop the murder of six million Jews. He could have bombed the train tracks transporting Jews to Auschwitz but refused. Today, I see the same attitude in the world, they have denied that Hamas, Hezbollah, and about 50 other groups want to eradicate Jews from the earth. It is just denied and pushed to the side. Here is some evidence: “The EU has invested tens of millions of dollars radicalizing the Israeli Arab community in recent years. Organizations including Adalah, Baldana, Massowa, Zohrot and the Negev Coexistence Forum have indoctrinated, urged and paid Israeli Arabs to abandon their Israeli identity, view themselves as Palestinians and reject Israel’s right to exist. Last Saturday’s demonstration in Tel Aviv bore out those allegations. Prominently displayed was a giant, brightly illuminated sign that read “BDS.” Radical demonstrators called for Israel to be destroyed and vowed never to defend “Zionism.”

While Israel is being attacked around the world, it is apparent to me that the reality contained in the Scriptures, the reality of prophecy is happening before our very eyes. Israel will not be overthrown but will gain more land for all of the Jews from Europe who are about to come. Israel will fight and win such a war that is described in the Bible, a war that will give them all of the West Bank and a place for all of the Jews to come home. What a victory Jesus is about to accomplish on the earth, His Word will be fulfilled and the world will be in shock! This war is going to fulfill the promise of Ezekiel 36, the mountains of Israel will be filled with her people. Luke 21:24 says this, ‘and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trampled under foot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.’ We are in the days that the Gentiles are going to lose control of Israel and they will cry out for their leader antichrist. He will only be able to delay the inevitable for 7 years, but all of the promises that God made to us will be fulfilled.
Ezekiel 36 promises this in vss.2-5: ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “Because the enemy has spoken against you, ‘Aha!’ and, ‘The everlasting heights have become our possession,’therefore prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “For good reason they have made you desolate and crushed you from every side, that you would become a possession of the rest of the nations and you have been taken up in the talk and the whispering of the people. ‘Therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD. Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes and to the forsaken cities which have become a prey and a derision to the rest of the nations which are round about, therefore thus says the Lord GOD, “Surely in the fire of My jealousy I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, who appropriated My land for themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and with scorn of soul, to drive it out for a prey.” As the nations have appropriated Gods land to themselves and claim in the capitals of the world and the UN that Israel is theirs, surely God is going to deal with them. It is time and God is coming with the sword! Listen to vss.6-10, ‘Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, “Thus says the Lord GOD, ‘Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and in My wrath because you have endured the insults of the nations.’“Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, ‘I have sworn that surely the nations which are around you will themselves endure their insults. ‘But you, O mountains of Israel, you will put forth your branches and bear your fruit for My people Israel; for they will soon come. ‘For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you will be cultivated and sown. ‘I will multiply men on you, all the house of Israel, all of it; and the cities will be inhabited and the waste places will be rebuilt.”
World it is over, God has endured the insults long enough, His people have endured the insults long enough and the wrath of the Lord is about to break out on you! The cities now under Palestinian control, Biblical cities of Israel, Shiloh, Bethlehem, Bethel, Hebron, Jerusalem, and Jericho, are about to go back to Israel. This next war is going to fulfill what is taught in Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, and Ezekiel 36-37, oh what a shock it is going to be to the UN. Ezekiel 36:12 promises this, Yes, I will cause men—My people Israel—to walk on you and possess you, so that you will become their inheritance and never again bereave them of children.’ Amen!

Prophecy Update: Friday Dec.8th 2017.

I am sitting here waiting for the president to speak about Jerusalem. It is Tuesday at 1PM and everyone in the world is up in arms about this speech. The president already called leaders in the Middle East to inform them of this speech. As I listen live, I want to record my thoughts. It is amazing to me that we live in a time that Jerusalem is in the hands of the Jews and that God has brought them back to their ancient land. Jerusalem is the epicenter and the heavy stone for the nations of the world to deal with. Last Thursday the UN again cursed Israel by declaring that Jerusalem is not Jewish. I am offended by that as a Christian because it attacks the scriptures and our Messiah Jesus who is Jewish! Jesus wept over Jerusalem and loves the city and the people in the city. Bible Prophecy is coming true in our day, what a thrilling time to be alive! Erdogan of Turkey, Mahmoud Abbas the Palestinian leader, and Jordan king Hussien all threatened the president when he told them about what he was going to do. The Palestinian’s responded to the news by promising days of rage; the world may reject Gods truth but they will suffer the consequences. I see Psalm 83 being fulfilled soon because the Arab nations say all the time, ‘come let us wipe them out as a nation that the name of Israel will be no more.’ Here is the president 1:12pm.

This is a new approach to the problem in the Middle East, he cites the 1995 act to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel. Every president has refused to move the embassy, and we are no closer to a peace deal. The president said it is time to officially declare that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. This is in the best interest of the USA and peace between the Palestinians and the Jews. Acknowledging this is a fact and is important to making peace. The president mentions that it is the home of their government, Knesset, supreme court, etc. Israel is one of the most successful democracies in the world! Wow—I am blown away by this. He praised Israel for giving freedom to Muslims and Christians in the nation. Other presidents have not acknowledged that Israel had a capital but no more—it is the recognition of reality. This is blowing me away guys!!! I am directing the State Department to move the embassy to the city of Jerusalem. I want to make one point very clear, we are dedicated to a lasting peace agreement.

The President is a leader, he is moving the world to accept something that is reality. He said that he wants peace, but the only thing that goes thru my head is they cry peace when there is no peace. The Iranians have a goal to kill the Jews and eradicate Israel from the map. The president just sat down to sign something and I guess it is the declaration he just made. It is 1:24 so it was a short speech.

Turkey says recognition would plunge region and world ‘into a fire with no end in sight’

Hamas has said Trump’s decision opens “gates of hell” while the Palestine Liberation Organization says the declaration destroys two-state solution.

France’s President Emmanuel Macron has said that Trump’s unilateral decision is regrettable, and France does not support it.

Meanwhile in Jerusalem, the municipality has illuminated the walls of the Old City in red, white and blue to show thanks to Mr. Trump’s recognition of it as Israel’s capital.

Benjamin Netanyahu says any peace deal with Palestinians must recognize Jerusalem as Israeli capital.

“This decision will open the gates of hell on US interests in the region,” Ismail Radwan, an official with Hamas, told journalists after Trump’s announcement. Radwan called on Arab and Islamic states to “cut off economic and political ties with the US embassy and expel American ambassadors to cripple” this decision.

Zechariah 12:3, “It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.”

Benjamin Netanyahu just gave a speech and said this, “Jerusalem has been the focus of our hopes, our dreams, our prayers for three millennia, from every corner of the earth our people have yearned to return to Jerusalem to touch its golden stones to walk its hallowed streets. So it’s rare to be able to speak of new and genuine milestones in the glorious history of this city. Yet, today’s announcement by President Trump is such an occasion. We’re profoundly grateful for the president, for his courageous and just decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to prepare for the opening of the US embassy here. This decision reflects the president’s commitment to an ancient but enduring truth, to fulfilling his promises and to advancing peace.”

Now it is Friday morning, Dec.8th and I am responding to the last few days and the response to this announcement. The UN has called a Security Council meeting about the decision. Show a little love to Israel and what do you get? The anti-Semites act as they always do, with hatred and fury. While many nations threaten war over this, I see nothing new. Iran has been threatening war since 1979! They declare every Friday that they are going to destroy Israel and they have not done it yet. Hamas, Hezbollah, Fatah, Islamic Jihad, etc. etc. all have declared that the ultimate goal for their organizations is to wipe out the Jews from the earth. Why is there no Security Council meeting about the ongoing threat of annihilation? It is a violation of UN rules to advocate for the total destruction of one race of people! Yet, the UN dives in and supports those who wish to kill Jews! So lets get this straight, everyone is against the decision but Israel and America? YNET news reported this morning:
“The world didn’t like US President Donald Trump’s speech. The Palestinians didn’t like it, leaders of Islamic states didn’t like it, Russian President Vladimir Putin didn’t like it, leaders of friendly European countries didn’t like it and neither did left-wing speakers in Israel and veteran American peace negotiators. With all due respect to their concerns, this time they are wrong. Trump is right.”
Why is Trump right? Because there has been no peace in my lifetime between Jews and the Arab nations. YNET went on to say, “He is right about the case in question: The world’s 70-year refusal to officially recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital was a foolish mistake, the result of diplomatic cowardice and neglect on the part of Israel’s governments. It’s time to fix that mistake. Moreover, there is no agreement in sight. The argument that the speech harms the peace process is baseless, as there is no peace process going on.”
I have not seen any armies moving on the nation of Israel because of this announcement. The reason is that the Arab nations do not have armies that have a chance against Israel! Why? Israel is a nation that makes things, creates things, starts new businesses, builds things, and gives freedom to her citizens. Many presidents promised to do what Trump did, Trump is the only one who stood on truth and recognized the obvious.
We should care about Israel because God promised that He would bring Israel back to the land and the prophetic clock started again. The promise of God is that all of the nations would turn on Israel before He establishes Jerusalem as the capital of the world and Christians have an obligation to love the Jews and bless them. When our nation blesses Israel, we are blessed and the Jews are blessed. I hope for the Middle East to change their hearts towards Israel by blessing them and not cursing them. Instead of starting riots that only hurt Arabs, why not drop the anger and seek peace. The truth is that God declared Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel and all Christians should support the LORD! Isaiah 62 says, “For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, And her salvation like a torch that is burning. The nations will see your righteousness, And all kings your glory; And you will be called by a new name Which the mouth of the LORD will designate.” I do not know another political party on earth that has stated that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel except the Republican Party! All nations will eventually admit it, all nations will see Jerusalem’s righteousness and all kings will come and bow down to Israel’s Messiah! Here is the quote from the party platform: “We recognize Jerusalem as the eternal and indivisible capital of the Jewish state and call for the American embassy to be moved there in fulfillment of U.S. law.” AMEN

Psalm 118:8-9 “It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes.” The spiritual battle for the hearts and minds of people is at an all-time high! I want to focus my attention on the Epicenter which is Israel and Jerusalem this week! Remember that you are the Lords and He is in control as these verses remind us! We just experienced the 70th anniversary of the UN vote to reestablish the State of Israel which was Nov.29th 1947. What has Satan done to thwart the will of God—advanced his hatred of Jews and Christians to an all-time high! Consider these events:

It is apparent that the Russian, Turkish, and Iranian alliance is strengthening. The leaders, Putin of Russia, Rouhani of Iran, and Erdogan of Turkey made important decisions regarding Syria and the Middle East at a conference recently. Russian President Vladimir Putin said the Iranian and Turkish presidents had agreed to support a Russian proposal for a “Syrian people’s congress.” This has never happened before in history. I have said that the last few months in regard to the Gog–Magog alliance which is forming quickly. It has unprecedented prophetical importance. Look at these headlines:

The Jerusalem Post reported:
“SOCHI, Russia/RIYADH – Russia’s Vladimir Putin hosted the presidents of Turkey and Iran to discuss Syria on Wednesday, launching a major diplomatic push to finally end a civil war that has been all but won by the government of President Bashar Assad.” This has caused a battle line between those who want Assad to step down as leader of Syria and those who want him to stay.

“Syrian opposition groups, meeting in Saudi Arabia to seek a unified position ahead of peace talks, decided to stick to their demand that Assad leave power, Al Arabiya television reported, following speculation they might soften their stance after their hardline leader quit.”
Saudi Arabia wants Assad to go and Russia wants him to stay. The Russians are clear: Iran deserves to be in Syria because they helped Assad stay in power, all others need to leave. They also said that Israel does not have the right to attack Iranian troops in Syria!

Russian Ambassador to Israel, Alexander Shein, wrote this last week Nov.26th: “The Russian Aerospace Forces and Russian Navy made it possible to defeat the most of the terrorists’ “army” and destroy their military infrastructure. Approximately 45,000 militants, including over 210 field commanders, about 800 training camps, 550 munition factories and 3,000 units of military equipment were eliminated. The people of Syria are finally getting a real chance to lead a peaceful life. However, they are bound to do it among the ruins given that radical Islamists have destroyed or plundered schools, hospitals and critical infrastructure.” Russia is claiming that all of the people that the USA and Saudi Arabia supported are terrorists. They are very clear that they are bringing peace and the USA is bringing war. This led to Saudi Arabia actually openly supporting Israel which has never happened!

The establishment of a three-way alliance; Israel, USA, and Arab Gulf States versus Russia, Turkey, and Iran is forming quickly. The battle lines are going up around Syria and Lebanon. First goal of the Saudi’s is to annihilate Hezbollah.
AS much as Saudi Arabia is courting war, Tehran is winning the war for the Middle East. Saudi Arabia is on a warpath against Iran, but they have not won anything yet in the war. The last few years the track record for Saudi Arabia is dismal. Iraq has ceased to exist as an independent nation and now is in the Iranian orbit. Lebanon is in the Iranian orbit and Hezbollah controls much of the government, or its influence does. Syria has always been in the Iranian orbit and now it has defeated all of the Sunni attempts to bring down the Iranian regime, and her puppet in Pres. Bashir Assad. The dismal failure brought the power of the Russians to bear on the conflict and they are not going away. Yemen is now falling into the Iranian orbit and Saudi Arabia has failed in its war with the Houthi rebels.

Why is Russia in Syria? It is because it wants to control all of the oil and gas that is in the Middle East. In the last few days, YNET news from Israel said, “Putin holds victory summit in Russia with Erdogan and Rouhani.” What is clear from the article to me is that Russia is the main power in the Middle East. It used to be that America was the main power in the Middle East and that went away under President Obama. I think that it was Gods will for Obama to cause the USA to leave the Middle East so that prophecy could come true. Now the USA is in a terrible situation regarding all that is going on there. Israel is isolated, in spite of all the bluster coming from nations that support her. The prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39 says that the west and Saudi Arabia will protest, not act against the Russians and Iranians when they attack Israel. We are inconsequential in the Middle East and Russia has the power. Ezekiel 38-39 is coming true before our eyes.

The meeting in Sochi revealed an interesting fact. It revealed that Russia is protecting Iran’s right to have a military base in Syria, close to the Israeli border. Breaking Israel News reported on Nov.20th, “Is Iran Trying to Bring Islamic End of Days in Syria?” The answer is yes, they want to start a war so that the Muslim messiah can reveal himself. It is Muslim prophecy—the arrival of the Mahdi (Muslim messiah) will coincide with the arrival of the Christian Messiah who will help the Mahdi kill the antichrist and Jesus will declare that He is a Muslim and will kill all Christians who do not convert. This is Islamic doctrine for the leaders in Iran. The current leader of Iran believes all of the turmoil in Saudi Arabia is a sign from Allah that the end of days is here.

Russia Today reported on Nov.24th that “Putin is crowned ‘worlds energy czar’ with Saudi’s bowing to reality.” A few years ago, the Russians tried and failed to make a deal with Israel over her gas reserves. Then two years ago, Israel struck oil making them energy independent for the next 500 years. Israel is planning on selling gas to Europe, this will cut into Russian business in Europe. Russia is not going to let that happen. The hook in the jaw is oil and gas, Israel has reserves that have the Russians nervous. Jesus said that the frequency of the signs would increase as we got closer to the end. They are coming at a quick pace!

I have been waiting all week for the next round of votes about Israel to happen at the UN. They finally happened yesterday and what a whopper it was. The Jerusalem Post reported Dec.1st 2017, “151 UN STATES VOTE TO DISAVOW ISRAELI TIES TO JERUSALEM.” This comes as the Trump administration considers moving its embassy to Jerusalem, and I have been praying the last few weeks that we move the embassy! Please pray for this even as the world fulfills prophecy by declaring a lie about Jerusalem. The article went on to say: “The UN General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to disavow Israeli ties to Jerusalem as part of six anti-Israel resolutions it approved on Thursday in New York. The vote was 151 in favor and six against, with nine abstentions. In New York, only six countries out of 193 UN member states fully supported Israel’s ties Jerusalem: Canada, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, the United States and Israel itself. The nine countries who abstained were: Australia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Honduras, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, South Sudan and Togo.” Notice that Saudi Arabia and the gulf states are not represented in the no or abstention votes.

The resolution stated that “any actions taken by Israel, the occupying Power, to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration on the Holy City of Jerusalem are illegal and therefore null and void and have no validity whatsoever.” So lets get this straight—the Knesset Building which is the congress of Israel is in Jerusalem and this resolution says that any action they take is illegal. That means just meeting for the administration of Israeli government business is illegal. HUH!
“On Thursday, all the EU member states voted against Israel and in favor of the Jerusalem resolution, including countries that abstained or opposed the same text at UNESCO.”

There were six resolutions and one of them had a direct connection to the Gog-Magog prophecy. “Among the six resolutions was one, sponsored by Syria, which condemned Israel’s continued presence on the Golan Heights. It was approved with 105 nations in favor, six against and 58 who abstained.” As I said at the beginning of this update, I have never seen these things before. Prophecy is being set up to be fulfilled like we have never seen. How awesome is that! Israel responded to the resolutions and said this: “Israel noted the absurdity of such a resolution at a time when the Syrian regime was using chemical weapons against its own citizens while Israel was treating the wounded of that conflict who managed to cross its borders.”

As Satan works his evil, remember that the Lord gives us the promise of I Thess.4:15-18 “For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.” You will not see the tribulation and antichrist cannot come until we are gone. Comfort each other this week over that truth!

I have been considering the Christian roots of our society. Since at least the 12th century, the terms ‘Higher law’ or ‘common law’ have been used in the West. These terms illustrated the Christian understanding of the relationship between the government and the citizen. They preserved the rights of Christians and the citizens. The English wrote the Magna Carta which states, “The King himself ought not to be under a man but under God and under law, because the law makes the king…for there is no king where will governs and not law.” The Continental Congress of the United States on October 14, 1774 issued its Declaration of Rights ‘stating that the colonists of the several states were entitled to the protections of the common law of England.’ Our legal tradition has been rooted in the Christian understanding that law is anchored in moral absolutes. Many of our leaders have pointed out that we are a ‘government of laws not men.’

The idea of ‘Higher law’ or ‘common law’ is rooted in the historical event of Moses receiving the Ten Commandments from God. Samuel Adams wrote in 1772, “The right of freedom being a gift of God Almighty, the rights of the colonists as Christians, may be best understood by reading and carefully studying the institutes of the Great Law Giver which are to be found clearly written and promulgated in the New Testament.” (“The Rights of the Colonists” by Samuel Adams 1772) William Blackstone wrote in 1765, “Upon these two foundations the ‘law of nature’ and the ‘law of revelation’ depend all human laws.” James Madison wrote, “We have staked the whole future of the American civilization not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”

As you honor and thank God this weekend, pray for our nation because we cannot sustain ourselves without the Ten Commandments and the personal application of those commandments in our lives. As citizens of the United States, it is our privilege, right, and duty to obey God above all earthly rulers, and pray for our rulers that they would put God first. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord–that is my prayer this Thanksgiving! Pray for revival–that God would bring us back to our senses!

Prophecy Update: November 17, 2017

There is a civil war in America between those who hate the Christian worldview and those who embrace it. The Christian worldview is based on the Bible, including the Ten Commandments. For many years, the enemies of the Christian worldview have tried to eradicate from the public square any mention of God or the Ten Commandments. One of the Ten Commandments that has been rejected by the enemies is ‘do not murder.’

President Trump has made a concerted effort to undermine the abortion industry. The latest attempt includes bringing up the abortion industry’s despicable practice of selling body parts of aborted babies.

The Free Canadian Press had this report November 15, 2017: “Criminal Charges Against Planned Parenthood? Attorney General Jeff Sessions testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that Planned Parenthood and organ procurement companies could be criminally charged for the illegal sale of aborted baby body parts upon completion of an FBI investigation.”

Planned Parenthood reported last month: TRUMP ADMINISTRATION TAKES DIRECT AIM AT BIRTH CONTROL COVERAGE FOR 62 MILLION WOMEN. “New Rule Permits All Employers to Opt Out of Birth Control Coverage, Sweeping Step Toward Completely Dismantling the Birth Control Benefit. On Friday morning, they announced a sweeping new rule to eliminate the Affordable Care Act’s requirement that all insurance plans must cover birth control without a co-pay or otherwise ensure access to birth control coverage for women whose employers or schools can legally opt out of providing coverage.” Planned Parenthood is upset that they are being attacked. The pro-abortion group NARAL listed what President Trump stands against:
“President Trump has already shown his anti-woman agenda in his actions. On the campaign trail, he also voiced support for a number of anti-choice policies that would have a devastating impact on women nationwide. Trump has chosen many nominees who are against reproductive freedom, including Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. Trump wants to completely ban abortion, with exceptions only for rape, incest, or when the life of the woman is in danger. He’s backed this up by showing support for a ban on abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Trump says he’ll make it a priority to repeal the Affordable Care Act. The ACA has made it possible for millions of people to get health insurance that includes coverage for birth control at no additional cost and prenatal care. Trump would have preferred to shut down the government rather than fund Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood provides low-cost family-planning services, cancer screenings, and other health care to millions of people every year. Vice President Mike Pence said he wants to see Roe v. Wade on “the ash heap of history”, and has a long record of attacking reproductive freedom in his state.”

As you can see, the pro-abortion people are very upset. It gets even more upsetting to them when Trump goes global with his desire to stop abortion: “Trump Blocks International Support for Abortion Groups at G7 Meeting By Stefano Gennarini, J.D. November 9, 2017 — The Trump administration is blocking political and financial support for abortion groups in the highest echelons of international diplomacy, including the most recent G7 and G20 meetings.”

Satan has always used the death of children as a way to control and deceive people. In Exodus 1, Satan inspired the Egyptians to kill all of the Jewish male children. In Jerusalem, Herod ordered the death of all of the boys, 2 years old and younger, to be killed so he could kill Jesus. Leviticus 18 outlines for us that the murder of children, sacrificing them to false gods, was grounds for God destroying nations. Our nation has aborted more than 59 million children, this is a lot of innocent blood shed. Numbers 35:33 says, “Do not pollute the land in which you live, shed blood pollutes the land and no expiation will be made for the land because of the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it.” Our land has become unclean and God is preparing a disaster for the abortion industry. I think if God were to share with us what He is preparing for the abortion industry, I think we would be very surprised and afraid. Let us pray that God’s judgment will spare Americans who have worked hard and preached against this abomination in our land.

The article from the Free Canadian Press went on to say, “Based on its findings, the Judiciary Committee’s Majority Staff Report concluded that Planned Parenthood’s partners in the biomedical procurement industry paid the abortion chain’s affiliates for the body parts of aborted babies “and then sold the fetal tissue to their respective customers at substantially higher prices than their documented costs.” Can you imagine how God sees this abomination—He sees and He will act. Thank God that our government is acting against this industry. Our Attorney General, Jeff Sessions needs our prayers, he is under great spiritual attack because of his stand against abortion. Satan will not take this lying down.
The report states: “The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) initially had a policy in place to ensure its affiliates were complying with the law, but the affiliates failed to follow its fetal tissue reimbursement policy. When PPFA learned in 2011 of this situation, PPFA cancelled the policy rather than exercise oversight to bring the affiliates back into compliance. Thus, PPFA not only turned a blind eye to the affiliates’ violations of its fetal tissue policy, but also altered its own oversight procedures enabling those affiliates’ practices to continue unimpeded.” This was the murder of babies for the love of money!

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a felony punishable by up to ten years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000. No one has been prosecuted yet. I think that those advocating for abortion in Congress and the Supreme Court will stand in the way of Jeff Sessions and the freedom-loving Americans who still live by the Christian worldview. This is war and all of the news reports picture it as a war. What they do not understand is that it is a war on the truth of the Old Testament, God hates the murder of innocent babies! He will act, and America is almost out of time to repent.

The civil war in America now includes the Democratic Party against the Democratic Party. Attorney Jack Burkman has filed a lawsuit: “New LAWSUIT Demands Donna Brazile Reveal Who Really Murdered Seth Rich. Donna Brazile, who recently has said that she “feared for her own life” after the death of Seth Rich, claims Hillary Clinton ‘erupted’ in anger after she told her she wanted to investigate his death. She also explains that she has frightened following the July 10, 2016, unsolved murder of Rich. In fact, she dedicated the book to Rich, whom she calls a “patriot.” The series of emails revealed that high-ranking DNC officials and the Clinton team sabotaged Sanders’ candidacy, used racist, anti-gay and sexist slurs when referring to constituents and were engaged in bizarre occult rituals. I have a question, why would Donna Brazile fear for her life?”

The article went on to say, “If this were a random murder like police have maintained, why did Ms. Brazile fear for her own life?” Burkman asked. “Brazile can clearly also offer critical information about what role the DNC [had in] Hillary Clinton’s primary win.” Brazile’s book has really stirred the pot. A civil war among the haters of the Christian worldview is just the way God works His judgment on evil people. He confuses them and makes them attack each other.

Burkman went on to say: “Burkman claims MPD (Metropolitan Police Department) officials are withholding key evidence from the public and obstructing the Rich investigation for political purposes. He’s separately filed a lawsuit in May against the MPD, demanding the release of Rich’s medical examiner’s report, autopsy documents and ballistics reports, documents that are typically made public during murder investigations.” Can you say cover-up? Burkman is offering $105,000 and WikiLeaks is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killer. One America News Network offered up $100,000, the Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and businessman and investor Martin Shkreli $100,000. The DNC, however, has offered no reward to help find the killer of its staffer. Instead, the DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters in Rich’s memory. Rich’s story has been largely ignored by establishment media. Those who have called attention to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the murder have been branded “conspiracy theorists,” including Fox News host Sean Hannity.”

Op-Ed: The Second American Civil War by Luke Ryan said, “Keyboard warriors that may or may not have once been real warriors are describing their (albeit fantastical) desires for a civil war; what they see as an inevitable conclusion to the widening divide through the heart of America, and they meet it with a “bring it on” attitude.” Unfortunately, many do not see the spiritual implications of the division that exists in America. They describe it as a cultural, racial, and economic divide when it is much deeper than that. The real divide is not economic or racial, it is a spiritual divide between those who hate God and those who love God. The political divide in America may lead to a civil war, but it will be nothing like the 1860 version. The nation was divided geographically in 1860 and today it is divided by truth versus non-truth! If we have another war it will be characterized by anarchy and lawlessness. Our nation cannot be healed by fighting, it will be healed by repentance. Repentance will change hearts!
