Prophecy Update: Missions and Prophecy                 5/4/2022

We are going on a missions trip on May 8-15. This means that next week there will be no update. In this update, I would like to focus on world missions. Jesus was clear with us 2000 years ago; He commanded us to go into the whole world and preach the gospel. For 2000 years, the church has spread to every corner of the earth. The rise of the mission movement paralleled the rise of Israel. Mission trips are still needed because there are lost people and many need to be discipled.

“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:18-20

“By 1900, even after a second burst of Protestant missions, there were only 15,000 European and American Protestant missionaries throughout the world. Those who went had short careers; many died within the first two years on the field. Thus the numbers remained quite small. But the magnitude of the modern missions movement must not be measured by the number of missionaries. It must be measured by the growth of the church.” christianitytoday.com 

We needed more missions because there were more people on the earth. From 1900 to today, we have increased the population by 6.5 billion people. God raised up people to influence missions as He raised up the nation of Israel. Here is an inspiring story about William Borden.

“William Borden — No Reserves. No Retreats. No Regrets. In 1904 William Borden graduated from a Chicago high school. As heir to the Borden family fortune, he was already wealthy. For his high school graduation present, William Borden’s parents gave their 16-year-old son a trip around the world. As the young man traveled through Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, he felt a growing burden for the world’s hurting people. Finally, Bill Borden wrote home about his “desire to be a missionary. One friend expressed disbelief that Bill was “throwing himself away as a missionary. A story often associated with Borden says that, in response, he wrote two words in the back of his Bible: “No reserves.” home.snu.edu    

God called Borden to the ministry and as you will see, God used him in an incredible way. I have used his story in the past to inspire people to share the gospel and go into missions.

“Even though young Borden was wealthy, he arrived on the campus of Yale University in 1905 trying to look like just one more freshman. During his first semester at Yale, Borden started something that would transform campus life. One of his friends described how it began: “It was well on in the first term when Bill and I began to pray together in the morning before breakfast. Borden’s small morning prayer group gave birth to a movement that soon spread across the campus. By the end of his first year, 150 freshman were meeting weekly for Bible study and prayer. By the time Bill Borden was a senior, one thousand of Yale’s 1,300 students were meeting in such groups. He wrote in his bible, upon graduation from Yale, Borden turned down some high-paying job offers. It has been reported that in his Bible, Bill Borden wrote two more words: “No Retreats.” home.snu.edu 

God used Borden in an incredible way in college. He did what I want my students to do. Be faithful to get in the Word and pray, watch God do His thing. Ministry is so fun when you have the right perspective. It is God’s work Gods way! There are no little people and no little places for the Lord to use His people. At the same time, God raised up people to reestablish Hebrew as the language of Israel.

“William Borden went on to do graduate work at Princeton Seminary in New Jersey. When he finished his studies at Princeton, he sailed for China. Because he was hoping to work with Chinese Muslims, he stopped first in Egypt to study Arabic. While there, he contracted spinal meningitis. Within a month, 25-year-old William Borden was dead. Was Borden’s untimely death a waste? Not in God’s perspective. As the story has it, prior to his death, Borden had written two more words in the back of his Bible. Underneath the words “No reserves” and “No retreats,” he is reported to have written: “No regrets.” home.snu.edu  

Yes, it is tragic that Borden died so early, but God used him to inspire the student volunteer movement and missions exploded again. This led to the college ministry movement and by WW2 we saw some great ministries start. Navigators, Campus Crusade, Inter-Varsity, and a host of others were started during WW2 and after!

This is what happened, think about these stats?

“In 1800, perhaps 1 percent of Protestant Christians lived in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. By 1900, this number had grown to 10 percent. Today, at least 67 percent of all active Protestant Christians live in countries once considered foreign mission fields. And the church is still growing rapidly, even explosively, in many areas—Korea, sub-Saharan Africa, Singapore, and the Peoples’ Republic of China.” christianitytoday.com  

Another story that has inspired me towards world missions is the Moravians.

“The Moravian Community of Herrnhut in Saxony, in 1727, commenced a round-the-clock “prayer watch” that continued nonstop for over a hundred years. By 1791, 65 years after commencement of that prayer vigil, the small Moravian community had sent 300 missionaries to the ends of the earth. Could it be that there is some relationship between those two facts? Is fervent intercession a basic component in world evangelization? The answer to both questions is surely an unqualified “yes.” christianhistoryinstitute.org 

When God wants to move, He inspires people to pray. In all of my studies about revival, they always started with an unusual movement of prayer. I say unusual because it started innocently with some Christians in a barn, or a dorm room, or in a business. Usually they start off small then God moves. This is how the revivals of 1730, 1810, 1859, 1905, and 1967 started.

“The story of Count Zinzendorf and the Moravians is truly one of the greatest in church history! God used these humble, simple believers to launch the first Protestant 24/7 prayer movement and the first Protestant missionary movement, taking the gospel to the ends of the earth! For Zinzendorf, gospel-centered, loving fellowship with Christ was the essential manifestation of the Christian life. He had chosen from an early age as his life-motto the now famous confession, “I have one passion; it is Jesus, Jesus only.” owpc.org  

What always amazed me about this story is the simple faith and commitment of the people. This led to the 100 year prayer meeting that fueled missions to every continent!

“Heitz, Zinzendorf’s manager, in writing a letter to Zinzendorf gave the name of this place Herrnhut which had a double meaning…first it would be a place under the Lord’s watchful care,  a place of refuge under the canopy of the Lords’ presence. Secondly, it would be a place where the Moravians would keep Watch before the Lord, in prayer and intercession.  A key verse for Zinzendorf was Isaiah 62:6,

“On your walls O Jerusalem, I have set watchman; all the day and all the night they shall never be silent, you who put the Lord in remembrance, take no rest and give him no rest until he establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise on the earth.” owpc.org  

I have been praying Isaiah 62:6-7 for 27 years. I was so inspired to pray this verse because it is prophetic in nature, it is about the Lord establishing Jerusalem. The timing of God doing this coincides with every nation hearing the gospel. God gave Jerusalem back to Israel in 1967. Since that time, the rapture of the church has been in play. We who believe that God is going to lead the world to the Tribulation Period also believe that Jerusalem is going to be the main sticking point for the world.

Here are a few verses about this truth:

“Jerusalem will be trampled under foot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.”

Luke 21:24

“It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.” Zechariah 12:3

“I will gather all the nations And bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there On behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land.”

Joel 3:2

It is never wise to curse Israel and tell the world that Jerusalem is not the capital city of Israel. That will bring the curse of God quick. That, America has done in the last few days! Revivals are happening all over the world, Iran, China, Africa. I hope that America sees a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Thursday is national day of prayer, pray for revival.

“The Biden Administration Tells Israel They Have No Right To The Temple Mount And Warns That Jews Praying There Is ‘Provocative’ And Must Stop: Think of how obscene it is saying that Jerusalem must be an “international city” and cannot come under the control of the very people to whom God gave the city to thousands of years ago. Whenever there is a problem on the Temple Mount, it is always blamed on the Jews, never on the Muslims who attack them constantly. Jerusalem is not an international city, it is God’s city in the kingdom of Heaven, and that Day is coming when King Jesus will remind everyone just who the land-LORD really is.” nowtheendbegins.com 

Russia Says Israeli Settlements in Syria’s Golan Heights Threat to Regional Stability: Speaking during a meeting of the UN Security Council, Vasily Nebenzya said: “Israel’s settlement plans in the occupied Syrian Golan threaten to undermine regional stability.” tasnimnews.com 

“Very serious clash erupting between Russia and Israel as Russian foreign minister says, ‘the worst anti-Semites are Jews.’ allisrael.com 

As Russia and America race to curse Israel, God is saving people all over the world. The Rapture of the church is close and God has increased missions exponentially the last two hundred years. Historically you can see the rise of missions and the rise of Israel parallel each other. It is so thrilling to be alive at this special time in history. I will leave you with this verse:

“This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Prophecy Central: Parallels of Nazi Germany and the Last Days.                  4/27/2022

It is interesting how the 1930’s planted seeds of the end times. During the 1930’s we saw Germany fall into mindless barbarism. Personal freedoms were stripped from the German people and the liquidation of past history was executed. The Nuremburg Laws stripped the Jews of citizenship, excluding them from the economy and culture. The Churches were coopted by the Reich Church and the persecution of Christians began. The complete culture was Nazified, the press was censored, and education was taken over by a new Nazi worldview. Do you sense the same thing with the great reset?

To deal with the nationalism of the German Nazi view of life, the United Nations formed. This fits the pattern the Bible teaches about a one-world government. The battle faced by Winston Churchill led to his speech given in June of 1940. What he said is upon us as the USA and the world slips into the shadow of sin and destruction:

“I expect the Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilization. Upon it depends our own British life, and the long continuity of our institutions and our Empire. The whole fury and might of the enemy must very soon be turned on us. Hitler knows that he will have to break us in this island or lose the war. If we can stand up to him, all Europe may be freed and the life of the world may move forward into broad, sunlit uplands. But if we fail, then the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science. Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that, if the British Empire and its Commonwealth[e] last for a thousand years, men will still say, ‘This was their finest hour.” en.wikipedia.org 

Churchill did not realize that the Bible teaches that the world will descend into the darkness of the Tribulation period. The Tribulation period is a seven-year time of judgment of God on the nations of the world and the salvation of Israel. Darkness is descending upon the world that matches the biblical picture of the last days. One helpful book about the descending darkness, “When a Nation Forgets God,” was written about ten years ago by Erwin Lutzer. Here is a summary:

“Dr. Erwin Lutzer reveals seven lessons we must learn from Nazi Germany. These lessons include: 1. When God is separated from government, judgment follows, 2. It’s always the economy, 3. That which is legal might also be evil, 4. Propaganda can change a nation, 5. Parents not the state are responsible for a child’s training, 6. Ordinary heroes can make a difference, 7. We must exalt the cross in the gathering darkness.” worldviewweekend.com 

As we face a new dark age, one that flipped Disney into an anti-kid movement, the press into censorship, schools into propaganda machines for immorality, government into idolatry, and churches into worship of self, Christianity will prevail! Jesus is coming back!

“Twitter’s board has accepted an offer from billionaire Elon Musk to buy the social media company and take it private, the company announced Monday. Elon Musk is becoming something of a modern-day folk hero, what between flying rockets into space better than NASA, and launching cyber satellites more effectively than the Pentagon, to now buying Twitter because he wants “free speech” for the world, you might be tempted to think he’s the best thing since sliced bread. As the old infomercials from the 1970’s used to say, “but wait…there’s more!”nowtheendbegins.com     

People are praising Elon Musk for buying twitter so he can restore freedom of speech. Elon Musk is part of the move to bring in a world government. Maybe he is having second thoughts or he thinks that freedom is better than slavery? Whatever he believes I know that he is on the cutting edge of technologies that will lead us into slavery. Consider this from Musk:

“How much more? Just remember that Elon Musk is also the same guy who wants to put a microchip into everyone’s brain with his company Neuralink.” nowtheendbegins.com     

During the Obama administration, tech companies began practicing censorship. The corona virus tragedy gave them the right from the government to censor the American public. If you questioned the government propaganda, you would be cut off from several online platforms. We are like Nazi Germany in that the government wants us to worship whatever they say. They censored President Trump and kicked him off twitter. This was the most brazen censorship in our history. Someone is afraid of what you may express! Twitter allowed this in 2014:

“Iran’s Khamenei: No Cure for Barbaric Israel but Annihilation NOV 09, 2014, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei took to Twitter to call for the destruction of Israel over the weekend.” slate.com  Twitter did not cut him off.

We who still use facebook or youtube to share biblical truth have to couch our language to trick the censors. The artificial intelligence programs looking for key words are easy to get around if your audience knows the codes. This is a battle that is heating up. This next article tells us why:

“Google Says Websites Can’t Talk About Ukraine. A very strange email was sent out to website owners by Google just the other day, further proving that Americans are no longer allowed to speak the truth. The email reads as follows:

The American press is in lockstep with the government in censoring anything that goes against the view that Ukraine is winning the war. The press is committed to the view that the USA is pure and standing up for democracy, Russia is bad attacking an innocent nation, and Zelensky is an angel.

NATO has been pushing this war with Russia for at least 14 years, they do not want peace, they want war.  

I have been an avid reader about World War 2. I see a parallel between the years 1933-1945 and 2001-today. During the period of 1933-1937, Germany was completely taken over by the Nazis and much of Europe was taken over by the lies and deceit of Hitler. Hitler persecuted and took over the Christian churches of Germany. The Reich Church represented the Nazis and wrote this in their rules: “The National Church demands immediate cessation of the publishing and dissemination of the Bible in Germany. The National Church will clear away from its altars all crucifixes, Bibles, and pictures of saints. On the day of its foundation the Christian Cross must be removed from all churches, cathedrals and chapels and it must be superseded by the only unconquerable symbol, the swastika.”  (The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, William Shirer, pg.240.)  

The true church of Jesus, those who are born again, those who work to see Jesus righteous standards upheld in culture, are being attacked by immoral people. The immoral movement seeks to ban Christians from having a say in anything moral about the culture. This next article is about this subject:

“It’s time for Pa. lawmakers to ban LGBTQ conversion ‘therapy’ | Opinion: Feb 14, 2022.

Twenty-five states and 100 municipalities have passed laws that prohibit efforts to change someone’s sexual orientation. With a bill pending in Harrisburg, Pa. can follow suit, writes Troy Stevenson.” inquirer.com

Hitler took over the press. “Every morning the editors of the Berlin daily newspapers and the correspondents of those published elsewhere in the Reich gathered at the propaganda Ministry to be told by Dr. Goebbels or by one of his aides what news to print and suppress. The Reich Press Law of Oct.4, 1933.” (Rise and Fall of Third Reich, pg.245) It may amaze you that our own government has meetings with certain news outlets to give them their marching orders.

As the west pushes Russia towards more war, Israel becomes the target. Israel is the main subject of prophecy because God is bringing His kingdom to Jerusalem. Anything Satan can do to destroy Israel and the Church will delay his destruction. Satan knows that the time is short, he is reading prophecy and watching God line up the countries exactly as the Bible predicts. The Russian Ukraine war is directly related to Israel.

“Russia-Israel crisis: Moscow threatens to shoot down Israeli fighters – “Israeli-occupied Golan Heights” Moscow has threatened Israel with downing Israeli fighters, demanding a “stop” to Israeli airstrikes in Syria. Moscow has stressed to Israel that it must not “provoke Russia to respond. Just 24 hours ago, Russia located Israeli forces in Ukraine. These are soldiers who served in the Israeli Armed Forces with extensive experience against Hamas, the PIJ and Hezbollah. Israel and Ukraine speak of “volunteers”. Coincidentally (?) Harakat Hezbollah Al-Nujaba posted a video calling for a multi-faceted attack with simultaneous rocket and ballistic missile attacks on Israel by members of the “Resistance Axis” from Iran, Iraq, Syria and Gaza. Lebanon and Yemen.” warnews247.gr  

This story shows that Russia is moving closer and closer to fulfilling Ezekiel 38-39. The world was not prepared for war in 1941 as Germany attacked Russia and Japan attacked the USA. Today, the world is not prepared for the war Russia is about to launch on Israel. They are not prepared to see the God of Israel defend her and wipe out the Russians, Iranians, and a whole host of Jihadists. Satan again will be angry and faced with the prospect that he will have to respond to Gods sovereign plan.  Soon God will scatter the Iranians across the globe:

“Thus says the LORD of hosts, Behold, I am going to break the bow of Elam, The finest of their might. I will bring upon Elam the four winds From the four ends of heaven, And will scatter them to all these winds; and there will be no nation To which the outcasts of Elam will not go.” Jeremiah 49:35-36

Soon and very soon we will see the Lord in the clouds, come Lord Jesus Come!!

Prophecy Update: Apostasy: A sign of the End Times                       4/20/2022

The update this week is going to focus on apostasy. The last days are characterized by a falling away from the faith. To fall away means that a church must believe something of the truth before they fall away. Faithlessness would be a key word to describing apostasy. False prophets and false teachers have always attacked Israel and the Church. What is the difference today?

The difference today regarding apostasy revolves around the fulfillment of other prophecies. Israel is back in the land, the world is heading towards a one-world government, technology allows for a world currency and mark of the beast; these are just a few of the end times prophecies that the Word of God teaches! Prophesies regarding the last days apostasies support finding substitutes to Jesus and God! Jesus warned us that this would happen in the last days. Many will come in the name of Jesus but will lead the people astray. Here are three verses that describe the problem:

“Why then has this people, Jerusalem, Turned away in continual apostasy? They hold fast to deceit, They refuse to return.”

Jeremiah 8:5

So My people are bent on turning from Me. Though they call them to the One on high,

None at all exalts Him.

Hosea 11:7

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.”

1 Timothy 4:1

One of the apostasies prevalent in our culture pushes unity regardless of what the truth demands. Interfaith dialogue pushes acceptance over truth. This is a demonic movement. Maybe you have seen the bumper sticker COEXIST? “One common version of the bumper sticker spells “COEXIST” using an Islamic crescent moon for the “C”, a peace sign for the “O”, the Hindu Om symbol for the “E”, a Star of David for the “X”, a pentacle for the dot of the “I”, a yin-yang symbol for the “S”, and a Christian cross for the “T”. en.wikipedia.org  

Anyone with this on his or her bumper pushes the last days apostasy. Apostasy denies that Jesus is God, Jesus is the only way, and Jesus is coming back. Muslims are complaining about their participation with interfaith dialogue!

“An April 5, 2022 article posted on Ansarollah.com, the official website for the Yemen-based Iran-backed Shi’ite militias, i.e. the Houthis, called interfaith dialogue a “misleading headline” and argued that both Christians and Jews should convert to Islam as it is an extension of their own religions. The article, titled ‘The Jews.. Arrogance and Racism,” also argued that the Jews had refused to convert to Islam because of their arrogance and because they disapproved of the Prophet Muhammad’s being Arab.” memri.org  

Muslims have always used interfaith dialogue to confuse and redefine Christianity and push hatred of Jews. The goal is to make everyone bow to Allah. How can Christians fall to this? I don’t mind talking to anyone about my faith so they can hear that Jesus is the only way. Once the interfaith dialogue accepts everyone’s truth as his or her truth, the game is over. Christians enter these dialogues for two different reasons. To either share the gospel or pervert the gospel.

Thanks to cultural corrosion and a lack of biblical literacy, a new “fake Christianity” has raked the dry ground of the American church. This counterfeit religion is moralistic therapeutic deism, a worldview that has quickly gained prominence and given many Americans a theology that looks nothing like historical Christianity, despite what they may claim.” wnd.com    

Fake Christianity builds on the premise that we need to get along with everyone. That is not what Jesus taught us. Jesus said that he came to bring a sword and not peace. (Matt.10:34) The false churches bring in anyone so they can show that they are tolerant. One church brought in a drag queen, others ask immoral people come and teach same sex marriage etc.

“Most Americans, Many Christians Don’t Believe Jesus Existed before Being Born: A new study from Lifeway Research found that most Americans believe that Jesus was born in Bethlehem more than 2,000 years ago, but less than half believe that Jesus existed prior to being born on that first Christmas.” christianheadlines.com 

How sad it is that many professing Christians do not believe or are not confident to say Jesus is God and has always existed.

“Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.”

 Matthew 7:15

“Enemies Within the Church’ a new video teaches that some Christian Institutions are Marxist, it names Southern Baptist Church leaders such as J.D. Grear and Andy Stanley. I watched the documentary film “Enemies Within the Church” two times last week. It’s been making waves in the evangelical community for its bold claims about the pervasive presence of Marxist ideas within the American church.

“You need to watch this documentary. Its central message sounds a clear and necessary alarm that today’s evangelicals (leaders and lay persons alike) urgently need to hear and heed. It is a two-hour video presenting undeniable evidence that influential forces within the church have been (and still are) working hard to advance an agenda that is rooted in neo-Marxism, overlaid with identity politics, and peppered with postmodern jargon. In other words, countless Christians are being force-fed an ideology that comes from the world, not from Scripture. It is being pushed in our seminaries and churches with tactics (and a lot of financing) taken from secular left-wing sources.” teampyro.blogspot.com 

Alongside the false teaching of Marxism is one of the great apostasies of our day Chrislam. Chrislam unites Muslims and Christians together. Syncretism is the act of uniting two religions that do not mix. The Chrislam movement pushes that the Church replaced Israel. Here is an example from my life.

“The Crescent Through the Eyes of the Cross: Insights from an Arab Christian..” A book that I read and previewed is an example of false teachers coming among the churches. The author of this book wanted Christians to become anti-Semitic, believe falsely about the church, Israel, Jesus, and Mary. It was painful to read and yet it was heralded by many Christians you think you should be able to trust. One author I warned people against is Rick Warren. He is an advocate of the Chrislam movement. Yet, many people loved Rick Warren and pushed his books. Here are a few headlines I found about Chrislam:

“Pope Francis dismisses ‘heresy’ charges for his commitment to Christian-Muslim dialogue.”

“Chrislam: How Missionaries are Promoting an Islamized Gospel.”

“Shocking! “Chrislam”Heresy Sweeping Churches in 26 States!!”

“New accusations connect Rick Warren with Chrislam.”

“In 2009, Rick Warren, founder and pastor of Saddleback Community Church in Orange County California, addressed the convention of the Islamic Society of North America. Warren stated that Muslims and Christians must work together to combat stereotypes, promote peace and freedom, and solve global problems. Christians and Muslims – faith mates, soul mates and now work mates!! Chrislam!! Quote of the Day: “Before we “shake your hand” in responding to your letter, we ask forgiveness of the All-Merciful One and of the Muslim community around the world.” – Rick Warren, one of the main signers of the Yale Covenant For Islam and Christian Unity….” kristiann1.com 

This is an example of interfaith dialogue that has resulted in false teaching and apostasy. It has also led to the Boycott, Divest, and Sanction Israel campaign. “The movement to Boycott, Divest from, and Sanction (BDS) the Jewish state is anti-Semitic, plain and simple. Having failed to destroy Israel by traditional methods of war and terrorism, Israel’s enemies devised a new plan. They would target Israel’s economy with boycotts, divestment, and sanctions.” cufi.org    

I have written on and studied the movement in churches to convince Christians that Israel is no longer in the plan of God. This movement is called ‘Replacement Theology.’ Alongside the Marxist movement in churches comes the desire to destroy Israel. Why? Satan knows that he has to destroy Israel to keep Jesus from coming back. Satan knows scriptural promises regarding Israel more than most Christians who have dismissed Israel.

Jews around the world have recognized that Evangelicals are the greatest support for Israel in the United States and around the world. This is a great opportunity to witness to Jews about their messiah Jesus. Few churches have taken the opportunity. Yet, here is the testimony of one rabbi:

Yet I know that the BDS (boycott, divestment and sanctions) campaign against Israel is being presented to young evangelicals as theologically and morally correct. Our nation has fallen to Satan’s plan to curse Israel. Our congress, supreme court, federal courts, executive branch, and governorships are infected with Satan’s plan to destroy Israel. It is a two for one deal for Satan, if he can convince churches to be anti-Semitic he can destroy the church and Israel at the same time. Thank God for good churches who love Jesus as the greatest Jew who ever lived, who is God Himself, and the Savior of Israel and the world. Prophecy Update: The Race               4/6/2022

The race is on! In the heavenly realms, there is a race to the rapture of the church. Satan does not know the day or the hour but he is very aware of the signs of the times. Why is Satan pushing the globalist agenda so hard? The clear teaching of scripture points to several events that make Satan respond. In our update, we will examine what some of those events are which push Satan to react.

“Hear the word of the LORD, O nations, And declare in the coastlands afar off, And say, “He who scattered Israel will gather him And keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.”

Jeremiah 31:10

First, Satan had to react to the movement to bring Jews back to the land of Israel. The late 1800’s saw a revival of Jews and Christians discerning the signs of the times. The push to reestablish the State of Israel filled the hearts and minds of many that led to the first Jewish congress in 1896.

“Theodor Herzl, founder of the political form of Zionism, a movement to establish a Jewish homeland. His pamphlet The Jewish State (1896) proposed that the Jewish question was a political question to be settled by a world council of nations. He organized a world congress of Zionists that met in Basel, Switzerland, in August 1897 and became first president of the World Zionist Organization, established by the congress.” britannica.com 

Notice how they thought a world council was needed to obey God and go back to the land. That is prophecy!

Second, Satan had to react to God preparing the land of Israel to receive the Jews. Between 1900 and 1948, God resurrected the Hebrew language. The process began on October 13th 1881, as Eliezer Ben-Yehuda and his friends agreed to exclusively speak Hebrew in their conversations. With the rise of Jewish nationalism in 19th century Europe, Ben-Yehuda was captivated by the innovative ideas of Zionism. While reading the Hebrew language newspaper HaShahar, he became acquainted with Zionism and concluded that the reviving the Hebrew language in the Land of Israel would unite all Jews worldwide.”  jpost.com 

Satan also realized that he better start the movement towards a one-world government so he could be ready to bring the antichrist on the scene. Thus, the League of Nations was launched. God moved Lord Balfour to write a declaration that would lead to the reestablishment of the state of Israel. “The Balfour Declaration was a letter written by British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Lionel Walter Rothschild, in which he expressed the British government’s support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine.” history.com 

Satan also realized that he needed to destroy the Jews so that they could not fulfill what God said would happen. He raised up his special servant, Adolph Hitler to carry out the final solution, the eradication of the Jewish people. Satan was wrong again, you cannot stop God!

When Israel became a nation in 1948, Satan raised up another group dedicated to wiping the Jews off the earth, “The Arab League.” The Arab and Muslim leaders attacked Israel on the day of her rebirth only to lose again. Satan will keep trying to wipe out Israel all the way to the end of the Tribulation Period when he inspires the nations to the battle of Armageddon!

Third, Satan needs a host of global organizations to manipulate the world to his goals. Starting in 1945, he initiated a process whereby nations will cede their authority to international organizations. The United Nations began in 1945 and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) began in 1949. The international organizations cover economic, health, environment, religion, media, and technological advances in the world. As people choose Satan over God, they will be ruled by unelected dictators in organizations who have no God given legal power. This is the case today; there are those who believe that the World Health Organization has more power over life than your own doctor.

Here is a list of some of the organizations that push globalism: The Council of Foreign Relations, The Bilderberg Organization, The Club of Rome, The Trilateral Commission, Free Masons, Rotary etc. Last week there was a meeting of a group called the World Government Summit Organization.

Fourth, Satan realized that he could not beat Israel through war, so he launched terror groups. The wars of 1948, 56, 67, and 73 made Satan realize that God was not going to let an army beat Israel. He launched the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) and other groups to fight Israel economically, politically, and militarily through terrorism. Terrorism has not worked. He is still deceived thinking he can bring overwhelming numbers against Israel in a war when he raises up Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya, Sudan, and a host of other nations to fight against Israel. When Israel wins again, Satan will bring the antichrist. Even though Ezekiel 38-39 defines the war and their defeat, Satan will still try!

Fifth, Satan is moving faster because of the signs since 2014. These signs are testimony to the frequency of the birth pains getting closer and closer. This is a brief synopsis:

2014-2015: Four Blood Moons. These signs in the heavenlies portended the set up to the end times. Specifically, as the USA diminished its role in the Middle East because of the policies of President Barack Obama, the set up for the Gog Magog prophecy happened. Three specific things happened: Russia flooded its military into Syria, Iran got a free pass to destroy Israel through the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) and a color revolution happened in Ukraine. All of these three events are front and center today in the news!

2016: Cursing Israel. Since Donald Trump was elected in 2016, the world was aghast at what he said about Israel. He was determined to stop the Palestinian Authority from paying terrorists families to kill Jews. He also advocated that Jerusalem was the eternal capital of Israel so he could move the American embassy there. Obama cursed Israel in December of that year, exactly 9 months from the Revelation 12 Sign in Sept. 2017. Here is the UN decision:

“Israel’s Settlements Have No Legal Validity, Constitute Flagrant Violation of International Law, Security Council Reaffirms. The Security Council reaffirmed this afternoon that Israel’s establishment of settlements in Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, had no legal validity, constituting a flagrant violation under international law and a major obstacle to the vision of two States living side-by-side in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.”un.org 

2017: Revelation 12 Sign.

“A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars. She was with child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth … She gave birth to a son, a male child, destined to rule all the nations with an iron rod.”

“On September 23, 2017 the sun will be in the zodiac constellation Virgo — “a woman clothed with the sun”. The moon will be at the feet of Virgo — “with the moon under her feet”. The ‘nine’ stars of the zodiac constellation Leo, plus three planets (Mercury, Venus, and Mars), will be at the head of Virgo — “on her head a crown of 12 stars”. The planet Jupiter will be in the center of Virgo, and, as the weeks pass after September 23, Jupiter will exit Virgo to the east, past her feet, so to speak — “She was with child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth”. Jupiter is the largest of the planets, the “king” of the planets, so to speak — “She gave birth to a son, a male child, destined to rule all the nations with an iron rod”. earthsky.org  

2018: Jerusalem: Donald Trump did what no other president had the guts to do! Here is the assessment of one Israeli:

“From the first announcement that the U.S. Embassy would move to Jerusalem, I have commended Donald Trump for doing what past presidents promised but never delivered: recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. So President Trump’s decision to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem is the right thing to do and really shouldn’t be controversial at all. We made a decision as a country to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to move our embassy there way back in 1995. So why wasn’t the embassy already in Jerusalem? 2019-20: Worldwide deception: As the elites of the world practiced in 2019 to fool the world about a virus, people in Washington DC were planning to steal the election. Lawlessness began to take over the world and we haven’t seen the last of it. Our lives were turned upside down and the elites of the world pushed for world government.

2021-22: This was the year that war was pushed on the world. The elites started a process in 2014 whereby they could push Russia into war and destroy her. Russia, China, and India are not cooperating with the elites of Europe and America. However, the elites want chaos so they can build something that will eventually become the final kingdom promised in the books of Daniel and Revelation. Satan loves war, chaos, murder, and lying, all of which you can find in the current climate. I cannot cover all that I want to in this update, this brief overview we will speak about this Wednesday night.

Israel has been betrayed by the United States and this is pushing Israel to war. 2021 saw the Obama view of Israel come back to the White House. This view of Israel makes Israel the enemy and Iran the hero in the Middle East according to the current State Department. This is vile and hateful fulfilling the Biblical prophecy concerning the worlds attitude to Israel in the last days. Reports are coming in that we will have a global food crises. This fits what God said will happen in the last days. Iran is saying that Israel will no longer be a nation by July 8, 2022? This prophecy of Iran is leading to an increase of terrorism in Israel. It is a false prophecy coming from a demonic source to push more war.

Prophecy Update: Birth Pains getting closer.             3/30/2022

This week I would like to draw your attention to what is happening in Israel. There are several ongoing trials revolving around Biblical prophecy. The Red Heifer is back in the news. In order to have a temple, you need the ashes of the red heifer to cleanse the temple. The Altar of Joshua is back in the news. In order for the end time’s wars to take place, Shechem and several other cities have to be possessed by Israel. The Golan Heights is in the news. The Golan Heights will be the central battleground for the Gog Magog war. These three topics will be the focus of our update.

Red Heifer

“This is the statute of the law which the LORD has commanded, saying, ‘Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring you an unblemished red heifer in which is no defect and on which a yoke has never been placed.”

Numbers 18:2

“Rabbi prepares for long-lost Biblical ceremony: 3/25/2022, One rabbi shares his preparations for the Biblical ceremony of purity through a red heifer, mentioned in the Book of Numbers. Rabbi Menachem Burstein, who heads the Puah Institute for Medicine and Halacha (Jewish law), has been dealing with issues related to the Third Temple for many years. One such preparation that he has been pursuing for some time, along with Rabbi Azaria Ariel of the Temple Institute, is the Biblically mandated red heifer. The book of Numbers specifies that the heifer must be completely red, without blemish, and have never pulled a yoke. The heifer would be burned, and its ashes used in a ceremony of ritual purification.” israelnationalnews.com 

Israel has been trying to raise a pure red heifer for many years. The capture of Jerusalem in 1967 and the declaration by America that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel in 2017 only increases the anticipation of the building of the third temple. With the recent meeting of nations participating in the Abraham Accords, God is realigning the nations to fulfill biblical prophecy. This coalition of nations bound themselves together against the threats of Iran. The Temple Institute is preparing to put up the temple this year.

When the temple is built, it will be Jewish and not a mixture of other religions. This will offend the current push of the Abraham Accords and coexistence movement fueled by the Pope. This is why God will send Elijah and Moses, so everyone knows that the temple is the Temple of the Lord. Elijah and Moses will let the world know that Jesus is the reason for the temple and they will protect it from Antichrist and his minions. The whole world will rejoice when they are gone.

The conditions are being set for the false peace prevalent in the last days as the world continues to cry peace, peace, when there is no peace!

“When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. Those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth. But after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them.”

Altar of Joshua

“Yes, I will cause men—My people Israel—to walk on you and possess you, so that you will become their inheritance and never again bereave them of children.”

Ezekiel 36:12

Ezekiel prophesies that Israel will possess the mountains of Israel, including the region called the West Bank by our enemies. The West Bank is called Judea and Samaria in the Bible. The satanically driven nations are doing their best to stop God from giving His land to His people Israel. God keeps revealing more and more archeological finds that prove the Bible true! This is what is happening from the Alter of Joshua.

“Archaeologist Dr. Scott Stripling and a team of international scholars held a press conference on Thursday in Houston, Texas, unveiling what he claims is the earliest proto-alphabetic Hebrew text — including the name of God, “YHWH” — ever discovered in ancient Israel. It was found at Mount Ebal, known from Deuteronomy 11:29 as a place of curses. The curse tablet was discovered in earth originally taken from a cultic site at Mount Ebal, near biblical Shechem and today’s Nablus, revered by some Christians and Jews as the place where the biblical Joshua built an altar as commanded in Deuteronomy 27. It is described in Joshua 8:31 as “an altar of unhewn stones, upon which no man had lifted up any iron.” timesofisrael.com 

The Oslo Accords prevented Israel from doing their work at the site of Joshua’s Alter so the Jews took all of the dirt from the dig to another location and they are finding some amazing things. In the next few weeks they will reveal even more finds that I am sure will tick off the Palestinians. The more God reveals, the more the world pushes to deny them. The fact that they found an inscription to the name YHWH is amazing!! More proof that God is alive and well, driving history to its conclusion.

“Russia’s deputy ambassador to the UN told the UN Security Council that Russia does not agree with Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem, including West Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. U.S. Ambassador to Israel said Israel’s construction of homes in Judea and Samaria is “infuriating” and “stupid.” He said, “We can’t have the Israelis doing settlement growth in East Jerusalem or the West Bank.” raptureready.com 

There is a lot of nations standing against Israel and I do not have space to list all of them. Over 90% of the nations at the UN are in lock step against Israel. The European Union spends millions of dollars every year to destroy Israel. They lie about it when you confront them and say they are not anti-Semitic!

“US obsession with Palestinians and appeasement of Iran dampened Negev Summit. While hailing the Abraham Accords, in his joint press statement at the conclusion of the summit U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: “We have to be clear that these regional peace agreements are not a substitute for progress between Palestinians and Israelis. Blinken said the United States is “working to prevent actions on all sides that could raise tensions, including settlement expansion, settler violence, incitement to violence, demolitions, payments to individuals convicted of terrorism, evictions of families from homes they’ve lived in for decades.” His comments caused a wave of fury in Israel for focusing on what he considered Israeli faults, without any mention of Palestinian terrorism.” jns.org  

Golan Heights 

“After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many [fn]nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the [fn]nations, and they are living securely, all of them.”

Ezekiel 38:8

As I already noted, Russia denies Israel right to her land, the Arab nations deny Israel right to her land, and the UN denies Israel right to her land. What is amazing is that the USA, under the most anti-Semitic government in our history is denying Israel right to her land. This is giving the green light to Israel enemies that it is okay to attack, the USA will not stop them. This will lead to the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38-39.

“Hamas: The next war will be a ‘turning point in the conflict’– Saleh al-Arouri, the deputy leader of Hamas, said on Monday that the Palestinian Arab uprising within the “occupied state” (Israel) has become a serious concern for the “occupation.” israelnationalnews.com    

“BLINKEN CONDEMNS JEWISH “VIOLENCE” AS ARABS MURDER JEWS MAR 28, 2022, During his trip to Israel, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken made many remarks that showed a disturbing level of cognitive dissonance, describing a political perspective that contradicted the events taking place around him. Blinken noted that the Biden administration is strengthening its ties with the Palestinian Authority towards this end, notably by increasing funding to the PA by half a billion dollars since April 2021.

It should be noted that one month after this aid began, over 4,600 rockets were fired at Israel from Gaza and Israeli Arabs carried out vicious riots and attacks inside Israel. There were 902 Arab terrorist attacks on Israelis in the period between March 2021 and September 2021.” israel365news.com    

It is really interesting to see the rise of the enemies of Israel act in a way that the Bible predicted. God said that the world and especially the Arab people would not only object to Israel being reborn, but they would seek to drive Israel out of the land. Russia, Iran, Turkey, and the combined might of the Arab league are all threatening war with Israel. Since the Abraham Accords were signed, several Arab states made peace with Israel revealing a split in the Arab world. Even that split was predicted! As the USA seeks to reach a deal with Iran to embolden them to attack Israel, several Arab states have joined hands to counter Iran. When the war shakes out, every nation will eventually turn on Israel. That is Bible prophecy.

“JERUSALEM DEPUTY MAYOR KICKS BLINKEN OUT OF CITY: Jerusalem Deputy Mayor Arieh King on Monday called on U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken to leave the city, King wrote, “Dear sir. May I ask you as a deputy mayor of Jerusalem, the Jewish holy capital, to leave our city? You are not welcome at all. Your visit to Jerusalem is creating a bad feeling [among] most … Jerusalem residents. It seems that you intend to create [a] provocation. Prophecy Update: Wheat Connections                                  3/22/2022

There are three events promised by God to characterize the end times. God is currently changing the nations and realigning the power structures. God is currently judging the churches by giving them false teachers who are misleading the people. God is currently setting the conditions for the rise of antichrist. Each of these events are connected to wheat prophetically. I am going to cover these three biblical prophetic teachings:

• Alignment of nations
• Apostasy
• Antichrist

The alignment of nations prediction comes from these verses:

“Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so, like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces. In that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have in it the toughness of iron, inasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with common clay.”

Daniel 2:40-41

“And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not damage the oil and the wine.”

Revelation 6:6

When Joseph was sold into bondage to Egypt a time of seven years of plenty and seven years of famine was before them. Joseph was led by the Lord to solve the problem for the nation of Egypt. The seven years of famine is like the seven years of the tribulation because it was a time of Jacobs trouble. God used the lack of wheat to bring Joseph together with Jacob and his brothers. The parallel to wheat and the tribulation is clear. God will use the lack of wheat in the tribulation period the same way. He will reunite Jesus with His nation Jacob (Israel).

Beginning with World War 1 there has been a drive for world government. The League of Nations attempted to lead the world and failed. The United Nations was the second attempt to lead the world and it has been a disaster. After World War 2, (1945) a host of international organizations began to organize the world for world government. Several organizations started in 1948. That is a significant date because that is when Israel became a nation fulfilling Biblical prophecy.

Three important organizations started in 1948 were General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs (GATT), World Trade Organization, and the BeneLux Treaty which was the beginning of the European Union. This organization many believe will be the final ten toes kingdom of the antichrist. These organizations put in place the ability to control the world economically.

A world court was established before World War 1 but it did not have any teeth. The onset of World War 1 increased the desire to have one court for the world, they chose the Hague in Netherlands as the place where they will execute the authority of a world court:

“ Article 14 League’s Covenant called for the establishment of a Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), which would be responsible for adjudicating any international dispute submitted to it by the contesting parties, as well as to provide an advisory opinion upon any dispute or question referred to it by the League of Nations.” en.wikipedia.org 

Through the UN website, I counted 47 different world organizations to control all people on the planet. The current manifestation of world government consists of the World Economic Forum, the Great Reset, and the UN push for Agenda 2030.

The Russia Ukraine war needs to be seen in a larger light. This war is causing a wheat shortage in the world. God will use the lack of wheat for His purposes to get the world ready to receive Jesus.

“First drought, now war: Global wheat supplies in peril. Prices soaring are soaring, raising the risk of severe food shortages and hunger in some regions of the globe and threatening to further ratchet up food costs in the United States.” nbcnews.com

The apostasy prediction comes from these verses:

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons”

1 Timothy 4:1

“But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also. “The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ And he said to them, ‘An enemy has done this!’

Matthew 13:26-28

Jesus gave us a prophecy about the future in this parable. When the gospel is preached and people believe they are the wheat. An enemy comes along in the night and sows tares, the false believers. The end times will reveal who the false believers are!

The World Council of Churches is an example of this and started in 1948. Notice how Satan sowed the World Council of Churches the same year that Israel became a nation. This was the beginning of the last days apostasy. Today we have the Pope pushing a new world religion.

Pope Francis said this: “No one should be afraid that God has allowed there to be different religions in the world, Pope Francis said. “But we should be frightened if we are not doing the work of fraternity, of walking together in life” as brothers and sisters of one human family, he said.” americamagazine.org 

The apostasy in the church happens when leaders reject the Bible for another worldview. It is not just the Pope who pushes for peace over truth. The structure of the one world religion will be in place before the Rapture. It already exists at the UN but they do not have the authority to implement their plan yet. This is the reason they need to bring down the United States constitution and implement a new government. Here is an example of peace over truth.

Defining yourself by yourself is honored in America, but defining life by Gods truth in the Bible is subjected to cancel culture. We are living in the ‘Days of Lot’ and the ‘Days of Noah’ demonstrated to us every day in the news.

The rise of antichrist prediction comes from these verses:

“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

Daniel 9:27

“Then the king will do as he pleases, and he will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will speak monstrous things against the God of gods; and he will prosper until the indignation is finished, for that which is decreed will be done.”

Daniel 11:36

Notice how antichrist will put a stop to grain offerings. Grain offerings use flour made from wheat. God commanded that they would add oil to the grain whether baked or not baked and they added frankincense to it so that it was offered as a sweet aroma to God. (Lev.2:1-10) They even seasoned the grain offering with salt because it is the salt of the covenant.

The Tribulation period will be a time when famine will hit the world but Israel will be protected. They will not have a problem finding and growing wheat for their sacrifices. I think this will cause more hatred of Gods people in the tribulation!

Daniel 12 teaches us that there are two things to look for in the last days. The increase of knowledge and the increase of travel. Since the 1970’s we have seen exponential growth of these two phenomenon. For instance, in 1970 the total air miles traveled by people was just less than 100 billion miles per year. By 2010, it was over 600 billion miles traveled by people in the world per year. In 1900, it was zero!   Consider the increase of knowledge, during wartime we could transmit 30 words per minute in 1950. Today, we can transmit 1.5 trillion words per minute with computers. The increase in weapons of mass destruction in the last 40 years has made the threat of nuclear war greater.

The politicization of Islam, especially through Iran is one of the most dangerous trends. The ideology of Shiite Islam teaches war as a means of salvation. Lunching nuclear war works for the leaders of Iran. This threatens not only Israel but the rest of the world. Deterrence does not work on religious ideology. Iran calls Israel the little Satan and America the great Satan. If we are living in the culmination of end times prophecy, then we should count it a privilege to live in these days.

In 1935, Nicolas Berdyaev was expelled from Russia (Soviet Union) and wrote this: “A New day is dawning for Christianity in the world…The hour has struck when after terrible struggle, after an unprecedented de-Christianization of the world and its passage through all the results of that process, Christianity will be revealed in its pure form. Then it will be clear what Christianity stands for and what it stands against. Christianity will again become the only and the final refuge of man.” content.cosmos.art

In our fallenness we are fast approaching the time of lethality, a time when the whole world system can change. What will trigger the threshold of lethality? Certainly, war, nuclear weapons, biological and chemical weapons can trigger the threshold of lethality to launch us into the final period before the return of the Lord. The Bible presents two things that will trigger the last seven year tribulation period; the rapture of the church and the rise of antichrist. Certainly, war rages before the rise of Antichrist and weapons of mass destruction may be used. The Bible does not give the exact scenario for this prior to the Tribulation. Jesus told us that war, famine, false teachers, and the spirit of antichrist would be alive and well before the Tribulation starts. (Birth Pains)

Prophecy Update: Purim, Passover, and Pentecost.                         

Entering into the Spring Season leads us into the prophetic teaching of Gods sovereignty over history. It begins March 16-17 with the Feast of Purim. This feast is from the book of Esther, telling us the story of God’s magnificent work to protect His people.

Passover/Unleavened Bread falls out at sundown on Friday, April 15, and ends at nightfall on April 23. Jesus fulfilled Passover by death as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Passover is a time we call Easter in the Christian Church. The world rejects this teaching!

Pentecost is June 5^th this year. Pentecost is the festival celebrating the giving of the Law and the Holy Spirit! Notice how Springtime starts with Purim because the world and the devil want to destroy God’s people and plan. It doesn’t work because God is going to bring redemption and Salvation to the world thru Passover. The world rejects this salvation so God sent the law and the Holy Spirit to wake up the world to the salvation that they need. Here are two verses that teach this:

“Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.”

Galatians 3:24

“And He, when He comes (The Holy Spirit), will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment;

John 16:8

Interesting how every year around Purim the nations of the world threaten Israel. This year we have Russia, Iran, and the Palestinian Authority threatening Israel again.

He called on Palestinian leaders “to send a clear message to the world that violating Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa is a violation of the faith of more than a billion and a half Muslims in all parts of the earth, and that the occupation seeks to ignite a religious war that will burn the whole world with its fire, and no one on the face of the earth will be spared from it or its consequence.” israel365news.com    

The world keeps talking about WW3 with the Russia Ukraine war, raising fears but God is in control and the devil cannot stop the work of God to save people and build the church. The church will leave soon when the rapture takes place. It should not shock you that the world is threatening Israel just like Haman of the book of Esther. Amnesty International is an example of the organizations that are openly hateful toward Israel.

“All 25 Jewish Congressional Democrats Decry Amnesty Director’s ‘Disturbing’ Remarks That Israel ‘Shouldn’t Exist as Jewish State’– Amnesty International USA’s Executive Director Paul O’Brien said “We are opposed to the idea — and this, I think, is an existential part of the debate — that Israel should be preserved as a state for the Jewish people,” The comments rekindled criticism of Amnesty International, which in a February report accused Israel of “apartheid” and practicing an “explicit policy of establishing and maintaining a Jewish demographic hegemony” since its founding in 1948.”  algemeiner.com 

So many organizations are dedicated to the destruction of Israel. They will all fail, as will the Iranians who are talking of war with Israel. Iran continues to attack Israel and is getting more brazen. They have been demanding more and more at the Vienna peace talks. These talks have been a failure because the issue for Iran is to get all they can so they can destroy Israel and the USA. The peace talks in Vienna have failed once again.

But he wasn’t acting alone.

The Iranians laid out at least three new demands: that the list of entities to be removed from the sanctions list be reopened and that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps and its terrorist arms be added to it; precisely-worded guarantees and compensatory mechanisms that would kick in should the United States withdraw from the new agreement; and a promise about the final result of the International Atomic Energy Organization’s open investigations, due in June.

The Americans made a new demand, namely that the Iranians commit to stopping their aggression in the Persian Gulf, including the launch of a direct communications channel between Iran and the United States. Still, it appears that the straw that broke the camel’s back was Russia’s demand that its trade with Iran be exempted from sanctions applied in response to its invasion of Ukraine.” algemeiner.com    

Notice how the Iranian negotiations have ended all of a sudden; once again, God is cursing the work of the USA who curses Israel. This has caused Israel to realize that the USA is not a friend anymore.

“When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Israel last month, her expected statement that the “US support for Israel’s security and regional stability remains ironclad” seems to have been nothing more than a canned formality as far as Jerusalem is concerned. Israel’s former UN Ambassador Danny Dannon also said in an interview with Kol Hai in response to the Ukraine affair, “Israel can only rely on itself.” israel365news.com   

No one in Israel seriously believes that the USA is an ally anymore. They are giving up the fiction and quite a bit of friction has been caused by the policies of the State Department.

I dug out some of my old notes on the UN depopulation model. The article covered the Oct.31, 2011 as the day that the world population would go over 7 billion people. The goal of the meeting was to discuss how they can get the population to 500 million. Global elites such as Bill Gates, Mikhail Gorbachev, Jeffrey Sachs, Al Gore, etc. said that they need to push the sustainability project. ‘Sustainable development’ has become the buzzword of the UN and their Agenda 2021 and Agenda 2030 goals. Their goals included vasectomies, sterilization programs, and vaccinations to accomplish what they called “accelerate fertility decline.” The depopulation elites are in a panic as this next article explains:

They need a world war in order to pick up their depopulation agenda that didn’t achieve the extermination milestones they had hoped to achieve with covid vaccines. Unfortunately for the globalists, the vaccine extermination agenda failed to achieve their depopulation milestones. Although 1-2 billion people will likely die from mRNA vaccines over the next decade (from heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, etc.), this is nowhere near the 7+ billion deaths that the depopulation globalists are trying to achieve.” naturalnews.com   

The Bible gives a different perspective on the depopulation. It comes during the Tribulation Period when the Seal, Trumpet, and Bowl judgments come on the earth. We are not in the Tribulation period so keep your eye on Israel. Iran and Russia are the enemies coming at Israel in a war.

“Iran has 3,000 ballistic missiles, many that can reach Israel – US general. In Gen. Kenneth McKenzie’s written statement, he called Iran’s missile force the greatest threat to the region’s security. McKenzie, who is retiring from the military soon, was in Israel last week and held talks with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Defense Minister Benny Gantz and IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kohavi.” jpost.com     

During the Bush administration in the early 2000’s I was concerned that the USA and Israel were not taking the Iran threat seriously. I felt that way because so many conservative National Security experts were writing and saying that Iran and Russia were practicing with a new weapon called the Special Club K car. Many of the missiles developed and tested by Iran can fit in the Club K car.

“The Klub-K missile is unique in that it starts from what looks like a commodity container from containers that are carried by cargo ships, and nothing indicates that it contains a rocket launcher. The ship carrying the Club-K containers becomes a terrible missile launcher.” globalsecurity.org   

One of the missiles tested by Iran went up so many miles and blew up. The Pentagon announced that it was a failure but the Russians said something very different, they said it was successful. The people in the know said that it was a test launch from a Club K car that would deliver an Electro Magnetic Pulse bomb. Same thing happened with North Korea. That is why what this general is saying is so important.

“In General Mckenzie’s written statement, he called Iran’s missile force the greatest threat to the region’s security, and that Iran has developed an arsenal of nuclear-warhead capable ballistic missiles and has tested these weapon platforms multiple times. He told the committee that over the last 5-7 years Iran has invested heavily in its ballistic missile program.” jpost.com  

There is no fear to be alive during the ramp up to the Tribulation Period because of Purim, Passover, and Pentecost. Think about it, God promises protection through Purim, salvation through Passover, and the Spirit filled life through Pentecost. I believe that the Rapture can happen any day and we are commanded to look for the Lords coming every day of our lives. The Rapture verses such as John 14:1-3, I Thess.4:17, and Titus 2:13.  Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him” (Gen 5:24). Elijah was swept away in a chariot of fire, transported from earth to heaven (2Ki 2:11). The word rapture (harpadzo) is used in Acts 8:39: “the Spirit of the Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more.”

Prophecy Update: Tribulation Musings

The on ramp to the tribulation period is in play. If you ever asked yourself the question, “What would it be like right before the Tribulation Period?” Our day matches how you would have answered the question.

1. Global Government: Klaus Schwab is the John the Baptist for the Antichrist. He has started the process for bowing to the evil ruler who will usher in the Tribulation Period. His group called the World Economic Forum has trained people to take over the world for global government. Justin Trudeau is one of his lackeys; he has turned Canada into Cuba. He is a man who lies with the best of them. Recently he gave a speech against authoritarianism as he was jailing truck drivers and cutting off their bank accounts. He acts like Hitler and speaks like Gandhi.  

Klaus Schwab started the Forum of Young Global Leaders (YGL) in 1993. Representing 70 nations, Klaus trained 237 young leaders in the class of 2005. This class was described as “the voice for the future and the hopes of the next generation.” This group has a goal of establishing global government. It is sold to the public with the phrase, “The Great Reset.” The Great Reset is the process whereby they will institute a new currency for the world. In order to execute their plan, they have to tear down what exists. The next phrase is their goal: “Build Back Better.” If that sounds familiar, it is what Joe Biden ran on. The phrase comes from the elites of the world who want to institute the totalitarian final world government.

• Wars and Rumors of Wars: We live during the time that wars have increased around the world. The Ukrainian Russian war is just one of many wars happening at this time. Continual war is happening in Africa, Asia, South America, Middle East, and Europe.  The talk concerning World War three is at a fever pitch. World War One started with the assassination of the Arch Duke Ferdinand. World War Two started for America with an oil embargo of Japan. Currently, we have an oil embargo on Russia. Russia has been warning for years that they will go to war over the movement of NATO to their borders.

“You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.”

Matthew 24:6

Wars have always been a part of human history but what makes this interesting from Jesus perspective is that the end times is characterized by increases described as birth pains. Birth pains make you anticipate the birth. The birth of the final kingdom described for us in Daniel and Revelation is upon us. Fortunately, for us the rapture of the church will remove us from the wrath of God coming upon the world.

America has been in continual war since 2001 when the war on terror was initiated. Our troops have been involved in fighting in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. The war on terror in Afghanistan led to the humiliating withdrawal of US troops leaving American citizens to be slaughtered by the Taliban.

• False Prophets:  The great apostasy is happening and it has impacted my life. Standing up to the false teaching is hard. It is so bad that the church has been infiltrated at all levels. What is happening in America is happening globally. The parable of the wheat and the tares describes the inevitable work of Satan to infiltrate the church.  

“Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” Matt.24:11

When the virus broke out in 2020, they shut down the churches. We found out who would stand for the truth and stay open and who would follow the government. Many churches in certain states took government money to stay closed. The stats say that 75% of churches took government money and revealed the wheat and the tares. The government found out who would stand up to them, the wheat stood up for the Lord. Leaven is false doctrine and 2 Peter says:

“But false prophets also arose among the people just as there will also be false teachers among you who will secretly introduce destructive heresies even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. And many will follow their sensuality and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned and in their greed they will exploit you with false words their judgment from long ago is not idle and their destruction is not asleep.”

2 Peter 2:1-3

Notice how the scripture points out that the false teachers introduce secret heresies and malign the truth. Rick Warren is an example of this. He signed the document “A Common Word Between Us” that seeks common ground between Muslims and Christians. He has been branded a leader in the Chrislam movement uniting Christianity and Islam. In January 2009 at the presidential inauguration, he prayed to Isa of the Quran and Jesus. Promoted the Islamic Society of North America an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood and financier of Hamas. He promotes Leonard Sweet who calls himself an emergent church leader who trained many of Warren’s pastors, supports the global government initiatives of Tony Blair, and said that Muslims do not need to convert to Christianity to be saved. He went to the Vatican with Russel Moore of the Southern Baptist and Anglican Bishop N.T. Wright to promote a two-day interreligious conference to discuss and defend marriage and the Catholic program called Catholics Come Home program. They gave the reason for going as promoting marriage.  This is an example of 2 Peter 2:1-3. I was taught in Seminary to watch out for pastors and theologians who would minimize the death of Christ. To promote Islam, Catholicism, and their views of the cross as legitimate is to minimize the cross to a moral ambiguity.

The Come Home program of the Catholic Church targets Christians who are not Catholic to come home to the Catholic Church. From their website, “Our mission: The Coming Home Network was established to help non-Catholic Christians, clergy and laity discover the truth and beauty of Catholicism and to make the journey home to full communion with the Catholic Church.” The drive for unity has imperiled the Protestant Church because they have compromised doctrine to make peace with the Catholics. The movement of Catholics and Protestants together of the 1980’s and 1970’s has infiltrated evangelical churches. Simple stated, a Born Again Christian cannot go back to Rome because Rome does not believe in Justification by Faith alone! The drive of the Pope is to unite all religions into one religion that fulfills the last days requirement of Revelation 13. God teaches us that one day there will be a false religion that will cover the whole earth. The final false prophet will teach this religion that the Vatican is currently pushing on the world.

Andy Stanley is a famous pastor that has deceived many. He said that we need to unhitch from the Old Testament because “it is intellectually ruinous and morally debilitating.” He said that we should “unhitch the church from the worldview, value system, and regulations of the Jewish Scriptures.” He advocates that the OT should not be “the go to source regarding any behavior in the church.”  This fits the definition of a false teacher from 2 Peter. Stanley says that the worldview of the OT is not our worldview. That means that Jesus statement regarding the fact that He met Abraham and Moses is illegitimate. In fact, Stanley makes most of what Jesus said illegitimate since Jesus promoted, quoted, and lived the worldview of the OT.

When Andy Stanley said unhitch from the value system of the OT he promoted lawlessness. He said in a sermon that we should not obey the Ten Commandments. When I saw him say that in a sermon, I immediately thought that he is denying the Lord. Jesus said that the last days would be a time of lawlessness.

• Israel: There are so many topics I can bring up about the last days being upon us but, Israel is the most important. When Israel became a nation in 1948, biblical prophecy came alive. It was the first time that a prophecy had been fulfilled so literally and so anticipated by all true Bible believing Christians.

“Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Can a land be born in one day? Can a nation be brought forth all at once? As soon as Zion travailed she also brought forth her sons.” Isaiah 66:8

Since 1948, Israel has been in four wars. In 1948-49 the war of independence was fought against the combined forces of 5 Arab nations. It was miraculous how Israel defeated her enemies. It seemed impossible, but against all odds, Israel prevailed to the shock of the world. The Arab, Muslim nations wanted to push Israel into the Mediterranean sea but they failed.

In 1956 there was a war with Egypt that lasted 9 days from Oct.29 to Nov.7 1956. This was called the Suez Crises because Egypt shut off the Suez Canal and Israel invaded to open it up. France and Britain joined the war and a truce was called to end the war.

Egypt was not happy about how the Suez Crises ended and dreamed of the day they could destroy Israel. That day came in 1967 when Israel fought the Six Days War. This war happened on June 5-10 in 1967. Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Egypt planned to decimate Israel and Israel launched a preemptive strike on the morning the Arab nations were going to attack. Israel had 50,000 troops and the Arab armies had 567,000 troops more than 10 to 1. What is important to know is that Israel captured Jerusalem and this fulfilled Bible Prophecy!! This capture of Jerusalem is fulfilling prophecy for the last 55 years. The Bible predicted that the world would be against Israel reclaiming her capital city and that is what we find today. Currently, it is important to know that Russia does not recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. This will help lead to the coming war with Russia.

Yom Kippur War of 1973. This war happened on Oct.6-25 in 1973. This is an important war to know about because it almost led to all out nuclear war between the US and Russia. Most of this war was fought on the Golan Heights and the Sinai Peninsula. This time the nations of Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Kuwait, Tunisia, Morocco, Cuba, Sudan, attacked with the help of the Soviet Union, East Germany, North Korea, and Pakistan. Israel was almost overrun by the combined forces dedicated to killing the Jews. The fight started on Yom Kippur, the highest holy day in Israel. Most Israelis were at home, praying and resting when suddenly and without warning they were attacked. It took a few days but Israel thought they would be destroyed so they initiated the Sampson Option. This is the nuclear plan to nuke those attacking Israel because Israel was bound and determined to not go to another holocaust.  It acts as a deterrent today. It stands for the act that Sampson did when he pulled down the Philistine temple pillars killing himself and all of the Philistines. (Judges 16:30).

Prime Minister Golda Meir authorized the nuclear alert and ordered 13 atomic bombs readied to be used against Egypt, Syria, and Jordan. This caused the USA to get ready for nuclear war with the Soviet Union because the Soviets said they would nuke Israel if they used their nukes. America immediately sent aid to Israel to help in the war so that Israel would not use their nukes.

Today, we are once again under nuclear threat because the global elitists of the world want the USA diminished so the final kingdom, the Revived Roman Empire can emerge. Sunday night I will give a Bible Study on all of this at the AU chapel at 6 pm. Hope you can join us.

God gives promises and never breaks them. Living by the promises of God brings stability to life. God promises life, peace, resources, vision, purpose, and accomplishments to the one who pleads and lives by those promises. When you live by the flesh, you can be sure that every promise will be broken. Our leaders in America have committed a great sin against the people of Ukraine. They promised to protect them and failed to do so.

‘As for the promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit is abiding in your midst; do not fear!’

Haggai 2:5

God made promises to Israel that He will never break. When the Babylonians invaded the land, it disheartened and confused Israel. God gave the promise to Haggai that He would never break His promises. Men and nations break promises because they are sinful!

“Lesson From Ukraine: Breaking Promises to Small Countries Means They’ll Never Give Up Nukes. February 27 2022, In the 1990s, world powers promised Ukraine that if it disarmed, they would not violate its security. That promise was broken. UKRAINE WAS ONCE home to thousands of nuclear weapons. The weapons were stationed there by the Soviet Union and inherited by Ukraine when, at the end of the Cold War, it became independent. The text of that agreement stated that in exchange for the step, the “Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine.” theintercept.com  

Many in Ukraine feel it was a mistake to sign the Budapest Memorandum because the USA and Britain have done nothing to protect Russia from invading them. The USA will say that they gave them weapons and never guaranteed their security.

“Why care about Ukraine and the Budapest Memorandum? Ukraine wanted guarantees or assurances of its security once it got rid of the nuclear arms. The Budapest Memorandum provided security assurances. Giving assurances should mean that you will do what you say. Here is the definition I found in the dictionary for assurance: “a positive declaration intended to give confidence; a promise.” Assurances mean that the USA should have defended the territorial integrity of Ukraine. It broke its promise. I believe that the US could not fulfill these promises so why make them? They made them because they feared Ukraine having so many nukes. Russia had the codes and hardware that prevented Ukraine from ever using the nukes. So why so much fear? Because Ukraine was sure that they could figure out how to get around the security measures the Soviets put on their nukes.

War is a result of several factors coming together at the same time. Those factors include, vision, worldview, resources, wants and desires. Psalm 2 says that people are devising vain things that lead to war. This is the case today in several spheres of influence including China vs. Taiwan, Russia vs. NATO, Iran vs. Israel, and there are many more.

Two big mistakes were made since the end of the cold war and the fall of the Soviet Union. First, the USA did not make friends with Russia and secondly, foreign policy experts forgot to keep Russia and China apart. As Russia takes over Ukraine, will China take the opportunity to invade Taiwan. The message sent from the USA is that they will not keep their promises to protect. The US is in a very weak position to defend NATO let alone Taiwan.

I have spoken in previous updates about the history of NATO and the master plan Putin had to divide NATO. The Ukraine situation has enlightened everyone on just how weak NATO has become. Russia does not fear NATO nor respects them. One big reason is that the west does not understand the fight within Ukraine. Ukraine has a big problem with internal divisions between the neo Nazis, the independents, the nationalists, and the Russian citizens living within Ukraine. President Zelensky favors the World Economic Forum and believes the globalists favor him.

“The Azov Movement: Let’s talk about Ukraine’s “Nazi problem” MAR 1 2022. The most known neo-Nazi group on Ukraine’s far right is the Azov Movement. In 2014, the Azov Regiment, which today functions as an armed wing of the broader Azov Movement, became an official unit of Ukraine’s National Guard. Their emblem, which Azov soldiers wear on their uniforms feature a ‘Wolfsangel’ and ‘Black Sun,’ two symbols associated with Nazi Germany and neo-Nazi’s today. In 2019, Azov was banned from Facebook. Last week, Facebook reviewed its policy in relation to Russia’s war on Ukraine and changed it, according to Business Insider. “For the time being, we are making a narrow exception for praise of the Azov Regiment strictly in the context of defending Ukraine, or in their role as part of the Ukraine National Guard,” a spokesperson from Facebook’s parent company, Meta, told Insider.” jewishunpacked.com    

It is interesting that those who do not know the Lord or the Christian worldview will compromise with evil. This compromise with evil has hurt the United States in a number of ways. Since Richard Nixon engaged with China, the USA has pursued a policy of embracing evil to accomplish a seemingly good goal. Since WW2, America has continually slid away from the biblical roots our nation was founded upon. We became a post Christian society in the 90’s and crossed over to anti-Christian society in the 2000’s. With the election of Barack Obama, America set off on implementing the anti-God agenda that is going full steam ahead under geriatric Joe.

The current defense posture of the United States military is “contain” Russia and China. When a military intends to deter war, military forces will not be prepositioned for war. I describe Russia’s war in Ukraine like this: a robber invades your home and puts a gun to your head and you say wait, I am going to sanction your bank account—then he shoots you. What good is it to sanction Russia when they are killing people in Ukraine? Force must be met with force in war.  The EU, NATO, and the United States send arms to people and then run for the hills.

In a Feb. 26 interview with Fox News, Republican Rep. Scott Perry echoed Trump’s words, expressing similar concern about the CCP becoming emboldened by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The one thing I can guarantee is that Biden will show weakness. Biden is even now betraying his word to Israel by pushing the peace deal with Iran. This supposed revival of the JCPOA is the hair-brained idea of Barack Obama to shift US policy away from Israel and to Iran. In their world, they believe that Iran is a better partner for peace then Israel. This is exactly as the Bible predicted. To make matters worse, Russia participates in the peace talks with Iran today in Vienna Austria. I believe that Biden will make a deal with Russia that will move the ball forward with the Ezekiel 38-39 war.

What’s more important to Biden, the Iran deal or Ukraine? All of the evidence points in the direction of Iran. The US has given Iran 24 billion dollars, took terrorist groups off the terror watch list, and basically told Iran we will do whatever you tell us to do so we can get you to sign the deal. Next step: Russia will demand the world and get the universe!

It is exciting what is happening in the world because it gives us an opportunity to understand prophecy. Prophecy is the text of the bible speaking to us right now. God uses passages like Matthew 7:7-11 prophetically. Jesus told us to pray and continue to pray so that we see answered prayer. This is the same process of prophecy, God makes promises of what will happen, and then it happens. In prayer the Lord commands us, ask and you shall receive, guess what happens, God gives you what you ask for. As we face a chaotic world, we pray and God hears us, as we read the Bible, we see God moving and touching our hearts! Remember this truth:

“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!”

Prophecy Update: Russia and Jerusalem!                  2/23/2022

“For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not keep quiet, Until her righteousness goes forth like brightness, And her salvation like a torch that is burning. On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; All day and all night they will never keep silent.

You who remind the LORD, take no rest for yourselves; And give Him no rest until He establishes

And makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

Isaiah 62:1, 6-7

The Bible is very clear that the city Jerusalem is going to be in Israeli hands, be the capital city of Israel, and it will be undivided in the last days. When those conditions exist, Russia will bring a coalition of nations to war against Israel. Russia will lose big time!! According to our verse, Jerusalem will be established before it becomes a praise in the earth. Russia will help the world try to destroy Israel so that Jerusalem will not rise.

This is significant given the conditions we now find ourselves with regard to Russia and Israel. Russia is fighting a war that started in 2014. Ukraine changed governments in 2014 and threatened all of the Russian citizens living in the country. Two republics in the eastern part of the country did not want to stay in Ukraine and became independent republics. Ukraine attacked and a civil war ensued. In the south, Crimea also voted to leave Ukraine and be part of Russia.

All of the peace deals failed because of two reasons: first, Ukraine was not going to accept independent Russian states. Second, Russia and her citizens living in these two republics were not going back to being part of Ukraine. This has led to 8 years of fighting. The western press has ignored this fight until now.

Since last summer, the West has pushed the narrative that Russia was going to invade Ukraine. The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelenskyy, has preached that they will use force to recapture Crimea, and the two republics. Ukraine moved over 100,000 troops to the border of Luhansk and Donetsk, and Putin moved troops in kind, thinking that they would invade. As soon as Russia moved troops, the West preached they are going to invade. Remember, these two armies have been shooting at each other for 8 years.

People are not listening to the Russians and the fact that they will go to war with any nation who tries to join Ukraine to NATO. Does God have a plan in this current struggle? Yes He does, He is strengthening Russia for the war with Israel according to Ezekiel 38-39. This next article is from the Atlantic Council and it points out the weakness of the West.

This article, though, seems to care more about Russia’s interests, as defined by the Kremlin, arguing that the US should acquiesce to Moscow in the region. The author is not all together wrong. When discussing Moscow’s motivation for invading Crimea and the Donbas, the author has it right. The Atlantic Council editors are upset at anyone who believes that Ukraine should not be in NATO. First, the author of this article lied about Russia. He said that Russia invaded Crimea and Donbas, that is false. The Ukrainian government in 2014 passed a law that all Russian citizens were no longer allowed to speak Russian. The Russian parts of Ukraine all rebelled and they made it known that they would not give in to the new law. Crimea, which is 80% Russian, voted to stay in Russia. The two republics rebelled and a war ensued. The Atlantic Council believes that Russia does not have a right to protect their borders from the missiles, armies, and nukes of the United States and NATO. Russia will never agree with this. This is an example of what Jesus said, there will be wars, and people group will war with people group.

That leads to Jerusalem. Jerusalem was out of Jewish hands since 586 BC. In 1967, after nearly 2500 years, Israel recaptured her city. In those 2500 years, Jerusalem was under a foreign power. The list of nations includes Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantine, Muslim, Crusaders, Ottomans, British, and Jordanians. Everything changed in 1967.

Since 1967, the UN and many nations fought against the Jews living in Jerusalem and declaring it their capital. In 1980, Israel made it official that Jerusalem was the eternal undivided capital of Israel.

After 1980, the fight was on to kick the Jews out of Jerusalem. The battle heated up in the USA. Muslim groups fought Christians and politicians who pushed the country to accept the reality that Jerusalem was the capital of Israel. This is an example from the Arab news:

The bill notes that every country designates its own capital, and that Israel has so designated Jerusalem, the spiritual center of Judaism. It states that since the reunification of Jerusalem in 1967, religious freedom has been guaranteed to all. It recalls several previous Congressional resolutions calling for the city to remain united. In 1995 Congress passed the Jerusalem Embassy Act to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Every president wimped out and did not move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. President Trump was different. He did not care about the criticism, he thought it was the right thing to do because Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

God established Jerusalem as the capital of Israel on May 14, 2018. Jerusalem is going to be the issue before the world in the end times. God promised that this would be the case in the prophet Zechariah.

“Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.”

Zechariah 12:2-3

As Russia gains in power, they will more and more threaten Israel. Russia is even now laughing at sanctions. Why? Because the sanctions don’t include oil from Russia that goes to America. If USA does sanctions that hurts Europe and not the USA, they just laugh. Here is an example of threats to Israel:

While war is in the air, the virus still is causing division in the world.

Conflict is the name of the game before the antichrist rises. He will make the claim that he is the only one who can bring peace. War must exist when he rises.

“A king will arise, Insolent and skilled in intrigue. His power will be mighty, but not by his own power, And he will destroy to an extraordinary degree And prosper and perform his will; He will destroy mighty men and the holy people. And through his shrewdness He will cause deceit to succeed by his influence; And he will magnify himself in his heart, And he will destroy many while they are at ease.
